La Femme in Berlin

We had breakfast there as a couple. It was delicious. However, the seating isn't very inviting. Anyone with back pain won't be happy on the hard, backless benches. Please provide proper seating options :(

A restaurant that has become rare in Berlin: quiet, warm, and genuinely human. The team is exceptionally polite – no forced smiles, just true friendliness. You immediately sense that they want their guests to feel comfortable. The food? Fresh, flavorful, and unfussy. No rush, no pressure – simply an atmosphere where you arrive and are welcomed. That's precisely what makes this place so special.

It still tastes good. However, the quality and quantity have declined. It used to be a top-notch place. The doner kebab isn't as good as it should be; the meat is 8/10, but the workers lack experience, and the whole doner tastes only mediocre. It's a shame, considering the meat is good—wasted potential. And the drink prices are outrageous. €2.50 for a Coke and €2 for Ayran with so much competition. That's not very smart.

Delicious food, friendly service, and although reservations aren't officially accepted on weekends, everything worked out well and we were well taken care of. Very good prices.

Wonderful place for breakfast! Also suitable for larger families or groups. All the dishes we ordered were freshly prepared and delicious. The service is outstanding! Very friendly and very fast. The highlight are the homemade simit rings! Extremely delicious and freshly baked on site! (see photo). Unfortunately, we didn't manage to eat the cakes because we were so full. But as you can see in the photo, they're great! And definitely delicious. The tables are a bit low for sitting... but that's a matter of taste, of course. There are also nice corner tables - but you'd better reserve a table there. Overall: TOP!!! 5 stars!!!

Borderline! To celebrate the reopening of the kebab shop, coupled with a tempting offer, you have to pay first and then stand in line and wait for your food. Two (in words: two!) hours of queuing. Outrageous. Never again!

Unfortunately there was a hair in the simit and then they just cut off the part where the hair was and served it again 🤣 There was also a hair in the cocoa.

The food at La Femme is really good. There's a wide selection of different dishes, usually served with a small salad, olives, and freshly prepared simit. The restaurant has plenty of seating, but it gets very busy, especially during peak weekend hours. I would normally give it 4 stars, as I like to stop by when I'm nearby. Unfortunately, they don't accept card payments, which I find rather disappointing in 2025.

Truly the deadest Kumpir in a long time. Four salads and olives to choose from. So, generally the most modest selection of toppings I've ever seen.

The food is okay, but the seating isn't suitable for taller people; the benches are low and not at all suitable for sitting there for long, which is a shame.

The value for money is also good. If you want to enjoy a classic Turkish breakfast, this is the place for you. We would love to come back!

Very tasty Kumpir Mexican, unfortunately the jalapenos were delivered later. Turkish tea wasn't served either. Service seems overwhelmed by the number of customers. Cutting costs in the wrong way. Ambience is okay.

The menemen tasted okay, but was a bit spicy – which unfortunately wasn't indicated on the menu. From experience, I can say that the spice level varies depending on who's in the kitchen. This should definitely be clearly marked on the menu so guests know what to expect. Otherwise, the standard is solid, but small details like these make the difference between leaving feeling completely satisfied.

I bought a cake for my daughter's birthday from this café. It looked beautiful, and I really hoped it would be the highlight of our celebration and bring joy to my daughter on her birthday. I brought it home very carefully. That evening, I checked again to make sure everything was okay. But the next morning, the cake had simply collapsed completely—as you can see in the photo. This is absolutely unacceptable. I've bought cakes of this type several times before, and this has never happened to me before. Therefore, I cannot recommend this cake at all, especially at the price of €40. I also strongly advise against visiting this café at all.

It was quite okay. But somehow I once went to a Berlin branch with a wider selection (pancakes, etc.). The service here was top-notch, though.

According to Google's opening hours of 7 a.m., we arrived at 7 a.m., but the clerk wouldn't let us in. Even worse, she locked the door in the cold weather, and we stood outside for 16 minutes. After seeing that she ignored us and didn't open the door, we left. You are obligated to serve from 7 a.m., since you listed your opening hours as 7 a.m. If you can't serve from 7 a.m., change your opening hours. Don't leave customers standing outside in the cold!

We came here for breakfast today. Very friendly service, delicious food, and a wide selection. We thought the tables and benches outside were a bit too close together. Overall, though, we enjoyed it and would definitely come back.

Consider a long wait and go, the waiters never look at you.

On Friday, I went to La Femme in Wilmersdorf with my girlfriend. We received a warm welcome and the staff were friendly and attentive. The service was excellent and the food was incredibly delicious. We were very impressed, and it won't be our last visit.

I was here with my mother for breakfast this morning. I have to say, the service was very, very friendly. The breakfast was also very tasty, in the traditional Turkish style. The only minor drawback was perhaps the freshly squeezed orange juice. I've had better. But otherwise, there's really nothing to complain about: the waiters were very friendly and the dishes were very nice and delicious. I'll definitely be back!

