Waiters were more interested in their "regular customers" than everyone else. And the pizzas were below average, the "special" pizza of the day was too salty and the seafood pizza was a mash of rubbery, fishiness.

The menu was unimaginative, the food (I had vegetable risotto and tiramisu) wasn't overwhelming, the service was a little inattentive, even though there wasn't much going on at that time... Not bad, but there are definitely much better Italian restaurants in Munich.

We had dinner here in the evening. The Pizza Lombardo was crispy, large and tasty. The service was friendly but it was busy so we had to wait a really long time for the bill. The outdoor area is airy but unfortunately also loud on the main road. Still recommend everything 👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really friendly staff. The pizza master conjures up a fantastic pizza by hand in no time at all. There are even three tables from which you can admire it. Very tasty, absolute recommendation :-)

Ordered pizzas to take away and were supposed to come pick them up in 20 minutes. However, pizzas weren't even being prepared after 45 minutes, even though they were told they would be ready soon. Absolute impudence. You can't rely on their word.

People EXTREMELY RUDE. Ordered pizza took an hr to come while we were waiting tried ordering drinks and the guy walked off. Would NOT! Recommend.

We spontaneously wandered over to the Harry Potter exhibition today because he was nearby. We (both former restaurants and therefore really critical 😅🙈) were positively surprised. The pizza and the homemade ravioli were delicious, and despite the high number of guests, the waiters were all friendly and super attentive!!! The tables, the interior and the toilets were super clean, the pizza area (open kitchen with stone oven and open fire!) was cleaned at all times, and what I really have to emphasize, the noise level between the staff was kept to a minimum. We had 2 salads, 2 main courses, 1 dessert, 10 drinks (it's midsummer 😅🙈) and paid €120 with a generous tip. We say thank you for a great evening!

Very disappointing! We (3 people) visited this location on a normally busy Friday evening. Nice and middle-class, that was the first impression. After several times of hoping, waving and making ourselves noticed, we received attention and were able to order. The food (3 dishes no extras) didn't come at the same time, but unfortunately the third meal only came when the other two were almost finished. Now the highlight: unfortunately we were “ignored” for an entire hour afterwards! We would have liked to have had another dessert or a drink. Vain! When we were allowed to pay (after asking twice about 20 minutes), we wanted to address the unfortunately not so good service. We were advised by an older, grizzled, glasses-wearing waiter to simply stop coming or to work here ourselves if we wanted something! Very disappointing and to be honest a disgrace! No recommendation

Pizza tasted very tasty (pick up). However, we were overcharged. Instead of €48 I should pay €52. Unfortunately, I even give tips. Afterwards I find out that it would have only cost €48 if the on-site employee hadn't added everything up in his head. There was no receipt, instead I was told to take a card with me to break down the prices. Prices themselves are still sporty: 15€ for a Quattro Stagioni is a lot. Unfortunately, the bruschetta was cold and didn't taste particularly good...

Very low quality of the service, they don’t care about the customers. You can ask may times for basic things like extra plate with no activity

I've waited for 15 minutes sitting before approaching the waiter myself to get the menu, after I was ready another 15 minutes for a waiter to take my order. Everybody was ignoring me, passing by, even when I yelled "excuse me". The food was okay, nothing exceptional. My order was: Minestrone, Risotto Mare, Panna Cotta and Tee. Vegetables in Minestrone were too hard to bite, not soft as they should be, Risotto Mare had mostly cheap small prawns and mostly white fish with a little bit of salmon and exactly one big prawn in the center. I've eaten better Risotto Mare (full of fresh mussels) for comparable price in Naples. Panna Cotta was too hard and had watermelon in it - berries and watermelon don't go well together in Panna Cotta. The only good thing was Camille Tee but it was in way too small of a mug, I would've preferred paying a little bit more but getting proper sized mug but if was not on the menu.

Average Italian. I can't understand the reviews. The food was okay, but it was my first and last time there. Service is also better. I didn't feel very welcome.

Very satisfied! The pizza tasted good. It wasn't too hot but not lukewarm either. I had a salami pizza with onions. It also came quite quickly and the price of €10-15 is fair. The service was good, nothing to complain about. I can recommend it.

Having to sit inside in the summer is difficult because the oven is super warm... In the winter, however, it's nice and cozy... The food has always been great... whether pizza, pasta or salad Anytime ;)

Service unfortunately subpar: - Bread only on request - I ordered spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti Napoli was brought to me. When I said that I had ordered the carbonara (clearly audible to everyone at the table, but apparently not to the waiter), he told me that he would bring it to me now, but that I should at least “be honest” 😳 Everyone at the table were stunned. -The carbonara was on the menu with “egg & bacon” - as it should be. Unfortunately the noodles that were brought had never seen an egg. Just cream!!! When I told the waiter this, I was told that the ones with egg were the classic ones and the ones with cream were the typically German ones. If I had wanted it with egg, I would have had to order it (what?). I didn't even get around to saying that it was on the menu with egg, because he ran away - obviously offended. If I hadn't been so hungry, I would have let her go back... The second star is only given because the pizzas of my colleagues at the table were very good.

