One of the best pizzerias in the region. There is even optional Nduja as a topping. Many pizzerias don't even know this.

Very nice, attentive and friendly staff, very nice atmosphere. Had a salad. Kept very simple. Mainly greens, a few slices of radishes, mango that was too overripe, dressing that was way too acidic and a few pieces of beef (which was very tasty though). Price performance is not right here at all. Too bad. The Osteria still has to work on it, because a good salad works differently.

We are long time customers at L'Osteria in Aachen. It's usually a great atmosphere, good service and we love the food. However, this time the pizza quality was not worth the price increase. The dough was thin as usual but super dry and the ingredients notably less than before. Service was good and I love the terrace. I hope that they will take in this feedback and continue to improve.

We like to go there. The pizzas are huge, the homemade pasta is super tasty. Of course everything has become a little more expensive, but the price-performance ratio is still right. However, we waited 45 minutes for the food, which I think was too long 😞

The Lósteria in Aachen is a very beautiful and modern Lósteria in terms of ambience. The ceilings are high and the entire store feels very spacious. There are also some parking spaces available. The food is particularly focused on the nicely sized pizzas, but there are also plenty of pastas and salads. Personally, I only ever eat pizza there. Conclusion: Recommended.

I ordered a pizza and it was a disaster, baked too long. The pizzeria in Bielefeld is better, the pizza there was delicious.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be. Had to wait an hour for our pizza. Unfortunately, it doesn't taste like it used to. The dough base was more of a lahmacun dough instead of pizza, hardly any cheese (the children's pizza had more cheese on it :D). I understand that everyone is raising prices right now, but at the same time making the pizza smaller and using fewer toppings is a double whammy. Many restaurateurs are just exploiting the situation.

You can sit outside in a lovely atmosphere. When is received and placed very friendly. Unfortunately, the young service staff were a bit demotivated that day, but that could also be due to the heat.

The service was very friendly. We sat outside and despite the street it was a pleasant atmosphere. You didn't sit there clapping. There was enough space for the next table or the neighbor. The pizzas were very tasty.

I've been here twice with my boyfriend. We ate on site once and took away once. The pizzas are delicious and very large. We also liked that there is the option to take a half-half pizza if you can't choose. The service is good, but the staff seems a bit rushed. The location is nicely decorated, but the restaurant is located along a busy road, so the atmosphere is not optimal. We definitely recommend eating here!

So what can I write...it's a chain...I got exactly what I expected. It's good food at a good standard served in an attractive atmosphere by nice people. gladly again 👍👍👍

At L'Osteria Aachen it is always very tasty. Whether salad, pizza or pasta. I go there regularly and my dogs are also welcome. I can only recommend the restaurant.

We were given the wrong food and our dog wasn't offered water in the hot weather... some of the waiters were very playful. The food didn't blow us away either.

A €3.50 espresso doesn't even come with a glass of tap water or a biscuit and sugar... what kind of service it's simply unacceptable and I don't think they have any idea about gastronomy

It was a very nice experience. As a group of 10+ people, we were able to reserve in advance and were well looked after. The food came quickly (even though we were more than 10 people) and was very tasty. Please note: If you sit outside, you may be surrounded by several smokers, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise great👍🏻

We wanted to try out osteria in Aachen. Immediately when we sat down we were given the (drinks) menu and asked what we would get as an aperitif. Since we didn't have time to look at the menu, I ordered a port, a what? The young lady had never heard of Port... By the way, the glasses were sparsely filled for what they cost. As a starter a carpatio and a vitello tonato, the carpatio had no taste, the vitello only had taste when half a centimeter thick sauce was added. The main course was a pasta carbonara, which was fine, and a Pizza pizza caperciosa, the pizza was not cut and also very difficult to cut yourself as the plate was much smaller than the pizza. Bottom line, no repeat for us.

The pizzas are delicious, it's great that you can choose half-half from different types of pizzas. It's just a pity that something went wrong with our order both times we were there. Having to wait extra long and not getting food at the same time. The 2nd time we had been waiting for over an hour and they said 2-3 minutes maybe 10 it will be ready. Everyone who arrived later had already eaten or they still had to start our meal. The food was there, except for 1 pizza, and we waited at least 5 minutes for it. Fortunately, the pizzas are well received, otherwise we would not come back here anytime soon.

I was served cheese made from cow's milk with my vegan pizza. Unfortunately, it was only at home that I realized this 100% because of stomach problems.

