Unfreundlichen Personal, Tisch reservieren sei nicht notwendig. Beim eintreffen um 19 Uhr, war die erste Frage " habe Sie reserviert ". Nein, haben wir nicht, war mit unserem Telefonat um 15 Uhr nicht notwendig. Wir haben keine Plätze frei!!! Das kann man gut mit Touristen machen, es kommen ja jeden Tag neue Touristen auf die Insel. Nicht empfehlenswert, unprofessionell.

Nicht noch einmal. Service unfreundlich. Essen wässrig und fade. Der Fisch war OK . Bei voller Auslastung ist der Service überfordert und wird pampig. Wir werden nicht mehr hingehen

Trotz all der mäßigen Bewertungen hier essen gegangen. Der Ostseeteller war geschmacklich sehr gut, die Bratkartoffen , so wie sein sollen. Die Portinsgröße geht voll in Ordnung. Preis - Leistung stimmt. Ein wenig mehr Lächeln der ein oder anderen Angestellten wäre aber nicht verkehrt. Aber der Gesamteindruck passt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Very tasty fish. You're basically sitting right in the marina and you can look out over the water. The prices are really moderate and the portions are large. We recommend.

The food (fish) is super tasty and inexpensive. The view of the marina from the covered terrace is very nice. Overall, the inn is in the truest sense of the word a house for the guest and for good food.

Unfortunately we waited over an hour for the food. Some of the fish was still raw and some was still being delivered. Have eaten there many times, but the quality has deteriorated. A pity

We were very satisfied with the service and the food. We can recommend the shrimp cocktail, the roast wild boar with red cabbage and dumplings and the fish plate 2, for which we didn't have to wait long.

If you like your fish fried dry, hard and fatty, this is the right place for you. For me and my son, the fish just wasn't prepared very well. The service was, as far as one can say for a tourist corner, friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant.

Fischsuppe war verdorben. Bratkartoffeln sind ein Fertigprodukt. Fisch war tot gebraten. Einfach nur eine sehr schlechte Touristenfalle. Man sollte bedenken das im Winter nur lokale Gäste kommen und eventuell Geld vorbei bringen. Einfach nur eine Schande für die Region.

3 stars because of the beautiful location right on the harbor. Service friendly. Fish ok, but relatively tasteless. The fish soup was absolutely disappointing: apparently canned tomato soup with a few pieces of salmon and chopped peppers.

Seit Jahren kehren wir hier gerne zum Essen ein und wurden heute leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Teller waren immer gut gefüllt und der Fisch reichlich. Dieses Mal war der Fisch, ich hatte die normale Portion Ostseeteller, so klein und dünn, dass ich dachte, die haben sich vertan, dieses ist eine Seniorenportion, aber nein, das war das normale Gericht. Schade, da sind wir in anderen Restaurants besser aufgehoben.

We were guests for dinner. The service staff are friendly. The dishes offered are very tasty, plentiful and reasonably priced. There is something on the menu for every taste. We were very satisfied and would love to come back!!!

We followed the many positive reviews. The restaurant is located directly on the harbor and has a beautiful view of it from many tables. The service is very dedicated, friendly and customer-oriented. The prices seemed reasonable. The fish portions were almost excessively large, unfortunately very dry (except for the eel). The fried potatoes were hardly recognizable as such because the “roast” was missing. The “salad” served as a small garnish at best. There was a lack of any care in handling high-quality food and finesse in its preparation. It's a shame for the good fish and our time.

Restaurant with fish specialties. Recommending food is difficult because we only ate two dishes. The ambience inside is a bit old-style but the outdoor dining area is covered and is located directly on the harbor basin. If necessary, the side walls can be closed.

Beautiful spot on the harbor with those beautiful classic beach chairs. Where you can eat something out of the wind. Pick up inside and return yourself. We both didn't like fish and chips. Lots of dough around the fish. The sweet potato fries were surprising.

We eat here at least once every year on vacation and can highly recommend it ❤️ especially the shrimp cocktail, the different fish variants, but also, for example, the wild boar goulash are highly recommended and a cool Alster and the day/evening is saved.

Anyone who likes convenience products is in good hands here. Unfortunately the service was inattentive. The price/performance ratio doesn't fit. Conclusion: Nice view but that's about it. The rest is below standard.

