I've eaten there several times and it's always great. The staff are super friendly and quick. The food is 10/10 and the atmosphere is also really nice. You can eat in peace and it looks great.

Great food! The pizza is impressively large and tastes excellent. The prices are quite high, especially considering the relatively small portions of pasta. You can afford it every now and then.

It was quite busy and therefore quite loud. The waitresses came around a little too infrequently for my liking, but otherwise, I can't complain. The food was excellent, and I generally felt comfortable.

Always nice. A new or expanded map would be nice.

The food itself was good, but the service unfortunately left a lot to be desired. We waited over an hour and a half for one (!) pizza, and the place wasn't even that busy at that time (Saturday afternoon around 3 p.m.). Unfortunately, the side salad we ordered didn't arrive until after we'd already finished our pizza, about 20 minutes later. It was returned. When we asked when the pizza would arrive, the server simply said he didn't know and walked on. We weren't even asked once during the wait if we wanted something to drink. It's a shame; we won't be coming back.

We're regulars at L'osteria and are always very satisfied. Especially with the new app, where you can collect points, it's even more worthwhile to eat there.

We were there again on Saturday evening at 7:15 p.m. Everything has always been great. As expected, the place was packed, but we had a reservation and got a table right away. It was great that, despite the crowds, the table was available right away. The food was excellent and the service friendly. That's how it should be in every restaurant. The only problem is the parking situation on evenings like these. We couldn't park in the customer parking lot, but since there are plenty of spaces around, that wasn't a problem. 👍

Simply outrageous. When you order a drink, you automatically get 0.5 liters... endless profiteering. The pumpkin cream soup was so watery it was... They had it returned... It was probably very late and they didn't have enough for everyone. That's why they diluted it with water. The pizzas have been sticking out over the edge of the plate for years and are dripping horribly when the waiter runs around the table searching for them because he doesn't know who owns which pizza, and the people aren't even capable of cutting their pizza properly onto these meager plates. Instead of buying large wooden boards, which look really stylish... no, it's as if they don't have enough money for the plate... I'd better not even start on the service, as you can already read the other reviews where the hell it is. Ultimately, everything left a lot to be desired, and I can only advise everyone against it... The pizza was also soggy and soggy, not even crispy on the outside... NO WORDS AHEAD Knowing that this whole thing will be deleted anyway, I hope enough people still get my message... Hmmmm, as much as I always loved eating at L'Osteria, I was so disappointed last time. The pizza was thin and not that tasty... What a shame.

The pizzas are delicious and fresh. I highly recommend them. The price/performance ratio is also reasonable.

Solid food and friendly service. Unfortunately, there were too many tables, making it too loud.

Unfortunately, the Caesar salad wasn't particularly fresh. The lettuce stalks with brown streaks remained on the plate (they don't actually belong in the salad bowl, but in the organic waste). The chicken strips weren't as tender as expected either. When the waitress asked us at the end if everything was okay, we complained. However, we had to pay for the entire salad. We could have had a coffee as compensation, but due to time constraints, that wasn't possible (despite pre-ordering, we had to wait a long time for the food). The pizzas (Margherita, Salami and Shredded Cheese, and Salsiccia Piccante) were good. Be careful with the Dolce Vita promotion. It's not the quantity of pizzas that matters, but who pays for them.

After 20 minutes, no one was at our table, even though there was someone sitting at the table next to us. They apparently didn't have this ability. After 20 minutes, we got up and left!

We were in a bit of a hurry. But it was a superb location. Impeccable service.

The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauce well-seasoned with crunchy vegetables. The pizza was wafer-thin and delicious. The Lambrusco was perfectly chilled, and Valentin's service was attentive and friendly.

Great pizzas, good value for money

Unfortunately, the waiters at the Aachen city center location are very slow and inattentive, and they misunderstand many things. It's a shame. We came with the entire company at lunchtime and waited 45 minutes for drinks. The food then took another 45 minutes. We won't be coming back until the situation improves. We've tried several times now, and the atmosphere is nice after all.

Really chic decor, great service, and delicious food! They swapped out an ingredient without any problems (not everyone does that). We'll definitely be coming back more often now :)

I visited L'Osteria with my children today. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza. It felt like a pizza half a meter in diameter arrived, and I could count the chicken pieces on one hand. So, if you cut the pizza into eighths, there wouldn't be a single piece of chicken on it. I find that very disappointing and unacceptable for such a large pizza chain. The service was very satisfactory, but the prices are absolutely overpriced for what you get.

Always completely satisfied when you visit. The food is delicious and the service is consistently friendly! Packing up leftover food is no problem, and you can even sit and relax with a drink for a while without being constantly asked if you want anything else. Always happy to come back 🫶🏼

The pizza was delicious and the crust was nice and crispy! Perfect! The size only works if you're really hungry!!! The spaghetti is also great! The staff is very busy and yet very friendly and cheerful to every guest! We really enjoyed it there! We'd love to come back! (also in other cities) Tip: It's best to make a reservation!

If you want to eat at an overpriced price, this is the place for you. The dishes are rather average in taste, but the price is not.

Fantastic service! Turned up without a reservation on a busy Tuesday in late August and were seated almost straight away. There was a little bit of a wait to give our order, but the food and drink arrived really quickly. The meals were outstanding. Amazing pizza and pasta dishes, we even had a plain pizza pane to soak up the lovely pasta sauces. Would definitely recommend!

Update 08/23/25: Food and service were good... BUT IT'S ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE that beer is left standing on the bar and that foam from a cup is poured into all the beers... And not just once... It's outrageous!

