Bun's is a great place to satisfy a small appetite. It's a good location, has attentive and very polite service, and is delicious. However, it's not particularly filling. I was hungry again after two hours and could have eaten a normal meal. But as I said, it's a good snack for a small appetite.

The food was pretty good overall but the bad employee named Sara made it worse. I went into the store 5 times and had to remind this unreliable worker to make my food. She played it off alongside her colleagues as if I hadn't been to the store more than once etc. Buns really needs to work on the service. It's understandable when there's a lot to do and they lose track of things, but not such disrespectful behavior... THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE!!! The food was delicious though 🤗

Unfortunately, it's declined considerably. I've been there several times over the past three years and have also ordered takeout. The chicken is usually undercooked, and the bread is too crispy and too small, so everything falls out of the bun. Basically, a cool idea and alternative to the typical burger, but relatively expensive for me.

The burger bread was a kind of toasted brioche, it was very tasty and something different. The Korean Chicken Burger had a delicious spiciness. You definitely have to have enough time, you have to expect a waiting time from 4/5 p.m. (at least on a Saturday) I can definitely recommend the sweet potato fries, but the regular fries didn't blow us away. The food we ordered came within 10 minutes.

Tried it myself after several videos on Tiktok. The buns are awesome. Customer requests are implemented promptly and the drinks, in my case the detox, were a real enrichment. Staff super friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would give 20. Thank you very much for the new experience.

Food was great, really something different, service could be better. Despite reservations and empty tables, we had to wait almost 20 minutes...that could have been solved better because our reservation had already been confirmed and could be prepared.

My girlfriend and I went there twice, and both times we were completely disappointed. The first time, we had to wait in line for 40 minutes (of course, a short wait is fine, but not when you're third in line). When we were finally shown to our table, it and the chairs were still completely dirty and covered in crumbs. After we let them know, they cleaned it. My girlfriend's food was completely burnt/scorched, and there was a hair in the middle of the bun. It's definitely not hygienic. When we decided to give this place a second chance, we were, as already mentioned, completely disappointed for the second time. At first, everything was fine, and we thought the place wasn't so bad after all. However, when we got the bill at the end, we were a bit shocked. We were charged €1 for mayo. When we asked the waitress why they had added mayo to our bill, she snapped back at us, saying that it said online that mayo costs extra. When we ordered, when we were asked if we wanted sauce, we asked three times whether it wouldn't cost extra. Each time, we were told, "No, it's included." Later, when we got the bill, the waitress added that the waitress we'd ordered from was new and didn't know. There was no apology, nothing. Just a snarl. We paid in the end, of course, but that was truly the very last time we'll be there! Never again!

Employees are not informed enough. We were told by a waitress that there were no additional costs, which looked completely different when it came to the bill. When we asked her about it, all she said was that it was new and that it would be online, even though we asked at least 3 times at the beginning, we had to pay the full price, which is absolutely not possible. Great concept and perfectly implemented with a very nice restaurant, very friendly service and really good food. The buns all tasted very good. There were five of us and we had different buns. All of them tasted great and were extremely well prepared. The sauces, including those with the fries, also tasted really great. The cheesecake was a great ending. I knew the flower pot version from another restaurant and always find it funny. This was a bit dry from the Oreo crunch but really tasty. All in all very good. Here you can enjoy great food inside or outside. Great

Delicious burger with semi-dedicated service, you can go there if you are a tourist in Hamburg, I would rather go to other burger restaurants a second time!

My eleven-year-old son was supposed to look for a food spot for our stay in Hamburg... he did that and we ended up at Bun's. And I have to say it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. A bun is very similar to a burger, but it is not. The bread goes really well. The rest also fit together really well. We will come back and in the meantime definitely recommend Buns!

I'm visiting my brother in Hamburg. I recently discovered a post from Bun's Streetfood on Instagram. Curiosity was great, so we were there today to test it. We liked the location right from the start...and a very nice, friendly waitress named Zeynep gave us good advice in all... In all of them I can say the food was delicious😋 And people it's worth it I can only recommend it thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍

I come from Berlin and I really liked the food and the shop itself. The buns with fries and dips were extremely good. Unfortunately I was a bit shocked by the price and therefore very good 4 stars.

