The food was good and the waitress was really friendly, polite and professional.

If you wait 15 minutes and there's no service, it's time to go. I'm not going to go and complain personally, I'm just going to say goodbye. The restaurant wasn't full, just the service was inattentive. This could also be seen in the fact that the tables that had already been abandoned were not cleared away. The fact that the plates were still half full suggests that the meal was apparently not a joy either. The food is okay, although the portions aren't exactly generous and the chips were a bit burnt. But what doesn't work is the service. Things were constantly falling down, with the corresponding knocks and we were left dry. There seem to be big differences between the staff here, as another area was clearly better served.

Die Bedienung war eigentlich sehr freundlich. Sie nahm sich aber mehr Trinkgeld als ausgemacht. Die Speisen sind fade und ließen lange auf sich warten. Nur Salz und Pfeffer wurde bereitgestellt. Wegen der fehlenden Schärfe hätten wir Tabasco verlangen sollen, sagte man uns. Die bestellten Gerichte hätten aber auch ohne Tabasco scharf sein und mehr Würze haben müssen. Wir wollten auch diesen Geschmack und nicht den Geschmack von Salz, Pfeffer und Tabasco genießen. Die Toiletten sind schwer über eine enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar, teils defekt und unsauber. Kartenzahlung ist seit mehreren Wochen nicht möglich. Statt endlich dafür zu sorgen, dass Kartenzahlung wieder möglich ist, wird man am Telefon angeschnauzt, dass man bis zum Termin der Vorbestellung zur Geburtstagsfeier mit 10-15 Personen genug Zeit hätte, entsprechend viel Geld abzuheben. Sorry, bei den hohen Preisen würden ca. 1.000,--€ anfallen, welche man gerade in dieser Gegend nicht unbedingt in Bar dabeihaben möchte. WARUM ist es einem so großem Restaurant nicht möglich, die Kartenzahlung wiedereinzurichten. Da ist doch was faul? Leider ist es einigen unserer Gäste nicht möglich, in unsere Gegend nach Treptow-Köpenick zu kommen, wo es trotz geringerer Bevölkerungsdichte mehraus bessere und günstigere Restaurants auch mit kostenlosen Parkmöglichen und Barrierefreiheit gibt. Um nicht auf diese Gäste verzichten zu müssen, werden wir Fahrgemeinschafen schließen. Das La Paz in Helle Mitte ist für uns gestorben.

Food was tasty, but I found the service & the man at the counter to be very loud (louder than the guests 2 tables with 2 pensioners each & 1 table with 3 children & their parents & the music) The windows could also be cleaned again. The second time I personally reserved a table on site. Nothing was prepared on that day! When there was a complaint at the counter, he couldn't or didn't want to understand anything. Well, no wonder if you have white headphones on your left ear. When there was another similar complaint, a fifth chair was simply added to the table without any further questions. Since I found this too narrow, I added another table. The next mistake occurred when ordering, at the table next to us too. Furthermore, there was rubbish on the floor between the two seats the whole time.

Great service, very tasty cocktails would be 5 stars if they had a separate changing area to protect the child. Anyone who comes down to the toilets can see it and the hand-held hairdryers that are immediately nearby. There is still some catching up to do here.

I have to honestly say that neither the food nor the ambience or service blew me away. Everything was okay, but nothing that makes me recommend the store. You can definitely go there but it's nothing special.

We were there for dinner and were immediately greeted in a very friendly and courteous manner. Overall, the staff was very attentive and hard-working throughout the entire evening, so that first the drinks and then the food were on the table. This was very tasty and plentiful, but not spicy. However, this could certainly have been ordered. The prices can be described as moderate for Berlin conditions. Overall, our culinary community went home very satisfied in the end.

I don't know if we had a bad day there, but the food wasn't tasty. Nothing tasted homemade and the price-performance ratio is not justified. The mozzarella sticks are very salty and charging €12.90 for 5 pieces with some fries is crazy, especially since they come from the frozen food store. Plates were very hot, but the food was cold. The staff was friendly, but didn't ask how the food was made, so I had to come to you personally and tell you that it wasn't tasty. I can say from my experience that I will not eat there again.

I expect more from a Mexican restaurant. Went there for the first time and for me it doesn't have much to do with Mexican cuisine. Tomatoes were the big cheap ones, champions weren't fresh, lettuce was loveless with iceberg and a slice of carrot. The food was very tasteless. No power, no limes, no spice like I expect from a good restaurant. The service was friendly and the food came to the table promptly, so the rating is relatively good.

