We came to Manti very hungry. Unfriendly host didn't want to let the three of us eat in the restaurant at first. I thought it could only be taken away. Even though the store was completely empty. The cooks then invited us. The host was just shouting on the phone the whole time... it was a bit annoying... next time I'll go somewhere else... it's a shame the food was top 10/10

I had a meat gozleme and mixed salad. The meat was supposed to be diced and fried but sadly there was little carbonisation and thus not much flavour. Also, I would have expected some red or white cabbage in the salad but instead got iceberg lettuce. Nonplussed

Gozleme Restaurant is one of these places that we always walked in front of but never felt like we should go in. Now, we can say that it was a mistake to ignore this restaurant for so long. It was there that our love for Manti appeared. Very authentic and delicious. Everything is freshly prepared and served. Tastes like being at home with the family. Manti always works, as does Gözleme with cheese and garlic.

Love the handmade manti at this place. If you’re lucky, you can watch the Turkish ladies make the tiny dumplings behind the gözleme counter. They manti are served with a runny yoghurt sauce, drizzles of chili oil, and optional garlic. I always eat the meat manti with garlic. Delicious! The women running this eatery always have a smile on their face :) PS the baklava is also pretty nice here.

The food is great...but mante is not available very often...and the staff is not friendly at all....dont forget to carry cash as it is cash only.

When we are in Berlin we always try to stop by here. The Gözleme and Manti are really great. We recommend. Whether in the restaurant, in front of the door or to take away, we have tried everything.

We wanted to sit in and we were sent out even though there were so many seats. It was said that there was no worker to clear away. Oh well. There was a metal piece of the sponge in the Gözleme. When we said that, we didn't even get a new one or at least the money back

Small side dishes with the Gözleme such as pickled mini pepperoni. Very tasty and only freshly prepared.

I can't understand all the positive reviews here. This store is by far the unfriendly one I have ever experienced. Customer friendliness seems to be a foreign word here. I felt very uncomfortable. You can eat Gözleme almost everywhere in Berlin. Never again!

The managers are very bad, the customers are not treated kindly at all, the pancakes are not bad, the taste is good, but pancake dough is not like that.

It was a long time ago, but it wasn't as good as expected. I think it was small, cold and overpriced.

Went here for a late lunch, really delicious gözleme for a good price! I chose the sucuk gözleme with cheese, great flavour and well prepared. Unfortunately the minced meat manti wasn't available, but the potato manti also tasted great!

You can eat the best quality and clean Anatolian food you can eat in Berlin. You can dine as if you were eating from your own kitchen, with a variety of different types of pancakes, soups, famous manti and a friendly welcome. Everything is perfect!!!

We were there as a family with two children because of the high reviews and were greeted very unfriendly by the owner (?) when we entered. We were told to sit outside even though there were many tables available. I've never had such an unfriendly reception. The mantı were doughy and I didn't taste the potato filling. It's a shame, we had hoped for more!

Really delicious pancakes. You can order any of them with your eyes closed. You won't regret it. I ate one with cheese and one with spinach and mushroom mixture; I was very pleased. And a glass of tea with it. Ohhhh! The environment is also large and spacious. Working sisters are also interested. What more?

Nobody can do Manti like the Gözleme team. We have been coming here for this delicious food at irregular intervals for 20 years.

Gözleme is a Turkish dish, which consists of a flatbread a little thicker than pita bread that is stuffed, folded in half and grilled with a touch of butter. It is the specialty of the house, which also offers other Turkish dishes. Gözlemes come in about ten filling options, which can also be combined in pairs or trios. Spinach and cheese is a great combination, and the meat one is also tasty. They are well served, we shared three between two people and it served as lunch, but I would also eat one as a snack. They are ready very quickly, so you can order them little by little. The service is a little slow, as is usual in Berlin. The girls are very friendly, the gentleman (I believe he is the owner?) not so much.

We were here for the first time and ate Manti and Gösleme, very tasty and Turkish beer. For dessert there was rice pudding. The staff was really nice. The restaurant is simple but clean.

Great food and good service. The food takes only a couple minutes to be served after you order. You can watch the talented women prepare your dish. The atmosphere is authentic Turkish Restaurant.

