5 stars are actually not enough! What kind of magical place is this?! Közüm is not just a restaurant - it is a culinary temple, a taste experience on another planet! As soon as I entered I was greeted with a smile so warm that I thought I had landed with my Turkish grandma (who I never had but now really want!). The food? Unbelievable! Every bite a poem. The meat was so tender it practically melted on the fork - I'm pretty sure it was angels who cooked this. The spices? A symphony! I felt like I was on a magic carpet through the streets of Istanbul. And the service? I felt more like a VIP at a luxury resort than at a regular restaurant. My glass was never empty, my plate was never dirty for long - they anticipate your every wish. If I could, I would eat here every day. I'm actually seriously considering living nearby just to become a regular. Thank you, Közüm, for this unforgettable experience. You have set the bar ridiculously high for all restaurants in the world.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We felt completely at home, which was mainly due to the attentive and friendly service. You are also more than welcome here with children! The staff looked after her wonderfully and the relaxed atmosphere did us a lot of good. All in all, it was a perfect evening that left nothing to be desired. For us a clear 10 out of 10! We'll definitely be back!

I was a very spontaneous guest with my mother. We were offered a place straight away and the staff was very attentive. The appetizer exceeded our expectations. In the attractively presented main course, the well-doneness of the meat and shrimp was particularly noticeable. I would come back.

Simply brilliant, 5 stars are far too few. We had Turkish food for the first time a few months ago and everything was explained to us and our wishes were taken into account. If you want Turkish food, then only here. The two bosses are super nice. My wife has been there several times with friends and I will probably make it again with my wife. Restaurant with traditional Turkish cuisine. This includes braised dishes from the wood-fired oven as well as vegetable or meat specialties grilled over direct charcoal. Vegetarian dishes are part of the very good menu, alongside dishes with meat and vegetables in a small wok with a candle on the table as a plate. The service is great and is happy to help with the selection and is also happy to explain the preparation or origin. Highly recommended. Would love to come back. Ahlen has some positive surprises in store when it comes to restaurants.

I haven't eaten so well in a long time!!! Full marks for taste. Super nice service. The ambience inside looked very good, but we sat outside because the weather was still nice and you were sitting right on the street. But little traffic! The 25 km drive was worth it! We'll be back!

It was breathtaking !!! It's been a long time since I've eaten something so enjoyable, and the staff was very friendly. At first I was a bit confused because there was such a large selection of food, but the waiter gave me good advice. He explained in great detail how the food was prepared and helped me with my selection. Everything was great 👍🏽 even when it came to hygiene. Normally I'm a very picky person when it comes to hygiene but everything was perfect in terms of hygiene too. The restaurant even deserves more than 5 stars.

Hier wird bereits gegrillte Gemüse von vorm Tisch einfach nochmal gegrillt bzw warm gemacht auch reis,bulgur und Saucen die dein Vorgänger nicht zu ende gegessen hat bekommst du wieder frisch aufbereitet auf dein Teller. Einige Raucher von Personal ohne Hygiene Hände waschen geht's direkt wieder am Werk grillen Brot machen und sonstiges die nicht in Ordnung sind.

Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Top Service 👏🏼 bin sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren früher Stammkunde da. Leider sind die Preise extrem teuer geworden und die Portionen viel weniger. Damals gab es Brot dazu. Jetzt muss man sagen das ein Igel in der Tasche war. Wir haben extrem lange auf das Essen gewartet. Bei meiner Frau fehlte das Gemüse. Bekannte waren da Essen und beide mussten sich hinterher übergeben.

Ein super Restaurant mit sehr zuvorkommende und super liebe Kellner. Wer qualitativ essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Auch die Ambiente ist sehr wohltuend. Ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Also wer auf "SchickiMicki" steht geht zur Konkurrenz, aber wer auf gutes Essen und einen Top Service steht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die beiden Jungs die hauptsächlich am Samstagabend im Service waren, waren einfach Top. Freundlich, höflich, zuvorkommend und schnell. Das gibt es so leider heute viel zu selten. Das Essen ist im Vergleich zur direkten Konkurrenz um die Ecke auch um ein Vielfaches besser. Dieses ist mit Sicherheit rein subjektiv unsere Meinung wurde aber schon von vielen unserer Freunde und Bekannten ebenfalls bestätigt. Wir haben auf jeden Fall mit der Familie einen gelungenen Abend dort verbracht und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder.
