Bei jedem Besuch in Hamburg MUSS ich hier einfach vorbeikommen, denn die Eppendorfer Grill-Station ist der beste Imbiss! Das ist ein Fakt! Freundlicher, authenthischer Inhaber/Mitarbeiter, absolut leckeres Essen und dufte Gäste machen es jedes Mal zu einem Ereignis.

Die Umgebung ist nicht auf die Hitze vorbereitet. Es gibt weder Klimaanlage noch Belüftung.

Netter Laden mit Gutem Essen nix besonderes hat aber faire Preise auch wenn an den Pommes leider gespart wird ein imbis wie früher halt deswegen alles alles gute es gibt nicht mehr viele von euch haltet durch

Wir haben am Sonntag erstmalig die Eppendorfer Grillstation besucht und müssen sagen: das ist Kult! Wenn es mal ein kräftig gewürzter, saftiger halber Hahn mit Pommes zu gutem Preis sein soll, dann ist das definitiv der Place-to-be! Auf der Karte ist für jeden was dabei denn auch der Veggi Burger konnte voll von sich überzeugen. Man merkt dass die Hamburger Jungs hinter der Theke mit Herzblut dabei sind und wir werden uns das Hähnchen auch bald wieder schmecken lassen.

Optisch ein Highlight, Essen kann ich leider nicht bewerten

Immer wieder ein Genuss! Authentisch, ehrlich und lecker. Eine Institution in Hamburg.

Klassische Gerichte, ein Ort, der wie in der Zeit stehen geblieben scheint. Guter und schneller Service. Bei schönem Wetter lässt es sich draußen angenehm essen; drinnen ist es klein und es riecht stark nach Frittiertem.

Wir lieben Hamburger und Cheeseburger. Leider sind die klassischen Kult Burger, wie man sie früher kannte, fast ausgestorben. Stattdessen bekommt man oft nur moderne Kreationen. Doch beim Eppendorfer Grill sind wir endlich fündig geworden. Die Burger sind richtig oldschool, genau so wie man sie aus den 80er und 90er Jahren kennt. Mit hausgemachter Sauce, ordentlich Belag und einer richtig schmackhaften Frikadelle. Wir kommen extra aus Norderstedt, nur um hier Burger zu essen. Das sagt eigentlich schon alles 😊 Auch das Team ist super freundlich und bleibt selbst in stressigen Momenten entspannt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Aber Hallo !!! 🫠🤪😎🤩 Hier kann ich nur Höchstbewertung mit bester Empfehlung zu abgeben und dies ist keineswegs übertrieben: Hänchen + Pommes kann man nicht besser machen als hier zur Mittagszeit gibt. Das Hänchen wie Pommes exakt durch, dass man dies sogar mit Messer & Gabel bis zum Knochen sauber runterputzen konnte. Gegenüber aß man Currywurst mit Pommes, auch dies machte exelenten Eindruck. - Konnte nirgends bemerken etwas trotz anständiger Portion auf dem Teller liegen blieb. Nein, hier gibt's kein Haar in der Suppe zu beanstanden, alles Topp & ober lecker 👌 👍 Manko: Ich wohne so weit weg, komm aber 💖 gerne wieder. ☆☆☆ ☆☆ + zusätzlich fürs Personal & Bewertung

Super kultige Location a la „Dittsche“ - daher ein Pflichtbesuch für uns!😎 Kleiner Imbiss mit richtig guter Currywurst + Pommes (Preis ca. 6,50€)! Zwar nicht groß oder schick, aber genau das macht den Charme aus. Die Einheimischen waren super nett – man kommt schnell ins Gespräch, wenn man sich einen Tisch teilt. Eine richtig sympathische Hamburger Adresse für ein unkompliziertes, leckeres Essen. Klare Empfehlung 😉👍🏼

Ein richtig cooler, klassischer Imbiss - ohne "Hipster-Bling-Bling" einfach gutes und zum Teil sogar hausgemachtes Essen für den herzhaften Hunger zwischendurch! Die Bratwurst war lecker, das dazu gereichte Brot sogar frisch geröstet - so muss gutes Imbiss-Eseen schmecken! (Nicht umsonst war zur Mittagszeit der ganze Laden voll besetzt!) Der Service war sehr herzlich mit einer sehr sympathischen Portion "Hamburger Raubeinigkeit" - es hat echt Spaß gemacht dort Mittag zu machen!!

