After getting and eating a kebab there, I had diarrhea for two and a half days, which severely impacted my daily routine – including work interruptions and poor sleep. It's not my style to leave bad reviews everywhere, but I consider it my duty to warn against it. I won't comment on the ambiance or the clientele, but I have my own thoughts.

We made a quick stop during our trip and wanted to get some food, but it was a mistake. The staff are very unfriendly; they don't want to serve you without paying. Despite the high price and limited options, the staff are stingy with the toppings (salad). The fries were cold when we ate them right after they were ready. Not worth another visit and not recommended.

Late at night, after an event, we "unfortunately" ended up at Kristal Kebap Haus ll for a bite to eat. The staff was absolutely unfriendly!!! We've never had such a bad meal!!! The fries were greasy, and the falafel were only warm on the outside and cold on the inside!!! As for cleanliness, I'd rather keep quiet!!! The most interesting thing in the restaurant was a lethargic fly that kept staring at itself in a mirror 😅 Unfortunately, there are no negative stars! Once and never again... Absolutely terrible service!

Good kebabs, good staff, good service. I went there spontaneously because I urgently needed something to eat because of the long commute. I was in a hurry, and I only had a few minutes to buy a grocery item or a kebab. I asked him, quite naturally, how many minutes it would take to be ready. He said 2 minutes, and the food was ready in 2 minutes, or less than 2 minutes. Simply great 👍 always recommended.

Again the place, where I hear “With card we accept only from 6€” and they trying to force you buy anything extra. I will not help them evade taxes on principle.

The Kristall Kebap House II is the absolute insider tip in Nuremberg! This is by far the best kebab in the city. The meat is always fresh and juicy, the bread is perfectly crispy, and the sauces are a true taste experience. You immediately notice that quality comes first here. The team is super friendly and quick, even when there are big crowds. I particularly like the huge selection of fresh side dishes that make the kebab individual and unique. Anyone who has eaten here once will definitely come back. 5 stars are actually not enough - Kristall II is a real highlight!

Certainly better than most kebabs in Croatia... I took a regular dürüm with all the side dishes... that was 2 months ago in the aisle when I was waiting for the flixbus, it still sticks in my memory. I'm not 100% sure what it was made of, but it's really nice.

Hello, I want to share my pleasant impression about this place and the people who work there. I was greeted with warmth and kindness. It was early morning, the establishment had just opened. But I was greeted with a smile, I didn’t know the language, but that didn’t stop us from understanding each other. The food there is delicious, made with love. Thank you for being kind to me, thank you for your smile, thank you for your work. You prices and what you do. It's the least I can do, but I want others to know that this was a special place for me!

Very rude, impolite service, not tasty. I ordered my food and then remembered the coffee. I paid for it separately. But they told me that I did not pay. I do not recommend to anyone

During the short wait, I had a Doner kebab for 6.80 euros. The service is fine, you can only pay in cash. The taste is below average. However, the consequences were worse the next day. Strong abdominal cramps and long sittings on the toilet. This was the only risky food that could have caused it to me, so I'm 100% sure it was this kebab. Because of this, I will never buy bottled water from this stand again, let alone food.

"During our bus journey from Berlin to Frankfurt, my friend and I decided to grab a Doner from a shop during our layover in Nuremberg. The taste was decent, but it didn't quite hit the mark for us. Still, it was a nice treat to enjoy while on the go!

Der Chef ist sehr nett! Hole gerne da was zu essen wenn ich aufgrund meiner Arbeit mit dem Bus unterwegs bin, Café ist auch sehr gut. Vor allem liebe ich den Böreg der frisch vorbereitet wird 😍

Gibt's nichts besseres als um 4 Uhr morgens von komischen Touris beim Döneressen mit Neid betrachtet zu werde #takethatihrneider. Essen war ok.

Mitarbeiter freundlich, Essen war ok, die Location ist etwas schlecht aber darüber kann man hinweg sehen

Habe noch nie so ein guten döner gegessen, bedienung ist auch sehr gut und hat gut geschmeckt, auch schnell. Danke!!!

Freundlicher Service, leckerer Dürüm, preislich recht ambitioniert

In der Imbissbude konnte ein miefiger Geruch wahrgenommen werden. Wirklich ekelerregend, selbst mein letzter römischer Helm roch besser. Die Preise sind auch sehr hoch. Würde ich nicht unbedingt empfehlen, aber gibt halt nichts anderes 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hatten 4 Döner mit allem. Leider war des ein reinfall da die sauce bei allen 4 döner komplett hinten war, vorne komplett trocken, bissi scharf des wars schade eigentlich wenn ma kein Döner richtig schlichten kann sollte ma es sein lassen 😑 Letzter Zeit öfters was geholt weil Arbeit in der Nähe, war leider das letzte mal :(

Warten eig alle drei sehr zufrieden mit dem Döner... Schmeckt lecker, angenehmes Fleisch-Gemüse Verhältnis, saftiges leckeres Fleisch (Chicken), genug Sauce... Das einzige was man kritisieren könnte wäre, dass das Brot sehr weit aufgeschnitten wurde und deswegen leider hab auseinander fiel... Preise sind normal (4,50€) und Service ist auch normal (~3-5 min ohne Schlange)... Alles in allem besser als gedacht...!!-Lg

Der Döner, den ich mir für 3,90€ bestellte, hatte wirklich nicht nach einem Döner geschmeckt. Das war das erste mal, dass mir ein Döner überhaupt nicht geschmeckt hat. Zum Glück hatte ich riesen Hunger sonst hätte ich diesen nicht runterbekommen. Und von der Größe war dieser eher mit einem Minidöner bzw. Kinderdönerzu vergleichen. Vom Döner Finger weg, ansonsten bieten die dort auch Pizzen und anderes Essen an. Vielleicht schmecken die ja besser... mit gewisser Vorsicht zu genießen.

Ja, die Qualität ist leider nicht so gut. Aber dafür teurer als woanders. Vegetarischer Döner ist einfach nur Salat im Brot für 3,50€. Kein gebratenes Gemüse oder sonst was...
