I ordered and picked my food up in the store. The guy at the register was super friendly and ilI didnt have to wait. The food was amazing...i decided to eat right there and it was a great mix of all a burger needs. Appreciate it guys

I ordered today for the first time, and probably the last time too. The supplier was very taciturn (but doesn't get paid for speaking) The burger was very disappointing, the patti was very dry and so firm that you felt like you were chewing on rubber. The rest was thrown very “carelessly” into the box, half of which was missing under Bun. Only the fries were OK. Delivery time as announced, therefore still 3 stars for service

Never order on a Sunday evening. My food didn't arrive until a whopping three hours later and was cold. The smash burgers were even discounted not worth their price. The nachos are 80% completely crumbled and not really that great and at €11 with dip they are also grossly overpriced. Here you can get the same quality for cheaper at Mecces.

Ordered almost 2 hours ago, it was stated half an hour. So far so good. If someone would at least answer the phone so that you know whether the food is still coming today or whether you can order somewhere else, it would be really helpful. But that didn't happen despite countless attempts.

Food arrived cold after 3 hours (was delivered internally…). Nobody answers the phone. Very bad service!

Disappointing. I collected it on time but burgers were cold, the mushrooms we ordered were not there, and no barbecue sauce either.

Unfortunately my order today was disappointing. I had ordered two double smash burgers with fries and dip - only the burgers were delivered, the fries and the dip were completely missing. The burgers themselves were rather mediocre: the meat was dry and the overall taste was not convincing. For the price I expected much more. Gets worse from time to time. I was actually always happy, but the last 3 orders got worse and worse, this time the burger was full of ketchup and there were easily 10 pickles inside and that's not what I was familiar with from Kohldampf, so I won't be ordering from you anymore. I've always ordered through Lieferando but now I feel like I've been ripped off

Ordered there for the first time and always from now on! Really delicious burgers! In addition to the burgers, we absolutely recommend the Chilli Cheese Nuggets, which are served with a warm cheese sauce. The Nimmersatt Burger was great too! I didn't think that burgers you could order could taste so good.

Here the boss himself prepares everything to perfection. At Kohldampf you can find fresh ingredients & buns, homemade sauces, cool creations and fair prices 🤤 Now if you're feeling fancy, do yourself a favor and check out their website. The prices there are cheaper than at Lieferando, for example 🤫 and there are many promotions so you can save even more.

Food delicious. I eat burgers very regularly and this was definitely top 3. I had the Smash Burger Double. Fries also extremely good! Very crispy, good choice of sauces, everything!

The food was very good, since we could only sit outside and it was the coldest day of the week, the visit was only half as nice. There were blankets on the benches to avoid sitting on the cold wood. On another day the experience will probably be even better.

Such a beautiful place, from the decoration to the dishes to the food, everything was perfect :) You just feel comfortable and it was delicious too. The service was very exemplary and friendly and thank you for the decorated table for your birthday, that was a nice surprise and, especially in this day and age, something that is forgotten. Fries were tasty, the burger (cheeseburger) was a lot apart with the fries being too stingy but was ok for the night if you can't go to burger heroes

The worst smashburger I've ever ordered through Lieferando. Arrived cold, ordered menu. But doesn't get a drink. Fries were already cold and soggy. They cannot be reached by phone!

Eating is not recommended. Ordered 2 burgers + (cheese-chicken) fries via Lieferando today. The burgers were bland and not very tasteful. The fries (looks like the cheapest standard product) were soggy and not really edible. The separately wrapped chicken with mushrooms and the separate cheese that came with it were not to our taste at all and definitely not worth €11. Everything except the burgers was almost cold, even though the delivery only took about 30 minutes. The delivery driver was nice. The (normal) prices are definitely completely excessive.

Food was good, but the atmosphere for eating on site is rather uncomfortable in winter

We ordered and the delivery didn't arrive correctly, the additional products were mixed up and the burger was simply not tasty.

We ordered an hour in advance and the food should be ready for pickup at 7 p.m. We were there on time, no apologies, no accomodation, that's just the way it is, it's not ready and it takes time. At the end of the song, we waited 20 minutes for food in the cold. Not good service but the food was ok.

Order was a complete disaster!!!! I first ordered through Lieferando. According to Lieferando, the order was placed and I received an order number. When I still had no food after 1.5 hours, I contacted Kohldampf. They didn't receive my order. So I ordered again and waited again for over an hour, which in itself was okay for me. But the food was a complete disaster. The burger was just mush. The Pettis were rock hard. The chicken wings I ordered were just drumsticks and there were no wings. I advise everyone not to order from this store. I was staying in a hotel and was actually happy about my dinner.

Best delivery service in the east of Hamburg

Ordered on a Monday evening. Took 70 minutes even though I live 5 minutes away by car. After 60 minutes I asked and expressed my concern that it might arrive cold. I was assured it would be warm. The fries had to go back into the air fryer and the sandwich had to go back into the oven. It definitely wasn't warm. Delicious, yes. But only because I warmed it up again myself. 70 minutes on a Monday is just way too long. Too bad!

Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The “Smash Burgers” are anything but a Smash Burger, just thin patties like McDonald’s, and there was no “crust” to be seen. The meat itself wasn't really of good quality, it was dry, tough and sometimes looked gray and didn't have much taste or anything like that. Sauces weren't really convincing either. Phillips cheesesteak was ok but we wouldn't get it again. Really a shame for the money, the card makes a very good impression but unfortunately the implementation is not right front and back.

