Friendly service and good value for money 👍🏻

Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Recently, not so good at all. The gyro was a completely dry, tiny piece of meat, the lamb fillet/lamb skewer was almost impossible to find (slightly bigger than my thumb), but the fries were good. If you didn't know they could also do good food, you wouldn't go back!

I was here last time for the reopening, but gave up after the second visit because of the bad food. I tried it again today! Even worse than last time. What kind of meat is this? Discount store? Wobbly, fatty meat, inedible! They cut off chunks that you can't get into your mouth without cutting them up. And on top of that, pure fat! I've never eaten such bad gyros. I just threw 80% of it in the trash. And a whopping €15.50 for that! The fries were still half soft. So, in summary, an absolute no-go! I'm never going to this place again! I'd rather go to the Olympia Grill in Boizenburg, where there's nothing left of the gyro to throw away. Because it tastes great and is top quality! Sorry, Crete team, but value for money, rating 6.

The food was good, the fries were even excellent. Unfortunately, more was charged for an additional portion of tzatziki than for half a liter of wheat! This approach by the operator leaves a lasting bad aftertaste: I will never eat there again!

A somewhat inconspicuous location on Lauenburg's main street. A family-run business with friendly hosts. The food was freshly prepared; the gyros, lamb skewers, lamb fillet, and rump steak were all delicious, and the rice with homemade sauce was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the Greek wine. The price/performance ratio was absolutely fine, given the quality and quantity. If we weren't passing through, we would come more often.

We ate there twice. Everything was fine. Ordered it for home delivery today. Anchovies with roasted potatoes and Gyros with lamb chops (Please no fries, etc., but more gyros instead, I'm happy to pay more.) The food arrived 29 minutes late. The anchovies came with fries and a mini portion of roasted potatoes. The gyro was a small portion of pale, tiny pieces of meat, lukewarm. The lamb chops were large, but also lukewarm. The salad and tzatziki were quite small for both. But then I paid a 5 euro surcharge for delivery and an extra gyro, which was missing. Everything was fine at the snack bar, but delivery food is just not good!

Clean shop with a friendly owner. The food is okay and the portions are reasonable.

I love Greek food, have been to Greece several times and to many Greek restaurants in Germany and unfortunately I had the worst Greek food of my entire life. The Metaxa sauce wasn't good at all and only the color was reminiscent of a Metaxa sauce, the taste was really bad. There was no baked potato, but it was noticed quite late. The roasted potatoes are basically round fries (you could also call them potato slices) and I didn't like them. The side salad was okay. The Greek farmer's salad was a disgrace. It was basically a large side salad and consisted almost entirely of coleslaw. A small strip of feta, approx. 6x1 cm. I have never experienced anything like this and I am happy to have several good Greek restaurants to choose from where I live. The prices are like those of the good Greeks here, so value for money is not given or really not good. The service was also confusing, drinks were forgotten and there was a bit of a lack of overview. However, the employees were friendly.

In my opinion, value for money for lunch is not really recommended. Really small portion of gyros with small minced steak for € 11.90 and € 3.00 for 0.2 l of cola.. Well, at least the boss himself was there and friendly.

Wir haben vor Ort gegessen, unter anderem Calamari und Dicke Bohnen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Inhaber waren so freundlich, es spielte schöne griechische Musik, auch die Toilette war blitzblank sauber - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und sind sehr satt und glücklich gegangen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant in der Gegend sind wir hier vorbei gekommen. Es regnete und so entschieden wir uns trotz des eher Imbiss-artigen Erscheinungsbild im Kreta einzukehren. Diese Entscheidung wurde belohnt, wir aßen das Gyros mit Metaxasause und waren begeistert. Das Fleisch zart, die Sauce lecker und die Pommes knusprig. Alles in allem waren die Portionen recht reichlich. Leckeres Essen und aufmerksame Bedienung - wenn wir könnten, würden wir öfter hier speisen.

Waren auf einen Geburtstag eingeladen und waren hier essen. Sehr lecker und sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter die immer nach gefragt haben und alle Wünsche erfüllt haben. Aufjedenfall zu empfehlen. Das Essen war sehr lecker frisch reichlich. Ich hatte nur das kleine Gyros und das war total lecker und ausreichend.

Wir sind auch durch einen Zufall hier, gelandet und waren begeistert. Das Essen unschlagbar frisch und lecker... Man merkt es ist ein griechischer Familienbetried und die 'Mama' des Hauses unschlagbar... Vielen Dank für den netten Abend 😘

Sehr leckres Essen und freundliches Personal

Ich habe meine Familie eingeladen in einem Gericht war ein schwarzes lockiges Haar das Haar des Kochs. Dafür gab es keine Entschuldigung, kein nichts. Wer gern dafür bezahlt bschissen zu werden ist hier richtig. Never more

Schmeckt alles gut aber das Mann nicht mit Karte bezahlen kann

Bei unserem Tagesausflug nach Lüneburg landeten wir, etwas ausgehungert, in diesem Restaurant. Man merkt sofort, dass es sich hier um einen Familienbetrieb handelt in dem man sehr herzlich begrüßt wird. Das Ambiente ist eher einfach, aber dennoch behaglich, gestaltet. Hier und da findet man Stellen die renovierungsbedürftig erscheinen, so wie man es in Griechenland, unserer Erfahrung nach, auch oft vorfindet. Auch bei der Bestellung von Speisen und Getränken machten sich leichte Sprachbarrieren bemerkbar. In noch keinem anderen griechischem Restaurant in Deutschland, fühlten wir uns so authentisch wie hier. Die Wartezeit auf bestellte Speisen und Getränke ist recht kurz. Die Speisen sind teilweise sehr schmackhaft aber manchmal fehlt es auch an Würze, wie z. B. bei der Metaxasoße. Das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis, für die üppigen Portionen, ist absolut in Ordnung. Hier kommt man gerne wieder.
