On Saturday 12-4-25 we ate a delicious pizza again at L'Osteria in Kleve. Pizzas are huge but also extremely tasty :). As for us: see you next time.

As always, super tasty food but within 2 hours we didn't ask once if you wanted something to drink.

Very nice staff, very good food, very clean

The environment is quite family-friendly as soon as you enter. The staff and manager are well-trained and attentive to any questions you may have regarding the menu and facility. The best part is that the food is freshly made and of good quality, but improvements can be made when it comes to the delay in waiting time from order to delivery. Moreover, I found their weekly offers to be lucrative and incentive-compatible for customers. Although we didn't have a reservation, the manager was kind to assist us immediately and to give us a good dine-in experience.

Great meal. Pizzas were super large, for a small price. Service was good and polite Food came to the table quickly and tasted good.

Table with 7 people. Waited more than 60 minutes for our food. The explanation was that the store is very busy today. Guests who came after us were served before us. No apology, no compensation! Bad management.

We’ve been here for a company dinner, the manager was arrogant , rude and not capable to manage the place. We’ve waited for more than hour before to get food and he act in a very unprofessional way, it’s a shame because the rest of the team was good , change manager!!

We were there in the afternoon and there were a maximum of 10 tables occupied where there were usually only 2-3 people sitting. After 20 minutes we were asked what we would like to drink. We then waited another 15 minutes to drink. The starter came after about 20 minutes. After the starter it took another 40 minutes for the main course to arrive. Although someone passed the table several times, our empty glasses were ignored.

Although the restaurant was not busy on the day of the visit and there were enough service staff on site, the processes seemed very uncoordinated

Even though the restaurant wasn't full, we had to wait some time for our order to be taken. However, they politely apologized for this, which I took very positively. The pizza was very tasty, but it was a hurdle to be able to cut the pizza with the knife provided. Regardless of the good taste, I unfortunately didn't enjoy eating it. Afterwards we ordered a soufflé mango, which apparently had been in the oven for too long and was therefore dry on the inside. Unfortunately there is no trace of “mango”. The ice cream scoop was a vanilla scoop and not a mango scoop. In connection with the high prices, I think that you can also expect that you will get what you order or that you will at least be informed beforehand that there are no more mangos and that vanilla would be ok instead. The employees are polite and there is enough parking space.

The food was excellent. The pasta was excellent, and the pizza was also very tasty, although perhaps slightly larger than the plate. However, that does not alter the fact that we really appreciated it. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Great pizza; my favorite is salsiccia piccante! It is especially worth it visit or order on Wednesdays since it’s their „pizza-day“ and the prices for pizza are reduced.

The pizza was huge and simply fantastic, crispy and perfectly topped. The pasta was also fresh and delicious. I was absolutely impressed by the quality of the food. At L'osteria in Kleve, pizza takes on a whole new dimension. Very friendly staff, and the person who served us, a tall man with glasses, was really courteous, friendly, and helpful. I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend it; you'll be amazed.

The food was delicious and I haven't felt as relaxed as I did today in a long time. The atmosphere is overwhelming and the service is terrific! The nice gentleman with the beautiful long hair was very accommodating and actually satisfied me with every question I asked. We'll definitely see each other often. Thank you!

This was our second time for the breakfast buffet. The first time we didn't think the service was that good, but then we decided to go again. Yesterday the service wasn't good again. We weren't even noticed at first, then we ordered our drinks at the counter. We then waited 20 minutes for this. The food was delicious as always but unfortunately they couldn't keep up with refilling the buffet. In my opinion, far too few staff for such a large breakfast selection. The staff can try to be nice, but if you wait 20 minutes for a cappuccino and a juice, that's not nice. And when I asked for Nutella or something similar, I was told that it wasn't available... as far as I know, it's available in every supermarket and is an indispensable part of a breakfast buffet. Too bad!

The first time I went with my husband and unfortunately the last time! Service is top notch and very understanding and friendly! Atmosphere also nice, open kitchen and cozy. But the starter, the carpaccio, was bone dry, no dressing on the limp arugula (so not fresh), no pine nuts, and the piece of lemon as a garnish made no sense, including the mini tomatoes? My husband had the vitello tonato, was very happy. Then the Pizza, much too big, the plate underneath does not fit, so you really have to struggle to cut it. The topping was not really special either, you can't cut the edges or half the pizza. We didn't eat it because it was too dry. We ordered sardels as an extra topping, and the very large pizza contained exactly 3 pieces of anchovies. Scandalous! Paid 82 euros without dessert and every beer and bottle of mineral water. And that for not a tasty carpaccio, and two pizzas that were too dry.

Waited at the entrance. There are 5 service staff at the counter. Nobody reacts. At some point we chose the place ourselves... waited 20 minutes for drinks, another 40 minutes and the order came, but only the pizza. The wife and child's lasagne and pasta didn't arrive until another 15 minutes later. I was almost finished with the pizza by then. Lasagna was cold, just cold. Let it go back, make new lasagna 10 minutes later, just as cold. Complained to the waiter and he said that the lasagna shouldn't have been ordered because the oven was broken! Back with it and ordered a pizza instead of the lasagne. Waited another 25 minutes for the replacement pizza. Took the pizza home and only paid for the drinks and the first pizza. Phew, if that's the norm for service there, I won't be giving L'Osteria in Kleve much longer... even if the food itself is delicious... at least if it's served quickly and hot.

Food was super tasty and the service was good. Unfortunately it was very dirty there...the bench we sat on was full of leftover food, as was the floor. The women's toilets were really disgusting too...

