La Serre in Gronau (Westf.)

Wir waren am 23.07.2026 rein zufällig in Gronau, hatten Hunger und sind auf die Gaststätte hier gestoßen. Was sollen wir sagen, es war ein Fest, das Essen. Ich gebe selten für Essen 5 Sterne. Der Service war sehr freundlich und richtig süß. Leider ist mir das Ambiente zu einfach gehalten. Es gibt keine Pflanzen, die Fensterbretter sind trostlos ... Leute, bei Wolters gibt es echt günstige Pflanzen und Übertöpfe. Macht ein paar coole Bilder an die Wand oder ins Regal mit Wein ... Holt was aus dem Restaurant raus. Ach ja, und das Essen ist zu günstig für eure Arbeit! Wir kommen wieder und geben dann auch gern 5 Sterne fürs Ambiente. Lg Dieter und yves

Leckere Pizza und sehr freundliches Personal

Die Steaks waren wirklich fantastisch. Ich werde auf jeden Fall öfter hingehen.

Ein gutes Restaurant ohne Schnickschnack. Herr Michelin wird es sicher nicht auf seiner Route haben. Aber man kann hier gut essen und dazu ein Bier, Wein oder einen Cocktail genießen.

Erste Mal hier gegessen. Sehr leckere Gerichte, nicht typisch Pizza, Pasta, Salat. Geschmacklich Bestnote, sowie der Service. Da ist auch die etwas längere Wartezeit entschuldigt - kreative Gerichte dürfen mehr Zubereitungszeit einnehmen. Preis - Leistung top, ebenso die Portionsgrößen.

Super leckere Pizza zu einem sehr guten Preis. Und freundlicher Service. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Kürzlich haben wir das Restaurant La Serre besucht; es ist unser Lieblingslokal in der Gegend. Die Pizza und die Salate sind wirklich hervorragend. Mein Partner liebt dieses Restaurant, und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vor Kurzem haben wir unsere Lieblingskellnerin kennengelernt. Es wäre schön, wenn im Restaurant mehr los wäre. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich mit Freunden oder der Familie zu treffen. Herzliche Grüße und bis bald!

Hervorragendes italienisches Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Gerichten und Getränken, aufmerksamen Service und ansprechendem Ambiente. Besonders die Pizzen sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Nachdem das Mobiliar erneuert wurde, passt jetzt auch das Ambiente! Essen sehr gut, Personal top.

Ich habe zweimal dasselbe Gericht bestellt. Beim ersten Mal war es gut. Beim zweiten Mal schmeckte die Rote Bete irgendwie nach altem Fleisch, als ob es schon länger außerhalb des Kühlschranks gelegen hätte. 🤐 Die Portionen sind groß.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Essen + Service Top! Die haben sogar Rücksicht genommen, dass wir am Fasten waren und zielgerichtet pünktlich zum Fasten brechen am Abend uns das Abendessen serviert; mit sogar Datteln aufs Haus! Vielen Dank dafür! Nur zu empfehlen und die Steinofen Pizzen einsame Spitze!! Familie Ja....!

Waren wieder da, nicht mehr so dolle. Die Bedienung wirkte als wenn sie vor mir fliehen wollte, das Steak war gut zubereitet, aber die Pfeffersauce hat das Gemüse erschlagen. Die Dessertkarte ist auf 2 Desserts geschrumpft, und von den Cocktails sind die übrig geblieben die wohl weniger kompliziert sind. Die interessanten sind nicht dabei, somit ist das Bild auch obsolet und wird gelöscht. Man wird satt, aber was uns früher dahin gezogen hat, haben wir nicht mehr gefunden. Alte Bewertungen hier: Zweiter Besuch, top Bewertung und ein super Essen. Es war sehr lecker, und so viel dass jeder satt geworden ist, und keine supergroßen Berge übergeblieben sind. Ok, alles haben wir dennoch nicht geschafft. Vielen Dank auch an Fabian für seine aufmerksame Art. Edit: Eure Renovierung ist super, hat sich gelohnt.

Delicious Italian cuisine and the price-performance ratio is okay.

