Best food in Wiesbaden!! Definitely worth it! To recommend.

It's very tasty and it's served quickly.

40 minutes late, the food arrived after 120 minutes. The driver on the way handed us the food and immediately left. Unfortunately, the food arrived mostly cold, I suspect due to a few other stops beforehand. The fries were soggy and the crispies were cold. The burger was okay, although the bread is very dry. The wrong drink was then delivered and there was no consultation. Disappointingly, there was no response at all to a private email query.

Actually delicious food. BUT in Wiesbaden they only work with Wolt and therefore you know whether the 2 hour waiting time is due to the restaurant itself or to Wolt. This was our last chance for Rooster Fried Chicken and Wolt. When we first ordered we waited forever and finally, instead of cheese and chicken, two cheeseburgers were delivered. You look forward to a halale alternative to KFC and then you only have bad experiences, so it's better not to.

Waited 2 hours for the food. I ordered a menu and a hot wings box. It was the most disgusting thing I've eaten in a long time or ever. The food was partially burnt, the chicken looked extremely nasty on the inside, but it tasted worse than it looked. Simply disgusting!! Luckily hardly any fries were put in the box. I tried two pieces, they were cold, soggy - just disgusting. Plus everything was really cold! I hope I can recover from this.

The food was very bland and my menu was missing chicken popcorn. My friend's chicken was still partly pink and had a hair in the breading. We both had diarrhea afterwards and I vomited on and off for 6 hours. This food poisoning wasn't worth it. (Ordered via uber eats.)

Hello everyone, All I can say is that I ate the worst food I've had in a long time in Wiesbaden today. It feels like the chicken has been tortured in some gutter for years, the staff consists mainly of unqualified employees who don't even speak German. Even the toilets are closed and I remember there was a fingernail on my fries. I really hope that the health department will come by. I'm pretty disappointed, even in the biggest slums in India I would have eaten better.

Super nice service and nice to eat there too. Price performance 1A. Really recommended. Before you go to other big chains come here. We were absolutely thrilled + Veggi Alternative fries were great 😊

Never again! Very rude! I ordered via Lieferando. No delivery received after 2 hours. Called and no one answered. I went there myself and told my wife to call me if anything came up in the meantime. The service was very unfriendly and asked me why I was so upset. He said that I should wait 5 minutes, if nothing is delivered by then, I will get my money back. After 5 minutes the waitress left and apparently contacted the driver. After 10 minutes he came and... Just then my wife calls me saying the order has come. What a coincidence... I pointed out to the waitress that I'd been waiting for 10 minutes. He grinned at me and said, now they've had their food. Begging at Lieferando doesn't help either. You chat with a computer and are referred back to Roosters... Absolutely annoying after 10 hours of work, 2 hours of waiting, extra driving there and driving back. The food is cold in the meantime. In the end, as a customer, you are the stupid one. I will never order here again!!!

Delivery was almost 40 minutes late. The employee then came into the house and complained loudly that the house smelled and complained to me. I live in an apartment building, I can't help what my neighbors do in their apartment. The coleslaw was spread all over the bag and the food was soggy with the coleslaw. Food arrived completely cold.

We ordered today and it was supposed to be delivered. Delivery went out at 4:55 p.m. via Lieferando. Delivery was outrageously at 7:05 p.m. Unfortunately already paid with Paypal. Only the corn cobs were lukewarm. Burger and fries cold. It's a shame - not recommended.

State 20 minutes as the delivery time, an hour later still no food, I would have even cooked a 3-course meal in less time. I wonder what part of FAST FOOD my colleagues didn't understand. At least give honest delivery times... I can't say anything about the food because it's just not available.

I can't judge the food, but the behavior of the drivers is inconsiderate. People park in a double row or sometimes park so badly in driveways that strollers and wheelchair users can't get past. Complaints don't help at all

The food is good. Unfortunately the delivery took a very long time, longer than expected. The wings and fries were almost cold. Mishaps happen and a portion of hot wings was forgotten. These were delivered upon request, but they were anything but hot. The hot sauce was probably missing. The service is very friendly, although, as described above, not very reliable. If you close your eyes, three stars are just ok.

Simply after two hours instead of chicken for €23, n got half a kilo of cheesecake with curly fries. Money will be asked back, never again boys, never again. But what's even more important is who orders curly fries with half a kilo of CHEESECAKE in the evening?!

It was my first time eating in the restaurant and I have to say the first impression was very good. Nice staff, delicious food, nicely decorated restaurant and everything was clean. The only thing is that I had to wait a bit, but that's only because the meat is freshly breaded and then fried.