We've been regulars here for a long time and enjoy coming back (since day 1) because the kids, in particular, love it. Today, however, we were a bit disappointed: 1) ...because the children's dishes weren't served immediately with the appetizers, as usual, but were simply forgotten and only brought to the table after repeated requests; by then, we'd long since finished the appetizers, and the little ones were almost starving (after asking several times when their food would finally arrive). My son (5) even said he never wanted to come back. I can understand that very well, because in my opinion, children's dishes should ALWAYS be prepared first in the kitchen. After all, these little guests don't have a good sense of time yet, and hunger quickly becomes unbearable – even drawing with (half-unsharpened) pencils doesn't really help as a distraction! What annoyed me most, however, was the fact that the mistake was neither acknowledged nor did anyone offer a serious apology – I would have at least expected some small compensation (e.g., a free drink or dessert). 2) ...the children's cutlery has to be ordered separately lately because they're often given (too) large forks and (dangerously) sharp knives, even though it's clearly obvious they're children. The store was very busy, but it usually is, and you can expect that level of customer service and attention to detail from the staff... CONCLUSION: In general, it's very child-friendly here, but that shouldn't suffer when it's busier than usual! Ultimately, the kids' well-being is what determines whether they enjoyed their stay and, above all, whether they want to come back!!!

Service and customer friendliness: 0/10. The woman with the tight bun (manager) should not be in a managerial position, as she is unable to control her feelings and emotions. The customer is supposed to be king!! clearly not here.

The terrace of the restaurant was full of wasps and flies. Due to the disturbance, we decided to sit inside. The staff very rudely told us to leave because the indoor area was “closed.” If they had approached us politely, we would have been 100% willing to move to another table. But the way they addressed us was completely wrong. We explained we only wanted to have our meal and leave within a few minutes, but this apparently struck a nerve. The so-called “manager” approached us in an extremely condescending tone, asking things like “Is this your restaurant?” and who knows what else. Very unfriendly and arrogant team. I visit restaurants daily, but I have never experienced such an unpleasant atmosphere and service.

We really enjoyed the food. This spot is a great place to relax with a tasty drink, away from the city, and end the day.

Nice food okay, but expensive therefore no more

A modern, industrial interior exudes warmth. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The food is good; don't expect 100% authentic Italian cuisine, but the Italian food you get here certainly won't disappoint. Only the beer and cocktail menu could be a bit more extensive, but that's a personal preference.

New manager in Aachen, well!! Waited over an hour for the food and then offered a drink. Very weak

Friday evening, we were there with a group. It was very loud and difficult to follow the conversation at the table. The pizzas were truly delicious, and you can order a shared pizza with the toppings of two pizzas, great! Unfortunately, the pizzas are so incredibly large that "sloppy bibs" were distributed at the table beforehand, as the pizzas extend far beyond the plate. They are absolutely impossible to slice, and on top of that, almost no one could open their pizza. I'll be having my next pizza at my favorite Italian restaurant again.

We pre-ordered online and still had to wait 20 minutes for our food in the store. Unfortunately, it was only lukewarm. It felt like no one there was prepared for ordering and pickup. They could have been a bit better organized. The food was still good, typical of L'Osteria.

The L'Osteria concept is great, and the restaurants are always good. But this place surpasses everything. Very nice and polite waiters and waitresses. Very accommodating, and especially the welcome from a gentleman named Tim is always a pleasure. Highly recommended, and see you soon!

The wine he recommended was very good. However, I can't say I particularly enjoyed the pizzas. They were good, but I've had better. I found the meat pizza menu particularly weak. The soufflé was also very good. But I still recommend the place.

Beautiful Italian restaurant, lovely ambiance. Great terrace. I ordered the food online and was able to pick it up at the agreed time. The food was plentiful, the pizzas were huge (almost family-sized), and the pasta was delicious.

Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly. On our last visit, a server was very rude, even though we politely pointed out that the table needed clearing. This kind of treatment is disappointing—especially considering the prices charged at this restaurant. For this reason, we left the restaurant and went to another restaurant across the street. The difference in service was immediately noticeable.

Unfriendly service.... I had asked for the pasta to be cooked long, or in other words, well-cooked and not al dente. It was, of course, hard, so I asked the waiter why... He said it couldn't be helped, it just was. He supposedly spoke to the manager, so I sent the pasta back and got a pizza instead. Too bad for another missed opportunity... I hope I get a response.

The pizzas are delicious and large, but very expensive and with very few toppings. The service used to be terrible, but that's improved. Unfortunately, you can still tell that the place is much too big, and you often go unnoticed when you want something because there are simply too few waiters, or they sometimes just stare into space. The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially outside in the summer; there just needs to be more sun protection.

I had the arugula scampi spaghetti 😊 it was delicious! My friend had the arugula pizza, which was huge! 😉 The atmosphere is very cozy, like a very large loft ambiance 👍 The waitress was really super accommodating and friendly! Unfortunately, we had to leave the table after about an hour and a half or two because we couldn't make a reservation for that long.

Imagine the mix between Italian food, German service: a good pizza, a good bier and a nice experience.

Solid food with minor flaws Overall, the visit was okay, but there were two things that somewhat dampened the overall impression: The wait time was unfortunately unusually long, even though it wasn't particularly busy. Furthermore, the pizza dough was much too thin for my taste – which unfortunately took away some of the enjoyment. Otherwise, the food was tasty and the service friendly. With a little fine-tuning in terms of organization and dough, there's definitely potential for more.
