Meat is good ambente not but gyros good

I've never waited so long for such bad food. The burger for €8.50 was more of a joke than a burger. The fries were okay for the price, but cold inside. The gyro pita wasn't worth €8. There was barely any sauce, and it was dry when it arrived. We waited almost 1.5 hours for the delivery.

After an incorrect order was taken, the wrong delivery was received. It's possible there was a mistake during the phone conversation, however, the number of dishes was repeated. The promised delivery time was 10-15 minutes, which was not met. The total waiting time was over two hours. There was no acknowledgment of the missed deadline, let alone any compensation. The first driver was very friendly, the second very rude and impatient. The food from the first delivery was okay, but the food from the replacement delivery was inedible. I cannot recommend this service.

Ambience impossible to judge, ordered for delivery. Arrived after 1 hour 23 minutes. Half of the delivery wasn't delivered, possible communication problems regarding the number of dishes. Incomplete dishes, extra onions, etc. Paid for but not received. When the delivery was redelivered, the same thing was ordered separately in green, but not received. The response regarding the redelivery was: "I'll call, they'll do it quickly. It will take 10-15 minutes." Result after 40 minutes: food soggy and inedible, driver unsympathetic to the situation and rude. After today's experience, no longer recommended. Most of the food was thrown away.

Regardless of what others say, because they're not satisfied with the waiting area's facilities. Parking for food pickup is practically impossible; you have to be lucky to find a spot. Or it's too expensive. Yes, prices have gone up, but everything has become more expensive, especially energy. Besides, you don't eat gyros every day. If you can afford it occasionally, you shouldn't think about the prices but simply enjoy the food on a nice evening. Now, let's get to the main topic: the food. I drove all the way from Horrem to Kerpen specifically to eat gyros. For me personally, it's the best place far and wide. Delicious gyros, fries, coleslaw, and tzatziki. For me, it's absolutely top-notch. The gyros pita gets top marks from me too. I don't know what the other dishes taste like. I only come there for the gyros plate—pita, coleslaw, tzatziki—it's incredibly delicious, and the gyros itself. And after posting this, I'm going straight to Kerpen on Sunday to get one of those gyros plates. I'm starving! :-)

We ordered 2x complete gyros and the delivery was on time. The food, well, but the fries weren't at all inedible, hard and dry, they had definitely been warmed up again in the deep fryer. Never again.

Dining isn't possible, and it's a small, quirky place, so 2 stars for the ambiance. The food is brilliant and excellent, so I'd happily give it 5 stars. The owner and her son are very nice and accommodating. So 5 stars for service as well.

Very delicious and very friendly staff

Extremely unfriendly and not recommended at all. There was an obvious misunderstanding with the order. Ordered and received the wrong dish, no insight and loud explanation that I was the problem and unlucky. At the end of the day I paid twice for a dry gyro, undercooked fries and something I didn't order. Total failure.

The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the food tasted delicious (we had complete gyros - meat, fries, a small bowl with some cucumber salad and a rather small portion of tzatziki - gyros only meat with onions, and a portion of croquettes Hunter sauce), but you have to compromise on quality. Some of the meat was already riddled with larger pieces of fat, there was some cartilage that you really couldn't chew and in some places it was no longer crispy brown, but was clearly already burnt black. The entire meal then cost 29 euros, which I found absolutely excessive given the fact that I was charged 6.50 euros for my portion of croquettes (6 pieces, smaller "style") with a small bowl of hunter's sauce alone. Conclusion: taste quite good, quality rather mediocre, price clearly too high - there could definitely be better!

It had taken a little longer at work and there was no time left to cook. So I stopped briefly on the way back and ordered a gyro plate and a fries special. I had to wait 10 minutes and was able to take a closer look at the “restaurant”. The dining room looks very run down - but good, food is only available to take away. When we got home the food was still good and tasted very good. My only suggestion would be to make the dining room a little nicer so that people would be happy to wait there for their food - even if it's just to take away.

The operators are super nice. For me, the best gyros ever, whether pita or gyros plate including fries and salad. The schnitzels are also great. Great portions. Personally, I think it's a shame that you can no longer eat the food there, but the trip is always worth it and I've never been disappointed.