We've been there several times and the food has always been very good (pizza and pasta dishes) and served quickly. Also really friendly service, so a clear recommendation from me.

Sweet little restaurant, food very good, location kept simple, but a very nice waiter

So today I was disappointed. Whenever I'm nearby, I go there to eat with a friend. But today was the last time for the time being, we weren't greeted, we continued to chat with smiles with the regular guests. The soup of the day didn't taste like anything today, the two of us added more seasoning and, as I observed, so did the other guests. My noodles were so-so, my friend's fish was ok. After that came the dessert, my friend wanted an espresso or if possible a cappuccino, to which she responded rudely, saying it was only an espresso when offered, she mentioned she would also pay for it separately, friendly is another matter. It also took forever to bring 2 cafes and there wasn't much going on. It would be nice if you treated your guests a little nicer, we won't be coming anymore for the time being.

We were served in a friendly and attentive manner. Overall, the food tasted quite good, but the portions (apart from the huge pizzas) could have been a little larger. The price/performance ratio is okay, the selection of food and drinks is large, and there is also a current weekly offer with additional dishes.

We didn't make a reservation and were still lucky to get a table! The food was excellent, to the point. Unfortunately we were just passing through, but would highly recommend it!

Nice food and staff. I eat gluten free, and they were very helpful. The dessert from the menu had gluten, so they made a special dessert for me with ice cream and fruits. Very much appreciated!

Foods and service were great. We booked a table outside the restaurant because of nice weather. It a bit noisy because nearby street. Parking is difficult to find.

We don’t recommend at all this pizza place to take away!!!!! We ordered a few times here and several times we were left waiting in the restaurant. Often they start making the pizza when you arrive - whats the point of calling in advance? It got to the point of them saying “20 min” on the phone and we arrived 20 min after at the restaurant to take the pizzas and waited 60 min at the door. No joke! And it is not getting better at all. It’s pretty disrespectful. The pizzas are pretty good, so we still for sure recommend them - but maybe not take away, rather in the restaurant.

Pizza was okay, but unfortunately not quite as expected despite the wood oven. The ambience is really good, it's like a little break in Italy. Why only two stars now??? When you have cashed in money and instead of washing your hands you start preparing the next pizza, I find it absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately I saw it too late, otherwise I would have gotten up and left.

Went to L' Ancora on Sunday evening with a larger group. The restaurant was very busy and we had made a reservation. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The food came at the same time for everyone. It tasted fantastic. I'd love to come back!

Small Italian restaurant, good service and above all very good food. I can only recommend wood-fired pizza. The fish dishes are also very good and tasty.

Not bad everywhere but very average. Everything was ok, we liked the pizza but definitely not the best in Munich. Recommend you go there, great place before the ice hockey game

Nice restaurant, good quality and above all normal prices. Parking situation a bit disappointing but not possible otherwise for a big city. Plus point, especially open on Mondays. A big advantage for our on-site customer appointments. See you next time

Good food and friendly staff. Unfortunately in summer it is a bit noisy on the terrace because of the street. The price is reasonable for this restaurant.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe zum Mittagstisch vor Ort. Die Preise sind unschlagbar günstig mit um die 10 € je nach Gericht. Es gab vier verschiedene Mittagsgerichte und alle waren sehr lecker. Was störte, das zwei Teller schmutzig waren. So etwas ist immer unschön. Aber trotzdem kommen wir wieder, hatten wir auch das erste Mal beim Abendessen nicht. Für Münchener Verhältnisse sind die Preise durchschnittlich eher günstig. Die Kellner sind meist lustig aufgelegt. Die Toiletten sind sauber und ebenerdig zu erreichen.

Ristorante troppo caro. Ladri.... Non puoi fare pagare una bottiglia d'acqua €7.50... e anche le pizze troppo care ... Vergogna.....Ho fatto foto dello scontrino.

super essen kann ich eigentlich nur empfehlen, das ist die beste pizzeria im umkreis von 150 m, jedoch habe ich das gefühl das diese pizzeria nur da ist um geld zu waschen aber das soll sie nicht davon abhalten dort zu essen

Einer der besten Italiener weit und breit. Tolles Essen , geschmackvolles Ambiente und sehr freundliche aufmerksame Ober . Aber unbedingt zeitig reservieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!👍

Da werden Sie in eine italienische Familie aufgenommen! Eine der besten Pizzen Münchens. Holzgeheizter Ofen!!! Der Pizzaiolo ist top! Ti saluto, stronzo Gabri!

