Had Vitello Tonato and Carpaccio as starters. Then pasta with porcini mushrooms and rigatoni al forno. Carpaccio was very good. Vitello was rather unusual. For example, I was missing capers. In the pasta with porcini mushrooms, the mushrooms were more of a supporting player, as there were very few of them. Rigatoni delicious. Service very attentive

We are on vacation in the Franconian Forest, after visiting the fortress in Kronach and then strolling through the old town we ended up here at the Italian restaurant. The first impression was excellent, great ambience, friendly welcome, very pleasant service, an open kitchen, very good pasta and an equally good pizza. First have a salad with a great dressing. Everything is just right here, food, service and ambience. More than 5 stars.

Great pizzeria. We had a pizza calzone and a lasagna. Both dishes were very tasty. The service was very friendly.

Yesterday, Friday evening, we were there for dinner with 9 people. Very tastefully decorated and nice ambience. The service was great, drinks came immediately. But the most important thing: the food... In my opinion the best pizza and pasta in Kronach, yes we shared because everything was so delicious :) All the dishes came at the same time so we could eat together. Thank you for the lovely evening, we'll be happy to come back!!!!!! P.S. 5 stars actually don't go a long way

I can't rate the food, we didn't even get that far. We, 4 adults, 2 children (2J and 4J) wanted to go out to eat at 5:30 p.m.  We asked for a table and were offered one outside in the sun. Despite asking, we weren't allowed to go to the one next to it in the shade. Okay, that's right, let's go inside. Inside there are 20 chairs somehow lined up against the wall. Comfortable is different. After sitting down, the children look at the silver candle holders. With your hands. Not real silver and no one slammed the pieces on the table or anything like that. The waitress then came to the table with the words “Can I have that please?”, took the two pieces and placed them on the table next door. We haven't felt so uncomfortable in a long time. Got up. Gone. Actually, that would be a good thing. After my wife took a photo of the restaurant, the owner came across the street with a beer in his hand and yelled at us, "If we write a review, he'll report us." Who the hell threatens to file a complaint without necessity as a precautionary measure? Wouldn't a much better response have been to ask why we left? Guys, be aware, you have to be happy here otherwise you apparently risk being reported. And to the innkeeper, my name is at the top left. Then wait for mail. Or maybe you'd rather put the energy into training on how to deal with guests.

We stopped by spontaneously while passing through and got a place. Very friendly, very tasty.

0 stars! Absolutely not worth recommending! Once and never again! The table was reserved for 8 p.m. 1½ hours later still no food received, although 2 tables had already been served, even though they came after us. No service the entire time, no questions. Despite empty glasses; which were empty after half an hour. When we said we would like to pay, the (head chef) was brought to the table. After we explained to him that we had waited 1½ hours for the food and now wanted to pay and leave, he replied: "That's just how it is when the restaurant is full". Afterwards he became aggressive and expelled us from the restaurant with the words: "He apologized and he doesn't need such guests" Never experienced such incompetent and rude staff!

We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant, the place was full but it was worth the wait. It's just a shame that a table without patience is gone because of the long waiting time. Delicious and fresh dishes, we'll be back.

First of all: The food is very tasty. But: the service was nothing. A side salad was missing and a pizza to take away afterwards was also forgotten. A friend at our table had paid €18.10, then she asked for the hospitality receipt (because she needed it). It suddenly said €16.80. At first the service wanted to blame the error on the guest, but then finally gave in and the guest got the €1.30 back. Finding faults with guests is always bad. And then the coronation: The boss shouted at the guests at another table because they wanted to pay for their drinks after they hadn't had any food after 90 minutes. It was so loud that everyone was just amazed. "Get out of here, we don't need guests like that!" Wrong, Kronach doesn't need such a host when choosing a pizzeria. Our table consisted of a mix of 5 families. Their acquaintances and friends will probably never set foot in there again, and rightly so.

The traffic outside is a bit annoying. Otherwise very nice and very good food.

This was by far the best Vitello Tonnato I've ever had! Very nicely prepared, super tasty and the combination with apple and orange - a dream! So the start was perfect. Tortellini alla panna is highly recommended, perfect for feasting on! It tastes great and fills you up really well! Service is top, staff is super friendly and you just feel completely at home. The prices are absolutely acceptable and you should see them as an investment. True to the motto: You have to give your body something good to eat so that your soul wants to live in it!

We were in this beautiful restaurant for the first time on April 19, 2024 because we were given a voucher from there. I have to say: We were very impressed by the quality of the food, the extremely friendly service and the ambience. We will definitely come back.

