We ordered three times for 56 B and they gave us something else... After a long wait and they kept saying something else, we returned the food! Very unfriendly!

I stopped by today and tried some food, and it was good, but unfortunately the service was not good, the space was very cramped, and the light was so bright that it hurt my eyes and my wife's eyes.

There's a good selection of food, but the pho wasn't very good. The broth was bland, and the noodles were either too thick or cooked too long, so they were all clumpy and mushy. The portions were generous. The service was friendly, but they didn't accept credit cards. The restaurant is quite large, with plenty of seating, but the hard stools were uncomfortable. The music was sometimes pleasant, but sometimes too loud. The restaurant seemed to be lighting incense, which was a bit overpowering. There was a restroom, but it was very dim.

The food was delicious and arrived quickly, but the service was terrible. After that, no one paid us any attention – even though the interior was completely empty. Eight or nine employees stood around outside, playing with e-scooters, while our empty plates remained on the table for over 20 minutes. It's a shame, because the food has real potential, but the service still has a lot of room for improvement.

A nice menu selection with a lot of vegan options, competitive prices and very quick service. I was surprised at how large the portion was, and both stir-fry and lemongrass tea were very tasty. The atmosphere is somewhat noisy and cluttered, but it is outweighed by yummy food and friendly staff. Cash only.

Went here with my cousin while I was craving pho and tried the beef with meatballs. The broth lacked flavor and the meatballs weren’t quite what I expected, though my cousin still gave it a 6.5/10. I then ordered the coconut curry chicken and it was absolutely fantastic, rich and full of flavor. Big thanks to Hai for the great drink suggestions and the friendly, quick service. Overall, a nice spot with tasty options and warm hospitality.

Really nice Foods, but the person who took ordered, he was not really friendly, but he was new there because I am regular costumer, and I didn't saw him before. He should change his behavior at work. Will be good if the management talk with him

Me and my cousin came across this restaurant while I was really craving some pho. We tried the recommended pho with beef and meatballs. It looked nice, but I personally didn’t enjoy it, the broth was lacking flavor and the meatballs tasted more like veggie balls. My cousin finished hers and rated it a 6.5/10. So I ordered something else instead. That was coconut curry chicken, and that was absolutely delicious, so full of flavor! Big thanks to Hai for the great drink recommendations and the friendly service. Food came out quickly too. Overall, a nice spot for some good food and great service.

Very diverse, lots of dishes. If you book with a group, there's plenty to eat. It's delicious, and you'll definitely be full! 😊 Red Pandan is highly recommended as a drink!

Our favorite Vietnamese restaurants when we are in Berlin!

I wonder where such good reviews come from. I've ever had the worst Asian food here. The salad with beef strips consisted of a mountain of raw vegetables on very little meat in an artificial-tasting sauce. The soup consisted of vegetables and water with no flavor whatsoever. The beef strips with noodles also tasted extremely chemical, probably full of MSG. Very, very annoying! Horrible! I should mention that I'm quite familiar with this type of cuisine after years of living in Asia. What's served here looks really rich and delicious at first glance, but it's all just for show. STAY AWAY!

Great food – beautifully and aesthetically presented. The only downside is the music, which is far too loud, disrupting the otherwise cozy atmosphere and making it difficult to hold a conversation.

Heute waren wir mit meiner Mutter dort essen. Alle 3 Essen (sehr gute Portionen) sahen toll aus und haben lecker geschmeckt (vegan Hähnchen und Rind). Der freundliche Kellner, war der netteste, den wir in Berlin bisher hatten. Er hat das Essen erklärt & nachgefragt, ob es uns schmeckt und war total freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Vielen Dank! Eine gute Atmosphäre ! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We love Kotti Dang! They make their own tofu and noodles, and it's the best pho we've found in Berlin so far. Always plenty of fresh herbs, and no shortage of flavor on every dish. <3 We go there almost every week. Highly recommended!

Today was my fourth visit to this restaurant and I ordered Pho Bo Tai (P1). Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. The broth had hardly any flavor, was bland, and undersalted. I tried to salvage the dish with sriracha and the typical side dishes (lime, chili, etc.), but even the sriracha tasted strange, not at all like usual. The pickled onions also seemed old and more like they had been washed than pickled. Until now, I was convinced that this was the best pho in Berlin, partly because they usually serve lots of fresh side dishes. This experience was all the more surprising and disappointing. Perhaps the chicken broth is a better choice, but the problem with the sriracha and onions in particular irritates me a lot. I hope this was an exception and things will improve again.