Very tasty Turkish cuisine, in addition for 10 euros you can take a whole plate from the buffet + salad. The place is very cozy, good repair. Cakes deserve special praise. We took a cake for a birthday, it is very beautiful and tasty. You just need to ask a few days before the holiday to leave a whole cake. Pay attention to the first photo, this is the most delicious cake 😋 strawberry with pistachio. If you have it - be sure to try it!!

Today, after a long time, I went to eat kumpir again, around the corner from where I usually go..., this time with my family because I recommended it to others, but unfortunately I was very disappointed this time. There were 4 of us and we all ordered kumpir, as always the potato is first made warm in the oven and then you are called to choose the toppings.., for me it is a matter of course that you first look at everything and then decide what you want in the potato., unfortunately the lady at the counter was very, very hectic and unfriendly because she didn't want us to think about it... my mom finally wanted grated cheese as a topping (which is also possible because I always have it that way before ordered) the lady said it wouldn't work. Cheese and butter is already in the potato. Unfortunately the tone and looks weren't right the whole time. We are disappointed and unfortunately we won't be going to the restaurant again.

A very clean place, very nice staff, and despite the trouble they are very clear and nice, the food has been modernized a bit and in this restaurant I really had the feeling for the first time in my life in Germany that integration was working, an Afghan sat next to me on the left, a right next to the Turk, it was fantastic!!

There is a male waiter here who had excellent customer service. Very friendly and professional and put a smile on my face. As a solo traveller this really makes a different. Yummy baked potato too.

Yesterday I visited here for toilet. It' not easy to find a toilet in this city and country. I ordered a dish and a coffee. However, only a coffee was served. The staff gave me a sorry but there was no problem. I could solve my toilet problem at a very cheap price.

La Femme has always been good so far, but unfortunately this branch is falling off a bit. The Turkish breakfast is authentic, tasty and good quality, but the service was unfriendly and the seats uncomfortable. I still like the chain, but not this branch. 3 stars because of poor service. 🍽️😕

I really enjoyed having breakfast here when I was at university, the food is good. However, they do not allow dogs and without any understandable explanation. Unfortunately only one star for that.

Mediocrely good. The taste somehow doesn't start. But the service was very courteous. You have to add a lot of salt, although I'm not a salter.

After completing our tour in Charlottenburg Palace, we were hungry and came to this place, which is 20 minutes walking distance from the palace. First, we ordered baked potatoes and with the first spoon, I literally felt like I was in Turkey. The staff was also very attentive. Their tea was a nice brewed tea. It was wonderful after the hotel's shake tea. We ordered dessert for it and left happily. In total, one baked potato, one kadayıf, one sherbet dessert, 2 We paid 21 Euros for tea. One star deducted just because of the noise...it was very crowded. Otherwise everything was great. There were three of us. Portions were completely sufficient, it will fill you up! It was super tasty. Staff very friendly! We've been there before and would come again!

I'm a big fan of La femme Kreuzberg. This time we were in Charlottenburg and were very disappointed. Service TOTALLY inattentive and slow. Food so so so, Simit was cold and didn't taste fresh. The other dishes weren't anything special either. What shocked us were the prices, which had risen enormously. For example, Yumurta Ekmek from 8.50 to 11.50 euros within one year. The other dishes don't look any better, about 3 (!) euros more expensive each... It's a real shame!! No card payment is possible for these prices.

Service very bad. Although the bill was over 60 euros, card payment was not accepted. Unfortunately, I discovered hygienic deficiencies. At the counter, I saw the staff preparing fresh produce with their hands, even as they collected cash at the same time. My coffee cup was not cleaned properly. A fresh cup was refused.

The young lady at the Kumpir apparently didn't have much motivation on the day in question - it's okay, just please behave completely neutrally and don't make everyone feel unwanted. The waiter, however, was very accommodating. Totally loud and abnormally warm all around. It's a shame - a little fresh air every now and then makes things better. Overall, LaFemme is ok for breakfast. Personally, I don't think it's good value for money. There are much cheaper, similar locations.

I would like to recommend this restaurant to you. And for those who live there and for guests of this city. This place is famous for its excellent breakfast. Varied menu. And a very nice presentation. The dishes are simple and very tasty, with their own baked goods. The staff serves quickly and with a smile on their faces. If you visit this restaurant in the morning, the day will begin with positive emotions.

The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. The desserts, however, are simply a disgrace for the price. I tried profiterole and two cakes - all 3 for a whopping €16-17 in total. The portions were large, but the taste was below average. For example, the profiterole were simple cream puffs with chocolate pudding. Sadly, the ready-made ones from Kaufland or Rewe are simply better - and cost half as much. For a store that mainly boasts about its confectionery on its website, these are simply too bad. I was very disappointed and can't recommend the shop for dessert lovers.

The little boss Ali has to / should smile a little and not be so serious when ordering and sometimes ask in a friendly manner whether it was tasty. Traditionally, 1 glass/cup of Çay is always included in the order, at least not at breakfast here It is freshly baked in front of your eyes, positive

Today I ordered food from to good to go for 4 euros. When I Googled the store on the internet I was sent 30 minutes to another store with the same name. When I arrived it was too late to get to the other store because I was also very angry 4 Thank you for nothing, I definitely won't be ordering from here again!!!
