Bizim Döner in Hamburg

Ich war nicht vor Ort sondern habe über Lieferando bestellt. Mein Grillteller mit Lammkoteletts war super lecker und saftig, ebenso war das gegrillte Gemüse lecker und der Salat sehr gut gewürzt. Die Pommes waren fast unnötig, denn die Kottlets waren im leckeren dünnen Fladenbrot eingepackt. Super lecker, gerne wieder!

Döner und Dürüm schmecken solide. Fleisch ist frisch und gut gewürzt, aber die Soßen könnten besser sein. Avocado soße solltet ihr mal mit aufnehmen. Der Laden ist klein und sauber, zum Verweilen lädt es nicht ein. Ich kann trotzdem nur 2 Sterne geben, weil die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich sind. Ich fühle mich jedes Mal wie ein Störfaktor. Es wird weder gegrüßt noch gelächelt. Dafür wird sehr undeutlich gesprochen, sodass - ich zumindest - manchmal nachfragen muss. Es würde euch nicht weh tun, dem Kunden das Gefühl zu geben, dass er willkommen ist

Ich esse sehr gerne Döner und habe mich durch Hamburg überall schon durchprobiert. Leider ist dieser Döner auf meiner Liste ganz weit unten. Das Personal ist teilweise unsympathisch und das Essen kann leider überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Fleisch verbrannt, salat viel zu viel und grob geschnitten. Die Soßen sind eine Zumutung. Bahnhof-Döner können auch gut sein aber dieser ist wirklich einfach Bahnhofniveau

Ich bestelle regelmäßig käse für 1,5€ dazu leider kommt sogut wie nie käse an.

Ich fahre die Straße täglich auf und ab . Hab mich heute entschlossen mal da ein Döner zu holen wie ich es oft unter der Woche mache wenn ich beruflich unterwegs bin. Der Spieß war mehr als die Hälfte noch da und hab kaum was auf mein Döner bekommen . Da hat er mich noch gefragt ob ich gerne noch mehr Salat haben möchte da ich gerne mein Döner mit nur mit Tomaten und Eisberg und Zwiebel essen hab ich sofort bemerkt das die mehr auf dem Salat zählen als auf das Fleisch wozu Isst man ein Döner ob das ein Einzel Fall ist? Zu den Soße kann ich sagen das die zu wässerig sind . Danke trotzdem Einmal und nie wieder .

Unterdurchschnittlicher Döner zu hohem Preis.

Schmeckt teilweise gut aber einfach lachhaft, 10€ dürüm und vielleicht grade mal eine handvoll Salat & Fleisch zusammen, für denn preis einfach frech, tip einfach nach poppenbüttel, das ist respektlos.

Bester Döner Imbiss in Wellingsbüttel. Die Auswahl an veganen und vegetarischen Gerichten ist toll, die Preise sind gut und selbst wenn es mal voll und stressig ist sind alle gut drauf und freundlich. Parkplatz bekommt man im die Ecke eigentlich auch immer, im kurz anzuhalten. Öffnungszeiten sind grossartig. Ich mag den Imbiss 🫶🏼

War jetzt dreimal da. Der Döner ist lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht freundlich, aber auch nicht unfreundlich. An der Sauberkeit kann man noch arbeiten, insbesondere die Toilette.

In Wellingsbüttel/Sasel/Poppenbüttel sind Ddönerläden Mangelware. Ich kenne nur einen an der S-Bahn Poppenbüttel und diesen hier. Und Bizim Döner kann ich wirklich empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich nett und gehen auch auf Sonderwünsche ein - top 👍 Das Ambiente, naja, es ist ein kleiner Laden, wenig Platz. Ich nehme mir lieber das Essen mit 😉

Schlechtester döner hamburg den ich gegessen habe ich dachte ich esse Steine so hart war das Brot wenn eine gratis fahrt ins wollt bestehlt hier meiner Meinung nach. Ein toller Döner in Hamburg! Der Standard-Döner ist meiner Meinung nach ziemlich klein, nur der Jumbo-Döner hat wirklich die richtige Größe. Manchmal ist er etwas kalt, aber das Fleisch ist gut, die Aromen sind gut und die Zutaten frisch. Insgesamt ein tolles und geschmackvolles Erlebnis. Mein größter Kritikpunkt sind die Öffnungszeiten, da sie meiner Meinung nach viel zu früh schließen. 22 Uhr ist meiner Meinung nach keine angemessene Schließzeit für einen Dönerladen.