Ich hole mir hier regelmäßig einen ehrlichen Gockel, dazu Kartoffelsalat! Besser gehts nicht! Der Service ist schön schroff und unaufgesetzt.

Die schlechteste Currywurst Pommes Majo die ich je hatte. Pommes total mit Fett vollgesogen und die Wurst schmeckte nicht wie Wurst, nur süß und 🤮 Hab nur probiert und den vollen Teller wieder zurück gegeben.

Find ich super. Mir gefallen am besten die veganen Pommes mit dem guten Gewürz. Manchmal nehme ich auch Ketchup mit Curryketchup gemischt. Mayo geht leider nicht in vegan, naja macht nichts. Ich wohne auch gleich um die Ecke und komme immer gerne vorbei. Ihr macht eine super Job. Weiter so.

Kult Location seit Olli "DITTSCHE" Dittrich. Essen war lecker, vom Hendel über Schnitzel oder Currywurst gibt's rustikale Imbissküche. Der Wirt ist ein Hamburger Original. Unbedingt mal hin. Nur gibts leider kein Dittschberger 🥲 An die Serie und ein paar Promigäste erinnert eine kleine Bildergalerie.

Hänchen total vertrocknet und völlig versalzen genau wie die pommes ist den Preis überhaupt nicht wert.

Immer noch ein Grill wie ich ihn früher als Junge kannte . Ein Stück Geschichte in unserer Stadt .

Unfortunately, it's deteriorated considerably. This used to be a top-notch snack bar. The chickens, my goodness, how can you sell something like that? They're completely dried out and over-salted. The bones are like chips, so over-grilled. Try what you sell to your guests. By 12:00 noon, there are already five whole chickens in the warming box, still vegetating and drying out until they're ready to be sold. I've given up. Not with you anymore.

The grill may be a cult favorite, but even without the show, the owner is very welcoming and the food is amazing. It's great that places like this still exist. Huge respect.

I've been going there to pick up food for years, and the food has always been top-notch! Lately (2023-?), they've even been having trouble getting the fries to be edible. Lots of hard toothpick sticks (formerly potatoes ;-) spoil the hungry meal. The schnitzels are made of breadcrumbs, and everything else is well-cooked, meaning dry and hard. It's a real shame...but maybe I'm just an isolated case with a lot of bad luck. I'd rather not try again. The snack bar lives off the "Dittsche has been there," but the quality has suffered a bit. It's true that critics are bad, but...I would have liked to have described it more positively.

It was wonderful to eat at Dittsche's original film location. The service was very good. The customers were very friendly, all smiling and happy about their day. The food was wonderful, incredibly tasty, and quite filling. So, honestly, it was the best snack bar I've ever eaten at.

Hello, I have a complaint. Last Sunday, I was treated very badly and racially abused by a woman serving my order. She was rude, aggressive, and racist. This wasn't the first time I've been mistreated by this woman, who works at this Eppendorf Grill Station. Eppendorfer Weg 172. This woman is one of the worst people there is.

It seems to be a cult classic, especially appealing to regular customers. For whatever reason. Deep-fried bratwurst... seriously? Half a chicken fart is dry, too salty, and has a soggy skin. The fries are still acceptable. At least they're cold Astra Knolle.

We were tourists in Hamburg on May 1st, 2025 and chose Dittsche's cult snack bar "Eppendorfer Grill" for dinner. It's hard to find words to express the disappointment we've experienced. I don't need to discuss the hospitality experienced by the operators in advance because it wasn't there. To eat. We ordered grilled chicken with fries. It would almost have been positive that our order was processed promptly. Unfortunately, both the grilled chicken and the French fries were completely inedible and almost entirely ended up in the trash, even after minimal sampling. The french fries were not golden yellow, but fawn brown, full of fat and completely seasoned (overheated and over-fried french fries are known to be unhealthy and carcinogenic) and the grilled chicken left the impression of a mummy. Our impression the chicken was grilled 3 days ago and kept warm every day since then. The breast meat was as dry as straw, the thigh and wing were as if they had been plastinated. The complaint came to nothing. The staff was dismissive and unfriendly. Hamburg is a wonderfully beautiful city that we would love to visit again and again. However, we will steer clear of the Eppendorfer Grill in the future.

Just came from Berlin and wanted to eat here. The service has a rude tone. Was the only guest and ordered. Suddenly the store was full and the boss started processing all the take-out orders and I stood there like an idiot. I had the money given back to me. Never again. Berliners are much nicer.