Sorry, I've never experienced anything like that. Waiting 40 minutes for 2 coffees, 2 cappuccinos, 2 cocktails and 3 cold drinks is really a new negative record. It wasn't really full either, there was only one other table occupied and it was already served. We didn't even get to order food, even though we would have liked to have eaten there after climbing in the mine. After this subterranean service, it would be better to go to the Italian restaurant next door. Absolute impudence. Absolutely not recommended!!!

Food is supper Service and staff respond to complaints, orders and inquiries in a very professional and friendly manner. The tables are a little too close together for me because I personally want to avoid people, but for more extroverted people this should be enough distance.

So the service staff is really a 10/10, even though I'm a rather difficult eater, they treated me really nicely and the food also tasted very, very tasty :)

My food was very tasty and filled me up too. The non-alcoholic cocktail itself was delicious, but there were so many ice cubes in it that it gave all of us stomach ache. The young lady who served us was very friendly.

If the store is full, it takes a long time. When others come after you, they get food first and you wait a long time... I waited at least an hour for my food to come. The food was delicious, but it just took too long.

There is one star for the food. We made a special reservation and still waited an hour and a half for the starter and another half hour for the main course. The excuse given was that it was full. There is simply no organization here. When I asked the boss if we would get compensation, such as a few drinks on the house (there were seven people), he said he couldn't do that because it was full. Never again.

The food was quite good and the atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately we had to wait a long time for food and drinks. But the staff was very friendly and tried hard.

Really bad food. Every Mexican snack is better in terms of quality and taste. Just a standard plate with salad and then the order is slapped on top.

Unfortunately it took ages to get the tickets and even longer to place our order. The cocktail selection was good. I've had better options for vegetarians at other Mexican restaurants. The starter we ordered for €13 wouldn't even have been worth half that. The main courses were also so unsatisfactory in terms of taste (mushy vegetables and little variety of vegetables, even though this was declared on the menu) that we almost returned the entire meal. We still had to pay full price for everything. The restaurant itself is in a good location, but unfortunately it's quite dirty in my opinion. There was no toilet paper or soap in the toilets. Even where we sat it was dusty and dirty and sticky. That's really a pity. We won't go there again.

The only restaurant with a real Mexican atmosphere, like you're in Puerto Vallarte. As always, there is nothing to doubt about the dishes, nor about the service.

After a walk through Hellersdorf, we stopped at “La Paz”. The food here is very plentiful and delicious. You are not left alone, the staff's attention is unobtrusive. All in all, another successful evening.

La Paz Bright Center Volume: is insanely high. Ambience: Standard, nothing special. Food: horrible uniformity, we had 5 different dishes that all looked the same and the taste was subpar. It fits here: "Hunger drives it in, disgust drives it out again."

We were there to spend a comfortable evening and drink a couple of cocktails. We were served quickly and very politely even when we said we just wanted a drink. And the cocktails we chose were very tasty. The prices of the cocktails were absolutely justified and not too expensive. We had a lovely evening.

I don't think this restaurant is good because we weren't greeted, which is what you would expect. And we had to look for a table on our own and the waiters just walked past us and ignored us, it was just rude, we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the menu and it was expensive too, that was real to us Too stupid, so we went to the restaurant opposite, it was the other way around, which was really disgraceful because I don't like the restaurant

A nice Mexican restaurant with a diverse selection of typical South American dishes. Here you will receive quick and friendly service. We have been here several times and everything has always tasted very good. After a visit to the cinema or to take a breather after a shopping trip in the "Helle Mitte" center, you are in good hands here in the heart of Hellersdorf. In the evening and especially on weekends it is advisable to make a reservation as the restaurant is really busy. I think the large selection of cocktails is great and it's worth taking advantage of the happy hour. We always like to come back!

