La Strada Pizzaria & Eiscafe in Leipzig

Pizzen schon seit Jahren sehr lecker, Preise auf üblichen Leipziger Niveau, Freisitz wirkt lieblos und ungepflegt, Personal ignorierte mich als Gast ungewohnt lang.

Nettes Personal, leider ist der Pizzateig nicht so lecker, dafür die hausgemachten Limos.

Um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen, haben wir das La Strada auf der Karli in Leipzig besucht. Die Pizzen schmeckten ziemlich gut. Der Salat war jedoch leider enttäuschend. Trotzdem gab es kaum Wartezeiten und die Stimmung war angenehm.

Waren nun zum dritten Mal hier und wurden von der Qualität der Speisen nie enttäuscht. Preise sind sehr fair.

Leider stimmt das Gesamtpaket nicht. Essen ist hervorragend. Aber der Service läßt zu wünschen übrig. Schade - der Kellner sollte mal seine eigentlichen Aufgaben erfüllen.

Sehr leckere Pizzen! Alle waren begeistert.

Die Pizza war ganz okay! Aber nachdem wir aufgegessen hatten, änderte sich das Verhalten des Kellners merkwürdig. Er fragte mehrmals und ziemlich respektlos, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten! Und das, obwohl kein anderer Gast auf einen freien Tisch wartete.

Mit Abstand bekommt man in diesem Restaurant das beste italienische Essen in Leipzig. Andere wurden von "Influenzern" gelobt, taugten aber nichts (siehe weitere Bewertungen). Das Essen sah im "La Strada" nicht nur lecker aus und schmeckte hervorragend, auch die Konsistenz der Gerichte war perfekt. Absolut herausragend fand ich persönlich die Pizza. Belag, Teig, Optik und Geschmack: Alles perfekt. Meine Frau schwärmte über die Penne alla Arrabbiata. Zu diesem Gericht wurden zusätzlich Knoblauch-Öl und scharfes Öl mit Peperoni für die persönlich individuelle Note gereicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nervte nicht ständig, war jedoch bei weiteren Wünschen sofort zur Stelle. Die Küche selbst ist seitlich einsehbar, wo man dem Koch bei der Zubereitung der köstlichen Speisen beobachten kann. Dies war unser erster Besuch in diesem Restaurant und wird nicht der letzte bleiben.

Der Service im Restaurant war wirklich top. Besonders ein Kellner mit Zopf ist mir positiv aufgefallen – er war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich schnell um alles gekümmert. Auch der etwas kräftigere Kellner war sehr herzlich und professionell. Er hat uns gut beraten und war immer hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein super Service, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen! 😊

Von Außen charmant aber etwas unscheinbar, von Innen: gemütlich und das Essen einfach ein Traum! Wir hatten eine Pizza mit Parmaschinken und Büffelmozzarella sowie Tagliatelle mit Rinderfilet und Trüffel und beides war sehr sehr lecker! Als Vorspeise gab es für jeden aufs Haus ein Stück Bruscetta. Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant essen und waren begeistert! Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, warm und einladend, und der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Das Essen kam ohne lange Wartezeit und war alles sehr lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Speisen war sehr lecker und die Portionsgrößen für den Preis mehr als fair. Als Vorspeise wurde uns Bruschetta aufs Haus gebracht. Die Atmosphäre mit Musik etc. war sehr angenehm.

This spaghetti carbonara has little to do with spaghetti carbonara. Too much cream, no flavor, and more fat than bacon. We didn't even eat half of it :(

Dear team, we had a wonderful evening with you! We already knew the food was excellent, as we've eaten with you several times before. Yesterday, however, we were once again particularly impressed by the warmth and friendliness of your waiters. They always had a smile for us, a funny saying, or an interesting anecdote. The food was good, but he apparently wasn't that keen on people. The atmosphere was okay, a bit cramped.

Great food, especially for the price. I was there alone, didn't have to wait, and the service was quick, attentive, and friendly. The ambiance is nice, clean, and tidy, but not a super cozy, feel-good atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend it for a first date ;-) I've already started eating the noodles in the picture. We returned to this restaurant after years. However, we won't be returning for a while. The food was OK to good, and the ingredients were fresh. However, the value for money has changed and is no longer good. There are too many better alternatives. Note: If you want a smaller drink, you have to mention it. Otherwise, it seems they always bring the largest possible size. The subtle and friendly reminder to the waitress was ignored without comment.

Tonight, I went out for pizza with my friends, as I often do. The server was—as always—very friendly and attentive. The pizza was absolutely delicious! I can recommend this restaurant to everyone. The pasta dishes and other dishes I've tried are also very good. We love coming back here again and again. A definite recommendation!

