It is super delicious, it is very high quality and hygienic and the service is super nice, really recommendable

In the past, I was very satisfied with the service and friendliness of the staff. Since the last price increase, the quality of the dishes has unfortunately left much to be desired. I understand that in times of rising inflation, you have to make ends meet, but this shouldn't have a negative impact on your customers.

Well... waiting over two hours for food is unbelievable, I've never experienced anything like that before. Then it's only lukewarm. That's the last time.

Rude and long delivery times. After a two-hour wait, they promised over the phone that the order was on its way. After a three-hour wait, the order still hadn't arrived, but instead of apologizing, they became rude.

Incredibly long wait times when ordering...whenever I call repeatedly and ask about my order, I always get the same meaningless answer. I absolutely do not recommend ordering from here!!!

If you have a lot of time, you've come to the right place! 🥳 If new meat is added, it is advisable to inform the customer about the additional waiting time. Waiting over 2 hours is too much!!😡

Very friendly reception. We had No. 49 the minced lamb from the charcoal grill menu and the 46 kebab plates from the kebab/pizza menu. Both dishes were brought to the table at relatively the same time. Visually and taste-wise, both dishes were 100% satisfactory. Happy to go there again at any time.

Today I wanted to get something to eat, there was a public parking lot in front of the door, I parked and at that moment the driver from this store (delivery service) came and really asked me why I was parking there, there were also parking spaces on the other side of the street, I pointed out that it was a public parking lot, I was then threatened with a beating. I can also spend my money elsewhere. The food was better under the previous owners anyway. They rent a shop and think they own the whole street.

Things have gotten worse over the years, they are unfriendly and the shop isn't exactly clean either. Food doesn't taste good at all, some of it is very disgusting, stomach pain and diarrhea, vomiting after eating, I would never order anything from this store again some recommend not ordering anything anymore, I had stomach pain and diarrhea for two days and never had to harput again..

Dear Harput team, unfortunately you have really deteriorated over the years. We are actually regular customers of yours and have always been extremely satisfied, but now you are really letting up. We have often been disappointed by you when it comes to food. It's a shame actually. For us it was the last time we ordered from you.

Fries not cooked through, as almost always, and delivery time felt like 80 years. Food tastes like any other kebab shop (average).

Wirklich sehr leckeres aber vor allem Qualitatives Essen für fast Food da kann man sich nicht beschweren was die 5 Sterne schon begründet. Andererseits finde ich die Menge was die einen an Fleisch reinmachen echt ein bisschen wenig und bei 6,50€ kann man schon was erwarten. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist ganz klar die Lieferzeiten also als Faustregel kann man schon sagen wenn man fragt wie lange es dauern wird das du meist immer mit ner Stunde länger rechnen kannst.

Ordentlicher Döner, für meinen Sohn der Beste... Mitarbeiter alle freundlich...

Moin Leute, toller Dürüm und Döner meistens. Mein Dürüm war beim letzten mal net so lecker aber an sich wie gerade eben ganz gut.

Lieferung ging wirklich fix! Also da kann ich nichts negatives sagen! Auch der Lieferant war sehr nett! Alles andere leider nicht gut Wir bestellten Telefonisch das war wohl ein Fehler! Es wurde sich keine Zeit genommen mal zuzuhören was man genau möchte! Eine Pizza konnte man sich telefonisch nicht zusammenstellen! Jaja Vegetarisch Zu der Pizza sollte noch eine extra Soße…auch die konnte man nicht wirklich bestellen es wurde nur „ja ist Soße bei“ gesagt! Dönerbrot war recht „knusprig“ also sehr angebrannt (alle 3 Döner die bestellt wurden) der Burger war auch nur so Semi gut Die Pizza selbst war leider sehr mit Oliven „versaut“ man schmeckte nicht viel anderes raus! Sorry mein erstes und letztes Mal! Hatte gutes gehört und war echt enttäuscht!

Ich bin schon länger dort Kundin und bin immer wieder begeisterst. Die Pizzabrötchen sind der Wahnsinn, ich liebe die!

Wir sind vor kurzen zu Harput gewechselt und sehr zufrieden. Der Döner schmeckt mir sehr gut. Alles war bisher frisch. Die Döner-Box ist ebenfalls fabelhaft. Die Pommes sind sogar noch richtig knusprig. Das Fleisch ist immer schön gebräunt. Pizza bestellen wir hier in der Regel auch. Die kann man gut essen, ist aber kein Highlight. Ist aber eben auch keine Pizzeria. Die Lieferfahrer sind allesamt sehr freundlich. Mein neuer Stamm-Döner-Laden. Edit: Muss nochmal editieren. Die Lieferzeiten sind inzwischen wirklich schwer zu ertragen. Nervt extrem. Edit 2: Man kann hier echt nicht mehr bestellen. 2h für die Lieferung. Edith 3: Aktuell wieder besser. Essen kommt binnen einer Stunde und am Essen selbst hatte ich nie was zu meckern. Schmeckt immer...

Einfach nur Hammer es ist sehr sehr frisch zb die selbst gemachten Pizza Brötchen super lecker riesen Portionen zu kleinen Preisen im Gegensatz zu all den anderen Döner Läden hier in Lauenburg kann ich nur empfehlen

Aktuell Lauenburgs bester Döner. Qualität stimmt. Brot könnte bisschen besser sein. Trotzdem 5 Sterne. Selbst gemachte Pide in verschiedenen varianten sind eine Besonderheit und sollten ausprobiert werden.

Leider wird es immer schlechter dort. Ich hab Verständnis für die langen Wartezeiten. Auch, dass die Fahrer sehr mundfaul und maulig sind, kann ich drüber weg sehen. Öfters ist das Essen nur lauwarm bis fast kalt. Aber heute war auf dem Döner 3 Stücke Hähnchen. Sonst nur Gemüse. Das ist echt ein Witz.

Als Kunde vor Ort muss man viel zu lange warten, weil telefonische Bestellungen vorrang haben
