Vom Geschmack her wirklich sehr gut. Allerdings sind die Portionen meiner Meinung nach zu klein, besonders im Grillbereich. Wenn die Portionen größer wären, wäre es perfekt.

Das Essen war super lecker und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den engagierten Service. Die junge Dame war unglaublich aufmerksam. Man hatte das Gefühl, sie war gleichzeitig bei allen Tischen und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!

Ein charmantes, nostalgisches Restaurant, das jeden anspricht. Wer in den 90er-Jahren in der Türkei aufgewachsen ist, wird sich hier sicher wiedererkennen. Es war eines unserer Lieblingsrestaurants in Deutschland. Das Essen war durchweg köstlich, und auch die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten waren hervorragend. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Portionen waren großzügig und alles war perfekt gewürzt. Besonders toll fanden wir den freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service, wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und ideal für einen Familienbesuch. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😊🍽️🔥

Wir waren bei Közüm mit der ganzen Familie essen, insgesamt 17 Personen. Trotz der großen Gruppe war der Service durchgehend aufmerksam, gut organisiert und hatte jederzeit den Überblick – wirklich beeindruckend. Am Ende haben wir einen Grillteller gegessen: absolut empfehlenswert! Jedes Stück Fleisch war sehr lecker, perfekt gewürzt und wunderbar zart. Ein rundum gelungener Besuch – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Das Essen ist lecker. Es gibt eine kostenlose Vorspeise bei mehreren Personen und einen kleinen Salat zum Hauptgericht. Die Einrichtung könnte moderner sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Bei uns wurde ein Gericht vergessen, somit hatten wir eine längere Wartezeit. Der Chef hat sich persönlich entschuldigt und uns dieses Gericht nicht berechnet. Großes Lob dafür. Es gibt auch ausreichend vegetarische Gerichte. Auf der Homepage sind alle Gerichte aufgeführt. Die Preise sind wie vor 2 Jahren.

Die Häufigkeit und das Niveau der türkischen Restaurants in Ahlen ist ungwöhnlich hoch. Aber Közüm schlägt qualitativ alle. Allerdings auch im Preis, der auf diesem Level jedoch durchaus gerechtfertigt ist, zummal die Portionen m. E. groß ausfallen. Also klare Empfehlung (auch für Vegetarier). PS. : Frühe Gäste sollten bei niedrigen Außentemperaturen unbedingt eine Jacke mitbringen, da es dann auch im Gastraum (noch) sehr kühl sein kann.

Perfekte ambiente, etwas länger als üblich auf essen gewartet aber es hat sich für jeden bissen gelohnt; Die Bedienung ist super gewesen !

Ein wirklich gutes Lokal mit offener Küche / offenem Grill und leckerem Essen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis TOP und die Qualität ist echt stark. Man schmeckt, dass es keine TK Ware ist. Alles wird frisch zubereitet. Durch die offene Küche wo man den Grill (der mit Holzkohle befeuert wird) und den Ofen mit der Arbeitsplatte im Blick hat, sieht man auch was man bestellt. Ich habe mit Vorspeise ( Salat, Brot mit Dips), 0,5L Getränk, Hauptspeise und Absacker (Kaffee oder Schnaps) 23 Euro bezahlt. Also wirklich klasse.

Einfach ein tolles Restaurant. Essen sehr lecker und vielseitig, Mitarbeiter super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ambiente auch schön, man fühlt sich sehr wohl beim schlemmen mit Freunden oder Familie. Einziges Manko, Tische etwas klein und Parkplatzsituation etwas schwierig, sonst aber wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn man einmal dagewesen ist, besucht man es immer wieder mal.

5 stars are actually not enough! What kind of magical place is this?! Közüm is not just a restaurant - it is a culinary temple, a taste experience on another planet! As soon as I entered I was greeted with a smile so warm that I thought I had landed with my Turkish grandma (who I never had but now really want!). The food? Unbelievable! Every bite a poem. The meat was so tender it practically melted on the fork - I'm pretty sure it was angels who cooked this. The spices? A symphony! I felt like I was on a magic carpet through the streets of Istanbul. And the service? I felt more like a VIP at a luxury resort than at a regular restaurant. My glass was never empty, my plate was never dirty for long - they anticipate your every wish. If I could, I would eat here every day. I'm actually seriously considering living nearby just to become a regular. Thank you, Közüm, for this unforgettable experience. You have set the bar ridiculously high for all restaurants in the world.

I was a very spontaneous guest with my mother. We were offered a place straight away and the staff was very attentive. The appetizer exceeded our expectations. In the attractively presented main course, the well-doneness of the meat and shrimp was particularly noticeable. I would come back.

Restaurant with traditional Turkish cuisine. This includes braised dishes from the wood-fired oven as well as vegetable or meat specialties grilled over direct charcoal. Vegetarian dishes are part of the very good menu, alongside dishes with meat and vegetables in a small wok with a candle on the table as a plate. The service is great and is happy to help with the selection and is also happy to explain the preparation or origin. Highly recommended. Would love to come back. Ahlen has some positive surprises in store when it comes to restaurants.
