La Plaza in Iserlohn

We're sitting here right now, and three mistakes were made with our order, even though the place is basically empty. Unfortunately, not everything we ordered was in stock. We've had to ask twice now to get more drinks. We also had to let them know that the dishes were being cleared. The food was good. The service is friendly, but you don't really feel like you're being noticed. The ambiance is actually quite nice. Overall, though, we didn't think it was that great. It's a shame.

Quiet pizzeria. Well located, excellent service. Wide variety of dishes, delicious and very tasty food. Highly recommended.

At the time I was there, it was relatively empty and quiet. It was easy to have a normal conversation. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

I experienced the worst service I've ever had in a restaurant here. I ordered a vegetarian lasagna (a la carte). I got one with meat. Mistakes can happen, so I asked a waitress if I could get a new one. She kindly took my food back and promised to make it again. A short time later, the owner/chef came over to me and, like a toddler, asked me to list the ingredients in a regular lasagna. He then emphasized that it included minced meat. When I told him that I had ordered the vegetarian version from the menu, he just stood up without saying a word and without apologizing. It's one thing to bring out the wrong dish (luckily I didn't have a dangerous allergy), but it's even worse to treat your customers in such an infantilizing manner.

We placed a large order there 2.5 hours ago. We ordered from the La Plaza menu, but the man on the phone assumed it was from the Romantica menu, and apparently the numbers there didn't match. As a result, we received two incorrect dishes. The prices were also out of date. After calling again, the two dishes were delivered later. The "incorrect" ones were taken away. I hope they aren't being resold. They could have left them with us as compensation for the long wait. Generally, we were always happy with the food, but unfortunately, the delivery was even less so.

Mixed, maybe even 2 stars. Be careful with the menu, because the prices are completely outdated. The food was okay, but the pizza rolls, for example, looked exactly like they did from the supermarket. The floor wasn't cleaned properly, which I expect after the table has been cleared. At least the waiters were nice.

The food is always delicious! Pizza, pasta, burgers, fish, and meat. Large portions and reasonable prices.👍 The owner is always there, always friendly, and his staff is equally friendly and helpful.

Food is excellent. Portion was well for the price, in this case I had Tagliatelle dello Chef. Ambiance depends a lot on where you sit.

I came to eat with my friend and when I said that the beer tasted different we were yelled at and treated badly by a waiter. I have never been treated like this in a restaurant. I don't recommend it and we won't be back.

We were just there for the first time and absolutely loved it! There were twelve of us and we were all served food at the same time, everything was perfect and we will definitely come here several more times!

For an Italian restaurant, The burgers are way too good. Very affordable and staff is super friendly. Definitely a go-to restaurant in Iserlohn.

I always eat pizza there – it’s always very good!

I always enjoyed going there, but I was even more surprised that there were two drinks but no menu. People worked cleverly around us. And when I finally paid for the drinks, nothing came. It's a shame actually.

The food tasted very tasty and the service staff was very friendly and accommodating. And the restaurant is very tastefully decorated. 🙂

Very pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant for tasty pasta - and in the Burger Corner - the excellent burgers. Also the side salad: well sorted, fresh and tasty. Everything at a reasonable price - we would be happy to come back, especially since the service was very good.

Atmosphere of a train station hall, but very good quality of food. Service cool, ambience cool. We ate for two, appetizer plate, gamba plate, saltimbocca la romana (veal), two beers and 2 capuccinos, a total of €76. The food was good, but small portions, the atmosphere was very cool, and the service was too. This is in need of improvement. Expensive for Iserlohn, cheaper in Soestcesse in a nicer atmosphere with a friendlier atmosphere Service.

We were there today for the first and last time. We were warmly welcomed, but were only able to order after a while of waiting and upon request. All the waiters seemed pretty stressed. Our starter came with the main course and when we mentioned this, he asked rather snidely whether he should take the starter back with him. We would have kept them if they hadn't been so mushy. No apology, no kind word. Despite the glasses being empty for a while, there was no further question as to whether we wanted something more to drink and of course the starter was still on the bill. An employee was also attacked several times. Bad atmosphere, no hospitality, we really rushed to get out of there.

My daughter and I had a delicious salad and burger here. Everything tasted very good and the waiter was great. We'll definitely come back.

Absolutely overpriced! The price-performance ratio doesn't fit here at all. But what do you expect when a Hasan Abazi pretends to be an Italian...? Any real Italian would be ashamed of pizzas like this...

