I ate the tuna and onion pizza which was very good in terms of quality, then the service doesn't even deserve one star, very arrogant and indifferent staff, we asked for coffee and they brought it to us after 15 minutes, then we waited another 15 for the bill

We have been traveling around Germany and stayed at an Airbnb in Munich right around the corner from this restaurant. It was an easy walk to get there and the food was off the charts good! Highly recommended!! :)

Very, very tasty Italian. Well located and offering exciting daily specials, this is one of Munich's most popular addresses for high-quality Italian food. The only thing that is a bit negative is when the restaurant is very full and you are very close to other guests. Sits. There will then be no privacy left.

I've never eaten such a dry, boring pizza! Given the prices, I expect 100% perfection. But every Aldi TK pizza tastes better. The salad with tomato stalks, luxury prices, food worse than in the canteen - never see me again!

The food was average, there are better Italian restaurants. The service was very arrogant and I found the atmosphere very strange, at times it reminded me of the movie "The Godfather." We will never go there again.

If a bottle of water costs just under €10, I at least expect the staff to be friendly. The waiter was rather grumpy, another even made fun of someone at the table wanting Parmesan with the pasta. The food was okay but not according to the price. I've been to the restaurant several times in the past and have been satisfied so far, but I probably won't visit it again in the future after the experience last Sunday.

All guests feel like they are over 70 and are certainly not dependent on the state pension. You go there to eat, don't look at the prices and leave, don't linger. The pizza was good and typically Italian. The fact that the menu offers a 0.5er Helles for €6.50 is a bit too much for me. The fact that only a 0.4 glass is brought says more than a thousand words. 0.2 white wine for €9.90, lukewarm, oh well. And if two couples go out to eat and at the end they simply put up _a_ bill (to do the math themselves) without asking, I know that I won't go there again.

You can have it or not. Food ok, service could be improved, drinks prices are high.

Munich has its price but what is served here does not match the food. My fish was almost 40 euros and was served with overcooked vegetables. The starter was really decent but not exactly exciting. The dessert was delicious and I want to say: it was worth the 10 euros. A 0.2 freshly squeezed orange juice for 11 euros……everyone has to judge for themselves

Clearly overrated. The pizza is okay, the rest of the dishes are no better than average in taste, but the price is significantly above average. The service is arrogant to unfriendly. The who's who of Bogenhausen meets here, which doesn't make the atmosphere any cozier. Once is enough.

The shop was completely empty, with only one customer. I wanted to briefly work on emails and have a beer or two at the same time. When I asked kindly, the answer was: no, this is a restaurant. Well, we can cross another one off the Munich list!

Very bad service. I waited a long time at the entrance with the staff looking at me and ignoring me. Something similar after we sat down to eat. The shop wasn't even half full. I am afraid that if I make a reservation at a time when it is full, no one will ever serve me.

Reasonable food. Unreasonably arrogant service. Not a place to really relax and enjoy hospitality. More appearance than reality. Rather irritating appearance of the service staff. In comparison to the price level, the ambience is clearly too unimaginative, system catering model. There are much better houses. By no means a safe recommendation.

We were here for the first time. The food was good, but the staff's attention is more reserved for handshakes with celebrities. The buonasera as a welcome was pretty much the nicest thing that paid homage to us. Except for a waiter who was singing quietly, the colleagues seemed to be in a low mood. Except... for the loudly chattering handshake Amici. The chairs in the garden are woven and hard. Pillows are available upon request if they can be found. The desire to leave including the bill requires a lot of patience, but it worked out. We paid with Tip and left... without attracting attention and that was it for the kitchen Ciao

We went to La Cucina yesterday before our visit to the theater. The three of us ordered drinks, 2 pizzas and an Insalate della Casa. The service is more than bad. The napkins, bread and cutlery were more or less thrown in front of us. We were ignored after our food delivery. There was no question as to whether everything was good or whether we would like dessert. All around - probably regulars - the guests were treated more politely (e.g. all tables were given lights - we weren't). When I paid, the extremely bad-tempered waiter had no change to give me. Luckily the pizza was hot and tasty - despite everything, it was our first and last visit to this restaurant.

I wouldn't say horrible, but yesterday, I had the worst experience of dining at this high-class Italian restaurant. The restaurant looks clean, beautiful, and filled with nicely dressed people. First, we got the table for 2 without reservation, so it was nice. After taking a seat, we ordered drinks, Schwepes, and a beer (let me tell you schwepes was only tonic water). They didn't ask what flavour of Schwepes I wanted. The waiter didn't bring the complimentary bread to our table (a normal etiquette at an italian restaurant), which he served at every other table around us. Then we ordered a salad and a pizza, and the waiter was not very happy that we wanted to share food with each other. Then I ordered another pizza (Primavera) without meat, and they brought me the pizza with meat, saying that I ordered wrong. Then they corrected the order but brought the same pizza back after removing the chicken. Then they asked me again if I wanted Rucola on it, and I said, of course. So they brought a cold pizza which tasted awful with taste of meat and rucola without parmesan (which I wanted). In the end, the whole meal was 59 euros + 6 euros in tip (which I didn't want to pay, but being a good customer is also needed). As an outgoing person, I have been to many Italian restaurants in Munich, but this was the worst experience I had, and I had to pay good money for bad service and not good food.

Got a place without a reservation💪but the price/performance ratio doesn't fit at all. Food too expensive for the quantity. Green salad carelessly on the plate. Service....? Did we really have one?! Not really. The lady doesn't feel like doing her work. No questions asked... Would have liked to have had another dessert, coffee, etc. But nobody came. Everyone had to wave/call etc. (despite having enough staff and no longer being full). Unfortunately, it was more of an illusion than it was.