+Authentic, delicious and crispy gyros. Sufficiently large portions for these prices. + Collection and pre-ordering is great. + Delivery service is also on point and fast. + Keep it up, gladly again. Unfortunately no consumption on site. - Points of improvement for me would be the packaging/bowls on the gyro plate and the non-current opening times in Google.

Disastrous conditions Service: I wanted a gyros pita. When I asked that I pack it very well because I still had to go to the next town, they assured me that would happen, but nothing was packed at all. When I asked, the male counter worker said what I would expect. Hygiene: The female counter worker was wearing a completely dirty apron. There were leftover food everywhere on the floor. The male counter worker then went out for a smoke, came back and then touched the pita with his hands (without washing them) to "throw" it into the oven. Afterwards he continued with the same hands. The rooms appear neglected and in urgent need of renovation. Eat: As expected, the pita was cold, the fries were undercooked, and the meat was dripping with oil. I then threw the pita away. Conclusion: Not recommended under any circumstances - the external impression is immediately confirmed in the shop. Catastrophic hygienic conditions

Very polite people, as usually Greeks have that. The food was quiet nice although I love only one thing "Pita Girus the greek way". Don't forget to spot and give it a try to this place

Lecker Freundlich Super schnell

Gerade eine Portion Gyros abgeholt. Also nur das Fleisch mit Zwiebel. Das Fleisch ist eine der wichtigsten Zutaten und schmeckt hier wirklich sehr gut. Für 10,50€ bekommt man eine riesige Portion die mit etwas zaziki wirklich sehr gut ist. Es sind eher 2 Portionen. :) sehr nette Dame die mir aufgrund mangels Kleingeld entgegen kam. Vielen Dank dafür.

Leider waren die pommes nicht durch, geht garnicht. Gyros Teller vor Ort kostet 12 zum liefern 13 plus 2 Lieferkosten... warum nur völlig überteuert mittlerweile.

Sehr lecker, pünktliche Lieferung

Das Essen ist sehr, sehr lecker. Es mutet vielleicht auf den ersten Blick etwas teuer an, aber man wird von den Portionen satt und die Qualität und der Geschmack sind einfach super!

Immer wieder leckeres Essen und freundliche Inhaber Preise sind naja okay aber dafür ist es richtig lecker also Fazit meinerseits ist das der beste Gyros in Umgebung guten Appetit zusammen

Der Gyros und Krautsalat sind ausgezeichnet. Mehr braucht es auch bei einer derartigen Gaststätte nicht.

Kleiner Laden,zurzeit kann man nur abholen oder liefern lassen! Die Gyrospita ist immer lecker und die Leute die dort arbeiten sehr freundlich. Manche Schreiben das mit den Tupperdosen,aber so hält mann die Sachen frische.An der Luft wenn die dort 4 oder 5 Stunden liegen glaube ich nicht das es besser schmeckt.

Haben seit längerem mal wieder dort bestellt und wareneider enttäuscht. Hatten uns so sehr auf unser Gyros gefreut aber leider war es geschmacklich überhaupt nicht gut 😐 schade

Ich vergebe 5 Sterne. Der Kreta Grill in Kerpen macht einen guten Eindruck und das Essen ist total lecker. Die Leute freundlich, alles in allem top. Nur die Parkplatzsituation dort erweist sich als etwas schwierig, was wir aber gerne für gutes Gyros in Kauf nehmen. 👍

Super Gyros 🤤 Nettes und lustiges Personal, da kann man auch mal ein paar Minuten warten. 👍 Tipp an den Inhaber, überprüft mal eure Pfeffermühlen falls ihr das Fleisch selber Mariniert, dass hat teilweise einen komischen Geschmack und ich habe schonmal einem Fleischer vorm Ruin gerettet weil er nicht mehr wusste warum seine Produkte so verfälscht schmecken. 😊👍

Kleinste Pita ever, 5€ ist dafür zuviel. Maximal 3,50 - 4€. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und Fleisch in der Pita war lecker.

Ich fahre extra 60km für die Pita! Unfassbar gut!
