Personal super freundlich. Dass Essen hervorragend. Ambiente super. Mir hat es sehr gefallen.

Hallo zusammen, leider haben wir in diesem Restaurant die Erstkommunion gefeiert und ich würde besonders Ausländern davon abraten, dort eine Feier zu veranstalten. Wir haben das komplette Menü bezahlt, wurden aber am Ende nur enttäuscht und respektlos behandelt. Nach der Feier wurde das gesamte übrig gebliebene Essen – und das war wirklich viel und bereits bezahlt – einfach an das Personal verteilt, ohne uns überhaupt zu fragen, ob wir das Essen mit nach Hause nehmen möchten. Außerdem gab es beim Servieren des Hauptgerichts eine Verspätung von über 50 Minuten. Die Begründung dafür war, dass jemand in der Küche ausgerutscht sei. Am Ende habe ich mich über dieses Vorgehen beschwert. Die Servicekraft sagte mir, dass sie die Beschwerde an den Chef weiterleiten würde. Der Chef rief mich dann erst um 22 Uhr an, um mir mitzuteilen, dass das restliche Essen bereits an die Mitarbeiter verteilt worden sei und dass das in diesem Lokal „normal“ wäre. In jedem normalen Restaurant wird man gefragt, ob man das übrig gebliebene Essen mitnehmen möchte. Zum Schluss behauptete der Chef sogar, ich hätte bei der Auswahl des Menüs vielleicht etwas nicht richtig verstanden. Das empfinde ich als eine Unterstellung und schlichtweg als eine Ausrede, denn ich lebe seit über 20 Jahren hier und habe alles klar verstanden. Sehr enttäuschender Service und kein respektvoller Umgang mit Gästen.

Eines der wenigen Gasthäuser,in dem man noch richtig Deutsch/Schwäbisch essen kann. Nette freundliche Bedienungen.🙂

Gute schwäbische Wirtschaft, Küche hat aber merklich nachgelassen. Man isst immer noch gut aber auf die Details kommt es an, z.B. die Zwiebeln beim Rostbraten sollten knusprig und deutlich angebraten sein. Diesmal waren es dick geschnittene gedünstete Zwiebeln, wirklich nicht gut, dass muss wieder besser werden. Sonst war es aber ok. Bedienungen alle nett und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder und hoffen auf Besserung

Die Platzreservierung hat gut geklappt. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Die Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich, die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind moderat. Positiv fällt auf, dass die Speisen inklusiv Beilage und Salat angeboten werden, das ist heutzutage nicht mehr allzu oft zu finden. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut, das Fleisch saftig auf den Punkt gebraten, nur hätte ich es gerne etwas wärmer genossen. Obwohl das Lokal an einem Donnerstag bis auf den letzten Platz besetzt war, empfand ich den Aufenthalt in der gutbürgerlichen Gaststätte entspannt und angenehm.

Meine vergebenen Sterne sagen alles aus. Habe selten so eine gute Lokation besucht

Wow ein tolles Ritteressen im Gewölbekeller. Der Gaukler Svend von den Goselagern hat ein tolles Programm gemacht. Das Essen war toll, hausgemachte Fladen und beim Hauptgang Lammfleisch. Viele Speisengänge und nette Bedienungen. Es war ein unvergesslicher Abend.

Das Essen war einfach nur lecker! Wer schwäbisch, bodenständig mit Hauptzutat "Liebe" mag, ist hier richtig! Sehr freundlicher und zügiger Service! Wir kommen wieder!

Der Service war super, schnell, freundlich und Zuvorkommend. Das Essen hat mich nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Das Fleisch fand ich trocken, ja Gemüse war halt Gemüse mit etwas Salz, die Pommes waren mir zu dünn und zu lange drinnen, dadurch waren sie nicht verbrannt aber trocken. Majo oder Ketchup bekam man nur auf Anfrage, alles in allem bürgerliche Küche, jedoch nichts besonderes, ich hatte das Gefühl das der Koch kochen kann, jedoch nicht so mit Herz ehr funktional. Schade!

Wir waren gestern zum Rittermahl in der Krone und sind begeistert, jederzeit gerne wieder! Die Einrichtung im Ritterkeller sowie in der gesamten Krone ist sehr modern und hochwertig! Das Essen und der Service haben uns überwältigt, es war alles sehr lecker und vom Service immer zur richtigen Zeit am Tisch, zusammen mit dem super Unterhaltsamen Gaugler haben sie unser Rittermahl unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

The first time was better: fresh spaetzle and good sauce. But let me tell you one thing, never order number 14. It's a cheap piece of meat (plain on a bare plate), unseasoned, in what appeared to be rapeseed oil, but with yesterday's oil and sauce. It had black bits of burnt whatever all over it and was over-grilled (dry). When I sent it back, the waitress ran away and came back with a 50-year-old woman, the cook, who had been yelling at me at the table next to my parents-in-law, interrupting me, not wanting to hear what I had to say, but was completely absorbed in telling ME that SHE had done everything right with the dish and that I should just order something else NEXT TIME. It was insulting on every level. (And no refund.)

We love it. They serve really good Swabian cuisine! The beer is also very good. The service is very attentive and prompt. Despite the restaurant being full, we were served quickly. The food was delicious. Highly recommended. Be sure to make a reservation.

Excellent, high-quality Swabian food. The schnitzel and cordon bleu are highly recommended. Delicious fried potatoes and mixed salad. A quaint, well-maintained building steeped in history and family love, with a fantastic vaulted cellar. Plenty of parking. Reservations recommended.