An Italian singularium in Munich

A very good Italian restaurant that has great cuisine. Tastes excellent, delicious. I can highly recommend the pizza. I can't fault the restaurant, but if you want a good, delicious meal with excellent wine, this is the place for you! If you go swimming in the Prinzregentenbad in the summer or go ice skating in the winter, this is just the right place around the corner to recharge your batteries.

Waren heute das erste Mal da. Bei der Ankunft war die Begrüßung schon nicht so toll. Es war mäßig gefüllt. Die Preise sind gehoben. Der Hugo für 9 Euro schmeckte eher fad und neutral. Die Pizza sowie Nudeln waren lecker, ebenfalls die Nachspeise. Jedoch wie schon von einigen geschrieben, wenn man keine 60+ und nicht nach betuchten Klientel aussieht, wird man nicht beachtet. Am besten mit einem lauten und auffälligen Luxusauto vorfahren, dann steht der Kellner sofort zur Begrüßung stramm. Nach dem Hauptgang stand der Kellner schon ganz auffällig unauffällig neben dem Tisch in der Hoffnung man zahle und gehe sofort. Wenn das Personal etwas freundlicher wäre, wäre der Aufenthalt schön gewesen.

Essen geschmacklich super, Portionen aber sehr dürftig. Leider teilweise überraschend lange Wartezeiten für Speisen, die schon längst vorbereitet sein müssten (z.B. Tiramisu). Größter Kritikpunkt sind bisweilen die enge Bestuhlung der Terrasse. Man hat zum Teil wenig Privatsphäre.

Ich war schon oft im " La Cucina" und fühlte mich nicht selten arrogant behandelt. Nachdem ich schon lange nicht mehr dort war, war ich , als ich mich da mit einer Freundin traf, gespannt, ob sich diesbezüglich was geändert hat . Was dann tatsächlich wieder zutraf, war der unfreundliche Service des Personals. Das Essen war gut, danach musste ich mich aber selbst darum kümmern, dass ich zahlen "durfte" und mich an der Kasse dafür anstellen. Warum ändert sich im La Cucina nichts, obwohl im Internet zahlreich auf die Mängel hingewiesen werden??

Wir waren zu dritt am Sonntagabend im Restaurant und haben auf der Terrasse gesessen. Tische sind sehr schön mit weissen Tischdecken eingedeckt. Das Essen war sehr gut, aber der Service überhaupt nicht gut. Wir hatten einen Herren als Kellner, etwas älter bereits, dunkelhaarig und gross. Sie waren zu zweit im Service und hinter der Bar war eine Dame. Nicht alle Tische waren belegt, auch wenn es zwei grosse Tische hatte. Der Kellner hat sich kaum Zeit genommen und wenn wir etwas bestellt haben, ist er so gut wie schon wieder weggelaufen. Bei unserer Espresso Bestellung konnten wir noch nicht einmal sagen, dass wir noch einen Grappa wollten, sondern haben zu ihm gesagt: Halt-wir wollen noch einen Grappa bestellen. Als er das Essen abgeräumt hat, wurden wir noch nicht einmal gefragt, ob es uns geschmeckt hat. Ich komme selber aus der Gastronomie und weiss, dass sich sehr viele Menschen von der Gastro nach Corona insbesondere abgewendet haben, aber das war wirklich unmöglich. Ob sich La Cucina solch einen schlechten Service leisten kann? Ich auf jeden Fall werde dort nicht mehr hingehen und kann es vom Service her niemandem empfehlen. Auch wenn das Essen wirklich sehr gut war, so ist doch ein guter Service ein weiterer Anhaltspunkt, ein Restaurant erneut zu besuchen und zu empfehlen, was ich nicht kann.

Zusammengefasst: gutes essen, schlechter Sevice. Wir mussten immens lang warten, auch zwischen vorspeise und Hauptgang lagen 45 Minuten. Wir wurden insgesamt drei mal gefragt was wir noch gleich bestellt hätten und auch um die Rechnung zu bekommen mussten wir mehrmals nachfragen. Das essen lecker.

Nettes Personal, gutes Essen. Die Tagliatelle mit Pfifferlingen waren sehr lecker, die Pizzen schienen auch zu schmecken!

Had a nice brief lunch at LaCucina, menu has reasonable choice of starters and mains and traditional Italian dishes. Had a seafood Linguine which was delicious, good flavour and some spice with pepper and Gael Ive running through a passatta sauce. Think it was close to end of lunch service and I was eating alone so service was a bit patchy but portion was generous and I enjoyed the food anyway.

Das Essen war sehr gut, die Pizza knusprig und heiß, das San Pellegrino kalt und prickelnd. Aber wie schon in anderen Rezensionen zu lesen ist, leidet das Restaurant La Cucina unter einem schlechten Service und einer kalten Atmosphäre. Es ist erstaunlich, dass offenbar nur ausgewählten Gästen vorab Brot angeboten wird. Ebenso die Nachfrage, ob es schmeckt, oder ob man noch einen Nachtisch bzw. Kaffee möchte waren nicht allen Gästen vergönnt. Ich habe mich in dem Restaurant absolut nicht willkommen gefühlt.

In allen Bereichen außergewöhnlich gut. Das Restaurant hat ohne Zweifel Champions-League-Niveau!

Schicker und gehobener Italiener mit entsprechenden gehobenen Publikum im netten Ambiente. Das Essen ist gut - nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Leider habe ich noch nie so einen ruppigen, ignoranten und kalten Service erlebt. Das macht alles kaputt und steht zu den teuren Preisen in keinem Verhältnis. Schade.

Ich gehe hier gerne Mittagessen! Leckere Tageskarte, gutes Brot. Wenn es sehr voll ist, ist es manchmal etwas laut. Die Terrasse ist im Sommer zu empfehlen.