We drank some coffee there and we didn't think it was that good

I was there for lunch with a friend on a Saturday and we each ordered fish with fried potatoes. It was very tasty and inexpensive. The location is right on the water and you felt like you were on vacation. We didn't have to wait in line for long and we were able to get a seat. The service is friendly, fast and courteous. I'd love to come back, I have to try the other dishes too 🙂

Great food, you should make a reservation. Great atmosphere, with a view of the sea. Always happy to come there. Parking spaces in front of the door and no problems with a walker. Unfortunately the toilets are very narrow.

We were disappointed with the fish dishes; on the Baltic Sea coast we actually expect fresh fish and not the overly breaded and fried products that are served. Price and performance were not right!!! As multiple visitors, we already have comparisons from the past and unfortunately cannot give a better rating.

The restaurant "Fischbaud" translates as fish shop and is located in the harbor of Kirchdorf on the island of Poel in the Bay of Wismar. If you like fish, you've come to the right place. Hard-working and friendly staff ensure everything runs smoothly, although the interior design is fine A bit old, but we are in a fish shop and not in a 5 star hotel. If you want, you can also sit outside on the terrace and eat the delicious fish there while watching the goings-on in the harbor. It's worth a visit.

I get fried potatoes better at home fresh from the pan, but if I had to make as many fried potatoes as I do in this store, I wouldn't be able to get them as fresh and crispy anymore. Yes, not modernly furnished. That's why I'd rather go there. This is about food. Fish full, to the point and always ready quickly. Not a huge menu, but huge portions. We have been to Poel several times and go to Fischbaud every evening. So far everything has been tastiest. And yes, making a reservation is smart...

I was there for the first time today because there is a lot of talk. I have to say I thought it was nice. We were a larger group and I didn't regret my choice of food. I had roast venison that was very tender and tasty. The medallions could have used a little less. They were dry and delicious. I can Always happy to recommend it

During my stay in Kirchdorf I went to this restaurant right on the Kirchdorf harbor with a view of the lake three times and would come back at any time. The fish dishes are delicious and the fried potatoes are also a real treat! I would also like to particularly emphasize the hospitality of the little guests. There is even, without any discussion, a robber plate for the very small ones and also extra fried potatoes if the stomach is bigger than the child and there are also children's chairs. The portions are plentiful for a fair price. My stomach will think about you for a long time.

Ein Fischrestaurant, direkt am Hafen auf Poel, mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist etwas "aus der Zeit" und ziemlich nüchtern. Das Essen war schmackhaft und der Service freundlich. Unser Essen: 1x Lachs mit Bratkartoffeln und 1x Sauerfleisch mit Bratkartoffeln.

Gutes Essen. Preise sind moderat. Die Ausicht ist super. Bedienung ist sehr freundlich.

Einfaches Lokal, freundliche Bedienung. Die Folienkartofel mit Creme etwas lieblos angerichtet. Die Creme ziemlich Geschmacksneutral. Der Fischttopf nach Art des Hause entpuppte sich als Fischsoljanka.

Mega lecker, man musste etwas warten um Platz zu bekommen. Es hat sich gelohnt. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr leckeres Essen, zu unglaublich fairen Preisen. Die Teller waren sehr gut gefüllt und hat uns sehr überrascht. Ein reges kommen und gehen, weil so viele hungrige einen Tisch haben wollen. Der Service ist extrem freundlich und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wir empfehlen einen Tisch zu reservieren aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage.

Besuch in der Nebensaison. Angestellte = scheinbar entkräftet von der Hauptsaison. Ertragen kaum die Gäste. Zu 85% Reserviert-Schilder (indoor) im "Restaurant", obwohl reservierte Menschen erst in 90min eintreffen. Lassen Gäste durch das Restaurant tingeln und suchen und suchen und suchen und antworten jedesmal "ist reserviert", "ist reserviert", "ist reserviert", anstatt die Gäste direkt zu einem freien Tisch zu bringen oder wenigstens diesen zu zeigen. Auf Karte: 2 vegetarische Gerichte, darunter "gefüllte Zucchini". -> "Hamm wir nicht." Essen 2 auch nicht. Kaffee: Hätten Sie Hafer-, Soja- oder Laktosefreie Milch? -> "S-O-W-A-S hamm wir nicht." Scheint ein wenig ab vom Schuss des Jahres 2023 zu sein. Kommen nicht gern wieder.
