I don't fully understand the restaurant's motto. On the one hand there is pizza but in my opinion the ingredients are not always that Italian or atypical. On the other hand, there are also burgers and similar things, which doesn't speak for an Italian restaurant. All in all, not a bad meal. The service was fine.

Das Essen ist super angerichtet, heiß, sehr frisch und sehr schmackhaft. Mein Steak war auf den Punkt gebraten. Auch die anderen 4 waren begeistert von ihrem Essen. Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal hier gegessen haben.

I often ate at La Serre with my family. Always received great service from the very friendly staff, even on extremely stressful days. The manager is always very friendly, courteous and polite. What is also crucial for us is that dogs are welcome at La Seere. In short, “La Seere is in a class of its own in Gronau”.

Very cozy place! You can eat well here. Large selection of dishes. From salad, to starters, various meat dishes, pasta and burgers... there is something for every taste. The food portions are large and the prices are very reasonable.

The choice of this restaurant was rather coincidental. Walked past it countless times, never been inside, as is the way it is. In fact, the atmosphere was very pleasant. Not too big, not too loud and attentive service. On the first visit, and on all subsequent visits, the quality of the food was absolutely impeccable and everything was very, very tasty. The map is very extensive, there was never a single rogue on it. I think the prices are on the lower limit for the performance. From my own experience, I can fully recommend this restaurant.

We ate at La Serre again yesterday... what can I say... delicious as always. Steaks were cooked to perfection again!!! And as always, beautifully presented. Price performance, unbeatable! We drive an extra 50 kilometers to eat there!

We were just there and left again after 7-8 minutes without service... the neighbor's dog was sitting on the armchair at the table...that's absolutely unhygienic and not okay. We are very disappointed and will not go there again because dogs sit on the armchair where we would sit with good pants... the owner should intervene. Afterwards we ate very cheaply and very well in the Grand Cafe... a shame around the restaurant...

Sehr leckeres Essen, aber ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer und an den Tischen nicht so ist, wie es sein sollte, und es ist sehr kalt drinnen, für die angezeigten Preise erwarten wir etwas mehr!

Zweiter Besuch, top Bewertung und ein super Essen. Es war sehr lecker, und so viel dass jeder satt geworden ist, und keine supergroßen Berge übergeblieben sind. Ok, alles haben wir dennoch nicht geschafft. Vielen Dank auch an Fabian für seine aufmerksame Art. Edit: Eure Renovierung ist super, hat sich gelohnt.

Persoonlijk en uitzonderlijk lekker! Super aanrader en goed bewaard geheim. Het zit ookvol nederlanders ;) En de ober is echt betrokken en behulpzaam. Je kan er ook gewoon iets drinken maar ik raad zelf aan te genieten en voor MET eten te kiezen. Dagmenus naar keuze hebben ze ook op de middag van 12 tot15u. Voor10€ max Heerlijk genoten in een mooie en warme sfeer. Kom ZEKER terug gratis parkeren kan hier overal.

Der Meeres Teller ist einfach unwiderstehlich! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, dieses Gericht bei einem gemütlichen Bier nicht nur einmal, sondern gleich zweimal zu genießen. Die perfekte Kombination aus Geschmack und Atmosphäre macht dieses Gericht zu einem echten Highlight. Die kulinarische Erfahrung wurde durch das freundliche Personal und die entspannte Atmosphäre zusätzlich aufgewertet. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die nach einer köstlichen Mahlzeit suchen. Ein Lokal, das ich definitiv wieder besuchen werde!

Dazu kommt reichlich Gefühl für Geschmack + Komposition und ein wenig optisches Geschick... und Jede(r)Mann*in merkt sofort, dass Leben auch irgendwas mit Genießen zu tun haben muss. Vergessen sind Gehalts-Abrechnung, Steuerbescheid + Preis-LeistungsVerhältnis... Was kostet Geschmack auf Zunge+Gaumen und ein Lächeln auf den Lippen...? Teuer war es hier nie + seitdem die Preise davonlaufen lernten, verliert man ja eh bald die Orientierung. Nimmt man circa.15€ in die Hand für's Essen hat man eine sehr große Auswahl an prima Gerichten. Besonders Zu empfehlen sind hier Fleisch- + vor allem Fisch 🎏 z.B. auf den Punkt gebratener Lachs... Pizza, Bürger und alles mit frischem Rucola, ich liebe es!!!... ich weiß, warum ich immer wieder gerne hierher komme! Und Sie?!?... sollten es auch?!?

I came in on a monday night because the hotel down the road I stayed closed their restaurant for the hollidays. The menu looked basic, but after a long day working everything goes. I ordered a beer and a fishsoup. The soup was a large bowl, filled with vegetables an salmon, better than expected. For the main course I had the steak with gorgonzola sause. This was exelent!. It came with fries, and there was stil fresh flatbread ( which came with the soup). After a few bites, feeling happy, I ordered a red wine, because the dish deserved that. I ate as much as I could, even the fries were perfect, but it was to much to handle. My compiments to the Chef! Next year, ( same job) I hope to return, and probably order the same😊.

We always stop in Gronau after shopping in Enschede across the border. This was the first time we have come to this restaurant, since their lunch plate specials stop at 2pm and we were usually later than that. On the lunch day menu was an amazing hot/cold dish with salmon....my partner and I both ordered it, and we were glad that we did! It shared a combination of salad lettuce and vegies, a delicious warm salmon filet and warm boiled potato wedges....brought together with a tasty dressing overall. The service was friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. We will return here for lunch in the future, when we are on time!!!!

Een prima restaurant met een uitstekende verhouding tussen kwaliteit en prijs ( eigenlijk te goedkoop). Heerlijk geluncht met een hele plezierige bediening. Zoals in meerdere restaurants in Duitsland is met een bankkaart betalen niet mogelijk.

Auf unserer Fahrradtour kamen wir in Gronau an und fanden dieses schöne Restaurant. Super Preis/ Leistung, tolles Essen, hier wird jeder glücklich satt und die Bedienung und auch noch sehr freundlich. Jederzeit und gerne immer wieder. Klasse

Situated in a small square the outside seating is very pleasant. The menu offers a good range of meals ranging from pizzas to steaks. The service is friendly and fast with the food prepared to order. The "pommes" are the closest to a British chip I've come across in Germany and the steak delicious.
