Kohldampf Hamburg in Hamburg

Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The “Smash Burgers” are anything but a Smash Burger, just thin patties like McDonald’s, and there was no “crust” to be seen. The meat itself wasn't really of good quality, it was dry, tough and sometimes looked gray and didn't have much taste or anything like that. Sauces weren't really convincing either. Phillips cheesesteak was ok but we wouldn't get it again. Really a shame for the money, the card makes a very good impression but unfortunately the implementation is not right front and back.

Not sure why they sell on leiferando under a different name. Maybe because it's known that Kohldampf sells horrible food. Last time I ate there I had food poisoning, unfortunately I did not realise this untill after doing a little research, while eating the very dissapointing burger. Do not eat her or under Smash it, there fake delivery name. You also try to cancel the order by calling the restaurant and they don't answer the phone EVER. Total scam.

Have ordered to be picked up. The vegan options are really tasty and there is a fantastic selection of sauces!

Two citizens ordered to be picked up today and were there on time, but unfortunately the food wasn't ready. It took almost 15 minutes until we received our order and one had the impression that orders for the delivery service were preferred. The citizens were OK but the quality doesn't go beyond OK. We deducted three stars for the delay, the mediocre citizens and the fact that the delivery driver blocked the entire walkway. We won't be coming back.

Went there because of a TikTok video. Unfortunately a wrong decision... The employees were nice but unfortunately that was the only positive thing. I was there with 4 friends and our food didn't come at the same time so everyone had to eat alone. Unfortunately, value for money isn't really there either. But the worst thing was the stomach pain and diarrhea a few hours later for me and two other colleagues... I don't recommend the store, but rather a kebab for half the price...

I think everyone should be familiar with Kohldampf, but here's my personal review! Super fresh, juicy meat, fast delivery, by far the best nuggets I've ever ordered and an incredible selection of different burger creations... simply 10/10 everyone should have eaten here!

Wasn't there, but the delivery times are underground. The delivery time was 1.5 hours. For a burger without Schi Schi with a very short delivery route. Sorry, I'll be out of there in the future ✨

Far too expensive, and this comment comes into play: inflation has also hit us, outrageous. It was clean and the food was tasty, but the colleague probably studied business administration and thinks that if I have cool names for the burgers, I can charge twice as much; In order for an adult man to be fed by his colleague, he has to pay at least €25. It's a shame because it's affecting ordinary citizens again; people with money don't eat there.

Ordered a special chicken patty (an extra beef patty came), my wife's patty wasn't cooked through (ordered it because she is pregnant), and the patties generally had cartilage. As you can see in the photo, we put €50 back into the bag and are still hungry...can't say anything positive here

The best burgers I've ever eaten

I was just rung from my bed just before midnight. Very aggressive. It rang at least three times. When I woke up and got up, all I saw was a coal steam driver standing in front of our door and reversing out of our street at high speed like a crazy person. I can't say anything about the food because I didn't order anything there. Nevertheless, as a family of four, we were rung out of bed at night by the driver. Not possible at all!!!!

First of all: I picked up the food there. Very small shop, 3 people cooking concentratedly. Only a few seats outside. Centrally located. I was served in a friendly manner and left quickly. I really liked the food and would love to come back.

Ordered food online. Fries completely cold and soggy. Cheese steak with chopped meat, mouthfeel was more reminiscent of minced meat. Definitely below average for the price. By the way, veggie fries with undeclared parmesan is a no-go Service 3 stars because the special requests to leave out products were fulfilled.

Unfortunately you can't sit inside anymore😞 (2024) Now I was finally there again and I didn't regret it. When I was there two days ago, I ate a smash burger with chili nuggets. Dear Mehran was very, very sweet and friendly. Me and my companion had our best meal in days! Gladly again!

Delicious burger and friendly staff

1-2 years ago the burgers were extremely tasty and had really good quality. Unfortunately there isn't much left of it now. Apart from the fact that something is now missing or incorrectly put together with every order, the quality is dangerous to health and complaints by email are simply not responded to. In the last order, all three burgers were delivered with partially raw minced patties.

