Unfortunately totally disappointed with our visit. The last time we went there for dinner was 4 years ago and it was fantastic. This time both the service and the food were average… We had ordered a starter which unfortunately didn't come. After the main course was served they wanted to bring the starter. Both the pizza and pasta tasted very bland. Unfortunately, the service wasn't what it was back then. Very annoyed and we always had the feeling that we had to eat quickly so that new guests would come to our table. Unfortunately no longer recommended

We have always eaten there during our vacation over the past few years. We were hoping to have a nice meal again this year. Unfortunately we were disappointed. My pasta with mussels was poorly seasoned and was swimming in broth. My son's veal fillet with porcini mushrooms was fried to death, the sauce was a complete mush and also tasted of sage. The family's other dishes were ok but not appropriate for the price, just zero eight fifteen... The service was good, but we were totally disappointed with the food. We won't be coming back next year.

Wir waren in den letzten Jahren während unseres Urlaubs immer dort essen. Auch in diesem Jahr hatten wir gehofft wieder schön essen zu gehen. Leider sind wir enttäuscht worden. Meine Nudeln mit Muscheln waren schlecht gewürzt und schwammen in Brühe. Das Kalbsfilet mit Steinpilzen meines Sohn war totgebraten, die Sauce war eine einzige Pampe und schmeckte zudem nach Salbei. Die übrigen Gerichte der Familie waren ok aber für den Preis nicht angemessen, einfach null acht fünfzehn.... Der Service war gut, aber vom Essen waren wir total enttäuscht. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Food tastes good. Service: well, you get the feeling, eat and leave. Long waiting times for the food. But I have to say, I didn't make a reservation. Ambiance: was okay, layered with bottles, perhaps on purpose so it wouldn't be obvious that the decor is quite old, but nothing to do with the food.

Although according to Google it was supposed to be closed, the restaurant was open and we were served quickly. Food really very good.

We ordered a pizza and pasta to pick up. It was said to be 25 minutes, when I arrived after half an hour, I was cashed in and left to stand at the counter for another 10 minutes without any further comment or information. There was a lot going on, everything was fine, even if this could be communicated better. However, as we began to eat, our disappointment turned to anger. My wife's Rigatoni 4 Formaggi were nothing more than pasta with cream. Even with the best of intentions, I couldn't even taste any type of cheese. They were also cold. The same with my pizza, cold, hardly any cheese and a pressed ham that I would never buy because it is only made from slaughterhouse waste. All in all very disappointing and doesn't come close to meeting the price range and your own standards as an authentic Italian restaurant.

Arrived at 6:30 p.m. We had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be taken. We then had to wait another hour for our food. Guests who came after us and also ordered after us were firstly served faster and secondly got their food before us. Not entirely fair. Especially since our order wasn't anything complicated.

Service was excellent and the food was simply Champions League! Gladly again

Very good italian restaurant near Kochelsee.. pasta was very good and overall atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. There is outdoor sitting arrangements as well and a car parking.

Super!! Never eaten so deliciously. And so inexpensive. And the service is super warm and nice. It's nice that card payments are possible and are still available for longer. So we were able to eat something after our long journey. 11/10 stars!!

Really authentic Italian cuisine. Minno is very friendly and so is the service, always checking to see if anything is missing at the table. The food is very good, but I had to go on a diet for 3 days beforehand. He pushed me into a corner. I will go there again even if 100 km is easy. I've never eaten so well before. My meal - grilled calamari - was super delicious! I ALWAYS add salt - not here. Ordered an extra large portion. Really tender and no rubber. Insalata mista large portion. It's a bit more expensive, but given the quality it has to be! The atmosphere is cozy with a nice terrace. The service was very nice and accommodating, only a bit confusing at times.