Kunde ist König? Genau so wurden wir, von dem Ladeninhaber Saim und seine liebe Frau behandelt. Wir sind aus der Schweiz nach Berlin gereist und zum ziemlich knapp vor Ladenschluss angekommen. Unsere Freunde haben uns diesen Laden empfohlen. Onkel Saim hat uns trotzdem aufgenommen und uns essen zubereitet! (ist nicht selbstverständlich)! Das Essen ist sehr lecker, man bekommt nicht genug von dem Manti. Es ist immer frisch und man bekommt, das Gefühl, als hätte es die eigene Mutter/Oma zubereitet. Was ebenfalls noch zu empfehlen ist, die Baklava als Nachtisch. Wir waren dort zweimal essen! Immer wieder gerne ! Service und das Essen ist 11/10!

Empfehle Manti und Gözleme. Beides auch in vegetarisch erhältlich. Ein sehr authentisches Restaurant, schmeckt wie bei meiner Oma früher! Komme Immer gerne wieder!!

Wir haben Manti und Gözleme gegessen. Sowohl die mit Kartoffeln als auch mit Rind waren super. Sehr authentisch, top gewürzt und alles selbst gemacht.

Visited this place excited to try manti, but to our disappointment, the waiter informed us they no longer serve it. Despite this setback, the remaining dishes were still enjoyable, and the service was accommodating.

One of my favourite spots ever in Berlin. Tastes just as in Turkey. Super simple yet delicious food, can only recommend!

I’m pretty sure my group got the Turkish hookup because we went with our Turkish friends. All in all, I was super impressed not just for taste but also quality and price. Turkish food is probably one of the few ethnic foods that are actually good in Germany and this spot was one of my favorites. You see all the aunties making it by hand in their open kitchen. It’s freshly made and baked. Recommend the Gozleme with potato/Aubergine and also the lentil soup. Highly highly highly recommend if you are a foodie. I wouldn’t expect fine dining service it’s more like a quick dining place.

Unverschämtes Personal!!! Beim eintreten des Landes vom Herrn aufs übelste angeschrien worden weil wir zu 5. an einem Tisch sitzen wollten und wir ein Tisch zusammengeschoben hatten . Der Laden war komplett leer ! Nachdem die Frau uns dann nett aufgeklärt hatte, dass wir gerne so sitzen können kam der Mann und schrie die nette Mitarbeiterin an und somit verließen wir sofort diesen Laden !!!! Sogar Passanten auf der Straße waren empört trüber diese Situation und sagten was das soll !!!! Nie wieder !!! Und wir sind zu Gast in Berlin ! Haben eine mehrstündige Fahrt auf uns genommen aufgrund des TikTok Hypes !!! Unfassbar !!!

In diesem kleinen Restaurant kann man Mantı (gefüllte Nudel) und Gözleme (gefüllte Teigtaschen) essen. Ich habe Mantı mit Kartoffeln und Fleisch probiert, wobei mir die Fleischvariante besser geschmeckt hat. Die Gözleme waren aber die Besten die ich seit längerem gegessen habe. Ellerinize sağlık 🤌🏻

Lecker Gözleme fast wie in der Türkei. preislich auch super. Einen Stern Abzug gibt's dafür dass ich extra vegan bestellt hatte mein Gözleme aber trotzdem am Ende mit Butter eingerieben wurde.

Puan vermek gerekirse "0" İçeri giriyorsunuz ve personelden hiç bir Güleryüz göremiyorsunuz. Hoş karşılanma yok, yemeğini ye kalk git algısı var. Patron mu şef mi her ne ise; küçücük dükkanda yan masanın siparişi yanlış olmuş diye işçilere bağırıp çağıran kişiyi esefle kınıyorum. Çok kaba ve eksi yönlü bir davranış. Hizmet sıfır ama kabalık 10. Yemeklerin bu kadar lezzetli yapıldığı bir yerde hizmet kalitesinede önem vermeleri gerekli. Son olarak mantı için 30 dakika bekledim. Bence öğlen yemeği için çok uzun bir süre. Tamam taze yapılıyor falan ama bununda bir çaresi bulunmalı, bekleme süresi çok uzun. Ve bu son; menüde kuşbaşılı pide var, fakat pratikte yok! Et kalmadığı için kuşbaşılı pide siparişi veremedim, mantı isteyince de 30 dk bekledim. Çalışma sisteminde organizasyonun eksikliği belli oluyor. Ve bence bu çok büyük bir eksiklik. Yinede ellerine sağlık. 4 yıldız sadede lezzetler için.

Einfaches aber sehr leckeres Essen!

Fanno un gözleme alle melanzane e alle altre verdure buonissimo, preso più volte. Invece la zuppa di lenticchie è piuttosto annacquata, sembra diluita, in quartiere se ne trovano di migliori.