Ate at Kohldampf for the first time today, unfortunately the many negative reviews here seem to agree. Had the classic burger, with fries with ketchup. Unfortunately, the ketchup with the fries was completely tasteless, worse than Heinz, and the burger was also pretty poor in taste. There was a piece of tomato and a quarter of an onion and a whole slice of pickle. There are quite a few local restaurants in Hamburg, the competition is quite high and you should work on the taste if you want to continue to have customers. So I prefer to continue going to burger specialists.

Unfortunately the burgers are not good. There's way too much sauce on it and the ingredients aren't really well thought out. There are whole, large mushrooms on the mushroom burger. The mouthfeel is therefore not good. In addition, the price is far too high in comparison. 2 years ago it was even better here. I no longer have any recommendations.

After 1.5 hours the delivery came, fries cold, burger cold to the wrong, both menus! Called, delivered again an hour later, fries cold, burger cold and wrong again! The taste?! Yes, you could taste the onions! Meat? Fart dry! Your answer?! Yes, it's Friday evening! No, sorry guys, it's not your first or last Friday, so you have to set yourself up differently or simply don't offer delivery for an hour or two! Simply sucks! Never again!

Lieferzeit von 25 Minuten ist super, wenn der Burger (11€!) dann trotzdem kalt ist, lag der vorher leider schon rum. Ist nicht das erste Mal, das mir das bei euch passiert ist, aber nun das letzte Mal.

Ich habe hier mehrer Jahre bestellt. Oft war die Bestellung falsch, aber der Burger überzeugte. Aber ab jetzt werde ich hier nicht mehr bestellen. Die letzten beiden Male haben wir Burger vorbestellt. Diese kamen dann am Ende 45min später und kalt an. Burgerbrötchen hart und trocken, fast genau wie das Fleisch, dass garantiert schon etwas länger lag. Wir haben uns darüber beschwert, sollten das Geld wiederbekommen, aber nichts... Auch auf eine Mail würde nicht reagiert. Seit dem man über Uber bestellen kann, ist es wirklich schlimm geworden. Früher mein Lieblings Burger Laden, ab jetzt eine red flag. Schade!

Meine Kohldampf-Geschichte: Vor einigen Jahren erzählte mir ein Freund vom Kohldampf. Burger fand ich nie sonderlich interessant, aber dieser hatte mich umgehauen. Es schmeckte einfach besser. Das Patty war saftig und auf den Punkt gebraten, die Saucen nicht 08/15, selbst das Brötchen hatte etwas Besonderes. Ich teilte meine neue Food-Offenbarung mit anderen Freunden und jedes Mal bestätigten alle, dass es sich um ein absolutes Schmecktakel handelte. Irgendwann wurde das Liefergebiet eingeschränkt und zu mir wurde fortan nicht geliefert. Das ist natürlich kein Grund, etwas Gutes aufzugeben und so traf ich mich eben mit Freunden im Liefergebiet, um weiterhin Kohldampf-Burger zu essen. Was soll ich sagen, seit geraumer Zeit ruht man sich dort entweder auf dem Erfolg aus bzw. kann oder will man die Qualität nicht aufrecht erhalten. Als Fan und bis dato treue Kundin schreibe ich diese Bewertung ebensowenig leichtfertig, wie meine Burger-Freunde und ich nach dem letzten Kohldampf-Desaster entschieden, ab jetzt unsere Burger anderswo zu essen. Jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben, klar. Aber da es dort nun zur Regel geworden ist, dass die Pattys trocken, steinhart und todgekocht sind, die Speisen lieblos zusammengeworfen werden und das Essen grundsätzlich kalt ankommt, bleibt keine andere Wahl. Wenn 2 Burger und eine mickrige Portion Pommes 30€ kosten, kann man erwarten, dass es besser schmeckt, als in einer x-beliebigen Fast Food Bude. Hier muss ich sagen: dann doch lieber Burger King. Schade.

Ich habe wirklich gerne dort bestellt, aber die Burger haben leider echt nach gelassen. Entweder ist das Fleisch verbrannt und trocken oder noch roh. Was für den Preis schon echt unverschämt ist. Die Beilagen und Sandwiches hingegen sind gut.