Patty completely over peppered and rolls soggy

Not sure why they sell on leiferando under a different name. Maybe because it's known that Kohldampf sells horrible food. Last time I ate there I had food poisoning, unfortunately I did not realise this untill after doing a little research, while eating the very dissapointing burger. Do not eat her or under Smash it, there fake delivery name. You also try to cancel the order by calling the restaurant and they don't answer the phone EVER. Total scam.

Have ordered to be picked up. The vegan options are really tasty and there is a fantastic selection of sauces!

Two citizens ordered to be picked up today and were there on time, but unfortunately the food wasn't ready. It took almost 15 minutes until we received our order and one had the impression that orders for the delivery service were preferred. The citizens were OK but the quality doesn't go beyond OK. We deducted three stars for the delay, the mediocre citizens and the fact that the delivery driver blocked the entire walkway. We won't be coming back.

Went there because of a TikTok video. Unfortunately a wrong decision... The employees were nice but unfortunately that was the only positive thing. I was there with 4 friends and our food didn't come at the same time so everyone had to eat alone. Unfortunately, value for money isn't really there either. But the worst thing was the stomach pain and diarrhea a few hours later for me and two other colleagues... I don't recommend the store, but rather a kebab for half the price...

Wasn't there, but the delivery times are underground. The delivery time was 1.5 hours. For a burger without Schi Schi with a very short delivery route. Sorry, I'll be out of there in the future ✨

I think everyone should be familiar with Kohldampf, but here's my personal review! Super fresh, juicy meat, fast delivery, by far the best nuggets I've ever ordered and an incredible selection of different burger creations... simply 10/10 everyone should have eaten here!

Far too expensive, and this comment comes into play: inflation has also hit us, outrageous. It was clean and the food was tasty, but the colleague probably studied business administration and thinks that if I have cool names for the burgers, I can charge twice as much; In order for an adult man to be fed by his colleague, he has to pay at least €25. It's a shame because it's affecting ordinary citizens again; people with money don't eat there.

The best burgers I've ever eaten

Ordered a special chicken patty (an extra beef patty came), my wife's patty wasn't cooked through (ordered it because she is pregnant), and the patties generally had cartilage. As you can see in the photo, we put €50 back into the bag and are still hungry...can't say anything positive here

Super tasty, super cheap and pick-up time is always on top!

I was just rung from my bed just before midnight. Very aggressive. It rang at least three times. When I woke up and got up, all I saw was a coal steam driver standing in front of our door and reversing out of our street at high speed like a crazy person. I can't say anything about the food because I didn't order anything there. Nevertheless, as a family of four, we were rung out of bed at night by the driver. Not possible at all!!!!

First of all: I picked up the food there. Very small shop, 3 people cooking concentratedly. Only a few seats outside. Centrally located. I was served in a friendly manner and left quickly. I really liked the food and would love to come back.

Ordered food online. Fries completely cold and soggy. Cheese steak with chopped meat, mouthfeel was more reminiscent of minced meat. Definitely below average for the price. By the way, veggie fries with undeclared parmesan is a no-go Service 3 stars because the special requests to leave out products were fulfilled.

Unfortunately you can't sit inside anymore😞 (2024) Now I was finally there again and I didn't regret it. When I was there two days ago, I ate a smash burger with chili nuggets. Dear Mehran was very, very sweet and friendly. Me and my companion had our best meal in days! Gladly again!

Delicious burger and friendly staff

1-2 years ago the burgers were extremely tasty and had really good quality. Unfortunately there isn't much left of it now. Apart from the fact that something is now missing or incorrectly put together with every order, the quality is dangerous to health and complaints by email are simply not responded to. In the last order, all three burgers were delivered with partially raw minced patties.

Ate at Kohldampf for the first time today, unfortunately the many negative reviews here seem to agree. Had the classic burger, with fries with ketchup. Unfortunately, the ketchup with the fries was completely tasteless, worse than Heinz, and the burger was also pretty poor in taste. There was a piece of tomato and a quarter of an onion and a whole slice of pickle. There are quite a few local restaurants in Hamburg, the competition is quite high and you should work on the taste if you want to continue to have customers. So I prefer to continue going to burger specialists.

I ordered from you yesterday via Uber Eats. My girlfriend and I both got food poisoning. Please check your minced meat again. I have a stomach ache for the next few days because of you. The reason I'm sure the food poisoning came from you is because we hadn't eaten it in 9 hours...

Unfortunately the burgers are not good. There's way too much sauce on it and the ingredients aren't really well thought out. There are whole, large mushrooms on the mushroom burger. The mouthfeel is therefore not good. In addition, the price is far too high in comparison. 2 years ago it was even better here. I no longer have any recommendations.

After 1.5 hours the delivery came, fries cold, burger cold to the wrong, both menus! Called, delivered again an hour later, fries cold, burger cold and wrong again! The taste?! Yes, you could taste the onions! Meat? Fart dry! Your answer?! Yes, it's Friday evening! No, sorry guys, it's not your first or last Friday, so you have to set yourself up differently or simply don't offer delivery for an hour or two! Simply sucks! Never again!

Prices on the menu completely different than now. Please adjust the prices.. Food was ok, but expected more. Unfortunately the salad was a disappointment.