Lächerlich. Telefonkunden werden Kunden im Laden vorgezogen. Man soll auf eine Portion Pommes 30 min im Laden warten. Das nenne ich schlechten Service. Macht kein anderer Laden so. Nie wieder!

Manchmal fühlt man sich übersehen (trotz stolzen 2,07m), und die Mitarbeiter wirken sehr gestresst. Das Essen ist aber super!

War heute mal wieder da. Hatte ein Veggy Sandwich: vegetarischer Döner im Fladenbrot mit echtem Feta für nur 5,90 (Dürum OHNE Aufpreis!) und Tsatziki-Soße. Hat super geschmeckt! Und einen Tisch, an den ich mich mit meiner im Rollstuhl sitzenden Mutter setzen konnte, habe ich auch gefunden (der Tisch war zum Glück frei. Die anderen Tische sind hohe Tische beziehungsweise durch Mitarbeiter genutzt (Liefertaschen). Als Note gebe ich gerne die Höchstwertung! Absolute Empfehlung! Die Pommes, die ich früher hier mal geholt hatte, waren aber eine große Enttäuschung! Älterer Eintrag: Der vegetar. Döner war okay. Hatte eigentlich ein Falafel bestellt. Egal. Nehme ich dann vielleicht nä Mal. Man kann drinnen sitzen, vor dem Eingang oder auch an der linken Seite, durch Grün abgetrennt! Das finde ich gut! Leider werden zum Auffüllen des Salates (wie in den meisten Döner-Imbissen) die Löffel-Zangen benutzt, die auch für das Fleisch genommen werden! Für Vegetarier NICHT gut! Auf Bitte und Rückfrage wurde der Zangen-Löffel aber gesäubert. Danke! Dafür und für das leckere und nicht zu teure Duckstein und das nette Sitzen neben dem Imbiss gebe ich 0,5 Extra-"Punkte": Ergibt 4,5 Punkte, aufgerundet auf 5 Punkte!

Hab über Lieferando dort bestellt. Es kam sofort ein Anruf um die Bestellung zu bestätigen und gefühlt 10 min später war das Essen auch schon da! Das Essen war noch warm, es war mega lecker und das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Hier bestell ich jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ich hab heute vormittag einen Dürüm Döner bestellt, das Fleisch Katastrophal, die Knoblauch Soße war mit abstand das widerlichste was ich seit langem gegessen habe. Finger weg von diesem Döner. Hab die Hälfte wieder ausspucken müssen.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Personal ist freundlich und kann sich alles beim ersten Mal merken, was diesen Laden von vielen anderen unterscheidet:)

We were in Hamburg for several days, specifically Wellingsbüttel, and ordered several times via Lieferando and on-site. Whether it was doner kebab, Adana kebab, or lentil soup, everything was very tasty and the delivery was quick.

One of the employees has to go! How can you even ASK for a tip? Embarrassing.

We're actually regular customers and order frequently. Unfortunately, today was the last time. The prices are outrageous, that goes without saying. But to get a half-full doner box with rice (which was nowhere to be found) for €9.50 is pathetic. The fries in the second doner box were so hard they were barely edible. The Turkish pizza tasted burnt, etc. A truly disappointing experience, especially considering we paid almost €40 for four doner kebabs. 🤷🏻‍♀️

One of your drivers is extremely pushy about tips. This creates an unpleasant atmosphere and spoils the positive experience for customers during deliveries. This is a service risk that you urgently need to address. Please take care of it.