Vorab: leider keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Das Essen ist hervorragend und ging super schnell. Alles war sehr schnell zubereitet und die Mitarbeiter waren unfassbar nett. Der Geschmack ist einzigartig und man sollte auf jeden Fall die Manti probieren mit Knoblauchsoße und etwas scharf. Wirklich mal etwas ganz anderes. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Die besten Gözleme der Stadt, prove me wrong. Seit Jahrzehnten am Start, traditionsreich und immer frisch zubereitet. Das Gegenteil von Fastfood - anatolisches Soulfood.

Gözleme ve mantıları teyzeler taze taze yapıyor, lezzetliydi. Kavurmasını da çok beğendik. Fiyatlar uygun, mekan ferah fakat çok sıcaktı. Bebek sandalyesi mevcut. Klima olsa iyi olurdu. Esas pidesini denemek için gelmiştik fakat artık yapmıyorlarmış.

Manti genauso wie Kuru Fasulye waren sehr lecker und sehr günstig. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und die Toiletten waren sehr hygienisch. Ich kann es aufjedenfall sehr empfehlen und irgendwann werde ich wieder hierhin kommen :)

Sehr lecker..kann ich nur empfehlen. Preise sind fair. Leider habe ich erst sehr spät mitbekommen, das dort Alkohol ausgeschenkt wird. Da ich nie auf die Speisekarte geschaut habe, ist mir das nicht aufgefallen und er wird unter dem Tresen versteckt ausgeschenkt. Deswegen die Abzüge der Sterne. Seitdem gehe ich dort nicht mehr essen und bestelle auch nicht. Da ich von Google angeschrieben wurde, das ich Stellung beziehen soll, das Restaurant behauptet, ich wäre ein Fake Account, erweitere ich meine Rezension. Die Frau des Chefs ist absolut lieb, der Chef war schon vor 5 Jahren unmöglich. Die schlechten Bewertungen wegen dem Chef sind absolut passend. İch fand es auch immer unangenehm, wenn er da war. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber alle überaus nett gewesen und ich habe auch schon erlebt, wie diese Mitarbeiterinnen angefahren hat...

Das Essen ist gut. Die Atmosphäre und die Mitarbeiter zerstören hingegen jeglichen Flair. Kenne ich von türkischer Gastfreundschaft überhaupt nicht! Hab mich einfach nicht Willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Es wird gebrüllt und auf den Gesichtern der Mitarbeiter steht geschrieben, dass sie gern überall sonst wären, nur eben nicht dort. Update 29.03.23: Der Inhaber des Geschäfts sieht sich durch diese Rezension in seinen Rechten verletzt und möchte eine Entfernung des o.g Textes erzwingen. Es geht hier also augenscheinlich nicht um das Wohl des Kunden. Dabei ging es mir lediglich um mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft, um eine angenehme Atmosphäre für den Kunden zu schaffen. Statt eine konstruktive Kritik anzunehmen wird diese als persönlicher Angriff gewertet. Zeigt einem nur noch mehr was für eine Politik in dem Geschäft gefahren wird. Schade, denn das Essen ist echt gut! Die Mitarbeiterinnen geben sich sichtlich Mühe, sind aber aufgrund des Umgangs mit ihnen komplett lustlos und unmotiviert.

Manti und Gözleme habe ich selten so authentisch zubereitet gegessen wie bei Gözleme. Wer also mehr den Fokus auf das Essen ausrichtet und einfach Service für den Moment akzeptieren kann ist hier richtig. Man sollte kein gemütliches Restaurant in dem man Stunden verbringen kann erwarten.

Ich bin aufgrund von vielen guten Rezensionen zu Besuch in diesem Restaurant gewesen. Das Essen ist wirklich TOP und lecker. Dennoch ist diese Bewertung an den Besitzer gerichtet. Die eigenen Mitarbeiter vor den Kunden anzuschreien und zu demütigen finde ich wirklich unter aller Sau. Dieses Verhalten wirkt sich auf das gesamte Ambiente aus und macht diese kaputt!

Manti und Gözleme werden frisch zubereitet und sind wirklich authentisch und sehr lecker. Man sollte etwas Zeit mitbringen, 20 Minuten kann es schon dauern. Es wird am Tisch bedient.

Großartige Gözleme! Frisch zubereitet, bezahlbar, lecker! Wir hatten ein paarmal Pech, und der Laden hatte zu, als wir vorbei kamen. Aber die beiden Male, als offen war... Sehr gut.