War früher mal ein guter Italiener, was sich mittlerweile leider geändert hat. Das Essen ist eher durchschnittlich, die Preise dafür aber ziemlich hoch. Kartenzahlung erst ab 25€?! Das ist nicht zeitgemäß. Auch der Service ist öfter eher nicht so gut drauf als er sein sollte. Für eine „Notfallpizza“ ganz ok aber sonst meide ich das Restaurant lieber, schade.

Hat seit Jahren stetig abgebaut. Für mich ist das Essen fad und unter Durchschnitt, der Service nicht gut und dafür die Preise unverschämt. Nach vielen Jahren kann ich leider nicht mehr kommen.

Weltklasse Holzofenpizza. Top Qualität und Geschmack bei allen Gerichten. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Es gibt zusätzlich zu der regulären Karte eine wechselnde Wochenkarte mit leckeren Saisonalen Gerichten. Bester Italiener Münchens. Wer gutes Essen schätzt ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir essen hier regelmäßig und sehr gerne. Und falls wir daheim essen wollen gibt es alle Gerichte zum mitnehmen.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit nettem Personal und hervorragendem Essen. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne hin!

Ein super schönes Lokal, super freundlicher Service, Essen atemberaubend lecker 💪 komme gerne wieder

Wir waren unter der Woche im L'Ancora, hatten einen Tisch reserviert und wurden freundlich begrüßt. Leider ließ der Service schnell nach. Obwohl wir noch an der Vorspeise waren wurde uns innerhalb kurzer Zeit die Hauptspeise auf den Tisch gestellt. Auf den Hinweis, dass wir noch bei der Vorpeise sind wurde nicht eingegangen. Ich hatte ein Risotto Frutti di Mare bestellt. Was mich verwundert da gerade Risotto seine Zeit braucht. Leider war es kein traditionell zubereitetes Risotto sonder separat in Wasser gegarter Reis der dann in die Soße mit dem Fisch und Garnelen erwärmt wurde. Es fehlte die cremigkeit und auch der typische Risotto Geschmack.

Die Pizza ist wirklich sehr sehr lecker und wir holen auch gerne regelmäßig Pizza ab - bis jetzt… Grund ist die letzte, aktuelle Preiserhöhung - mich hat’s bei der Bezahlung wirklich fast umgehauen. Zur Historie: Eine Pizza Quattro Formaggi hatte als Abholpreis im Oktober 2022 9 Euro gekostet, im Juni 2023 11 Euro und jetzt Juli 2023 14 Euro. Macht eine Preiserhöhung von ca. 55% innerhalb von 8 Monaten aus - liebes L’Ancora-Team, das ist viel zu viel!

We ordered Acqua Panna and we've been served a bottle of Acqua Panna with some disgusting water inside. Obviously the bottle wasn't sealed. Food was okay.

Sehr tolles italienisches Restaurant mit sehr großen Pizzen.

Die Pizza ist lecker, Service ok.. aber die Preise wurden vor kurzem so unverhältnismäßig und absolut übertrieben angehoben - überlegt man sich jetzt schon zweimal, ob man eine Pizza holt bzw dort essen geht.

Leckere Pizzen und sehr guter Nachtisch leider ist der Service nicht immer der beste

Super Pizza mit guter Salami (Diavolo) und dünnem Boden.

Ein Italiener wie jeder andere. Ausreichend gute Speisen und Getränke. Einzig der Espresso gilt als erwähnenswert. Endlich mal ein heisser Espresso, bei den meisten Restaurants ist dieser ja eher lauwarm. Die Höflichkeit des Services lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich würde das als lustlos bezeichnen. Der Chef sitzt mit seiner Frau im Freisitz, beide spielen vor den Gästen mit den Smartphones. Kein Dankeschön, oder gar ein „Auf Wiedersehen und einen schönen Abend“ nach dem Bezahlen der Rechnung. Für diese Gegend scheint es jedoch ausreichend.

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Essen. Auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es gibt hier wirklich super Pizza aus einem mit Holz befeuertem Steinofen. Tradition pur und auch der Service ist sehr freundlich. Preise sind immer noch Okay, und der Luitpoldpark ist so Nah, dass man die Pizza auch zum dort essen perfekt mitnehmen kann.

Good pizza nice and friendly waiters. Go early so you are served with an extra devotion. And children are very welcome!