A totally great place, the doner kebab is absolutely fantastic, and the people there know what they're doing and are always friendly! So if you're heading to the train and need a quick bite, this is the best place for it :)

I got backlava, it smelled like samusa, and my suspicion that it didn't taste good was confirmed. It tasted like doner kebab meat, and it was supposed to be something sweet that tasted spicy. NEVER AGAIN

Top quality & fast delivery! We ordered a doner kebab plate and lahmacun – delivery was super fast, and everything arrived hot and fresh. The meat had a truly smoky grilled flavor, and the portions were huge and very filling. The lahmacun, in particular, was crispy and deliciously topped. Highly recommended for anyone craving Turkish food in Wellingsbüttel!

I ordered the jumbo version and there was almost no meat...

Good service. I waited about 30 minutes for my order because it was very busy. I tried the Dürüm Döner Special (+ French fries) – I liked it: The fries were crispy, the salad was fresh, the sauce was plentiful, but the meat was a bit too fatty for my liking. I'll order again, but this time with chicken. However, I'm deducting one star for the dirty tables.

Since my first review was deleted for alleged defamation, I'm re-uploading it here. I originally would have given it 3 stars, but due to this inconvenience, I'm now only giving it 2. It's okay. The staff there are friendly. The kebab tastes okay, but I've had much better. I found the meat quite fatty, the sauce rather unspectacular, and overall, it lacked some seasoning. The vegetables were fresh and tasty.

Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with our order today. We ordered four doner kebabs, but after waiting over an hour, only three arrived, and one was completely missing. That was really disappointing, especially since we paid extra for it. Overall, the taste wasn't great either. It's a shame, we really expected more.

10€ for the worst kebab I've ever eaten. Never

The taste is good. But €10 for a "jumbo kebab," which is the size of a children's kebab you'd get in Berlin. On top of that, bad reviews are treated as defamatory. The place is completely ridiculous.

The doner kebab was okay and well-filled. But the employee didn't mix everything properly, so I ate all the cucumbers first and then got to the coleslaw. The sauces were rather bland, and the meat was too mildly seasoned for me. The doner kebab was small and could have been a mini doner kebab. I don't understand why people are so unfriendly. I wasn't greeted, and the seller seemed totally annoyed. I didn't feel comfortable at all. His questions also came across as unfriendly. When I was paying, he was a bit nicer and managed to say goodbye, but overall, I felt like I was a nuisance. A fan would do you some good.

It's okay. The men there are nice. The doner tastes okay, but we've had much better. The meat is quite fatty, the sauce rather bland, and the doner generally lacks seasoning, making it taste rather bland. The vegetables were good.

I was greeted by a cross-eyed employee. The question about my order was rude. The follow-up questions about the details were also rude. The option of parking next door and my appetite prevented me from leaving the snack bar immediately. All three employees behind the counter were grumpy toward each other while I waited, without any positive interaction or smile. The food was very tasty. To enjoy my food, I'll go to other restaurants in the future, which fortunately are plentiful.

We've just ordered here for the fourth time and are really very satisfied. The doner kebab isn't exactly a giant, but it's always crispy, warm, and delicious, even when delivered. The meat, veal, and poultry were always of good quality and we enjoyed them. The salads were fresh, the lahmacun was top-notch, and the potato doner kebab was also very good. Special requests were always taken into account. Delivery was always amazingly fast, between 20 and 30 minutes. The food was always warm, sometimes even piping hot. We definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately, after eating with you, I developed severe problems: nausea, vomiting, and sweating. This can't be right! Stay away from this kebab shop. If the 0-star option was available, I would have given it zero stars!

Unfortunately, the workers are very unfriendly, the kebab is not prepared the way you want it. Dürüm consists of 70% bread and 30% stuffing. The sauces are very liquid. Not really worth it!