Ordered by phone for pickup. We should be over in a good 30 minutes. After half an hour we got the two pizzas. One pizza was taken incorrectly. There was never any mention of onions on the phone, nor was there any mention from the employee. Nevertheless, there were some on it. When asked about it on site - "We'll put down the onions quickly". In response to my complaint, another employee said that next time there would be no more special requests. I didn't think anything of it and took both pizzas with me. In the car (there was a thunderstorm) I noticed that the two boxes were already quite cool. In the accommodation (< 250 m) then opened... the pizzas were both cold and the onions were only half-heartedly removed. Surprisingly, some parts of the other pizza had “special requests” for the “onion pizza” - unwanted. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience.

The restaurant simply cannot do anything about what was negative. This warmth was simply uncomfortable. It wasn't fun sitting inside. But the food was great. The service was great. Everything happened quickly and very friendly. The staff served, covered, took telephone orders and so on. And never seemed stressed or unfriendly. We thank you for this lovely dinner.

As always, with a reservation you got a beautiful table on the terrace. The food came quickly and was very tasty…large antipasti plate for starters…super delicious pizza and salad. You can always rely on the boss’s wine recommendation! ... and another sweet ending to surprise you. Chocolate ice cream and coffee parfait… a dream! Not to forget the friendly service...all the employees do their job with a lot of 'Amore' Like on vacation… bella Italia!

We waited for over an hour just for bruscetta, after 1.5 hours our pasta and pizza arrived (nothing elaborate!). When asked by the waitresses, the answer was “yes, straight away”. The table next to us also waited over an hour for their food while others had food and drinks at the table within 15 minutes. The restaurant is really stuffy and overcrowded and it felt like outsiders weren't welcome. Paying also took 20 minutes until someone brought us the bill. Wouldn't recommend the "restaurant"!

Vorab, die Bedienung ist super freundlich und gleicht jeden Patzer der passiert aus, hoch professionell - sehr gut. Das Essen kam gemeinsam, jedoch waren die Nudeln, weil sie wohl stehen gelassen wurden bis das andere Gericht fertig war, halbkalt. Sollte nicht passieren. Der Wein war auch nicht mehr der Beste, wurde jedoch super von der Bedienung gelöst.

Waited over an hour for the food (pizza and pasta). Beer was stale and warm. The tip to the waiter was answered with the words that it would be better to drink wine........ On a hot sunny day in Bavaria you should also get a cold beer at an Italian restaurant..... A pity!

Because of the many positive reviews, we got 2x lasagne and garlic/pizza bread for dinner here. Unfortunately, I have to say that both things were average at best, and considering the price of €34, it was very annoying. However, the pizzas that were served while I was waiting looked very good. Maybe we ordered the wrong dish... One positive thing to note is that all the employees were extremely friendly, despite the restaurant being full.

Today we came from Munich to eat at this restaurant. We ordered a salad with turkey breast and risotto. The meat in the salad was at refrigerator temperature, the tomato pieces were huge, just cheese slices for a sandwich inside and no dressing, not even salt. Upon request, we were given oil and balsamic vinegar and were asked to mix it ourselves. For the price you expect a salad that you can at least eat straight away. We waited 45 minutes for the risotto, the risotto itself was just way too hard and undercooked. We wanted to explain to the waiter very quietly what was going on with the food so that the other customers didn't hear, but he answered so loudly that the whole shop heard! That was absolutely unprofessional. The price performance is outrageous, it was generally a disappointment. never again!!!!!

We ate here during our vacation. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. We can highly recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately you have to give 1 star. This pizzeria is the worst restaurant ever. We wanted to sit in the beer garden when the weather was nice but we couldn't get the free table because there were only two of us. So we sat down and ordered pizza. We noticed how the boss was belittling the staff at a level that was very embarrassing. It was a mood to run away from. I had ordered a 0.5 liter wine spritzer and then received 0.25 liters twice for the price of 10 euros (normally 6.50 euros). When I complained about this, I was told that the waitress didn't speak German!!!! How outrageous is that!! I will definitely never go to this pizzeria again.

A nice Italian restaurant just outside the center. We had a great lunch of pizza and spaghetti Bolognese. Just one waiter who was on his toes. Lovely atmosphere outside. We'd stop again.