Today was the first time I was in Rooster and it will be the last time. Food is tasty, but not outstanding for my taste. What disappoints me is that you sell Coca-Cola products despite the Halal label. As a person and a Muslim, I don't want to spend a cent on companies that sell such negative products, especially in the current situation in my sister home of Gaza. I hope they switch to better products.

Unfortunately, the chicken and bun of the burger were far too dry. From my friends 1x burger and 1x chicken wings & nuggets the same problem. What a shame! The fries were very tasty.

The chicken pieces were very dry, the fries were soft. It was cold anyway. After waiting for over an hour… very disappointing for the price. We didn't finish the food because it tasted disgusting.

Finger licking fried chicken. The wings were amazing, spicy and hot just right. The chicken drums were well seasoned and we really enjoyed. Made the order via call and picked the food up. The party bucket was the best!! Very affordable and quality food.

The food was a disaster. Better order somewhere else. The fries were too hard and the burger was cold. Even the reviews on Google make your stomach turn before you receive the delivery. I ordered a large fries and the package was only half full. On the positive side, however, the delivery was quick and on time.

We ordered the burger menu twice via Lieferando. At the beginning I would like to tell you that I have heard and experienced a lot about audacity and incompetence! But the team set a new benchmark. I always order based on reviews. The company doesn't really live up to the impression given here. Not to mention the purchased reviews on Lieferando. The service was miserable. habe bis jetzt 3 mal bestellt & muss sagen , dass das Essen immer super war. Allerdings wurde mir beim letzten Mal ein Burger zu wenig geliefert. Ansonsten kann ich rooster Fried chicken nur empfehlen & ich werde dort definitiv wieder bestellen.

Habe über Lieferando bestellt aber komischerweise konnte ich dort nicht mehr bewerten. Deswegen hier: Ich habe gut 1h auf mein Essen gewartet. Es war kein Wochenende, da ich häufig die Ausrede hier gelesen habe, dass ja viel los sei am Wochenende. Das Essen war wirklich nur durchschnittlich. Die Burger hatten günstige Zutaten. Statt zerbröselnden Sesam-Brötchen könnte man da zB auf Brioche-Buns setzen. Wäre ja kein Problem wenn der Preis dementsprechend wäre. Dass alles kalt ankam, schiebe ich jetzt einfach mal auf den lieferdienst.

essen gut bis sehr gut, aber es kann nicht sein, dass man für einen burger jedes mal länger wartet als auf ein 3-gänge-menü im restaurant, obwohl der laden leer ist.

Gute Laune, gute Service...und leckeres Essen

Zum ersten mal bestellt das Essen war wie vom Laden angegben zeit bei mir zuhause. Das essen war noch warm und wirklich echt gut. Bin wirklich sehr positiv überrascht.

Ich war dort zum ersten Mal und kann es nicht wirklich empfehlen. Meine Gründe wieso sind folgende: 1. Es ist richtig Kalt und es gibt keine Heizung. Man muss dort mit Jacke sitzen. 2. Sie haben das Kindermü als letztes gebracht obwohl ja eigentlich das Kindermü als erstes kommt. 3. Die Maiskolben haben 20-30 Minuten gedauert. 4.es gibt für den Mais keine Holzszäbchen zum reinstecken. Bei Nachfrage hieß es sie wären leer. 5. Die Butter für den Mais war seit 2022 abgelaufen. Wir haben die Maiskoblen zurück gegeben und das Geld wiederbekommen.

Es ist nicht schlecht aber auch nicht gut. Der Spicy Sizzlers Burger war echt lecker. Die Pommes kamen kalt an und waren nicht mehr frisch. Die Crispys hatten eine gute Panade. Allerdings kamen diese ebenfalls kalt an und waren etwas verbrannt. Der dazu bestellte Krautsalat war jedoch eine Katastrophe. Es schmeckte echt alt weshalb ich ihn wegwerfen musste. Ich werde diesem Restaurant dennoch eine zweite Chance geben, da ich der Meinung bin, dass es echt lecker sein kann, wenn alles frisch ankommen würde.

Der Laden ist schön eingerichtet, erinnert ein bisschen an amerikanische Food Geschäfte. Den Krautsalat fanden wir gut aber für 2,50€ und einer so geringen Portion schon überteuert. Auch war die Portionsgröße beim boneless Menü schon sehr wenig, mussten schmunzeln, als da so wenig auf dem Tablett an kam, dennoch würde ich sagen, dass man sich für 9€ nicht beschweren kann. Allem in allem hat es geschmeckt.

