Very tasty pizzas with a diameter of approx. 45cm. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very friendly. If you want to eat pizza, it's definitely worth a visit

Very tasty meal. The pizzas are huge! Small tip: you can have the pizza topped with half and half, if you can't choose. Also nice if you want to combine sharp and sweet. For small children you can also order 1 pizza on 2 plates (counter) or take the rest with you at home. Try to ask for a seat by the window. Last time we sat in the middle of the room next to the Christmas tree and the entrance was in a draft and that was a bit disappointing.

We ordered two pizzas at 6:40 p.m.; the announced delivery time was 7:14 p.m. In fact, we didn't receive the delivery until around 8:00 p.m. Both pizzas were cold, barely risen and white on the bottom, indicating under-baking. For over €30 it is quite disappointing if you have to “bake” the pizzas yourself. They were also the least Neapolitan “Neapolitan pizzas” we’ve ever had. Our expectations for delivery are really not high, but this was just disappointing. An additional star because at least the correct pizzas were delivered and the delivery person was very friendly.

Cozy and family friendly. Ideal for a large group of people, anyone would find something that likes on menu. Nice choices on menu, not always typical basic dishes. Very recommended 👌

Very large pizza 45 cm costs only 16 euros. I thought there were too many mushrooms on it, which overpowered the pizza, which is a shame. My husband had the barbecue pizza and thought it was delicious. Tiramisu was really delicious.

Sanne's service is simply great! She is reliable, super friendly and super hardworking. The food is mostly delicious, only the salad is best when Mareta makes it, otherwise the salad can be less good. Unfortunately, we never got the reserved table and sometimes - even though we are regular customers - we sit a bit uncomfortable, like at the cat table. Unfortunately, comfortable tables for two are rare. But all in all we like to come, especially when Sanne and Mareta are there.

Food tasted good and staff was nice. However, they had no bruschetta, no tagliatelle and no spaghetti ice cream. We could have asked better what they had then the list would be shorter.

You couldn't order half of the dishes on the menu because, for example, there was no ham. Standard dishes like spaghetti carbonara should already be available to order from the Italian restaurant!

Five of us were there for dinner. The service was very friendly, but unfortunately the service took a long time (both taking the order and serving the food). We also ordered a pasta dish with black noodles. When the food arrived it turned out that there was no black pasta left and normal spaghetti was served instead. However, this was not discussed with us beforehand, which is a shame. Overall, however, it was tasty. We can recommend the Pizza Vegetariana!

Everything is very tasty, the waiters are smiling, friendly, well-groomed and by the way, when they gave us the food the waiter said “bon appetit” in Italian, what a nice detail.

Very hospitable service and reception. Atmospheric restaurant. We come there regularly when we are in Kleve. Suitable for all ages, child-friendly. Spacious parking lot. Nice regular place to return to again and again.

We took part in brunch today. It was great. A large selection of Italian hot and cold dishes, pane and panini, various toppings, muesli and desserts. It was always topped up so that even guests who came later had a complete selection. Filter coffee is included in the price, but tea or cocoa is not. We'll definitely come back again!

Everything is fine, except for the room temperature. It felt very cool in the room. Not ideal for a feel-good atmosphere.

Unfortunately it is always very cold in the restaurant. When we go out to eat there, we always dress a little warmer so we don't freeze. Unfortunately, not everything is topped up at brunch. Not all of us got pizza or dessert. Next time it would be better to go al a carte.

I think it's great in Kleve. The pizza, good, a nice restaurant with friendly staff. It is often very busy. You have to be willing to wait for your food. I recommend making a reservation. There is also a points system in the app that you can use to save. It is an asset to Kleve and the surrounding area.

You get huge pizzas here, but a smaller one with good toppings and a maximum of €15 would be better price/quality. I think a pizza for €17 where you leave a 3cm edge is really too much. For an extra topping you pay between 2.50 and 5€, so pay close attention if you want something extra, so you will spend more than 20€!!! I have decided never to eat a pizza at L'Osteria again.

Great quality in the restaurant, but disastrous ordering online and by phone L’Osteria in Kleve offers great food and friendly restaurant staff – no question about it. Unfortunately, things are completely different when ordering online and by telephone. Ordering online via Delivery L’Osteria is a real challenge. I tried it several times and even talked to colleagues about it because I thought I was doing something wrong. After countless attempts, I finally called. But after a wait I only got a busy signal - that left me speechless. Order something during your lunch break? Absolutely impossible. Even if you get through at some point, they say that no telephone orders will be accepted. This is extremely frustrating, especially if you are short on time or rely on the delivery service. Conclusion: The food and friendliness in the restaurant deserve 5 stars, but the ordering process - both online and by phone - is so bad that I would give it zero stars. There is an urgent need for improvement!

The pizza is already relatively big. Unfortunately, if the amount of topping is only enough for a small one, the price is far too high. Then it would be better to go back to a conventional pizzeria.

You can't go wrong if you eat here. The ambience is a mixture of a lot of exposed concrete with rather warm elements such as the velvet-covered chairs and wall benches. Gladly again....

I have already been to various restaurants in the chain and have also ordered food home from them. As always, the pizza was very tasty and, above all, it was the right size for me. ;-)

The Italian pizza was excellent, but the pasta didn’t meet our expectations. Unfortunately, there was an item on the bill that we hadn’t ordered. It’s advisable to make a reservation if you're visiting on the weekend.

Great value for money, I heard everything is half price on Wednesdays and it is very busy, so make sure to make a reservation. Normally a very large pizza is 15 euros. Do it if you are in the area.