Another lovely evening at La Strada I ate pizza at La Strada again today – as always, a real highlight! The pizza was fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious – just what you'd expect from a real Italian pizzeria. The server, ladies and gentlemen, was, as always, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You simply feel welcome and in good hands there. La Strada has become a regular meeting place for me and my friends – we always enjoy coming back. A wonderful Italian restaurant near the center of Leipzig! The service is extremely friendly, attentive, and warm – you immediately feel welcome. The food is authentic, fresh, and incredibly delicious – everything from pasta to pizza is a delight. The excellent value for money is particularly noteworthy. Anyone who loves Italian cuisine should definitely stop by here!

Unbelievable. Despite having a reservation and having free tables, we received a very unfriendly response saying that the online reservation was too late. We received an email confirmation. We drove all over town – for NOTHING! Apparently, you don't want to make any money. Extremely unfriendly service!!!

This restaurant is self-service. There are lots of vegan things. You can order from the display. The roast tasted good.

The best pizza in town for years!

Simply a great location in every respect: Friendly welcome, excellent food, porcini mushroom risotto with fillet tips, and a delicious thin-crust pizza. Cozy, family-friendly atmosphere and excellent service with extras, for which we were very grateful. If you want good pizza and other dishes, you shouldn't miss this restaurant. There are certainly many places to stop on Karli, but this is a must-try.

Dropped by there spontaneously on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was full, but we still managed to get a seat for two people. Food was good and tasty, and at a reasonable price. The pizza has a very thin base, but is well topped and large. Considering the restaurant was so full, the food came relatively quickly.

The food was very good, but the rest was very disappointing. We sat near a window that didn't close. Since it was below freezing outside, we were all freezing and got sick. We mentioned it, and the response was, "It's winter, so it's cold." We also waited over an hour for our food. The waiters came by every 20 minutes, and out of three orders, they forgot something each time and then didn't come back.

We relied on the many positive reviews and were looking forward to a pleasant evening. The food was very good, and I'd like to emphasize that. Unfortunately, the drinks didn't arrive for half an hour, and the food for 75 minutes (that's a very long wait for a child). There was no children's menu, and our seat was terribly drafty (which made it uncomfortably cold). The staff were nice...

I ordered a Pizza Capitano through Order Direct – according to the menu, it came with strips of beef fillet, buffalo mozzarella, and porcini mushrooms – which somewhat justifies the price of €17.50. However, I got a pizza with beef, but with pizza cheese and some pepperoni – without porcini mushrooms and buffalo mozzarella. For the same price, it's a real rip-off.

The table was reserved, but the shop was closed. Employees ignored us when we knocked on the door. Annoying.

This was the worst spaghetti carbonara I have ever eaten! Plus a mega-small portion! Afterwards I thought, now I need something to eat! The service was poor and extremely arrogant! No thanks for the tip - it's best not to give one! The ambience, well, cheap Ambi lamps on the tables - rather creepy... not a nice atmosphere. But that was probably mainly due to the service manager... not good service - unfortunately.

We were in Leipzig for the first time and were looking for a restaurant to have a delicious meal. Although it is located right on the street, the atmosphere is very nice, the service is great and the food is really delicious. If we visit Leipzig again, we will definitely come back ☺️

Good service, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. It was a Sunday, so there weren't many people there, so everything was quiet, and the food was served quickly. The food was tasty, but nothing spectacular.

The restaurant is located on the street, but that's not a problem. The ambiance, however, was not pleasant at all; there was no attention to detail, and there was no hint of Italian flair. The service seemed a bit clumsy. The food wasn't what you'd expect.

Unfortunately the pasta had nothing to do with Italy (very tasteless). Unfortunately, the drinks weren't mixed well.

By far the best Italian restaurant we have visited in Leipzig so far! The atmosphere is really nice and the employees were particularly friendly and accommodating...we have rarely experienced that. The pizza is fantastic. There was also a limoncello on the house, which rounded off the evening wonderfully for us!

We both ordered a special, the pizza was probably the best I've ever eaten. The dough and ingredients were super tasty and of great quality. Pretty tasty pizza and friendly staff!

Staff is very very nice and welcoming, they kindly took my preorder for pizza on phone 15mins before I arrived, so I never waited a minute. The pizza size is big👍🏻! Unfortunately the amount of seafood on frutti di mare pizza is indeed modest, and the crab sticks should never be found on a pizza. But the saddest part was that the seafood was so undercooked to the degree it was basically raw and non-edible, we had to take them off our pizza. So for total €14.55 for pizza the place definitely has room for growth. All the luck!