We had a delicious meal here tonight! It was very busy, but we easily got a table with no reservation. The seafood pasta (Spaghetti Scogliera), carbonara and aperol spritzes were all delicious. 😍

We were here right at 11 a.m., so we couldn't really rate the service since the waiter was still alone. Food was good and tasted good but nothing special. We had carabonara and a pizza, both were good but as I said not fantastic.

We ordered the salami pizza and the four cheese pizza, and let me tell you, that four cheese pizza made me completely forget that I was on a diet. It was heaven in every bite! The cheese was incredibly fresh and high quality, and when paired with the restaurant's special chili oil, it was a true showstopper. The salami pizza was equally delightful, with a perfect balance of flavors and a crispy crust. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was also fantastic—friendly and attentive. And to top it all off, the prices were unbelievably reasonable. This place has quickly become our favorite restaurant in the Garmisch area. Every time we visit, we make sure to stop by. Highly recommended!

To be honest, I don't know what's the service like here, we took a pizza to go and didn't have a chance to spend some time in this place. But pizza was like super delicious... Each of us really enjoyed what we got here for a reasonable price . Definitely will come back when we visit Kochel again.

Essen ganz gut, Kellner Italienisch leicht arrogant….. checken erstmal ab, wer Du bist und was Du bestellst. Schade, Platzhirsch - Mentalität , gibt ja sonst nicht viel Konkurrenz in Kochel…. dass man sich bisschen anstrengen müsste, von Herzen herzlich zu sein oder eben nicht . Alles in allem gut, eben einfach nur nicht echt.

Can't recommend. I ordered bruschetta as a starter and pizza as my main course. The pizza arrived and I had only eaten half of the starter. When I said the pizza was early, I was told: That's just the way it is. I have to eat faster. And then the pizza was very average, to put it mildly. I've never left any pizza behind, but with this one there was still a quarter of a slice left on the plate. It didn't really taste good, the toppings were very poor and of course it was cold in the end. Never again.

The “La pineta” restaurant disappointed the expectations of lovers of Italian cuisine. The pizza, which should be the flagship of an Italian restaurant, was a big disappointment. Not only did it lack authenticity, but it felt more like a culinary experiment than a real Italian pizza. The base was too thin and hard and the seasoning was sparse and unbalanced. The cheese didn't melt properly, and the tomato sauce tasted like it came from a can of puree. Furthermore, it completely lacked that crunchiness and characteristic flavor that you expect from a good Italian pizza. In conclusion, the restaurant "La pineta" does not live up to expectations for an Italian restaurant in Germany. I hope other Italians avoid this culinary disappointment and look for more authentic alternatives. 🇮🇹🍽️

Update. Even after 5 years I can only write positive things. Simply great. Don't miss the lasagne. We make it a must to visit the restaurant every time we are on vacation in the area. Was great as always. Looking forward to the next time.

Delicious pizza. Reservations are recommended, but you still have to expect waiting times on a Saturday evening.

We have already visited many Italian restaurants, but one thing has to be said clearly about la pineta: not only is top food served here, everyone involved really does it with "Amore" as you would wish. The food is "amazing", the portions are so big that you can't eat it even if you're very hungry. Nobody left our table without having something packed up. The quality of the food is also really great. I think even our Italian tribe at home can't keep up, and that's saying something. I have never had such great and fantastic Al Forno as here. Thank you. Also noticed was the friendly staff and after every guest change at the table there were fresh tablecloths and it was clean anyway. In this case I can only say grade 1 with a star. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. The prices are also great, Rigatoni Al Forno for €8.80, the mixed salad for €4, the pizza from €7.50+ is more than okay for this quality. In this sense...

Ein Besuch im "La Pineta" ist wie ein Kurzurlaub in Italien. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht, man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Das Essen und die Weine sind toll, der Service sowieso.

