Super delicious and the prices are absolutely correct! like to come again and again. The only criticism would be that it's best if you order several things that you might give them out at the same time or one after the other and not give them out straight away when one is already finished. It would be cooler if you could then eat everything together. Otherwise everything was really great!!

The food came an hour late and the driver and the colleague on the phone were also very unfriendly. I can also order chicken elsewhere but they don't have it anymore.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible, our meal was missing 2 salads and 3 sauces, the guy said they can't deliver it anymore because the store is closing & we'll get it on the next order. I come from Stuttgart, there is no next order. He said the sauces were sold out and just gave us mango curry - disgusting, we could have called earlier and said, the meat from our wings was also raw so I have no idea Burger taste 2/10 was dry and tasteless😐

If you want your food to be delivered cold and incomplete after an hour, you've come to the right place! We were then promised that the missing food + free desert would be delivered later. After we asked for over an hour where the food was, we were insulted as liars and threatened to have our Lieferando account blocked (??) Really cheeky for giving us a tip ://

Ordered for several people. Some things didn't arrive. What had arrived was cold and very dry. Some things were missing and have never been delivered to this day. Not even when asked. Staff very unfriendly, rarely treated so badly and sometimes very unprofessional treatment of customers.

The delivery came quite quickly, but the drinks were missing and the food was cold and the wings were brown and not gold. We also had stomach pains but that could also be due to the anger. Never again!!!!

I've now had a bit of experience with Roosters, and I have to admit the place is terrible. The food came after only an hour, and as if that wasn't enough, the food was still cold. And this was the case about every other order, so I advise against paying Roosters a regular visit.

Very disappointed with my first visit. Chicken was utterly flavorless and dry. As if they forgot to add the spices to the batter. Was excited to try it but won’t be going back. I can’t believe that all the positive reviews are genuine. Fries were ok. But you only get one small pack of ketchup or mayo.

Ambience was amazing. But I also ordered :D food will be great. But I'll only find out when it's there. The service was really good and friendly!

I order from Rooster almost every other day, and the food is delivered very quickly and tastes very good. The food always arrives warm, so it's great. I hope it stays that way. I've never had anything to complain about so I recommend it to everyone

I don't know if the store uses laxatives for cooking/frying, but you can't have to deal with diarrhea every time you eat it. Food should make you happy, not sick. Never again!

I once ordered there Unfortunately I waited a long time for this But the burgers are highly recommended and the chicken parts are also edible! I give a special recommendation to the salts, which you don't expect at all! A mixed offer with mixed points from me

I got wings and it wasn't fresh at all. The wings skin was so thick and soft as it sat in the store for hours. Not recommended. Although I pointed this out to get fresh food, no consideration was given. So I can't recommend Rooster more highly.

The food is so-so, the ambience is very hectic due to the proximity to the street and the fact that the staff have to run out every three minutes because they park everything

Yummy! Staff was super nice! Best fast food chicken in town! Their beef burgers are delicious too! Best "American" fast food place (definitely higher quality than mcdonalds or burger king).

Unfortunately I'm not 100% satisfied. The fries I ordered were forgotten, but I had already paid online via Lieferando. The supplier left so quickly that I couldn't say anything more. I then called, but unfortunately no one answered the phone. It would be important to me that I get back the €3.50 I paid too much. Unfortunately the Sizzler Burger wasn't very spicy but rather unpleasantly spicy! The driver was very friendly! Would eat something there again, but no spicy things!

Guys, the food there is a 10/10 without any fun. I had a spicy menu (don't remember exactly what it's called) but it was extremely tasty (and spicy fits the bill, I almost cried). It's definitely worth eating there. Ibo abi and his employees are all very nice, that's why 5 stars!

40 minutes late, the food arrived after 120 minutes. The driver on the way handed us the food and immediately left. Unfortunately, the food arrived mostly cold, I suspect due to a few other stops beforehand. The fries were soggy and the crispies were cold. The burger was okay, although the bread is very dry. The wrong drink was then delivered and there was no consultation. Disappointingly, there was no response at all to a private email query.

Actually delicious food. BUT in Wiesbaden they only work with Wolt and therefore you know whether the 2 hour waiting time is due to the restaurant itself or to Wolt. This was our last chance for Rooster Fried Chicken and Wolt. When we first ordered we waited forever and finally, instead of cheese and chicken, two cheeseburgers were delivered. You look forward to a halale alternative to KFC and then you only have bad experiences, so it's better not to.

Waited 2 hours for the food. I ordered a menu and a hot wings box. It was the most disgusting thing I've eaten in a long time or ever. The food was partially burnt, the chicken looked extremely nasty on the inside, but it tasted worse than it looked. Simply disgusting!! Luckily hardly any fries were put in the box. I tried two pieces, they were cold, soggy - just disgusting. Plus everything was really cold! I hope I can recover from this.

The food was very bland and my menu was missing chicken popcorn. My friend's chicken was still partly pink and had a hair in the breading. We both had diarrhea afterwards and I vomited on and off for 6 hours. This food poisoning wasn't worth it. (Ordered via uber eats.)

Hello everyone, All I can say is that I ate the worst food I've had in a long time in Wiesbaden today. It feels like the chicken has been tortured in some gutter for years, the staff consists mainly of unqualified employees who don't even speak German. Even the toilets are closed and I remember there was a fingernail on my fries. I really hope that the health department will come by. I'm pretty disappointed, even in the biggest slums in India I would have eaten better.

Really delicious Piri Piri Wrap! I ordered takeaway, so the ambience doesn't really concern me, but do something about your interior! It's so sparse, cold and uncreative that it looks like a money laundering shop 😅

Never again! Very rude! I ordered via Lieferando. No delivery received after 2 hours. Called and no one answered. I went there myself and told my wife to call me if anything came up in the meantime. The service was very unfriendly and asked me why I was so upset. He said that I should wait 5 minutes, if nothing is delivered by then, I will get my money back. After 5 minutes the waitress left and apparently contacted the driver. After 10 minutes he came and... Just then my wife calls me saying the order has come. What a coincidence... I pointed out to the waitress that I'd been waiting for 10 minutes. He grinned at me and said, now they've had their food. Begging at Lieferando doesn't help either. You chat with a computer and are referred back to Roosters... Absolutely annoying after 10 hours of work, 2 hours of waiting, extra driving there and driving back. The food is cold in the meantime. In the end, as a customer, you are the stupid one. I will never order here again!!!

Caesar salad was nonsense, hard end of the salad in it and I almost lost a tooth. But I can recommend the chicken things

Delivery was almost 40 minutes late. The employee then came into the house and complained loudly that the house smelled and complained to me. I live in an apartment building, I can't help what my neighbors do in their apartment. The coleslaw was spread all over the bag and the food was soggy with the coleslaw. Food arrived completely cold.