Small and very tastefully decorated Italian restaurant... Very nice and attentive service... The dishes are beautifully and lovingly prepared, and taste simply delicious... However, the main courses are very clear and seem a bit overpriced, which you can easily ignore because of the great taste and quality... Unfortunately, it's a bit noisy in the beer garden because it's right on the street of the busy "city", but it's much more comfortable inside... A reservation is highly recommended!! We are already looking forward to our next visit... Always my pleasure!!

Very small restaurant with few tables. Unfortunately we had to wait an hour for our food. This is probably because there is only one chef. That was a bit annoying because we were hungry. Pizza Prosciutto was tasty but not outstanding either. Prices quite ok. Service tries to be friendly. But it didn't really excite me.

We and our two children had a lovely evening, thanks to the friendly service and the delicious food. We'd love to come back!

Sterneküchenniveau! Es ist immer wieder köstlich, egal ob man Fleisch, eine Pizza, eine Schüssel Muscheln oder Salat isst. Wunderschöne Ambiente, sehr nettes Personal und der Besitzer einfach ein super Mensch. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder Familie Mazzei.

Kleines gemütliches Restaurant, Pasta, Pizza und Salat sehr gut. Chef kommt an den Tisch und fragt ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Wir waren leider enttäuscht von "La qualita" Der italienische Salat hat einen stolzen Preis für die Größe. Zudem ist die Auswahl auf dem Salat sehr bescheiden. Ein Pluspunkt gibt's, da Pizzabrot dabei war aber satt wird man allein vom Salat nicht. Das Hackfleisch in der Bolognese musste man leider auch suchen... Einfach nur schade...

Essen und Preise sind super! Da können sich andere in KC mal etwas abschauen!

Ein schön eingerichtetes Lokal. Allerdings kann bei den im Vergleich zum Ortsüblichen erhöhten Preisen zumindest ein bemühterer Service erwartet werden: Wir, vier Personen, warteten 45 Minuten zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptgericht, da anscheinend der Lieferservice priorisiert abgearbeitet wurde. Nach anschließend 40 weiteren Minuten bei leeren Gläsern erfolgte ein entsprechender Hinweis an die Chef-Servicekraft. Dem daraufhin verdeckt aus der Küche heraus gerufenem Kommentar, man könne zu MC D. gehen, werden wir zwar nicht nachkommen, jedoch vom Service dieses Lokals mit eben diesen Eindrücken berichten. Die Qualität der Speisen ist gut, allerdings auch nicht besonders hervorzuheben; übliches Pizzeria-Niveau.

Súper pizzería tolle servís und sehr leckere gerichte

Sehr, sehr leckeres Essen. Aktuell der beste Italiener in Kronach. Die wenigen schlechten Rezensionen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Jedesmal perfekt!

Gemütliches Lokal mit freundlichem Personal. Teilweise etwas hochpreisig bzw. kleine Portionsgröße, z.B. beim Salat. Dieser schmeckt allerdings mit Senfdressing besonders lecker, das dazugehörige Pizzabrot (reichlich) war sehr fluffig und gut. Pizza auch sehr lecker und mit viel Belag. Eine der wenigen Lokale, die auch montags (und mittags) geöffnet haben.

Die Pizza ist unglaublich lecker ich habe zuvor noch nie so eine leckere Pizza gegessen und sehr schönes Lokal, die Bedingung war auch sehr nett.

Heute haben wir die La Qualität besucht und wir waren sehr begeistert essen super lecker Servus sehr nett wir kommen gerne wieder

Bestes italienisches Restaurant weit und breit. Pasta, Pizza, Carne- sowie Fisch-Gerichte... alles wirklich hervorragend 👌🏼 Noch dazu nette Inhaber. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl

Nette bediening, vriendelijk, heerlijk gegeten, zeer schoon sanitair, fijn terras.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Tolle Nudelgerichte. Personal sehr freundlich. Chef kam an jeden Tisch und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei.

Service gleich null leider. Essen und Preis Leistung sind gut, allerdings die Bedienungen ein „no Go“. Immer wenn wir noch etwas bestellen wollten haben wir die blonde Dame wohl bei ihren Gesprächen mit Stammgästen gestört. Haben oft in unserer Mittagspause dort bestellt, nun nicht mehr.

Sehr gutes Essen zu angemessenem Preis, freundlicher Service. Was etwas stört ist die schlechte Akustik, es ist ziemlich laut im Lokal, man hört die anderen Gäste zu intensiv.

Sehr leckeres Essen, schönes Ambiente und toller Service. Der Salat wurde auch extra auf Wunsch von uns gemacht, obwohl dieser so nicht auf der Karte stand. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank🙏🏻