Unfortunately, we were very, very disappointed with the New Year's Eve menu yesterday, after having always been extremely satisfied in previous years. The first course (soups) was good, the second course was where the disaster began: An absolutely inedible seafood risotto (not risotto rice, the cheapest frozen product), simply a mush with no taste. The main course didn't get any better. A Tris di Pesce that doesn't deserve its name. Calamari is as tough as rubber to as hard as plastic, as are the scampis. Optionally filled veal rolls with undercooked frozen vegetables and cheap ready-made sauce. Unfortunately, the dessert wasn't what it was supposed to be either: a sorbet. This menu, for a lot of money, was a complete failure. Mimo and the Pineta won't see us anymore. A pity.

Wir waren am Wochenende zu Dritt bei Lapineta. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und der Service war von Anfang an sehr gut. Wir hatten uns eine Vorspeise geteilt, die war reichlich und hatte eine sehr große Auswahl und es hat alles herrlich geschmeckt. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir 2x Pasta und 1x Pizza. Die Pasta waren sehr gut, die Arrabiata geschmacksintensiv und hatte genau die richtige Schärfe, Pasta Salmone - viel Lachs und eine cremige Soße. Highlight war die Pizza Frutti di Mare, Teig schön dünn und ordentlich Geschmacksintensiver Belag. Absolut ein Traum.

La Pineta is one of the best Italian restaurants we have ever been to. We are absolute fans and regulars. The menu has everything your heart desires, from upscale to down-to-earth. The goods are high quality, fish and meat are always of excellent quality and what is important to us, always fresh. There is also an excellent wine selection. Actually everything is recommended, our favorites are grilled salmon, Pizza Mimo with Parma ham and Rigatoni Quattroformaggi. The service from Mimo, Grazia and the others is always friendly, fast and special requests are always taken into account. The terrace with mountain views is a dream in summer. Keep it up!

We were on the way back from the Kaunertal Glacier from our skiing holiday and were looking for a place to have lunch. I found the restaurant on the map by chance. When we got our food we both knew it was the right decision. The taste of the pasta was also absolutely delicious. The waitresses were also totally friendly and accommodating. If we go on a skiing holiday again next year, we will stop here at least once.

Wir hatten einen Tag vorher reserviert als wir zufällig durchgefahren sind. Scheint abends immer ausgebucht zu sein. Tolle Location mit echter italienischer Küche. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Weingut. Service war nett, schnell und zuvorkommend. Obwohl es ausgebucht war fand man es nicht zu drückend und ist relativ schnell bedient worden. Das Essen war frisch und geschmacklich sehr gut 😀

Waren wie schon in den Vorjahren zu Sylvester zum Jahresabschluss beim Mimmo... wie immer top Menü.. können eine solch negative Bewertung nicht verstehen... waren zu Viert... alle Gerichte waren sehr lecker...von der Fischplatte bis zu den Kalbsröllchen...auch die versch. Vorspeisen bzw. Suppen 👍 Bestes italienisches Restaurant weit und breit !!! Seit vielen Jahren unser Stammlokal :-) top Service und super leckere Gerichte ... Mimmo und Grazia sind die perfekten Gastgeber !

As so often, we had a wonderful New Year's Eve meal 2023 at Grazia and Mimo. Hospitality is always great, food was top notch as usual and there were private fireworks from Grazia on top of that. What more do you want? We cannot understand the negative review. There were 5 of us eating, we had all the dishes including the vegetarian version on the table and, as always, they were from the best Italian restaurant outside of Calabria. That's why we like to travel from Munich to Kochel often.

I've never eaten a better italian cuisine than this. (outside of italy). It's a total recommendation.

Im La Pineta gibt es italienische Gastfreundschaft pur. Gracia und Mimo sind excellente Gastgeber und lassen den Aufenthalt zu einem Kurzurlaub in Italien werden. Die Speisen sind absolut lecker und die Portionen sehr groß. Ich freue mich schon darauf, in Zukunft öfter Gast bei euch zu sein.

Bruschetta und Antipasti vorneweg waren hervorragend! Hauptgang Lachs und Calari a la Griglia sehr, sehr gut. Dazu eine Flasche Custoza, perfekt. Das Lokal war sehr voll, Service war trotzdem sehr aufmerksam.