Food was very, very tasty. The salad with chicken is recommended, but the "normal" burgers are also incredibly tasty and served with a lot of love. It just looks tasty. Even the fries taste good. All in all, highly recommended.

Very tasty food and a cool idea! The menu isn't huge but there is something for everyone! Cocktails are great too. We found it quite loud at the beginning, but still recommended!

Disgraceful behavior when billing! We ordered two burger menus - the prices were stated to the nearest cent: one €28.90 and one €29.90. However, when we paid, €29.90 or €30.50 were simply deducted from us - without asking and without our consent. This means: a tip of €1 or €1.50 was simply added on our own initiative. Something like that doesn't work at all. Tipping is voluntary – not automatic. This behavior seems extremely dubious and leaves a very negative impression, even if the food was okay. Attention everyone: check your receipts carefully!

The food was really excellent. The waiting time for us at the table was abnormally bad. After having to wait in line (which is absolutely normal given the hype), we got a seat and were able to order quickly. After us, 5-8 other groups sat us down at other tables and ordered and received the food before us. After 30 minutes we asked if everything was okay with our order and then had to wait another 30 minutes. The hype is justified, but they can't handle it. Or it was an isolated incident.

I went on a day trip to Hamburg with a good friend and had previously looked on social media to find out where the tastiest food was in Hamburg. That's when we came across this restaurant, the person was super friendly and the food was really tasty 😋🤩

What a positive surprise! Bun's Streetfood cannot be overlooked on social media when it comes to hype food spots in Hamburg. First of all - in my opinion the hype is 100% justified. The food was creatively prepared and arrived super quickly. The Crispy Chicken was, as the name suggests, crispy and still juicy on the inside. The brioche toasts are a welcome change from the traditional burger buns. The side dishes were also great. Hats off, great concept with a friendly team. Gladly again soon!

We randomly got into this place and love it! We tried chicken and korean bun. Everything was really good! All stuffing are fresh, chickens are juicy, handmade sauces are great… I look forward to go again 🤤

Very good food and great service. You can't reserve tables and have to hope that something is free. We were lucky and didn't have to wait long (around 6:15 p.m.) But later around 7:30 p.m. people were lining up. But that also speaks for the store. Prices total €20-25 but in my opinion they are worth it👍🏼

Four of us went to Buns Streetfood in Hamburg and had a really great evening! The food was not only delicious, but really blew us away - you can tell that the cooking here is made with love. Each of us was happy with our choice, whether burgers, fries or sauces, everything was great! But what particularly stuck with us was the service! Super warm, attentive and just really personable. The concept of these buns is really original and the result is so good!! Very tasty (special mention for the Corean spicy chicken) and portions are really big, be really hungry before getting there. I recommend absolutely!

The wait for a seat is definitely made up for by what comes next: very friendly and complete staff. The buns we ordered were well made and incredibly tasty. Crispy fries with excellent sauce. Everything just fit. This was our second time here and we will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended.

The restaurant is stylishly furnished and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Reservations are not possible, so there may be short waiting times. The food came quickly, was freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. Unfortunately, the only negative point was the service. Sometimes a very unfriendly approach to the guests and an inappropriate tone when answering normal questions and orders.

My husband and I went here for dinner for the first time. Even though it is quite loud outside on the street, the ambience and coziness clearly prevail. When the weather is good you can eat very tasty buns here, which were a real highlight for us as we don't have this at home. The drinks were also very tasty and the service was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Hamburg.

On my son's recommendation, we tried this place. Atmosphere - Some like it, some don't. Typical for the Schanze area, though. However, the men's restroom is extremely cramped. Either the door is behind you or someone is washing their hands. Service - Our order was taken quickly, and the burgers arrived very quickly. It was busy, but not packed. Menu - QR code -> Online. It's okay, but you won't get far without a smartphone. Food - Not a traditional burger bun. The patty is sandwiched between two thick slices of toasted bread in a cardboard box. I hadn't heard of it before, but it was great to eat!!! You eat your way through here from top to bottom. The only downside is that there's still sauce/dressing at the beginning (top), but it got drier towards the end (bottom), too. Price - Very good; anyone who complains about that should look elsewhere! All three of us were very full. Will definitely come again.