The three of us ate there. Four-cheese pizza, burrata arugula and a margarita. The atmosphere is very nice, well attended, food delivered quickly, service good, pizza good.

Great food as always but very loud atmosphere

Extremely large and perfect pizza. Normally I eat until I'm somewhat full, but when I saw the monstrous Margherita pizza, I had already given up. After the first bite, however, I knew what a gift I had in front of me and just couldn't stop. But the staff was also incredible. The whole time with a smile on their faces, the waiters ran back and forth between the tables and fulfilled the guests' every wish. The service was incredibly friendly and funny. I would love to stay in this palace of welcome forever.

We sat outside. The service was very attentive and friendly. I ordered a pizza and it didn't fit on the plate because it was too big. The cutting knife was dull so it was a struggle to cut the pizza. However, it tasted very good. Maybe you should buy new knives.

Great atmosphere, the pizza is huge and delicious, the service is very friendly. There was a coloring page for the children, but the wait wasn't long. I found the drinks quite expensive, but there were relatively cheap children's meals. All in all we were very satisfied. A great alternative to truck stops, very quick to reach from the motorway.

It was tasty, but very little. Afterwards I had the feeling that I hadn't eaten anything yet. I was very disappointed then. And it was too expensive for me.

Ordered there online, two normal pizzas. On the website it said a 35 minute wait until pickup. So okay, waited, went there. I got there on time, but I still had to wait about 30 minutes for the two pizzas in the restaurant. That was of course a rather unpleasant experience. Turns out the kitchen made a mistake and made the wrong pizzas. The waiter who took the online orders apologized after waiting 20 minutes and offered me an iced tea on the house, so he was super nice and accommodating in that respect. Still not a great thing, of course, it can happen, but it was still super annoying to wait at the counter for another 30 minutes because I was hungry. Overall, the pizzas were large and tasty, so if that doesn't happen to you, you can go there

Very nice, cozy evening, delicious food, very attentive service, a beautiful facility, the "Cucina" looks very interesting and Italian, you can sit wonderfully inside and outside, unwind and relax... I can highly recommend it 👍👍

Unfortunately not recommended. Our pizzas were ordered for pickup and one of the pizzas was completely incorrectly recorded on site. The service staff on site was already drunk by lunchtime and recited all the names of the employees. After we wanted to complain about the order, no one answered the phone after several attempts.

For me one of the most beautiful LOstetia restaurants ever Absolutely great location, great atmosphere, friendly staff, all thumbs up for this. Your food is good anyway.

The food was good, but I observed worrying behavior in the restaurant, particularly from the bar manager towards the staff. There were incidents of inappropriate behavior that appeared to be sexual harassment. It seems that these issues in dealing with employees need to be addressed urgently. A good working environment is just as important as good food.

Very large and also delicious pizza. The ambience and furnishings were good but the music was too loud for me, it was too strong in the foreground and was annoying when talking to the table group. A pity. Prices are still okay, everything is getting more expensive, pizzas here are 15 to 18.50 and drinks are ~11€/liter. Service friendly and quick. You can also sit outside here when the weather is nice.

I've been wanting to try out the chain for a while and today was the day. The prices are quite high but the food is also good and the service is quick and friendly. The term picante for pizza was rightly on the menu.

We really enjoyed our stay at L'osteria. Service and food were very good. There is a small table for children where they can make their own with pizza dough. Only the dough isn't baked, it's thrown away! My children would have been very happy if they could take their “doughs” home with them!

I was there today for the first time and definitely the last time. A Caesar salad with chicken breast strips and bruschetta. Well, I don't know if people no longer have the right to good food, but it was just terrible. The bruschetta was not freshly made and was pretty soggy. The salad belonged in the compost bin rather than on a guest's plate. The Ash was nothing and unfortunately neither was L'Osteria. Never again

I have been here multiple times , the food and the services is always top notch ! I have tried the vegan pizza and spaghetti , they always try to maintain the standard and the taste ! Perfect Italian food . Also the coffee and tiramisu is amazing ☺️🙌🏻✨ Thank you team Losteria Aachen !

Unfortunately, the pizzas are being topped more and more sparingly. With such high prices, something like this shouldn't be the case. The drinks are also very expensive, e.g. 0.5l Cola costs EUR 5.25.

I am very dissatisfied with the communication while I complained about the extra costs charged when, for example, you exchange spaghetti for macaroni.... I was ridiculed as a customer...I came here once to have lunch...it's scandalous you get robbed!!!