You can eat the kebab. The meat is very fatty, but as we all know, that emphasizes the taste. If you just want to have something in your stomach, you've come to the right place.

I ordered a kebab with chicken. When I bit into the kebab I suddenly had an ear-sized piece of RAW (!) chicken meat in my kebab. When I asked the staff about it and of course wanted my money back, I was only offered two baklava. However, that is unacceptable and I finally got my money back from the boss (who I was told wasn't even there). Customer service is underground and the kebab was unfortunately only healthy mediocre except for the piece of raw meat.

I had a small order, the shop was empty so no pressure for the kitchen. The end of the story was that instead of one sauce I had 2 sauces in it once and never again if you can't even remember it!

The other day I had a really delicious Turkish pizza special...today it was a complete joke. 2 fries, hardly any meat, no sauce, no tomatoes-->9.50!!! Do you always have to fool people like that? I won't go there anymore.

Too salty, meat limp, could have been 5 minutes longer. Bread was okay, but not €8 for a kebab sandwich like that, maybe €3-4. So I don't recommend it for the price, it was unreasonable to eat it yesterday

A very tasty kebab that was freshly prepared and had plenty of sauce. The staff are also very friendly and provide good service. I highly recommend this kebab shop and enjoy eating here every time! The price of the kebab is absolutely justified considering the amount of high-quality food you get.

Yesterday we ordered from Bizim for the first time because the kebab shops in Bramfeld were all very slack. The delivery service was very friendly and the delivery arrived relatively quickly and warm. We haven't eaten such a delicious kebab plate for a long time! The selection of side dishes (rice, fries or even bulgur) are great and the meat is also very tender. The salad was also very fresh and nicely prepared. The price is also very good. Unfortunately we didn't take a photo in advance But we will order here more often now! :)

Good morning, 10€ for the kebab it's supposed to be a jumbo kebab that's just an absolute disgrace it looks more like a mini kebab that's why I only give it 1 star The taste is ok but in Hamburg you've had better kebab!!! Impudence rip off!!!!

I don't know if the waitress was just having a bad day, but the service was immediately unfriendly and you had the feeling of being unwanted. As if that wasn't enough, the order was taken incorrectly and then it was said that we had "said something different". But the fun stopped with the cutlery, it was covered in dirt. Providing guests with such cutlery borders on physical harm! A clear recommendation to stay away from the store and find a place to eat where you have fun at work and where the guest's well-being counts.

I had a Halloumi Dürüm and ice cream delivered today. The ice cream arrived here completely liquid, like soup. I'm very disappointed. Strangely enough, the Dürüm was still warm.

Not convincing. The Dürüm was heavily filled with lettuce and was not mixed in advance, which meant that when you took a bite you usually only caught lettuce or onions. In addition, the store only accepts “EC cards” and no Master or Maestro cards. Overall, I wouldn't eat here again.

Ordered online directly on the homepage... The food arrived more than half an hour later than stated and was ice cold... The Jumbo Dürüm is smaller than most of the "normal" Dürüm from the competition... That's for €10.50 an absolute disgrace! Unfortunately the taste isn't convincing at all. Actually you should get the money back...

We ordered online, the food tasted okay and the delivery times were met. But I don't think it's okay that they're trying to sell a Jumbo Dürüm as a normal Dürüm. We paid 12.50 for the jumbo and it was a standard size, filled almost only with side dishes and little to no meat. Too bad

We're happy to pick it up ourselves and sometimes have it delivered! Also very child friendly!

As a kebab fan, Bizim is at the top of my list! Whatever you want in quick cuisine is fulfilled here. Either on site or with home delivery.

We ate there for the first time. The cocktail sauce is not recommended, it doesn't taste good at all 😕 the salad was fresh, the meat was, well, there are better ones. The gentlemen behind the counter were not friendly, no greeting, no smile. We won't be coming back.

