At first I was really happy, but now the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. The problem is not the prices, but the goods themselves - the quality simply no longer meets the previous standard. Another big negative point: You order a menu, but without asking you are served different mezzes that you didn't order. At the end everything is on the bill – an unpleasant surprise! Anyone who has ever fallen into such a tourist trap in Turkey knows this procedure. Our group consisted of seven people and the bill came to a whopping €380. With this kind of service, I will avoid the restaurant in the future. Such methods are simply unacceptable!

I've been there easily 30 times since at the beginning a man worked there, a Kurd with hardly any hair on his head and a little smaller, he worked so well, always a smile, he did his job with heart. For a long time, a man with a pigtail who NEVER SMILES has always been in a bad mood and doesn't make any effort. I ordered another kebab and asked him to please make the meat a little darker. He said OK, then there is a man who cuts the kebab. I politely said it again 20 seconds later, "please let the meat be brown" and the other guy turns around with the long hair and tells me I understood her the first time. 3 minutes later he gives me my kebab, he had ordered extra meat, the meat was so limp, not brown at all, in fact it was actually red because he cut it too deep and I've noticed that so many times now with the guys with the long gray hair, which is why I noticed it I said it again specifically. I went back, gave him the kebab and told him it was the last time and left. This guy is so unfriendly you can't let him approach the cash register or the customers. He often burned my bread, cut the meat too early and way too thick that it felt like chewing gum so from 5 stars down to 1 I'm so disappointed as long as this man works there I won't be coming back with my family!!! Get the little Kurdish cute Abi who had little hair!!!!

I went to this kebab shop for the first time today to try it out. and I was very disappointed when I ordered a Dürüm kebab. For 9€ it was a disgrace of real ranzschuppen half raw meat and the Dürüm was quite small for 9€. I can also just eat a minced meat skewer that is at least cooked through. I've eaten better from the competition.

The doner meat is delicious, the bread is hot and spicy sauce, the bad garlic sauce is successful, we did not experience any faults in the service, the portions are too small, if I visit again in the future, I would give the iskender a chance, but I would not prefer the doner with bread.

Went to a Turkish singer's concert there. We froze to death. Everyone was sitting with jackets and coats. Nice service but very unprofessional. We went there extra days in advance to buy the tickets. Almost all tables were reserved. On the evening in question, so many tables were strangely empty. They only offered part of the menu. We went to Eren Özütemiz's concert yesterday November 23rd, 2024. I sat there with my coat because it was so cold and I wasn't the only one. We had to go buy the tickets days beforehand because they said you couldn't accept a reservation otherwise. Every table we looked for was probably reserved, so we got a free table at the back of the shop. Furthermore, we were supposed to be there by 9:30 p.m. at the latest, we were on time, but the shop was occupied with maybe 8 tables and everyone came around 10:30 p.m. There were around 5-6 unoccupied tables, exactly the same tables we had requested. Really a shame. Service unprofessional, everything just goes around. A waiter never runs. Many starters that were on the menu were missing, sweets for dessert were not offered, which was a disadvantage. Too bad, too bad. Well, not recommended. From what I read, I'm not the only one with a negative review. So Team Beyoğlu changes something about it and makes it nice again. Speaking of beautiful, the shop now looks catastrophic after renovation, no dance floor, all the tables are terrible.

It's being baked back there somewhere. Aha. I ordered çöpsis dürüm. The meat was the size of kusbasi and was tough and full of fat. The dürüm bread was ice cold. When we said that the dürüm was cold, the waiter said, no, it can't be. I asked him to feel for himself. He then said the bread may be cold. But not the meat. Aha and why? Because the bread would dry out when warmed up. I said, maybe you should give up this business and change industries, the waiter rolled his eyes (Beyoğlu'nda gezersin, gözlerini süzersin haha) and took the dürüm with him to warm up. It works. Still didn't taste good. The tea was also cold. Probably iced tea haha. Döner plate was still acceptable. But not that great either. I was there for the last time! The employees are completely beside themselves!...They already wanted to cheat the customer in front of me out of money and tried it on me too! My brother had his son baptized that day and we ate there after the baptism. There were around 100 of us. The staff was super nice and the food came very quickly.