The food was incredibly delicious. We ordered something without peanuts due to an allergy, and it still contained peanuts. We struggled to get a new version without them. After we returned the peanut dish, the service was very unfriendly. The restroom was also a mess.

Very unpleasant personnel policy. There was a misunderstanding with the order, and one of our meals arrived multiple times. The waiter absolutely refused to take it back to the kitchen because the staff would have had to pay for the meals themselves. He then wanted to give us a discount on the large amount of food on the table rather than report the error to the kitchen. It's perfectly normal in the restaurant industry for mistakes to happen, or for guests to return something. It's a shame that there are places that pass this risk, which is part of the hospitality industry, onto the staff. Not a good place.

The best asian fusion in the neighborhood. You can get delicious food with minimum wait. Friendly, tasty, abundance of hot sauces! The drinks could be stiffer, but hey, that's not too much of a blocker.

Thank you for your hospitality. The pho soup was delicious and authentic, with the quay (a type of baked dough stick). Above all, you can see how much effort went into the crystal-clear broth.

It’s fresh, which is lovely, but the soup/pho is completely bland and flavorless. The lotus salad (which has 3x chilis next to it on the menu) was not spicy at all. Service was just ok. The policy to not allow tap water at a sit down restaurant is dumb.

Es sólo dinero en efectivo y mi amigo y yo tuvimos suficiente para los platos. Pedimos agua del grifo y dijeron que NO. También eran un poco groseros. La comida es como cualquier otro vietnamita en la ciudad, así que elegiremos otro la próxima vez. En algunos países está prohibido negar el agua desde la guerra. Vietnam y Alemania, ambos pasaron por guerras, pero veo que aprendieron muy poco.

Not a single one of the seven people in the store speaks German. They don't serve tap water. An extra half lemon costs an extra €1. They pointed me to the menu, where extra rice and vegetables cost extra. When I asked to speak to someone who spoke German, I was told to wait. No one came. When paying, the issue was brought up again, and what the waiter had already said was confirmed. Never again.

The food tastes acceptable, but, like many Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin, it is far from authentic. The menu includes dishes like Teriyaki (Japanese) and a papaya salad that is much more closer to the Thai style than Vietnamese. Also, they do not provide tap water, which I find unreasonable.

+) went there again this month, quality dropped quite much. ordered the exact same meal as before, but thinner and tougher meat in pho, the amount of meat and base veggie/greens they give also reduced, and they missed the order details this time, so be extra careful if you have any allergies/dietary preferences. this would be my last visit unfortunately. super nice pho!! definitely coming back for more. cash only, card payment not accepted

Visited for the first time today and was disappointed by the vegan pho soup. It didn’t have taste or balance. Sour water with noodles. I couldn’t eat it. The service didn’t seem interested in receiving feedback so we asked to pack the soup for take away so we could fix it at home. On top of that the music played in the place was loud and annoying. Radio pop hits didn’t create an atmosphere that would make us come back.

Unfortunately disappointing – not a second time The store was empty, but the service was absolutely not attentive. I wanted to order something, the waiter looked at me and just kept walking - without a word. Something like that doesn't work at all. The food wasn't a highlight either - the rice in particular was totally soggy. I didn't eat the food because it was simply unappetizing, but I still paid full price. No questions asked if everything was OK - nothing. What made the whole thing even more awkward: two waiters stood together, looked over at us and laughed. We were two quiet, normal women - there was absolutely no reason to make fun of us. This behavior was just disrespectful and unprofessional. I definitely won't go there again.

The classical pho just tasted a bit like meat, but mainly watery and quite salty. I wanted to do a reclamation, but a group of male waiters pressured me to pay after taking the full soup away. They did not call the manger as I requested. I refused to pay, what I did not eat. They called me stupid and wanted me to call the police. It didn’t make a lot of sense but I wanted to know the police opinion. They told me to just leave. I left.

It has very delicious food, I ate shrimp noodles in a nice atmosphere, it was delicious, you have to pay with cash, they do not accept credit cards.

The pho is completely mediocre. It has no flavour. The menu claiming "rich broth" is completely false