Delicious food and great, friendly service located right in the center. We like to eat there when we shop in Iserlohn...

Unfortunately we can only rate the pizza so far, but it is really tasty😋

The food is simply fantastic, the best Italian restaurant far and wide... I'm thrilled every time, everything is delicious and the salad is always super fresh. But my favorite remains the antipasti plate...the best in Germany..👍👍👍the lasagne is also great...

Rump steak, salad, pizza, pasta and fish are only recommended.

OK for a quick hunger, But eating well in the evening is not so good...

Nach dem Lachs war mir kotz übel Tage lang nicht zu empfehlen hab kaum noch was runter bekommen dannach.

Es war sehr gut und lecker. Die Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Preise sind befriedigend. Ich würde gerne noch kommen.

Das Essen und der Service waren super. Tolle MitarbeiterInnen und toller Chef. Ein gelungener Abend.

Ausgezeichnete Einrichtung! Ich war mit meinem Mann dort und war zufrieden. Angenehme Atmosphäre, Musik, Licht, frische Blumen. Nettes, freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, schöne Präsentation. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ich kann es empfehlen. Die durchschnittliche Rechnung für zwei beträgt 30 Euro.👍👍👍

Wir hatten ein Familienessen mit 11 Personen. Alle waren sehr zufrieden. Pizza Mozzarella und das Kalbsschnitzel sind empfehlenswert.

Das Essen war OK. Leider waren die Portionen sehr übersichtlich. Scampi waren kleine Garnelen. Und alle Pasta Gerichte waren sehr ölig. Das Ambiente war sehr nett. Auch die Getränke wurden lecker zubereitet. Leider wurde unserem Wunsch,die Gardinen zu schließen um die blendende Sonne abzuhalten ,nicht entsprochen. Auch haben wir häufig und lange ohne Getränke am Tisch gesessen. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Services galt doch lieber dem Telefon.

Das Essen war super. Nachdem wir jedoch das Essen hatten, ließ sich das Personal nicht mehr am Tisch blicken und wir konnten keine Getränke bestellen. Das ist uns jedoch schon das 2 te mal passiert

Schönes Restaurant mit italienischer Küche. Man kann bei schönen Wetter, auch draußen gut verweilen. Freundlicher Service, der heutzutage nicht mehr häufig in DE anzutreffen ist.

Offensichtlich Pizzeria, Burger und Bar. Sieht in Google Maps wie zwei Pizzerien aus. Burger de Luxe gegessen, frisch zubereitet, wir waren angenehm überrascht, besser geht nicht. Sehr lecker der Espresso von Lavazza. Preise ok.

Meiner Meinung nach gibt es hier die beste Lachspizza überhaupt, auch alle anderen Pizzen sind weltklasse, das gleiche gilt für alle Pastagerichte. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Besitzer. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren Samstag Mittag da. Pizza und Pasta waren lecker aber nichts besonderes. Das personal sah so aus als ob alle miteinander gestritten haben. Sehr unfreundlich, wir haben uns unwohl gefühlt und das Trinkgeld glaube ich hat das schon gezeigt.

Freundlich, hell. Ich persönlich finde Hintergrundmusik nicht gut, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Essen super lecker. Bedienung nett. Preis-Leistung sehr gu.

Wir essen circa einmal die Woche mit meiner Tochter dort. Werden immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen, nett und schnell bedient . Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker, mein Favorit ist Penne Verdura 😊 der Rest schmeckt aber auch gut. Kann es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Es war sehr sehr lecker, schön angerichtet. Aber bei der Musik 🎶 wird es bei längerem Aufenthalt echt schwierig um nicht nervig zu sagen. Alles andere ist so perfekt👍😁🥘

Alles perfekt! Jetzt ehrlich... Man kann mit allem zufrieden sein. Personal sehr sympathisch. Essen wäre auch eine 10/10 (von dem was ich bereits probiert habe) Preise auch völlig akzeptabel. Meine Empfehlung auf jeden Fall... 👍

Sehr gute Auswahl an Gerichten und sehr gute Qualität. Die Einrichtung ist etwas schlicht und wenn es voll ist, wird es ziemlich laut. Die Gerichte sind lecker und preisgünstig.

Super gepflegtes und gemütliches Lokal , nettes Personal und super italienische Küche , hier fühlt man sich wohl .