Yes very. Good staff. Loving boss and employee. The restaurant always gets a lot of visitors, which is why you should reserve. Very child friendly. You will always be personally welcomed at the door. The tables are decorated with candles and flowers. The food is always freshly cooked. On special occasions you sometimes get a little bit of attention from the boss so that all guests feel comfortable. The tables are always cleaned. Hygiene is good. Large reservations are recommended, the food will be served in a timely manner. There can also be delays, which can be excused with a drink on the house. People always ask if everything is OK. Overall, La Serre is a restaurant that stands out from many other restaurants and the dishes are also very great, something you won't get in any other restaurant.

Short review: - Food is very tasty - unfortunately the kitchen is not very hygienic, the boss smokes in the kitchen, there is no emphasis on cleanliness and the chef is allowed to work while sick - Cutlery is poorly washed. After the dishwasher there are leftover food that can be wiped away with a cloth - Staff is understaffed at peak times and there may be severe delays in service - Waiters are not allowed to keep tips (so if you want them to keep it, give it to them and expressly say that it is for them and not for the house) - Staff usually receive wages 1 month late - Staff receive food from the house - The boss likes to give the guests little things (desserts or drinks) on the house

We were there with 15 people. The food was almost (except for two people) on the table pretty promptly. Nice service (just the two of us, on a Saturday evening) But still calm and everything went well with the orders! The boss gave me four free pizzas because it was my birthday. The wait for the food didn't seem so long 😃. Good parking options! The food was very tasty 😋 My husband and I will be back!!

I just ordered a pizza for the first time and I have to say, it was simply fantastic, very, very tasty, the dough and the tomato sauce, the cheese taste is simply in a different league.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere in the restaurant is phenomenal, whether for a date between friends, co-workers or even a couple. The staff is very friendly, they always welcome you with a smile and are very helpful. It is one of my favorite places to go to eat, as I said the food is extraordinary, they are good portions and at a fair price. Recommended 100%

I don't fully understand the restaurant's motto. On the one hand there is pizza but in my opinion the ingredients are not always that Italian or atypical. On the other hand, there are also burgers and similar things, which doesn't speak for an Italian restaurant. All in all, not a bad meal. The service was fine.

Das Essen ist super angerichtet, heiß, sehr frisch und sehr schmackhaft. Mein Steak war auf den Punkt gebraten. Auch die anderen 4 waren begeistert von ihrem Essen. Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal hier gegessen haben.

I often ate at La Serre with my family. Always received great service from the very friendly staff, even on extremely stressful days. The manager is always very friendly, courteous and polite. What is also crucial for us is that dogs are welcome at La Seere. In short, “La Seere is in a class of its own in Gronau”.

Very cozy place! You can eat well here. Large selection of dishes. From salad, to starters, various meat dishes, pasta and burgers... there is something for every taste. The food portions are large and the prices are very reasonable.

The choice of this restaurant was rather coincidental. Walked past it countless times, never been inside, as is the way it is. In fact, the atmosphere was very pleasant. Not too big, not too loud and attentive service. On the first visit, and on all subsequent visits, the quality of the food was absolutely impeccable and everything was very, very tasty. The map is very extensive, there was never a single rogue on it. I think the prices are on the lower limit for the performance. From my own experience, I can fully recommend this restaurant.

We ate at La Serre again yesterday... what can I say... delicious as always. Steaks were cooked to perfection again!!! And as always, beautifully presented. Price performance, unbeatable! We drive an extra 50 kilometers to eat there!

It was delicious. The food came very quickly. But it was a bit annoying that the waitress always sat at a table in another corner with her cell phone.

Very nice owners. We opened earlier just for us yesterday. The starters (pane and nachos) impressed us and made us look forward to the main course. Here too we were very positively surprised. Service was missing on May 12th, left after 10 minutes.... Dogs on the chairs where guests sit again later are not good... very bad for the ambience star 🌟 deduction for everything... they should take tough action here because we find this unhygienic...

We were just there and left again after 7-8 minutes without service... the neighbor's dog was sitting on the armchair at the table...that's absolutely unhygienic and not okay. We are very disappointed and will not go there again because dogs sit on the armchair where we would sit with good pants... the owner should intervene. Afterwards we ate very cheaply and very well in the Grand Cafe... a shame around the restaurant...
