At first glance, it's quite unassuming. The food and service are all the better. I stopped in with my wife during a bike ride. We were very pleased with the quality and quantity of the food. I'd especially like to highlight the friendly staff. We enjoyed the food immensely. We'll definitely be back.

In a long-established location, where over 40 years ago there was a butcher's shop and then the first gyro grill in Horrem, there is now a "Greek" restaurant again. Large portions, very friendly staff, and reasonable prices. You can also pre-order by phone. Online on Facebook. I think it's very good. Personal favorite: Gyros Teller Titan.

The owner has changed. The new owners don't understand Greek :-( The gyros isn't as seasoned; I miss the fun Greek attitude of the previous owners. The portions are large.

Simply amazing. I ate there for the first time today and will definitely come back. The new owners are super friendly and accommodating. They even accommodate special requests. The food tastes really good, a big compliment. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who comes back.

The best thing about the place is the reasonably friendly service. The gyros are simply tough and dry, and the fries are full of old grease. The place is always hectic, even though there are hardly any customers. I definitely can't recommend it; there are better Greek snack bars nearby.

I've been here several times now and loved it every time! The gyros are incredibly tasty, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and perfectly seasoned. The portions are more than generous and the price-performance ratio is just right. The side dishes such as the freshly baked pita bread, the tzatziki and the crisp salads are also great. The staff is super friendly and works quickly. You can just tell that people cook with heart here. If you love authentic Greek gyros, you should definitely stop by, in my opinion the best gyros shop around!

The Akropolis Grill in Kerpen-Horrem definitely deserves a recommendation! The gyros are always fresh and homemade – a real taste experience. The salad is always crisp and of high quality. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and courteous staff who take great care of every guest. Here you feel completely at home and are pampered with delicious food. Absolute recommendation!

We've been living in Horrem for a long time and tried out the grill for the first time today. Quickly grab something to eat after work, I'm in the mood for gyros. And what can I say?! Absolutely great!!!! Meat is super tasty and extremely seasoned (tip: you really need to be hungry for the Titan portion!). Tzatziki definitely homemade, as was the coleslaw! We took the food home with us, the shop itself is a little small. The only drawback, if you want to call it that, is the lack of card payment options. But that's really hard to get over! We'll definitely be back soon! Thanks for the great food!!!!

The gyros are delicious and seasoned perfectly. The fries are hot and crispy. The friendly gentleman behind the counter prepared everything as requested. There is a small counter with bar chairs on site where you can eat on site. You can also have the food packed to take away. We really enjoy getting our food here.

Ambiance? Dear Google, how can you query something like that at a “gyro stall”. I don't want ambience. I want great gyros (✔️), I want great tzatziki (✔️), I want good olives, fries, reasonable portions and nice people behind the counter (✔️)(✔️)(✔️)(✔️). Bonus note: the only shop in all of Horrem that knows how tzatziki works and should taste!

Familiengeführte Lokalität. Immer freundlicher Empfang und Bedienung. Alles sauber. Hier kommt man einfach gerne hin. Wenn Gyrosteller, dann nur von hier. Einfach das beste Gyros im Umkreis. Und für mich ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt: Tzatziki wird separat abgefüllt ! und nicht einfach auf das Gyros "geklatscht" Preis - Leistung unschlagbar 👍

Sehr guter Laden Gyros, Pommes und Pita, sehr gut. Obwohl kein Lieferservice angeboten wird, kaufe ich dort ein. Selbst das Einpacken, geschieht professionell. Die Qualität der Produkte und die Freundlichkeit der Bedienung, ist es wert, selber hinzufahren.

Hält das, was man von einem Gyrosimbiss erwartet. Von daher alles ok.

Gyros sehr lecker die Portion ist groß und nicht zu teuer

Bester grieche von ganz rein Erftkreis ! 100% echte Griechen und nicht diese 08 15 Schauspieler. Tipp von mir: Bestellt Gyros Titan. Ist zwar bisschen teuer und eure Klamotten riechen nach drei Tagen immer noch nach Zaziki, aber es lohnt sich. Und die Hüfte freut sich auch.

Das Gyros hat geschmacklich eigentlich 5 Sterne verdient, jedoch gab es bei dem Salat eine große Enttäuschung. Wir hatten Gyros überbacken mit Metaxasauce geordert und sowohl Pommes, als auch Gyros waren sehr lecker. Dazu gab es noch einen "gemischten Salat", bei dem man aber bis auf die Paprika und die Tomaten einfach gar nichts geschmeckt hat. Die Salat Sauce hat auch nach nichts geschmeckt. Für 13€ ist das schon frech. Dafür müsste man eigentlich 2 Sterne abziehen, aber da das Gyros wirklich gut war, kann ich nicht weniger als 4 Sterne geben. Sollte sich das bei einem nächsten Besuch ändern, passe ich die Bewertung gerne an.