Food was phenomenal and conveniently packed. My fried chicken bun was super juicy and crunchy! The portions were generous and really good for the prices of one bun menu (bun+fries). Even though the service was just OK and the music a bit too loud I would still definitely come back for the food👍👍

It's really nice to eat there. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We've eaten there four times, the prices are very good, the menu for €12.90 is huge and very tasty. There are also parking spaces on site or nearby, we can only highly recommend it. See Jörg

As its name suggests, it has a StreetFood style concept. The menu that comes with it is large enough to feed one person. But I expected better fries. As you can see in the photos, it takes a lot of effort to really eat this bread. But above all, my biggest point is for the bread. The bread was really successful. There are employees who can assist with the services with their English+German+Turkish language skills. We paid a price of 1 chicken bun + 1 cheese burger + 1 fresh orange juice + 1 apfel juice = 39 Euros. Successful, thank you.

I was expecting a burger, and suddenly I got this amazing thick sliced ​​white bread, nicely toasted! With this absolutely delicious meat flavor and the amazing sauce! The portion is truly generous and definitely filling! I highly recommend it!

One of the tastiest burgers/buns I've ever eaten is at BUN's! We had the BBQ Beyond Meat Burger with fries and truffle mayo, a cheeseburger with fries, chili cheese sauce, and coleslaw. The buns are freshly prepared, arrive piping hot, and are simply delicious! The brioche bot makes the whole thing extra special. The chili cheese sauce is amazing! Unfortunately, the coleslaw was a bit lacking in flavor. Since the restaurant doesn't accept reservations, we stood outside for almost an hour waiting for a table. I would recommend everyone to call ahead and check availability. We will definitely come back when we're there!

We went to Buns today to break our fast. The food itself tasted really good, but the service was terrible. Three members of staff asked us if they could clear away our food, as it was still really full!!! This was like forcing us to get up; there was a queue outside too!!! Hello, I really sympathize with people who have to wait! But we've only just started to break our fast??? Inhumane, that was the last time!!

The burgers are simply amazing. A perfect combination of crispy brioche, juicy patty and crispy salad. The drinks are great too. The service is good, but the music is quite loud so you have to shout at each other a bit. However, it is worth it. The burger was one of the best I've ever eaten.

Incredibly delicious buns. Ordered the vegan buns and they were very tasty. It's really something special and I can only recommend it. We had to wait a bit before we got the food. What I didn't like so much is that the two tables are placed very close to each other and therefore you don't have as much privacy when talking. It was also very loud and you couldn't have a good conversation. But the food made it easy to ignore the points mentioned.

I visit this store regularly and always enjoy coming back. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is often busy. Therefore, on some days you should expect a short wait for a table. The buns are simply delicious – the best I’ve tried so far! The Oreo pot as dessert is also an absolute highlight. For the price, the food is really great and I can only recommend the shop!

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they don’t take reservations. You never know how packed it will be, and the lines are usually long. My friend had a tight schedule that day, so we needed to be sure we’d get a table. So I got there bit in advance and stood in line.If we had arrived just 10 minutes later (around 6 PM), the place had would have been too packed and a waiting line of at least 30min. While that’s well deserved, it can be inconvenient for travelers or anyone on a tight schedule. The staff is kind, the place is clean, but the chairs could be a bit more comfortable (the wall sofa seats are fine). All in all, it’s well-priced and delicious—I would definitely come again!

And look at the sweet dessert😍 in the little flower pot. Oreo Cheesecake. It's also very tasty. The employees are nice. You can look into the kitchen. The connection there is good.

I am from Kiel and am therefore often in Hamburg. Bun’s is always worth a stop. I always have to take a few buns with me for my daughters. I also really like being there and enjoy the food. We like the brioche burgers best. Everything is very fresh and very tasty. Warning: Danger of addiction 😁.

I could definitely say it's a quiet remarkable innovation. Toilets were so clean. They have baby chairs as well. I will definitely try barbeque burger and cheeseburger as soon as possible.
