Kaya‘s Best Döner in Berlin

Wir haben hier einen Kebab bestellt. Der junge Mitarbeiter, der uns zunächst bedient hat, war freundlich und alles lief problemlos. Nach der Bestellung gingen wir für etwa 30 Sekunden nach draußen, um Servietten zu holen und uns die Hände abzuwischen. Als wir zurückkamen, wurde ein anderer, älterer Mitarbeiter jedoch unfreundlich und machte uns in einem unangemessenen Ton Vorwürfe. Später fragte er nach den Zutaten für den Kebab. Als ich sagte „alles außer Kohl“, verstand er mich nicht und reagierte erneut sehr unhöflich. Der Kebab war lecker, auch wenn er leider etwas auseinanderfiel. Wegen des Verhaltens dieses Mitarbeiters bleibt jedoch ein negativer Eindruck vom Service zurück.

Leider werden Notizen bei online Bestellungen nicht berücksichtigt. War für mich also eine absolute Geldverschwendung dieses Essen, weil ich es so nicht essen kann. Die Burger schmecken auch nach gar nichts!

Katastrophe !!!! Bestelle essen bei den der Fahrer liefert nicht weil er es wahrscheinlich selber gefressen hat! Bekomme dann über die liferando app das es bei mir geliefert worden ist was aber nicht stimmt! Essen und geld weg ! Werde bei den nie wieder was kaufen oder bestellen !

Die Dönerbox wirkt wie ein Salat, der einmal am Spieß vorbeigelaufen ist. Fleisch und Soße sind so sparsam dosiert, dass man sie eher suchen als schmecken muss. Der Großteil besteht aus Salat, während der Döner-Teil nur eine Nebenrolle spielt. Interessant ist: Isst man vor Ort, wird großzügiger geschöpft. Nimmt man die Dönerbox mit, herrscht plötzlich Diät. Diese Ungleichbehandlung trübt den Gesamteindruck deutlich. Geschmacklich kein Totalausfall, aber bei diesem Verhältnis von Inhalt zu Preis fühlt man sich eher abgefertigt als bedient. Mit mehr Fleisch und Soße wäre das Ganze ein anderes Erlebnis.

Das Essen war top Salate frisch gemacht und das Fleisch einfach nur schmackhaft das Personal war auch sehr freundlich kann man nur weiter empfehlen 👍

Best doner kebab in all of Britz!

The food kinda okay, but when we asked for the cutlery to eat kebab plate they gave us forks that looked like they were already used before, all greesy and dirty. When I asked the guy to change them, he looked at me like I insulted his mom. And then the new set of cutlery also didn't look much convincing. Disgusting, not recommended.

If you're going to or from Berlin Airport and are hungry, you don't have to go to the city center to grab a good kebab. It's an unassuming little place, but the food is excellent. The meat is well-grilled, the vegetables are fresh, the sauces are good, and the portions are generous.

Perhaps I was there at a slow time; the meat was cold. All the sauces were mayonnaise-based, including the yogurt sauce, which I didn't like. Good location, next to Edeka supermarket, clean, friendly staff, plenty of seating.

Delicious. The garlic was excellent, the fries were perfectly cooked, and the bun was crispy and soft at the same time. The spicy bite was perfect. Everything was fresh. Delicious, thank you ❣️

The kebab disappointed me. The meat was dry and flavorless. The bread was wet and had a strange smell. For the price, it's not worth it.

I haven't had such a bad kebab in a long time. The employee apparently packed half the salad water with it. When I got home, I had a mushy kebab with so little meat that I couldn't eat it. What a pity.

Very good!! Both the Kebab and this sweet with pistachio in a mille-feuille type dough were great! The kebab is lamb, I'm new and don't speak much German, the person who served me was very friendly and the place was very clean.

Now 8.88 euros for a kebab. This is the most expensive on Rudower Straße. In my opinion, there is a ready-made factory skewer here, others stack their own kebab and use less. Unfortunately the price doesn't do justice to the quality.

Visiting Berlin for a few days and this shop was on our way: so lucky! The selection is really large, we just wanted a kebab and it was extremely good! The bread was also particularly tasty, not that sticky stuff. By the way, the hot sauce is actually very spicy, but we'll come back next time we visit. Oh yes, and everyone is really friendly!

Shortly before work, we got a kebab thrown together with little meat. Vegetables soft, bread soft, sauce completely soggy. Absolutely not okay to sell something like that. Just call it a day if you don't feel like it anymore.

At the request of the birthday child (9 years old), we were last there with her friends. A total of 8 excited and excited mice. We were greeted and served in an absolutely child-friendly manner! My son often got a kebab there and it was always good Things look different today. Long wait, terrible quality and lousy service. As a mom, I'm nice and want to bring my son a kebab and, as a woman, I wait for over 30 minutes without anyone in front of me except a dad sitting at the table with children. If a gentleman hadn't said that it was finally my turn, I think I would still be standing there today. It seemed rude that they dumped all the leftovers into the kebab and were done with me. My son also asked mom, were you really at Kaya's? So he also noticed that what was put together was something. I never again

Doner kebab is super tasty, atmosphere is well maintained with good seating, staff is very friendly. BUT… Back then, one big kebab would fill you up and you got a good 600 grams (sometimes even 700 grams). Nowadays you only get a good 400 grams for your 7 euros. I understand that you don't want to increase the prices any further, but it has nothing to do with Big Döner if you need two of them to fill you up.

This kebab shop is an asset to our area!! Delicious, amazingly good and so super respectful, dear associates!! They always oblige you politely and will also fulfill other kebab creations if you ask them!! There is the best kebab in Germany,,, So get off the sofa and go to Kaya's very good best kebab, you definitely won't regret it🤗.