The meals cost around €20-29. That's exactly what is offered - has there been a change of ownership? Payment is made in cash - cards are not accepted (as of January 26, 2024). That and the quality of the food reminds me of the snack bar “around the corner”! I have no idea, but now the restaurant seems like a kebab shop to me. It's a shame actually. The meat (beef) is dry and garnished with lots of salad. 17.01.24 zu 11 Uhr Kellnerin hat mich beim Betreten gegrüßt aber das war dann leider auch alles, sie wirkte genervt und offenbar alleine, wohl auch neu. Handelt unsortiert und unvollständig. Auf Anfrage meiner Begleitung die schon länger Gast ist, die Bestellung zu erweitern wurde genervt reagiert, zumal meine Begleitung zur Kellnerin laufen muss. Fehlende Wurst und Käse wird lieblos auf den Tisch geknallt. Und seid wann soll der Kunde sich fehlendes Besteck selbst besorgen? Mein erster Besuch war eine Enttäuschung. Leeres wird nach 3 mal am Tisch noch immer ignoriert. Brötchen steinhart und Belag, (Schinken) hat eine fikale Note. (Bestellt: Berliner Frühstück klein) mix Konfitüre bestand aus 1 x Aprikose Ein weiterer Besuch ist erstmal nicht geplant obwohl ich wenn auch selten gewillt bin einem Ort eine zweite Chance zu gehen. Meine Entscheidung bezüglich einer zweiten Chance liegt in der Begegnung mit der dortigen Chefin die direkt klaren Einsatz gezeigt hat und sehr kompetent wirkt.

Die einzige die mir den abend gerettet hatte war die überfreundliche spanische Kellnerin. Das essen war ein witz. Nichts an gewüzen war dein und die Üortionen erst waren echt beschämend für die Aktuellen Preise. Preise kann man sich gerne im Menü online vergleich.

Wer Mexikanische Küche mag ist hier gut aufgehoben, Service ist freundlich und essen schmeckt. Preislich immernoch ok.

Wir waren am Abend vor Weihnachten essen. Wurden super bedient und die Bedienung hat uns auch was Speisen empfohlen (sehr lecker!!). Es war leider sehr laut aber das lag einfach an der Fülle des Lokals :) Kommen definitiv wieder!! Auch sehr Kinderfreundlich!!

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe da, Bestellungen wurden oft nur auf Zuruf entgegengenommen, oder nur von paar Leuten aus der Gruppe entgegen genommen. Unsere Kellnerin war maßlos überfordert mit den Bestellungen. Am Ende waren mehr Getränke auf der Rechnung als bestellt. Einige aus der Gruppe haben dann aus Nettigkeit die Getränke übernommen. Für die gesamte Gruppe gab es EINE Speisekarte...naja... Kartenzahlung war auch nicht möglich. Essen hat aber geschmeckt. Die Getränke die kamen waren auch ok.

Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, unsere ausgewählten Speisen waren alle sehr lecker und reichlich. Das beste war aber die sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bewirtung mit einem ordentlichen Schwung karibischem Temperament. Hier kehren wir sehr gerne wieder ein.

Super lecker und tolles Personal

Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend dort. Daran mag es gelegen haben, dass es furchtbar laut war. Das Essen war super, das Personal sehr ambitioniert, nett, und den Umständen entsprechend schnell. Dafür noch einmal herzlichen Dank! Leider ist die Preisgestaltung nicht mehr so günstig wie früher. Daran mag die allgemeine Teuerung Mitschuld haben, aber 5,10€ einen halben Liter Fassbier sind schon sportlich. Aber alles in allem war es ein schöner, wenn auch lauter :) Abend.

Immer wieder ein Besuch wert, cocktails und essen leckaaaaa

Eigentlich ein super Lokal, in dem ich schon einige Jahre immer mal gern war. Gestern habt Ihr Euch selber ins Aus geschossen. War mit Freunden dort um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Essen war wie immer sehr lecker. Aber als ich dann die Rechnung bekam, die im übrigen über 200€ betrug und dann wohl ein für die Bedienung zu geringes Trinkgeld gab, wurde es seltsam. Erstens ist Trinkgeld eine freiwillige Sache. Zweitens sich dann aufregen, dass das Trinkgeld so wenig ist und die Bedienung ja den Abschiedsdrink ja jetzt selbst bezahlen muss, geht mal garnicht!!! Uns nen "kurzen" anbieten und dann soll man den auch noch bezahlen?? Bei dieser hohen Rechnung ist es in jeder anderen guten Lokalität selbstverständlich. Meine Freunde und mich habt Ihr definitiv zum letzten Mal bei Euch gesehen. Und wenn die Mehrwertsteuer wieder auf 19% geht, werdet Ihr Euch eh umsehen, wie wenige dann noch zu Euch kommen. Und dann in einer Zeit wo der Gastronomie schon geholfen wurde mit der Steuersenkung noch Leute mit diesem Verhalten zu vergraulen... Ich weiß nicht ob das so gut ankommt. Ihr scheint es Euch ja leisten zu können....