We go there regularly. Don't expect luxury, but the Swabian cuisine is excellent! I highly recommend it for birthdays. The staff is very friendly. Everything is clean, and there's a lovely beer garden.

We were here for dinner this evening. We had Lendchen Bratwurst, a large salad plate and sausage salad So the portion of sausage salad was very small, although it was a normal portion, there was nothing wrong with the taste The bratwurst was very bland and really had no taste And you can't order the big salad plate if you only want to eat salad because you'll get up hungry By the way, what is generally the case with salad plates is that there is really only a small spoonful of each salad on the side salad and then two soup spoons on the large salad plates, so as I said, if you only eat salad as your main course, you will wake up hungry. Catastrophe after less than 2 hours of food on the table!!!!

First of all we were warmly welcomed and had a very nice place. Afterwards our drinks arrived very quickly. The salad was very well dressed and very creative with beans, radish, potato salad etc. The Maultaschen soup was extremely tasty. My main course was mixed roast with sauce and spaetzle. Praise to the chef it was super tasty. We will definitely come back for dinner. Your girls are also very nice and accommodating.

The food was great but if you come at 8:25 p.m. like today, the warm kitchen is closed... I wonder why it's open until 10 p.m.... it's a shame

Very good German food, even though the restaurant was full, there was no hesitation from the staff and they were always friendly.

We actually only stopped in Zimmern when we were passing through from the flea market in Schwäbisch Gmünd to Heidenheim. Since I knew the “Krone” from before, we wanted to know whether anything had changed over the years. After entering the restaurant the first question was “Have you made a reservation?” We didn't. And no, nothing has changed, or has it...The staff has rejuvenated and become even more attentive. The food was excellent years ago, the furnishings and the ambience were a bit dark, which is due to the thick, dark brown beams that hold up the entire building. We hadn't made a reservation and were allowed to sit at a table where a couple was already sitting, but there was still enough space for us. After ordering, it only took 15 minutes for our dish to come to the table, even though the restaurant and the next room were full. While eating and afterwards I was asked twice if everything was okay. Paying was also pretty quick. There are sufficient parking spaces in the area surrounding the building.

Last Sunday we ate breaded pork schnitzel here. The breading was never on the meat. Immediately after cutting the schnitzel, the breading was on the plate as if it were a side dish. The spaetzle were certainly not homemade. The side salad was good and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. It should also be noted that the drink prices are ridiculous: 2 apple spritzers cost 8.00 euros!

The decor is quaint. The staff is nice, but doesn't understand everything 😏. The salad is good. The fries 08/15. The schnitzel consisted of a not very nice piece of meat.

A very tasty meal. I ate roast beef with fried potatoes and salad with it. Banana ice cream for dessert. You can really recommend it and the prices are normal.

Price performance more than given. Please reserve. The place was packed. Of course, endless Christmas celebrations. It was a bit awkward for us to be sitting in the same room as a larger celebration, but that can't be handled any other way at this time.

Ein sehr guter Landgasthof,sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit gut Bürgerlicher Küche.Es gibt eine reichhaltige Speisekarte mit grosser Auswahl an Gerichten.Im Wintergarten befindet sich ein Holzofen der natürlich vor allem in der Kalten Jahreszeit wollige Atmosphäre verbreitet.Das Personal Ist sehr freundlich und die Küche top.

Bin regelmäßig Mittags in diesem Restaurant und das Essen ist immer hervorragend. Das Tagesessen ist immer ein guter Mix und es dauert eine Wochen bis sich etwas wiederholt. Bedienungen sind steht's freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Als Tip, entweder früh kommen oder per Telefon reservieren 😉

Ein sehr guter Gasthof in dem kleinen Ort Zimmern in der Nähe von Schwäbisch Gmünd! Ich kann das Restaurant/Gasthof einfach nur empfehlen! Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte, das Personal ist 1a, sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam! Das Essen ein Traum und das Bier ist eh in Süddeutschland eigentlich immer hervorragend und das alles zu sehr moderaten Preisen! Wer in der Nähe ist sollte auf alle Fälle vorbei schauen, aber ne Reservierung solltet ihr auf alle Fälle vor ab machen!

Gute schwäbische Küche. Die Leberknödel-Suppe und der schwäbische Zwiebelrostbraten mit Sauerkraut und Maultasche sind bei mir ein MUSS. Die Bedienung ist auf Zack und sehr freundlich. Die Preise angemessen und nicht überteuert. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Eine der letzten Gaststätten im Stadtgebezirk Schwäbisch Gmünd mit einer sehr guten gutbürgerlichen deutschen Küche. Dazu noch Räumlichkeiten für größere Veranstaltungen.

Seriös gekochtes ehrliches Essen, superfreundliche Bedienungen. Leider düstere Gaststube, aber kleiner Freibereich und Wintergarten.

Wer richtig gut essen will der sollte dahin.Sehr gute Küche mit freundlichen Personal was will man mehr. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Was soll ich schreiben....gehen bereits seit Jahren dort zum essen...gut schwäbisch also auch Sauerkraut und Schupfnufrln...in der Speisekarte ist für jeden was dabei...geschmacklich super! Und Donnerstag ist Fladentag. Die Servicekräfte immer immer immer freundlich auch wenn der Laden voll ist. Da wären wir aber dann auch beim einzigen Nachteil ohne Reservierung braucht man viel Glück dass man noch einen Platz bekommt.