Very good food, chic shop and nice service. Everything you need

So the last time we were there spontaneously, we got a table straight away even though it was relatively full. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. There were plates on a dresser there the whole 3 hours we were there. They simply weren't put away and attracted wasps so we could hardly enjoy our food. We had to wait an hour and a half for our food. Ordered drinks several times because we had to wait so long, the glasses piled up on our table and were not taken away immediately after the new drinks arrived. Generally a failure, the young woman who served us didn't look like she wanted to be there and was unfriendly. Anyway, we ordered something to pick up today. The pizzas were good as always, except I ordered pesto genovese. Full of anticipation and hunger, I stupidly look in. The only thing in my bowl was pasta with fat. Almost no pesto so I had to add home-made pesto. I'm not paying for that! For me and my acquaintance, the store is done. It's always great in Duisburg. It's a shame that you have to drive far if you want to go to such a good shop.

Two people, two dishes, four drinks - and after two hours you are asked in the middle of the conversation whether you want to pay 😠 Have we eaten too little? There was definitely no shortage of space, it was between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and when we left the restaurant there were actually only four tables occupied (we counted extra quickly).

Day of visit: Saturday Visiting time: 2:30 p.m Honestly. I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. The food was really tasty. We had pasta once and pizza once. Plus starter. We dealt with two service employees (dark-haired young woman, blonde, short-haired young man) and both were extremely polite and attentive. In terms of price, everything on the menu is within the normal range. Not necessarily super cheap, but not too expensive either. 12.95 euros for such a huge margarita pizza is absolutely okay. You can like the ambience or not. We thought it was nice. Everything is very open and flooded with light. I definitely give it a clear recommendation!

The pizza was very good. But why doesn't L'Osteria make the portion smaller and cheaper? It was impossible for many people to finish such a large pizza and so good food ends up in the trash. Wrong approach in my opinion.

Ordered at 5:40 p.m. with an estimated waiting time of “around” 50 minutes. For me, “About 50 minutes” means 45 or even 55 and if that clearly doesn’t work, let me know. At least if I pretend to be a bit premium, even in terms of price. After 80 minutes, no picture, no sound and no food. After your own call, the information from the driver would come straight away. Complaint management = 0. After exactly 90 minutes the delivery took place with a short apology from the driver. Needless to say, the pizza was cold.

Nice meal. Good value for money and good portions. The restaurant was not overcrowded for a Friday evening, it was pleasant. Nice service that is fast and thinks along.

I'm very particular when it comes to food because there are some things I don't eat. But Moe fulfilled my wishes very well and very understandingly. He was very friendly and kept asking whether everything was OK with the food or whether we would like something else. My pizza was perfect and just right. A bit big but that wasn't a problem because I could take the rest with me. The cocktail Ipanema was really delicious! I really felt very comfortable and it was a lovely evening! I had the pleasure of eating at this wonderful Italian restaurant and would highly recommend it! The lasagna I ordered was simply outstanding. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce was incredibly flavorful and the layer of cheese was just right – not too much and not too little. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and inviting. If you want to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a pleasant environment then this is the place! I'll definitely come back.

Food was delicious as always, but unfortunately after the starter we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive, clearly too long. You're tired of waiting.

Na een bezoek (en onmiddellijk vertrek) aan een ander restaurant met plakkende vloeren en vieze menukaarten, per ongeluk terecht gekomen bij L'Osteria. Twee pizza's bestelt. Een daarvan bestond uit een halve: Pizza Braccio di Ferro. Andere helft Pizza Hawaii . Dat kan daar gewoon! Resultaat: heerlijk, geweldig. Verse ingrediënten. Zelfs de korst was smaakvol! De pizza's waren zo groot dat het restant - zonder vragen - door de vriendelijke ober in een doos werd meegegeven! Wel een minpunt voor de hoge prijs v.d. dranken en de net te, harde muziek. Verder een toplocatie. Wij komen graag terug.

My order arrived today and was inedible. Cold, soggy, the box is soggy. I had to throw away the order (the pizza). The Coke bottles were ok. At least a refund would be appropriate. I will never order there again.

Regular customer for years. They recently had a new male employee. This is certainly not an asset. Very blunt and clumsy in his service when in his opinion something is not possible. It's a shame that hospitality and good hosting are deteriorating in this way.

Since you have to give a star to rate... We were there again for brunch. Since it was busy and the dessert area was empty, we asked the staff if it would be refilled; Fruit salad, waffles, tiramisu, panna cotta...was empty. It said “yes, it will be filled up”… That didn't happen!!!! Otherwise we would have left. I'll keep it short; That was the worst brunch! The house was cleaned up shortly after 1 p.m., although according to the internet it should last until 2 p.m. On the map on site it says until 1 p.m.?!?! 2 hours would be the time factor in which you can have brunch... but this is not controlled... You can't blame the staff... There was also a lack of clean cutlery, such as spoons etc. Plates were also in short supply. That the desserts were “stashed” on the tables and then thrown away because they were not eaten. Maybe you should counteract this a little... So you can't make a recommendation...

Service friendly, just have to check every now and then to see if you need anything else. Spaghetti dish was okay, but I don't have to go there again. The dish could use more seasoning. Been there second time. Pizza average in taste. If the pizza has to be that big, get sensible plates. Cutting half on the table doesn't have to be the case. A handful of toppings for a pizza for 15 euros is a rip-off. Staff friendly and attentive.

Per toeval terecht gekomen. De buitenkant zag er niet erg gezellig uit, maar door de Google reviews toch gaan zitten. Een pizza & pasta besteld maar achteraf gezien kun je makkelijk 1 gerecht delen. Het drinken is ook XL formaat voor een schappelijke prijs. Erg goed!
