We got food poisoning there. Food was neither fresh nor tasty. We ordered one portion, got two and had to pay for it. Moreover, you cannot pay by card there.

My review from October 2023 was not published because Aland Sushi would have been removed from Maps. Now they're back, with only 9 reviews. The ones before were probably too bad. Received spoiled food, received the wrong food and with the completely sour and smelly meat we should come by in the next few days so they could check it out. Of course, that makes it better! Didn't get any money back. Substandard service and inedible food!

The food is so bad, I had to throw away my entire €25 order because it was inedible. The bowl consisted entirely of pepper with some rice and the wrong meat. With the sushi, the seaweed was far too dry, the rice was hard, and the fish was no longer fresh. It amuses me how a business that so regularly gets bad reviews with the same criticisms can still be in business. It is also interesting that all reviews on Google have been deleted by October 2023 and reviews on Lieferando need to be remedied.

Can't understand the bad reviews. We ordered the PokeBowl (fried) twice, apart from the fact that the delivery arrived 25 minutes later, whereas with others you wait at least 1.5 hours, the bowls were incredibly tasty. We order there more often now. Craziness. Thanks for the delicious food.

Very bad sushi, today I got a box of sushi (so-called sushi mix) with only avocado and cucumbers and lots of rice!!!!! hidden by overly salty green algae...it doesn't deserve its expensive price at all and isn't tasty either...I'm very disappointed and can't recommend it.

Great quality in the restaurant, but disastrous ordering online and by phone L’Osteria in Kleve offers great food and friendly restaurant staff – no question about it. Unfortunately, things are completely different when ordering online and by telephone. Ordering online via Delivery L’Osteria is a real challenge. I tried it several times and even talked to colleagues about it because I thought I was doing something wrong. After countless attempts, I finally called. But after a wait I only got a busy signal - that left me speechless. Order something during your lunch break? Absolutely impossible. Even if you get through at some point, they say that no telephone orders will be accepted. This is extremely frustrating, especially if you are short on time or rely on the delivery service. Conclusion: The food and friendliness in the restaurant deserve 5 stars, but the ordering process - both online and by phone - is so bad that I would give it zero stars. There is an urgent need for improvement!

I've been ordering food there for years. Unfortunately, the quality has decreased in the last few months, but there can be various reasons for this that should be accepted in the short term. The last time, however, the camel's back overflowed. Four portions of kibbeling, which are not free, were so inedible that they had to be thrown away. It was very noticeable when unpacking it. There were unusually large pieces, the breading was fried very dark and also contained an unusually high amount of fat, which, judging by the smell, was also old. The taste was ultimately confirmation. These fat-soaked kibbeling pieces had a terrible taste, which was also confirmed by the other guests. Because of this embarrassment, I will make a trip to this fish stall the next time I visit Kaufland and complain. It's a shame that high-priced things are now rewarded with poor quality there too.

That wasn't really good...sorry Even though it was still early in the evening, we and other guests had to wait what felt like an eternity for a table to be assigned to us (reserved). We were there with friends. As a starter we had various bruscetta. The white bread under the tomatoes was not toasted - the bread was ready with tomatoes on it. The burgers (clearly made from pure beef) were so fried and dry that they could have easily lasted 10 KM as the sole of a shoe...we had double paddies. These were served without any sauce, mustard or greens in between, just a little mayo on the bottom bun. These rolls have not seen any grill or roasting plate either, out of the bag, clothes on and off to the plate. Sorry... but for the price, that's not ok. The service was okay, but the food and price were off