Good morning . I ordered a kebab box, the fork wasn't there and Dürum tasted like expired tzatziki and salad too and the meat didn't have a good taste. After eating I had a stomach ache. However, food came on time

Before my vacation to Hamburg, I noticed that Hamburg was not the city of kebabs. But this kebab didn't make me believe that. It was very tasty and if you get the jumbo version for 2 euros more you also get a lot of meat (I'm not saying that this wouldn't be the case with the normal one). If I come back to Hamburg, I will 100% come here again!

I was very happy with the kebab. The veal was not gristly and the garlic and herb creams were very tasty. The service was a bit stressed, but that can always be the case. I'll definitely come back.

Never experienced anything like that 20 € for a kebab with a drink plus baklava and a kebab had hardly any meat inside and was never damaged again. Because disaster loading. I don't know what happened there.

Unfortunately, guests in the store are not given priority for delivery over online orders. Therefore the waiting time in the evening was very, very long. A pity.

Pre-ordering with a time specification doesn't help. You arrive and the food is then prepared. You can give yourself a gift when ordering online!

A kebab that unfortunately didn't convince me. The reason for this was the hot sauce, which has a very sour note and is neither tasty nor visually appealing. The tzatziki also had a weak taste. The bread could have been crispier and unfortunately there was no red cabbage. The meat itself is okay, the other components drag the whole thing down.

Food was ok and the kebab wasn't well divided and the food was too late.

I ordered a jumbo kebab and got what was previously sold as mini kebabs. The bread was dry like crispbread, little meat and a lot of sauce. I couldn't taste any of the meat. I don't know if there's been a change in ownership here, but they've dropped off a lot. It used to taste much better here.

I have no idea what was in my kebab, it didn't taste like chicken. The jumbo is as big as any normal kebab anywhere else. Disgusting. The vegetables, salad and everything else in the kebab was turned into a tasteless generic mass by the Metro 0815 dirty sauce.

Due to the mixed reviews, we started the odyssey to Bizim Döner in distant Wellingsbüttel today. We had to wait a while, but that was probably partly because we arrived in the middle of the lunch rush. The store was clean and there was seating inside and outside, unfortunately a large table was full of delivery bags, making it unusable for customers. The gentlemen behind the counter were friendly and competent, what was ordered was served neatly on clean plates and the empty dishes were also cleared away. There is a plus point for the fact that the sauces are served separately with the kebab plate. Overall, the overall package was very satisfactory. The food tasted good and we cannot confirm the reviews that write about inferior products. The counter and the goods on display were clean and hygienically stored, and the meat skewers also looked good. In terms of price, the dishes were close to the market average, the portion of the kebab plate was generous, while the lahmacun could have used a little more filling. At the end of the day we left the store satisfied and glad we saw it for ourselves. Good work, dear Bizim team!

Lieber Bizim Döner, Ich habe mich auf einen saftigen Döner nach einem langen Arbeitstag gefreut, nach ewigem warten wurde ich dann traurigerweise stark enttäuscht!! Es war viel mehr Salat als Fleisch und das Fleisch war geschmackslos und trocken. Schon nach den ersten paar Bissen wurde mir total übel und ich hatte den ganzen restlichen Abend Bauchweh. Da dies leider nicht die erste Enttäuschung bei ihnen war würde ich ihnen raten das Gesundheitsamt mal luschern zu lassen😜.

Hallo Bizim Döner, Ich kann leider nur die Anmerkungen der vorherigen Rezension bestätigen. Mein Döner war heute leider überhaupt nicht gut. Mir war sehr übel nach dem Verzehr und ich musste mich mehrere Male danach übergeben. Was ist da los??! Ich fand es wirklich schade, denn ich habe mich über einen saftigen Döner gefreut, doch es war genau das Gegenteil. Sehr schade!! Ich liege flach mit starken bauchkrämpfen, kann mich garnicht bewegen. Ich hoffe es wird etwas geändert!!