Wir haben abends was geholt. Preis-Leistung suboptimal. Der Service hatte die Bestellung falsch verstanden. Wir werden es trotzdem wieder ausprobieren.

Naja immer leer der Laden was ja schon das eine oder andere bedeuten könnte aber nicht stimmen muss. Hab mir heute mal die Ware gegeben und muss sagen das es verdammt trocken ist und dazu pikant/scharf uuuuund.. nicht heiß und nicht saftig. Wenn ich ein trockenes Federvieh fresse wollt dann kann ich mir auch viel günstiger Knäckebrot in die kauleiste drücken. Ist zwar kein gickel aber günstiger und wahrscheinlich gesünder. 🤷‍♂️Nunja...... die Jungs die da arbeiten sind schon echt nett aber das war es dann auch. Fazit: Wer eine nette Bedienung und trockenen Gockel schmackofatzen möchte ist da genau richtig. Geschmacklich ist es eigentlich gar nicht mal so schlecht aber wenn es halt nicht so trocke wie en Lappe aus der Steinzeit wäre, heiß und saftig auch noch dazu kommen würde, dann könnt da echt was draus werden. Viel Glück an die Betreiber!!!

Wenn man einen guten Burger gerne hätte müsste man in erster Linie von dem hohen Ross runter steigen und mit den netten Menschen dort nett reden...... Sonst empfehle ich euch allen hochbegabten ,hoch eingebildeten , die Pappe aus Amerika (McDonald's)..... Burger sind vielleicht nicht Gordon Ramsay gut..... Aber für Wiesbaden.,.. das beste was man bekommen kann..... Und auf jeden Fall viel bessere Ernährung als die Pizza oder Kabab Läden gegenüber oder sonst wo in der Ecke.... Außer vielleicht von den Asiaten hier..... Die halten die Qualität auch noch gut.....

Sind jetzt öfters dort gewesen nette Leute gutes Essen und noch halal kann ich nur empfehlen

Also das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Mitarbeiter dort sind außerordentlich nett und Höflich und immer gut mit ihnen zu plaudern, die Preise sind sehr gut gemacht vor allem die Hot wings sehr lecker und absulut unglaublich gut gewürzt. Das Ambiente ist sehr kinderfreundlich und hat so einen Amerikanischen flare was auch sehr angenehm und gellasen ist. Eine sehr gute Idee für das Restaurant ist wenn es Tage gibt wo irgendwas um 5 oder 10% weniger kosten z.b "Hot wings freitag" oder so ähnlich aber sonst ist alles sehr gut ich hoffe das der Laden gut sich verbreiten und sich gut aufbauen kann.

Ich verstehe nicht warum so viele Menschen schlechte Bewertung geben einfach Neider die einen nichts gönnen. Ich finde es einfach lecker ein unvergessliche Geschmackserlebnis 🤤😋👍🏾

Ich möchte sagen, dass das Essen sehr gut war. Der Cheeseburger sowohl Chickenburger waren klasse. Jedoch Was mich gestört hat, dass man etwas zum Abholen bestellt und eine Sprite möchte, man dagegen keine Flasche Sprite wie für die Gäste, die dort essen erhalten habe. Sondern eine lauwarme 7 up. Als ich das angesprochen habe hat man 50 Cent Pfand einbezogen.. man sollte echt nicht wegen so kleinen Lappalien, die Kunden verjagen. Wenn man schon wegen Pfand rummacht sorry geht gar nicht. Ihr habt das echt nicht nötig Jungs. Ich würde euch gerne 5 Sterne geben, aber sowas regt auf und ich hoffe ihr versteht das, oder trinkst du gerne nach einem Burger ne lauwarme Cola ?

Leider war die Wartezeit für Verzehr im Restaurant mit 15 Minuten aus meiner Sicht zu lang für ein Fastfood Restaurant, außerdem waren im Restaurant nur wenige weitere Gäste. Der Boden war schmutzig und das eine Stunde nach Öffnung des Restaurants. Die Bedienung an der Kasse hat den Taschenrechner zum errechnen des Preises nutzen müssen, bei einem Burger und einer Pommes und daneben stehendem Kassensystem. Die Essensqualität war OK für den Preis. Das lieblose Ambiente, in Verbindung mit dem wenig freundlichen Service hat bei mir wenig Aufenthaltsqualität aufkommen lassen.
