I had Maccheroncini Pesto Genovese which was delicious but keep in mind that’s oily.

The food was very tasty, unfortunately there are no smaller pizzas :p Service was very good, had a nice evening there.

The food is okay , but the service is to slow. First we ask the waitress to buy some sweet, we wait for 20 minutes and no one come. Then we ask to pay and wait like 40-50 minutes to pay, terrible…we still wait to pay….

After 15 minutes of waiting and no service at all, I got up and left. In the meantime I asked if I could order something but no one came. Before I left I told the waitress why. I found your answer that I wasn't allowed to sit at this table a bit irritating, especially since my colleague said that I could sit at any table. Too bad.

The food was good, as you would expect from L'Osteria. However, the service left a bit to be desired. They could be a little more attentive and then they would sell more.

Last shop. Waited half an hour for drinks. It took over an hour for the food, other tables that arrived much later were served sooner. Never again.

Dirty cutlery, the pizza was not even cut, I had to cut it with a dull knife, the plate was 2 times smaller than the pizza, the vitello tonnato was the color of ash and there was very little sauce. Terrible service. I don't recommend it.

The pizza is solid and tastes good. However, in my opinion the prices on the current drinks menu are not appropriate. These exceed the prices of the other bars in Cologne, which I find to be inappropriate for a system restaurant.

The food and service are simply great and always worth a visit.

This was the first time ever at L'Osteria. The service was super friendly. Pizza is expensive but quite big, which is why it is justified. You get fed up with it. Unfortunately, the pizza doesn't quite suit my taste, but it could be more just me. I will definitely visit again.

The pizzas are quite expensive, but very large. There is also the option to serve them with 2 different toppings. These are great to share. There is also dessert that can be shared. So great for two. The service was very nice.

Hello L'Osteria team, I was with you for the first time today and I won't be coming back. We were in a large group with a reservation and had to wait forever for our drinks, even though it was manageable inside. Then plastic in the form of foil was discovered in the herb butter that went with the pizza rolls. I couldn't eat my order "MACHERONCINI COLORATI" plus beef strips, something was very heavily seasoned and spicy for me. Unfortunately, I had to leave the group due to stomach problems. Once and never again. Sorry, service and price-performance looks different to me. If I had known that pasta was so intolerable to me, for whatever reason, I might have just had a salad.

At 61 years of age, I’d never had an Italian meal anywhere in the world I didn’t enjoy … till tonight. My dish of “Tortelloni Prosciutto e Panna” consisted of poorly cooked pasta, a sauce you’d buy out of a jar, and cheap supermarket chopped ham that wasn’t related to prosciutto- such a shame as it’s such a lovely setting

We ate here three weeks ago - super tasty - even our special requests were implemented very well. We would particularly like to highlight Ms. Lisa Schumacher! She guided us through the evening with her friendly and humorous manner. There was no smile on her face - you could tell she was enjoying her job. She unobtrusively checked whether everything was okay - thank you very much for your attentive work. We were there again last Friday and as we were about to pay, her shift must have started. She smiled at us - recognition is not a given. She doesn't just do her job - she lives it. And with her style it doesn't seem to be that difficult :) Chapeau! Melly and Tom

L'Osteria Cologne Hahnenstrasse Unfortunately, our visit to L'Osteria Köln Hahnenstraße was anything but satisfactory. The staff was completely inattentive, which meant we couldn't order food or drinks. Despite repeated waves and a clearly visible presence, we were completely ignored for about ten minutes. Finally we decided to leave the location again. This behavior is unacceptable and indicates clear deficiencies in the quality of service. We strongly recommend that team management retrain staff to ensure guests are served appropriately in the future. A visit to a restaurant should be a pleasant experience, but in this case it was unfortunately disappointing.

Were there yesterday as a couple, took the pasta with beef fillet STRIPS, when it arrived half of it was just arugula and the strips really had nothing to do with strips, they were whole pieces that tasted hard and honestly disgusting... we had also ordered pizza rolls which we had forgotten After notifying the waitress who said it was now being booked, the pizza rolls arrived after another 30 minutes! Sorry but I wanted it with my food (which was long gone) no apology, no accommodation, L’Osteria you really disappointed yesterday

Ate a delicious pizza here, served by friendly staff. Unfortunately, the knives are quite dull and the plates are much too small for the pizza. The pizza itself is very thin and the toppings don't make it any thicker. I'm willing to bet that the pizza weighs the same as a normal-sized pizza somewhere else, it's just bigger and thinner. The price is enormous and bears no relation to the product. Garlic oil and chili oil only came to the table when asked. Conclusion: you can do it, but you don't have to.

First of all: no one at the reception when you come in. Ignoring is probably really big here! Very inattentive service, especially when you sit outside! At first I thought I had found the best pizza in Cologne, but unfortunately that was nothing! I've ALWAYS been eating the same pizza for months, but unfortunately it tastes worse and worse every time!! Very unfortunate! No consistent quality. A little tip for the waitress who wants to help with the pizza: “Please wear gloves or wash your hands!” Maybe take a look under the table every now and then :-) But I'll try it one more time and give it one last chance.

It was our 2nd time at L’Osteria in Cologne, because the kids loved it the first time. I had the carbonara and my wife had a funghi risotto and a refreshing pinot grigio. Friendly staff and quick service!

If you want quick and good food, this is the right place, especially with a lot of people. Not for romantics

I was there on April 24, 2024 around 6:00 p.m. It is a very nice restaurant inside and out. I chose the restaurant spontaneously. The waitress and service was good and friendly. I had a large pizza there and paid 15.00 euros (half spinach, half tuna) it was very crispy and tasty. You can't complain about the food, but unfortunately I waited 30 minutes for the pizza I ordered to be brought to the table. Therefore, a star deduction for the long wait. But I recommend the restaurant to my friends in my circle. Grade (visit): “good” Offer: “very good” Service: “very good” Eat good"

Incompetent service with a foul mouth. The two of us ordered there and noticed how the neighboring table complained that they had received the cards after us. That's right, we came afterwards. We passed this on to the waiter who said, 'If he's unlucky, he'll just have to wait.' We said that wouldn't be appropriate. His answer was 'Don't tell me how to do my job.' After a superior demanded, the supposed 'management' came, while the waiter was hiding the whole time. Of course he was believed, although I would have expected him to be there to clarify the matter. We then canceled everything and left. The waiter who looks like Jeffrey Dahmer orders on Wish should find another line of work. You can tell that he's not from Cologne. They are all warm and open.

I had a pizza with 1 half Hawaiian/barbecue. It was so delicious. I can only recommend this 2 halves pizza. It's also pretty big and will definitely fill you up.

Lovely place for lunch or dinner. The Italian food is really good. Liked the pizzas and pastas. Amazing desserts and drinks too.

The food was great, came very quickly and as always there was a lot. A negative point were the toilets... unfortunately the floor and corners were quite unclean, some food leftovers on the floor and spiders in the corners.
