A great restaurant, great staff, and delicious food. I highly recommend everyone to go there. If you don't go, you're missing out on something delicious. I'd love to come back.

The pizza tasted okay, but it was unappetizingly large, hanging about 5 cm over the plate. If you want an extra, it gets expensive. The acoustics in the room were very poor, making it very loud.

Very nice brunch, highly recommended.

We've always eaten there with the family. Last time, after a few bites, I noticed there was a huge dark hair on the pizza. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she simply asked dryly if she should clear the plate. No apology, no replacement. When my husband asked her for compensation, after consulting with the manager, she could only slap on a small dessert. I left the restaurant hungry, and it was our last visit with the family. A complaint email on the website went unanswered.

Today, we went to dinner at L'Osteria with a large group of colleagues. Despite the large group, we received excellent service. Cano was a great waiter and took very good care of us.

Every year we 'celebrate' (commemorate) my son's birthday by eating here. He would have thought it was FANTASTIC! The enormous pizzas, delicious pasta dishes/risotto and the delicious desserts would have been very much to his taste. The atmosphere is always friendly and pleasant. The service is excellent! Today we had another wonderfully pleasant man who served with a big smile. You don't have to leave it for the price, because the price-quality ratio is very reasonable.

The food is top-notch, as at every location! I've been here three times, and once again the service was too slow. I think they're always understaffed. Drinks took way too long to arrive. The staff are always friendly, but that could be improved.

I was there with five other people - the table had already been reserved. The loft-like ambiance, which is supposed to convey spaciousness, is also the restaurant's biggest drawback: people's voices are louder, making it very difficult to have a pleasant conversation. Dining in peace isn't possible here! Food: I was familiar with the concept/food from the Cologne restaurant at the Chocolate Museum; here, the food was just as good and decent, the pizza was large... and I was full (that's one of the reasons I go out to eat 😉). The service was good; the only annoying thing was waiting between 30 and 40 minutes for the food when I was hungry, but: the restaurant was full and all the waiters were clearly busy. Italian music in a restaurant that places value on its Italian food would have been more appropriate than boom-boom canned music.... Well, I survived. Reasons why I would come back: Dogs are allowed, the food is good and the portions are generous, the bar counter looks incredibly great. Why not: Conversation was impossible, music was inappropriate and too loud. The escape route along the side window was blocked by seating. Tip for change: "Lung gymnasts" are milling around at the entrance to the restaurant – annoying for non-smokers. Four stars nonetheless.

Today, the two of us were there again, and I can only confirm my five stars. The staff were super friendly, quick, and nice. The food was absolutely delicious. I can really recommend the goat cheese salad with apples, beetroot, walnuts, and honey. For dessert, there was a small dessert: I had a lemon tiramisu. It tasted absolutely delicious.

A wonderfully large parking lot, the food was beyond delicious and tasty, and the service was excellent. I can't see well, the waitress noticed it. The magnifying glass is gone, and the phone is on high. Don't forget to add picolo salad to the pasta. Wonderful!!

Service was attentive but not sufficiently informed about the offerings, items/products were constantly unavailable, resulting adjustments were not made as ordered, plates were still dirty from previous use, the table was not completely cleared, coffee could not be ordered for 20 minutes because no server came to the table... How can mineral water, pesto, bread, and spaghetti be out of stock in an "Italian" restaurant?!?!

Visited yesterday, food was delicious, unfortunately waited another hour just for the starter and then another hour for the main order.😡

I think it's excessive to charge €2.95 for a few arugula leaves that you could count on a salad, otherwise it's very tasty.

Delicious large pizzas, colas and non-alcoholic Erdinger! In one word: Top! Nice that you can order two half pizzas if you can't choose.

Three of us went there for dinner today. After asking twice if we could order something, after 40 minutes someone finally took care of us. We got our food pretty quickly, although the pizza was unfortunately cold! After we'd almost finished our food, our drinks finally arrived. We spent a total of three hours there, and they didn't even ask if we wanted to order anything else. The service is simply abysmal.

We like coming here every now and then. Very friendly staff and delicious food at a great price-performance ratio. Tip! Start with 4 bruschettas, then a pizza, half and half, and share. ;)

Super tasty food, but service can be improved. The drinks took as long to arrive as the food, even if the food came quite quickly. The music was quite loud, so it wasn't possible to have a good conversation between two people at the table.

Very bad employees. Boss doesn't have control over his employees. Waited almost 2 hours for the food🥳. It's going to be exciting. The boss doesn't have the kitchen under control and wanted to explain to us that a lot of mistakes are being made. Finally left the restaurant without food and frustrated. What's going on there is a disgrace.

