Food ordered, on time and once again super tasty

It was the first time in this crouqe store. First impression, very friendly, competent staff who greeted me immediately, something you rarely experience. I found it very nice. Food recommendations. It was very tasty, especially with good toppings and the garlic sauce was awesome. New regular customer top100.

Yesterday I ordered 2 × tuna qroque and 1× pizza pizza was super hot and the qroques were super limp and COLD ..so no timing guys. IT TASTED OF NOTHING, or rather the qroque was simply disgusting. Then the pizza was wrong... not recommended.

We ordered with the company here today. Food arrived on time and warm, drinks were cool, which was very pleasant. We ordered various croques, a pizza and a salad. Pizza Salami was TOP! The salad was also good, extra dressing to keep the salad fresh. Unfortunately, the croques were a bit difficult to eat because most of the sauce ran to the bottom of the bag, i.e. one side of the croque was flooded with sauce and the other side was unfortunately very dry. All in all, there was no skimping on sauce (plus point). According to my taste, there could have been a little more lettuce on the bread, but as we all know, tastes are different. Conclusion: It's really okay, I would order again with a Junker, but unfortunately it won't be my go-to delivery service!

The croques are super delicious! However, the menu on the website is out of date. The prices aren't right and the pickup discount hasn't been around for a long time. The latter was the answer to my telephone inquiry. It shouldn't be difficult to keep your website up to date, but it's probably better this way. The reference to the small print 'Subject to change' came like a shot. So I wasn't the first to criticize this...

Best croque and the boss is the best

The croques are the best! Have never eaten better... The service and contact are very friendly and the price-performance ratio is exactly right. Since we live quite far away, we contacted them to have the sauce sent to us. Looking forward to it... Kind regards from the three of us...

Food and staff are good. The furniture outside is very old and damaged. The outside area is also very dirty, there are cigarettes everywhere on the floor and it is very dirty. The toilets could also use cleaning and renovation more often.

A visit to Krox Dein Croque Owner Schust Marcelle is always a reason to be happy. I feel grateful, satisfied and happy every time I eat there. The employee with the dark blonde hair always helps to make my experience special. Your excellent service is striking. But what really sets this place apart is the quality of the food - everything is freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. Definitely recommended

I wasn't actually a big fan of croques, but since I've known them we've enjoyed stopping by regularly! The croques are super tasty.

Pizzas looked like they were frozen pizzas from Lidl. Totally hard edge! The receipts didn't really taste good. Pizza Tonno without onions, I didn't order that at all? The pizzas weren't cut either, even though I requested them. The online price was EUR 26.50. When it was delivered it was 30.40 EUR? Unfortunately, when I complained about this via email, there was no response. Thank you for the ignorance! Pizzas will be ordered elsewhere in the future.

Had the BBQ burger for €10.90. It was good, about 20cm diameter of the baked goods, a 2cm thick meat patty perfectly fried, fresh ingredients except for the pickled gherkin slice, with a fresh gherkin slice would taste a little better than this 80s sin. The sauces used were all ok except for the mayonnaise-based sauce. I would have preferred not to have this mayo sauce on it, the taste was also indefinable, which unfortunately bothered me. You can also leave it out, it doesn't improve the overall product. All in all, worth 4 out of 5 stars.

I put together a dream croque this evening, The bread was dry, the ingredients looked like leftovers from the previous order, and I was able to look for the salad with a microscope. The only plus was that the delivery person was on time. You can really save money for the money.

Delivery was quick, within 30 minutes. The croque was delicious, the sauce was delivered in an extra cup as requested. The only thing that doesn't work is the extra delivery fee of €2.50. I find that extremely customer-unfriendly.

Die besten Crouques in Hamburg, knusprig, lecker belegt, tolle Saucen. Nachtisch Crepes hammer, groß und viel Auswahl. Kommen immer gerne wieder.

Ich habe über 20 Jahre lang bei Krox bestellt. Mittlerweile wohne ich in einer anderen Stadt. Dennoch ist eine Bestellung bei dem ehemaligen American Croque ein nostalgisches Muss, wenn ich die Gegend besuche - etwa 1-2 Mal im Jahr. Im Laufe der Jahre hat die Qualität meiner Meinung nach deutlich nachgelassen, stets ein kleines Stück bei jedem Besuch. Ich habe immer denselben Croque mit derselben Soße bestellt, daher glaube ich, dass ich eine gute Vergleichsbasis habe. Leider ist der Geschmack fader geworden. Schade. Vergangene Woche habe ich mir zur späten Mittagszeit vor Ort einen Croque geholt. Der Service war freundlich und schnell - das Personal war wie immer top, egal ob die Fahrer bei der Lieferung oder die Mitarbeiter direkt im Geschäft. Der Croque war gut verpackt, heiß und knusprig, aber das war schon alles. Es gab wenig Salat, das Brot und der Belag haben an Qualität verloren und kaum eigenen Geschmack. Im Grunde schmeckte der Croque nur nach der (durchaus leckeren) Soße, die auch etwas mehr hätte sein können. Schinken und Käse waren kaum wahrnehmbar. Der Salat war spärlich vorhanden und bot kaum Kontrast zum heißen Belag. Ich vergebe in Summe zwei Sterne für das gute Personal und die Nostalgie. Aber das Kernprodukt, der Croque ... war langweilig und diesmal endgültig durchgefallen. Dieser Laden setzte einst Maßstäbe in Bezug auf Croques. Heute ist das Krox weit davon entfernt. Ich wiederhole mich, aber es ist wirklich schade. Das nächste Mal, wenn ich im Osten Hamburgs bin, werde ich ein anderes Geschäft ausprobieren.

Toller Service👍👍👍 Hatte einen ausgefallenen Crêpes nach Wahl bestellt. Bei der Erstellung haben wir einen Anruf erhalten um die Zubereitung nochmal genau abzustimmen. Der Crêpes war sehr lecker und der Croque auch . Von Bestellung bis Lieferung alles Top. Danke gerne wieder ….

Köstliche Hawaii Pizza und vor allem Spitzen Service. Note 1+

Nachdem ich einen Croque Hawaii mit doppelt Käse und Ananas bestellt hatte, kam der pünktlich zur georderten Zeit hier an. Leider waren extrem viele Zwiebeln auf dem Croque. Ich habe versucht die Zwiebeln runter zu machen, waren jedoch so viele dass ich das Essen abbrechnen musste. Ich habe dann in dem Laden angerufen und sofort einen neuen Croque bekommen. Super muss ich sagen. Der Croque von meinem Partner war super wie wir es vor covid-19 gewohnt waren. 4 Sterne sind aufgrund des Services gerechtfertigt

Alles super, nie Probleme... Online Bestellung funktioniert einwandfrei. Schmeckt immer wieder lecker... Einziger Kritikpunkt 0.50,-€ für Paypal Zahlung, bei einer Zahlung von über 20€-30. Über 1-2 Crouqe Highlights im Monat würde ich mich wieder freuen. Ansonsten weiter machen wie bisher 👍
