Unfortunately, the product was not good and hygiene was not taken into consideration. I always say this once; If the main ingredient in gemüse kebab is chicken meat, it may include skin, cartilage, etc. There shouldn't be things like that, there should be meat. The piece of skin we found even had feathers on it. We even noticed that it was on the plate. If it was in a wrap, you wouldn't see it, you would eat it. Unfortunately not. It gets stuck in your teeth, so you can't chew it. We did not find this place adequate in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. In general, the business seemed a bit adrift. So everyone is in their own world. I was really surprised. It is thought-provoking that it received such high scores from so many people! I won't go again and I don't recommend it to anyone. Addition: Someone complained that this comment was offensive and, thanks to Google, it was removed without question. So I'm really wondering which sentence or word contains an insult. Whatever we experienced was written in the kindest way possible. Are only high scores allowed? Can't stomach criticism? Then you will pay attention to your work.

It's stupid when Google Maps says "Dogs allowed" and you're greeted with a "Dogs must stay outside" sign when you get there. Also have no control window. Can't put my dog ​​on a leash or hand it to a stranger to order.

I definitely recommend this place to all lovers of delicious food and I can say in addition that I tried a lot of kebabs in Berlin, a completely different level. Best kebab from Berlin supper meat supper vegetables the best sauces crispy bread

It used to be my go-to shop when visitors came and I wanted to show them a really good kebab. Since the renovation, neither the kebab is good nor is the price justified for the small portion. I'm not going here anymore. There are much better alternatives for less money. Most of them also taste better. It's a shame, but that's how it is sometimes.

The chicken burger was so good and we had large chips between 2 of us which could have fed 4. Staff were friendly and helped us choose and brought the food to the table.

After a good 6 months, a friend who was there with me that day received the information that the owners want to take legal action against the rating. The bread is nothing special and there is only chicken. Unfortunately, the vegetables were a bit mushy and consisted mainly of potatoes in large pieces. The sauces are delicious, but even though I ordered them all, they were used quite sparingly. The cheese also tasted good and the salad etc. was fresh. The shop is small and could be tidier. The cleanliness was just acceptable.

Well, went there one afternoon based on the good reviews. Service unfriendly and sweaty. Fries were forgotten, when I asked, they said I hadn't ordered any fries and only after the salesperson called in did the colleague finally prepare them. I was held back (“ready in 2 minutes”) and they obviously took their time, so I had to eat my Dürüm without my friends. The taste in the wholemeal dough is also not convincing, I would describe it as a standard kebab. Dripping with fat and it's leaking out. That messed up my entire pants. Won't be coming back again.

Just when you think that all the kebabs in Berlin are more or less good, here comes the disappointment. Flavors not blended, poorly assorted vegetables, haphazard and assembly line service, very hot inside and microscopic tables outside. Very bad.

I will say that we went to this neighborhood to try a Kebab. Some of the lineups in the area were huge. Luckily, this one was quite manageable. The time spent in line gave us a good chance to figure out what to order hahaha. There are not a lot of complicated choices - basically, chicken in the traditional "pocket" style bread (perfectly toasted), in a wrap, or deconstructed in a box. There is also a vegetarian option. Putting it together - pick a sauce or two and choose toppings. There are a couple of sides such as fries, halloumi cheese, and salad. As for drinks, there are no alcohol choices (see pic). The staff is very friendly and extremely busy. The owner, in the chaos, did not get frustrated as we worked through language and hand motions hahahaha. Very good spot. Thanks.

I have been visiting this kebab shop for 6+ years, including long before its new renovation. The renovation itself is nice and the cleanliness and customer flow of the shop has increased. I am sad to say that in my opinion, the food quality has gone downhill after the renovation. The portion size of the kebab has continued to shrink as the price has increased. The most recent two kebabs I have eaten here have not been filled to the normal amount and I am always left hungry and wanting to go somewhere else. Considering the competition from Rüyam around the corner (which never has portion size issues) I hope that K'Ups starts focusing more on value and portion size as they increase their prices.

Great vegetable kebab doner without a long wait

The Kebabs are good, in my taste they need a little more meat but the flavor is very good, highly recommended! The biggest drawback is that they only accept cash, this is something that if you visit this place you should know, they only accept payments in cash.

A few years ago it was one of my favorite kebab shops in Berlin, but unfortunately it has steadily become worse. Since the renovation, the kebab there only tastes mediocre. I think it's due to the new meat cutting machine "the device", which ensures that even pieces of meat that aren't crispy are cut off, which just don't taste that good. I would be happy if the meat was cut by hand again in the future.

I would say that it is a little bit less satisfactory than the more popular kebab in berlin however the queue can be often much smaller which is advantageous ;)

We were there on Friday evening. Had the normal bread, as whole grain bread was unfortunately out of stock. The vegetable kebab impresses with fresh, crunchy vegetables and a spicy sauce in crispy bread. A healthy and delicious meal that is filling and tastes really good! It was okay, but there are definitely better ones in Berlin! We didn't really get full either.

The food was so nice and the staff were so friendly. Even though there was a language barrier they made sure to make us laugh and went through the menu with a smile. The food was lovely and at such a good price, the vegetarian and meat options were both very nice and full of flavour without being dry or tasting “cheap” I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of some quick but tasty food .

It was THE BEST doner kebab in Berlin. Crispy bread, with grilled veggies ( which I didn't probably found elsewhere. Even the choice of sauces and spices that they have is perfect. The kebaps here are juicy and that's why it stands the best amongst others. I have tried both chicken and falafal doners, but if to choose one, then my fav would be falafal doner. Also forgot to mention, service is excellent. They are very friendly and jolly.

Not a good vegetable kebab. Far too little sauce, small, no special meat quality, few vegetables. The store is not particularly clean, there is very little seating, the tables are not cleaned. Only a single toilet, no hand soap, no paper towels, no hand dryer. Expensive.

Ordered a kebab around 11:00 and they were running low on meat so they added very little meat. Maybe one or two spoonfuls. The other ingredients were nice but unfortunately it’s not worth the price with very little meat. What a ripoff!

Very nice place to quickly grab a dinner. The kebab was really tasty and the atmosphere represented berlin. And the prices were acceptable. For a kebab payed around 6€