A rustic snack that totally convinced me. The food is super tasty, there are also small portions of potato salad or children's fries for adults. The staff is super friendly. The prices are really awesome. I/we will definitely come back for the third time. Everything was great.

For years we have had an appointment in Hamburg at least once a year and then the Eppendorfer grill station when we are hungry at lunchtime is our destination because we know that the journey is worth it. The daily meals we have had so far have always been very tasty and the portions were more than enough for our stomachs. The curry sausages and schnitzel are also very tasty and are not standard frozen products from industrial mass production. I can recommend the Eppendorfer grill station with a clear conscience.

It still exists, the classic snack bar beyond kebab and Asian snack bar, and that in the elegant Eppendorf. The food is good and the service is friendly and hearty with quaint people behind the counter.

Stop for a snack. Solid honest food. Chicken from the grill, currywurst fries, potato salad and meatballs, plus a tuber from the fridge - that's how it should be. The demure charm behind the counter is free and anyone who complains can dress warmly. As I already wrote: that's exactly how it should be, even in a snack bar on Eppendorfer Weg. Love it.

I've eaten at the snack bar several times in the last few days and can only recommend the food! The staff also know exactly how to put a smile on children's faces. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and despite the many customers, the employees remain calm, calm and have everything well under control!

I've known this great snack bar for 17 years. The cult show 'Ditsche' was once filmed there. The owner Oli is a great guy. The first time I ate there in 2006, I ordered Jägerschnitzel with fried potatoes and a side salad. Whenever I was there, I never ordered anything else. Everything freshly prepared, no industrial schnitzel... just delicious... cult... just cult

It's pure Muggleness. I've been there twice now, everything was very tasty, but I always had to pull myself together so that I didn't stand around grinning the whole time and watching Dittsche shortly beforehand isn't a good idea either. :-D The last time I wanted to grab the poker for the sausage, I immediately thought of the episode in which Dittsche sweeps down the container. I'll be back in two weeks after my SeeForFree tour.

Small snack bar with fame and tradition. You will receive a Nordic-friendly welcome here. The ambience is rustic and historically grown. Small memories of Ditsche can be discovered everywhere here. The food is great and the currywurst is particularly recommended. Price-performance is definitely still right here, because you get a decent portion on your plate.

It's always a pleasure to come to the Eppendorfer Grill. Half a chicken with fries and a cold drink on one of the benches outside with the sun on your face - it couldn't be better. The food is always delicious, the service is always straightforward and friendly and the shop as a whole is simply honest. No wonder Dittsche feels so comfortable here.

Unfortunately, when we were there you couldn't pay by card, so our purchase only amounted to two drinks. But still nice to see where Dittsche was filmed. The atmosphere is great and there was a lot going on, even though we were only there around 8 p.m.

One of the best grill stations / snack bars in Hamburg. Fries are always perfect and tasty, currywurst is also convincing. The employees are usually not in a good mood, so if you want a warm or friendly welcome, you should go somewhere else. But the food easily makes up for that.

Anyone who knows Dittsche has to go to the grill station at least once. The food was good - fast food. It's not comfortable there, but it's still cult.

If you're lucky, you'll get a seat. If you're lucky, even outside... It smells fresh and delicious of baked chicken and fresh fat, which you use to fry the delicious French fries that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Everything is very clean and the perfect-looking chicken rotating on the skewers also stimulates the appetite. Price performance is okay. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit if that chicken and fries craving calls for it

I really like being there because everything is just right. The food is simply delicious and the service is always friendly. I enjoyed traveling from North Rhine-Westphalia to Hamburg for this.

We went here because of the nostalgia. My German husband has to explain the poop culture reference, and his family loved the idea of us going. It wasn't too crowded, despite it being a nice day. We did have to sit inside, though. We just split the Currywurst and fries, plus a couple drinks. It was actually a decent Currywurst, though the flavors of Currywurst just aren't for me. The fries were very standard takeout fries.

Chicken is good but service sucks. Lost count of how many times over the years I‘ve pitched up there well within their opening hours but was sent away because it was apparently already ‚Feierabend‘.

Their consistently yummy juicy grilled chicken with French fries is my favorite quick option for lunch. Not so much into their Currywurst, but I am in the Berlin style Currywurst camp. Service is always friendly and efficient. Sitting on the window high chairs inside at one of the tables outside one can watch street life in especially with small families popular Hoheluft Ost”.
