We have been coming back every year for 4 years. It's always delicious, very friendly and we feel really comfortable there. I can only recommend it.

Food was plenty and tasty. Staff can't smile and seem annoyed. Interior rustic.

We ate there three times and enjoyed it very much. Baltic Sea plates, fish pot and cod were very tasty! Price/performance ratio very good. However, there are no free parking spaces.

The place is in a beautiful location. Old decoration. Friendly staff. The food leaves a lot to be desired in terms of taste and quantity. The prices are expensive in relation to the quantity. We will return for drinks as the view is beautiful, but for food I don't recommend it.

Went there for the third time, great location, beautiful view, the food is always great, very fresh, deliciously prepared. The only drawback is the furnishings, I'm missing a bit of Baltic Sea flair or a fish net etc., currently it seems cool. Nice waiters! See you next time.

Small restaurant right at the harbor. Perfect for bridging the waiting time until the ferry leaves.

Although the restaurant was busy, a table was set up for our group so that we had space for 8 people. You have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the harbor. The dishes are freshly prepared, we highly recommend herb matjes with fried potatoes, and for those who are slightly hungry, potato pancakes with apple sauce, all items will fill you up and the prices are affordable for an island. Unfreundlichen Personal, Tisch reservieren sei nicht notwendig. Beim eintreffen um 19 Uhr, war die erste Frage " habe Sie reserviert ". Nein, haben wir nicht, war mit unserem Telefonat um 15 Uhr nicht notwendig. Wir haben keine Plätze frei!!! Das kann man gut mit Touristen machen, es kommen ja jeden Tag neue Touristen auf die Insel. Nicht empfehlenswert, unprofessionell.

"Ostseeteller" was very tasty - the location is right next to the jetty (ideal if you have problems walking). Staff was super nice and attentive... Price/performance is right...

Two dishes chosen, unfortunately the oven is occupied. Either they wait 30 minutes or choose something else... I've never experienced anything like that 👎 My husband's fish was very good. The Kasseler tasted watery, no flavor. Likewise the sauerkraut. Really a shame. The service could work on being friendlier. It was packed...apparently a bit overwhelmed. We don't have to go there again

Called the inn to see if reservations were necessary. No, was the answer. So here we go. When we arrived there we were confronted with the question of whether we had reserved!!!! We referred to the previous telephone conversation. Bad luck! Go in again Couple of rounds. This conversation conducted by the staff wasn't just unfriendly! She was completely out of place. If you only rely on 1x visits, knowing that the guests only come once, this may work. The large number of negative reviews on many portals should be taken seriously. .

We have eaten there several times now because the location at the harbor is beautiful, the food is unique and the service is very friendly, courteous and fast and really responds to all of the guests' wishes. We have rarely felt so well looked after and served. There was nothing but praise to be heard from the tables next to us too. I can't understand some of the reviews here. We can only recommend this restaurant and its employees to everyone who is a guest in Kirchdorf. Thank you very much and keep it up 👍

Good food with pleasant prices!

Had dinner here yesterday. “Balkan-style pork medallions” probably contained tomato products. We specifically asked. Woman now has a rash on many areas of her body and vacation has just begun. Training in service would probably be helpful. “Fish pot” tastes more like solyanka with fish.

The food was great, but unfortunately the service was a bit unfriendly. Neither a smile nor a friendly word to greet you. Not even a sorry when dessert was brought. The nice lady had written it down incorrectly, which was a mystery since she had specifically asked again. We sat outside with a view of the harbor and that was great. For dinner we had plaice and mixed fish platter. The food was quite greasy, at least the fried potatoes. Price performance for the food was okay for a tourist area.

5 stars are not enough. Ambiance, you look directly at the marina and nature, service is fast, friendly, top, food is the best shrimp ever!

Very nice restaurant with a view of the harbor. Fast placement even without a pre-order. We sat under a red awning. Fast friendly service. There are also pensioner portions. 4 stars only because we weren't inside to judge.

We just wanted a drink after a bike ride. The menu was kindly given to us. We then ordered something, thinking it would be a small thing for the price, but we were wrong. Very large portions for the money. Very tasty!! Recommended.

