Kult Balkan Food - Wiesbaden in Wiesbaden

Update: Leider hat dieses kleine Lokal seine Türen geschlossen, und zwar wohl endgültig. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde komplett entfernt. Was für ein tolles kleines Lokal! Ich habe mir Ćevapčići zum Abendessen mit Bohnen geholt, die herrlich rauchig waren. Die Ćevapčići erinnerten mich an meine letzte Reise auf den Balkan – das frische Brot, die Zwiebeln und der Ajvar haben mein Essen perfekt abgerundet.

Rezension – Kult Balkan Wer Lust auf authentische, frische und qualitativ hochwertige Balkan-Küche hat, sollte unbedingt Kult Balkan besuchen. Das Restaurant überzeugt nicht nur durch seine gemütliche Atmosphäre, sondern vor allem durch die herausragende Qualität der Speisen und die spürbare Liebe zum Detail bei der Zubereitung. Schon beim ersten Blick auf die Gerichte wird klar: Hier wird mit frischen Zutaten gearbeitet. Doch nicht nur optisch, sondern auch geschmacklich überzeugt die Küche auf ganzer Linie. Die Speisen sind hervorragend gewürzt, dabei aber keineswegs überladen – man schmeckt jede Zutat für sich, was für die Frische und Qualität der verwendeten Produkte spricht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das hausgemachte Brot, das zu vielen Gerichten gereicht wird. Es ist außen knusprig, innen wunderbar weich und aromatisch – ein echtes Highlight, das perfekt zu den traditionellen Balkan-Gerichten passt. Die Portionen sind absolut angemessen. Man wird gut satt, ohne dass es überladen wirkt. Gerade im Vergleich zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier wirklich alles. Die Preise sind fair und absolut gerechtfertigt für das, was man bekommt: frische, liebevoll zubereitete Speisen mit echtem Geschmack und einem Hauch Heimat. Auch der Service trägt zur positiven Erfahrung bei. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und gibt bei Bedarf auch Empfehlungen. Man fühlt sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben – das ist längst nicht in jedem Restaurant selbstverständlich. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Kult Balkan bietet ehrliche Küche mit Qualität, Geschmack und Herz. Ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die gute Balkan-Küche zu schätzen wissen!

Cevape sind sehr gut Hut ab 👍 das Brot ist leider etwas zu klein aber hat gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist etwas komisch und zeigt keine Emotionen was ja eigentlich nicht notwendig ist aber etwas Freundlichkeit hätte ich mir schon gewünscht… Wie Danke und Bitteschön. Der Typ am Grill schien etwas genervt und überfordert. Im großen und ganzen werde ich gerne wiederkommen das Essen hat mich überzeugt 👍 aber am Service muss definitiv noch gearbeitet werden daher nur 4 Sterne.

Wir haben knapp eineinhalb stunden auf unser Essen gewartet und der Laden war Leer

We will probably never order from here again, waste of money. Potatoes fried at least twice, hard and dry...full of oil. I also paid over 30 euros for a portion that would normally cost 13 euros plus shipping (excuses from the driver was a colleague who mixed up the bill) which bill? I didn't get any bill at all...and the driver is also a friend...nice try, never mind. I certainly won't give him a second chance to improve my opinion... good luck in the future 👌🏽

Ordered food and waited 2 hours for delivery. The food tasted disgusting, was cold and half of the order was missing! When I called about the complaint, they simply hung up. Simply the last one!!!!

Kajmak and ajvar are not real its fake. But i understand Real kajmak and ajvar is to expensive. Cevapcici is one of the best what i eat. Even better then some places in Serbia,Bosnia. Service is bad you must take evertyjing and take to your table. After all The most important is Cevapcici and they are delicious,real Cevap.

Small snack bar with delicious chevape in fresh homemade bread. Not cheap in price but tastes good. Personally, I would have liked it to be a little spicier. The dining room was beautifully designed, but unfortunately it doesn't have much to offer.

Ordered via Uber never arrived. We tried to call after 1.5 hours and we received a text message saying who was there. Money was debited after someone finally picked up the phone and they said the driver was there and was trying to reach us. We never got a call. We were supposed to cancel but Uber still debited. The food is delicious but the service is a disaster. 50/50 chance that you will get something to eat....