Wir hatten Currywurst Pommes und mussten warten weil offensichtlich viele Lieferservice - Bestellungen abgearbeitet werden mussten. Die Wurst war nur lauwarm, die Currysauce eher unterdurchschnittlich und die Pommes nicht so toll... Trotzdem nette Menschen aber dieses Gericht hat uns enttäuscht

Einmal vor Ort gewesen und heute zum ersten Mal über Lieferando bestellt. Lieferando hat leider was länger gebraucht als angegeben. Trotzdem haben die bestellten Burger sehr gut geschmeckt, wobei direkt frisch vor Ort einfach am besten ist.

Hab den Laden von Freunden empfohlen bekommen und war auf den ersten Blick skeptisch aber ich muss sagen…hervorragende Erfahrung gemacht. Die Burger waren einfach nur lecker und die Sandwiches kannte ich so nicht und muss sagen…absolute Empfehlung an dieser Stelle. Weiter so.

Ich war auf einem Kurz Trip in HH und bin bei der Suche nach einem Burger Laden hier aufgrund der guten Bewertungen fündig geworden. Die Bedienung war super nett. Der Burger war geschmacklich okay und leider keine Rakete. Die untere Hälfte des Bun war komplett matschig. Die Pommes waren super, die selbstgemachte Mayo leider nicht nach meinem Geschmack. Burger, Pommes, Mayo, 1 Bier waren mit Trinkgeld 20€. Was mir leider noch aufgefallen ist sind die Fahrer. Einer hat beim einparken dem Bus die Vorfahrt genommen. Ein anderer beim einparken ein Fahrrad fahrendes Kind scheinbar nicht beachtet, sodass die Mutter auf der Straße anhalten musste. Es ist eng auf den Straßen und das verstehe ich. Aber rücksichtsvolll sieht leider ganz anders aus.

Mega leckeres Essen, zum Mittag kommen gerne her.

Sechs Sterne!!! Die originalstein Burger der Stadt, mein Favorite der Chily Cheese, um die Cheese Sauce und die Guacamole muss ich regelmäßig mit meiner Freundin kämpfen um was abzubekommen...leider habt ihr die Süßkartoffel Pommes raus genommen, deswegen ein Stern Abzug 😄 P.S. könnt ihr nicht vielleicht in einen etwas größeren Laden ziehen, vielleicht Barmbek Nord, Fuhle oder so😋

Haben online bei Kohldampf Burger Menüs bestellt. Diese kamen sehr schnell was uns natürlich sehr gefallen hat. Leider war der Burger(bausatz) beim Transport nicht beieinander geblieben. Zudem waren unsere Pattys hart und trocken, bei meinem Burger fehlte der Käse und sonderlich gut geschmacklich abgerundet war der Burger ebenfalls nicht. Alles in allem haben wir knapp 40€ bezahlt und dafür nicht wirklich viel bekommen. Lediglich die Pommes waren gut.

Die haben das beste aus ihrem Laden gemacht, schmeckt super und sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Empfang.

Super lecker. Nette Leute, gutes Essen. Es lohnt sich, dort vorbei zu gehen. Nur schade, dass es recht klein ist und man nur draußen an Bierbänken essen kann.

Als nach über einer Stunde die Lieferung immer noch nicht geliefert war, habe ich telefonisch nach dem Verbleib nachgefragt. Mir teilte ein völlig überforderter junger Mann mit, dass es technische Probleme gäbe und die Bestellung noch nicht bearbeitet wäre. Ich habe ihn darauf hin gebeten die Bestellung zu stornieren, da wir nicht noch länger auf unser Essen warten wollten. Um kurz vor 21:00 Uhr, also über zwei Stunden später klingelte es an unserer Tür und man wollte uns das bereits stornierte Essen liefern. Dem Boten teilte ich mit, dass wir die Bstetellung vor einer Stunde stornierte hätten und wir diese nicht annehmen würden. Darauf hin habe ich nochmal bei Kohldampf angerufen um zu fragen was das nun sollte. Ich hatte wieder den überforderten Mann am Telefon, der mir dieselben Story von der defekten Friteuse und den technischen Problemen erzählen wollte. Auf meine Frage warum er meine Bestellung vor über einer Stunde nicht storniert hätte, antwortete er mit Ausreden, anstatt sich zu entschuldigen. Die angegebene Lieferzeit war 30 Minuten. Bis9waren wir eigentlich immer zufrieden, aber seit heute sind wir ernüchtert. Schade!