The herring, fried potatoes and coleslaw were very good and tasty. Unfortunately the rest isn't. The boiled potatoes were probably not freshly prepared and were still very sticky. The steamed salmon fillet was okay, but served with a not very tasty, thick sauce. I didn't like the fish on the fish plate number 2 at all. Luckily they had the fried potatoes and coleslaw on the side. Unfortunately, we didn't feel very welcome as guests. The interior is also getting a bit old. All in all okay, but not good enough for a repeat visit. Too bad!

The food was delicious, the price was right and it was really quick. Service very nice and on point... Unfortunately, a star deduction for the ambience, as the interior and the outside of the restaurant don't look that inviting.

We wanted to eat fish today at 3:30 p.m. The waitress appeared without saying “Hello!” Were patterned from top to bottom. When we placed the order, the service was extremely unfriendly. No thanks, no nice smile. And she disappeared into the premises and we then decided to leave the restaurant. We have been traveling to the East for many years and have always had positive contact with the locals. But today's outrageousness exceeds everything.

Went here once on vacation for an ice cream sundae and the next day for dinner. Ice cream sundae (Sweden and Black Forest) in 2024 for €6.50 - where else can you get something like that? And delicious too, what more could you want :-) Fish (plaice and cod) very tasty, portions good, homemade tartar sauce. The service was extremely friendly. Not to forget the unbeatable location in the first row at the harbor. Simply great, simply delicious!

How can you sit and enjoy directly at the harbor with the messenger

Lots of space to sit. Good selection, fish, meat, pasta, potatoes, fries and much more. I took plaice, fried potatoes and coleslaw. Plentiful, hot and very, very good. The service was very friendly. Price/performance fits! Please put some kind of scent on the toilet, which is a bit too narrow, so that it becomes a little more inviting. This place should also be remembered fondly by the guest. The service was friendly and it was also positive that there were children's meals and the option to choose between smaller and larger portions. About the food: for us personally, canteen food quality. Vacuum-sealed potatoes from the microwave, the fish was fried too dry, the sauce tasted like gravy. In our opinion, the wild boar goulash was normal pork goulash. We were disappointed and will try our luck somewhere else next time.

Trotz all der mäßigen Bewertungen hier essen gegangen. Der Ostseeteller war geschmacklich sehr gut, die Bratkartoffen , so wie sein sollen. Die Portinsgröße geht voll in Ordnung. Preis - Leistung stimmt. Ein wenig mehr Lächeln der ein oder anderen Angestellten wäre aber nicht verkehrt. Aber der Gesamteindruck passt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Really great restaurant at the harbor... Incredibly nice and patient service, no long waiting times for the food, which tasted excellent and our dog was also welcome. I was there for lunch with a friend on a Saturday and we each ordered fish with fried potatoes. It was very tasty and inexpensive. The location is right on the water and it felt like you were on vacation. We didn't have to wait in line for long and we were able to get a seat. The service is friendly, fast and courteous. I'd love to come back, I have to try the other dishes too 🙂

Delicious food and very generous portions. Very good value for money. If a piece of fish or meat is enough, you can order the small portion directly, which is very hospitably shown directly on the menu. Great selection of different fish and game dishes. Great location right on the harbor with a view of the boats. There are sufficient parking spaces nearby. The ambience is rather simple and rustic, which is made up for by the friendly service.

We were very satisfied with the service and the food. We can recommend the shrimp cocktail, the roast wild boar with red cabbage and dumplings and the fish plate 2, for which we didn't have to wait long.

If you like your fish fried dry, hard and fatty, this is the right place for you. For me and my son, the fish just wasn't prepared very well. The service was, as far as one can say for a tourist corner, friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant.

Fischsuppe war verdorben. Bratkartoffeln sind ein Fertigprodukt. Fisch war tot gebraten. Einfach nur eine sehr schlechte Touristenfalle. Man sollte bedenken das im Winter nur lokale Gäste kommen und eventuell Geld vorbei bringen. Einfach nur eine Schande für die Region.

Seit Jahren kehren wir hier gerne zum Essen ein und wurden heute leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Teller waren immer gut gefüllt und der Fisch reichlich. Dieses Mal war der Fisch, ich hatte die normale Portion Ostseeteller, so klein und dünn, dass ich dachte, die haben sich vertan, dieses ist eine Seniorenportion, aber nein, das war das normale Gericht. Schade, da sind wir in anderen Restaurants besser aufgehoben.