Definitely the best cevapcici in Wiesbaden, otherwise I always had to go to Frankfurt. Service is also great, every wish is fulfilled... And about the ambience: the store isn't the biggest, but it's still new and clean

Top shop. Small selection and clear. Cevape, bread all good quality. Shop is nicely decorated. If you want to eat delicious cevape, this is a good place. The only complaint is that the respective sauces are charged extra, although this is not the case in Balkan cuisine, because the sauces are included in every Balkan shop.

Very tasty in itself but also really expensive... That's definitely too much for a "snack" style restaurant. Sauces must be purchased separately. That should definitely be worked on

Today we ordered 2 Balkan plates, as soon as it was brought to the table it was immediately apparent that the PRICE PERFORMANCE was not right at all. 4 cevapcici 1 chicken fillet (very thin) 1 merguez sausage (the only thing that was actually edible) And a boneless chicken thigh, which was cut into 2 halves and distributed on the two plates. Salad was only cabbage and old tomatoes very very bland in taste. The amount for 17.90 per plate is a disgrace and then there isn't even any bread.... Djuvec and fries were a disaster (I don't know what could be so wrong with fries) You could ignore the quantity if the taste was good. Today for the first time and never again IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I HAVE NEVER NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS There were 3 of us and we gave back more than half. The only thing that was good was the raw onions

Had high expectations based on the outdoor advertising. The young man at the grill was also very motivated, so my expectations increased even further. Everything was fine, but not the culinary experience I expect when it says Home Made on the door....... The rice was overcooked, the plescavica was rubbery, etc... it's a shame there's still room for improvement. I'll try it again in a few months and hope that they'll be incorporated by then, because it's not cheap either. But that's probably how it is today... but the store is cool, clean and the service was also very nice

Food was great and delicious! We spontaneously drove to Wiesbaden. Late in the evening we got hungry and tried our luck at Kult Balkan. Yes, it's a little expensive and takes a little longer, but it tastes great and it's FRESH!!

Der beste Balkan Grill weit und breit. Erst in Frankfurt gibt es wieder ordentliche cevapcici. Das ist auf jeden Fall die NR.1 in Wiesbaden und Umgebung(Mainz). Echte Balkan Küche. Für den Kajmak und die cevapcici würde ich sterben. Danke.

Hallo Liebe Menschen da draußen !Finde es sehr schön das in Wiesbaden auch mal was neues ist. Sehr Leckere Fleichgerichte nach Balkan art zubereitet.und Sie verwenden nur Leckeres Frisches Helal Fleisch .Sehr hygienisch habe persönlich alles besichtigt.

Kann man mal ausprobieren ... (Hack-) Fleisch in allen möglichen Varianten. Bestellen und Bezahlen am Tresen, Kaffee "danach" dort überraschend gut.

Sehr leckeres Essen, wenn auch etwas teurer. Aber zu recht. Leider wurden an der 1 Personplatte Veränderungen vorgenommen. Kein Maiskolben und Brot mehr dabei. Vielleicht war es auch damals so, wegen der Eröffnung. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Der gemischte Grillteller war gut. Für eine Person mit großem Hunger jedoch ein bisschen zu klein. Der Hamburger, war leider kein direkter Hamburger im Brötchen, wie man es kennt, sondern mehr ein Pattie in einem Döner Fladenbrot. Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug. Getränk für 3 Euro je Flasche ist OK, war ja auch 0,5 Liter. Der Geschmack vom Essen war sonst in Ordnung, hat mich aber jetzt nicht so sehr begeistert. Personal ist freundlich.

Dadurch, dass wir Cevape in Sarajevo gewohnt sind, ist unser Maßstab sehr hoch. Kult Balkan Food kommt jedoch an diesen Maßstab heran! Super leckeres Essen, freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauberes Restaurant und die Preise sind ebenfalls top!!

Wer im alten mis mas war der weiß das es hier schmeckt, großes Lob an den Chef an die Mitarbeiter. Ich komme öfters hier hin es schmeckt sehr lecker und alle sind nett. Bis bald :)