We were there for breakfast this morning with our 4 year old son. They didn't ask how old he was and he was just completely accounted for. Unfortunately, we only noticed this when we got home. Otherwise the breakfast was quite good.

I am very surprised, I have been living in Kleve for 6 years and this was my first time in this restaurant .I recommend this restaurant to everyone, I will become a regular as I rate the food 10/10🫶💪 First class service!!! The interior of the restaurant is very nicely designed 💪

L'Osteria in Kleve It was our first time there, but certainly not the last time. Beautiful place, very trendy, beautifully decorated. With plenty of seating but not too much!! Friendly service, young and fast. Delicious food! Only pizzas were way, way, way too big. Leaving all the edges and table companion, almost half, that's a shame. At checkout we were asked if we wanted to take it with us. But that wasn't necessary. Next time, just a pizza for two people and then possibly a starter, we think it would be better. But again perfect place to go out for dinner. Great!!

Delicious food. Pleasant service.

The food was plentiful and very tasty. It was always refilled. Good price and performance. A special tip from me. The selection of cold cuts could be improved a bit. How about various types of Italian cheese and Italian Parma ham to further refine the table? How about Italian music discreetly in the background? Were pleasantly surprised. I was there for brunch with my two big kids and their loved ones. We spent a wonderfully beautiful day in a sunny place with you. Thank you for the best day with my loved ones.

Waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for food even though only 5 tables were occupied. Customers who came after us got their food before us. But the service was very friendly and the food was delicious.

I hadn't made a reservation, but I was still able to go. According to the children, the pizzas were very tasty. I myself had a goat's cheese salad that was also very tasty, but in my opinion there was way too much sauce, it was all on the last layer of lettuce, so I left it alone. But for the rest, super nice atmosphere, nice staff.

I think it's great in Kleve. The pizza, good, a nice restaurant with friendly staff. It is often very busy. You have to be willing to wait for your food. I recommend making a reservation. There is also a points system in the app that you can use to save. It is an asset to Kleve and the surrounding area. We can be found there almost every week.

There are many young waitresses who have very different levels of attentiveness. Everything from very attentive to not attentive at all and forgetful is represented. Due to the constantly changing people in service and the huge rooms, the atmosphere seems anonymous to me. The chairs are hard and uncomfortable. A week ago I was in the Osteria Nürnberg City, there was only one, very attentive waiter for a table, the situation was cozy, the furnishings with lots of wood. The monthly dish was offered to us verbally and was also in stock... everything was good there. In Kleve, my pizza tasted oily and was lukewarm. The small salads we ordered were written down by the inattentive waitress but unfortunately not brought to our table. There was another service person who was very friendly and attentive; she subsequently limited the damage as best she could. Conclusion: There is still room for improvement here.

Unfortunately, we had to wait over 1.5 hours for two dishes in a moderately full restaurant. We had announced that we had a follow-up appointment. When nothing happened after 1.5 hours and the speech, we left. Of course we still had to pay for drinks. It's a shame, it's not worth repeating.

For the first time here I was not impresse for the pizza's size.It was tasty but not a pleasure to deal it,it was a fight.I asked for pizza and i received a blanchet. It was nice if already comes cutted because the plate is more smaller than the pizza and that makes uncomfortable to handle it or you can have in the menu posibility to choose another size. I will come back for another dish, because location looks friendly and cozy and the food was tasty.I'll give one more chance

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. At the weekend, L’Osteria Kleve sent vouchers by post, which were then suddenly declared invalid after just a few days. It seems as if they were recalled overnight - a completely unfair move towards customers! If you offer such discounts, you should stand by them. This behavior leaves a very bad impression. I'll think twice about eating here in the future. Customer friendliness looks different!

I usually enjoy eating the quinoa avocado salad at Losteria, highly recommended! This time I ate a pizza, also delicious. Unfortunately there is only a little topping, which is unfortunately the case in every Losteria. Unfortunately we waited over an hour for our pizza, there were two of us and it wasn't super crowded. We went for Sunday brunch and had booked a table for 4 people for 10:30 a.m. The store was really full. Of course there was already a lot of empty space, but everything was gradually filled up again. And it tasted good and the selection was good. Maybe there could be more salads and at least tea instead of coffee to choose from. Price performance was ok.

We actually wanted to eat there this evening. However, when we arrived at the restaurant it was so cold that we left immediately. When I go out to eat, I don't want to eat dinner with my jacket on. I'd rather stay at home or go where they have heated the room for the guest.

Very tasty meal. The pizzas are huge! Small tip: you can have the pizza topped with half and half, if you can't choose. Also nice if you want to combine sharp and sweet. For small children you can also order 1 pizza on 2 plates (counter) or take the rest with you at home. Try to ask for a seat by the window. Last time we sat in the middle of the room next to the Christmas tree and the entrance was in a draft and that was a bit disappointing.

We ordered two pizzas at 6:40 p.m.; the announced delivery time was 7:14 p.m. In fact, we didn't receive the delivery until around 8:00 p.m. Both pizzas were cold, barely risen and white on the bottom, indicating under-baking. For over €30 it is quite disappointing if you have to “bake” the pizzas yourself. They were also the least Neapolitan “Neapolitan pizzas” we’ve ever had. Our expectations for delivery are really not high, but this was just disappointing. An additional star because at least the correct pizzas were delivered and the delivery person was very friendly.

Very large pizza 45 cm costs only 16 euros. I thought there were too many mushrooms on it, which overpowered the pizza, which is a shame. My husband had the barbecue pizza and thought it was delicious. Tiramisu was really delicious.