Very tasty pizza, especially great that you can combine two types in half.

This was one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. I ordered 3 pizzas via Lieferando, with a stated delivery time of 45 minutes. After over an hour there was still nothing. When I called I was told there was a system error and I would have to wait another 30 minutes. A cancellation was apparently not possible. After already waiting over an hour, I asked how long it would take if I picked up the order myself. The answer: 10 minutes. So I drove there, picked up the pizzas, was home in 2 minutes - and the pizzas were ice cold. I called four times - no response. This isn't just bad service, this is complete disrespect for the customer. I order a delivery, end up having to pick it up myself, wait over an hour - and get cold pizza. Simply outrageous and unacceptable.

We have been there several times now and each time we have been very satisfied with our food and the service.

I really enjoyed it here, the atmosphere is nice and the personnel was very friendly. The drinks were amazing and so was the pizza. Although the pizza is rather large and hard to deal with. It’s larger than the plate which makes eating it a challenge if you don’t like pizza hanging into the table. I really liked that you could see into the kitchen from the lower seating area to see your food being made. Other than maybe suggesting to ask for a piece of paper or the sorts to put underneath the plate, everything was excellent. Will probably come back!

The environment is quite family-friendly as soon as you enter. The staff and manager are well-trained and attentive to any questions you may have regarding the menu and facility. The best part is that the food is freshly made and of good quality, but improvements can be made when it comes to the delay in waiting time from order to delivery. Moreover, I found their weekly offers to be lucrative and incentive-compatible for customers. Although we didn't have a reservation, the manager was kind to assist us immediately and to give us a good dine-in experience.

Table with 7 people. Waited more than 60 minutes for our food. The explanation was that the store is very busy today. Guests who came after us were served before us. No apology, no compensation! Bad management.

We’ve been here for a company dinner, the manager was arrogant , rude and not capable to manage the place. We’ve waited for more than hour before to get food and he act in a very unprofessional way, it’s a shame because the rest of the team was good , change manager!!

Even though the restaurant wasn't full, we had to wait some time for our order to be taken. However, they politely apologized for this, which I took very positively. The pizza was very tasty, but it was a hurdle to be able to cut the pizza with the knife provided. Regardless of the good taste, I unfortunately didn't enjoy eating it. Afterwards we ordered a soufflé mango, which apparently had been in the oven for too long and was therefore dry on the inside. Unfortunately there is no trace of “mango”. The ice cream scoop was a vanilla scoop and not a mango scoop. In connection with the high prices, I think that you can also expect that you will get what you order or that you will at least be informed beforehand that there are no more mangos and that vanilla would be ok instead. The employees are polite and there is enough parking space.

We were there in the afternoon and there were a maximum of 10 tables occupied where there were usually only 2-3 people sitting. After 20 minutes we were asked what we would like to drink. We then waited another 15 minutes to drink. The starter came after about 20 minutes. After the starter it took another 40 minutes for the main course to arrive. Although someone passed the table several times, our empty glasses were ignored.

This was our second time for the breakfast buffet. The first time we didn't think the service was that good, but then we decided to go again. Yesterday the service wasn't good again. We weren't even noticed at first, then we ordered our drinks at the counter. We then waited 20 minutes for this. The food was delicious as always but unfortunately they couldn't keep up with refilling the buffet. In my opinion, far too few staff for such a large breakfast selection. The staff can try to be nice, but if you wait 20 minutes for a cappuccino and a juice, that's not nice. And when I asked for Nutella or something similar, I was told that it wasn't available... as far as I know, it's available in every supermarket and is an indispensable part of a breakfast buffet. Too bad!

The first time I went with my husband and unfortunately the last time! Service is top notch and very understanding and friendly! Atmosphere also nice, open kitchen and cozy. But the starter, the carpaccio, was bone dry, no dressing on the limp arugula (so not fresh), no pine nuts, and the piece of lemon as a garnish made no sense, including the mini tomatoes? My husband had the vitello tonato, was very happy. Then the Pizza, much too big, the plate underneath does not fit, so you really have to struggle to cut it. The topping was not really special either, you can't cut the edges or half the pizza. We didn't eat it because it was too dry. We ordered sardels as an extra topping, and the very large pizza contained exactly 3 pieces of anchovies. Scandalous! Paid 82 euros without dessert and every beer and bottle of mineral water. And that for not a tasty carpaccio, and two pizzas that were too dry.
