Fantastisches Essen und toller Service! Ich bin absolut begeistert von Köfteci Özen. Das Grillfleisch ist perfekt gewürzt und kommt super saftig vom Rost. Die Atmosphäre ist herzlich und der kostenlose Tee während der Wartezeit ist eine wunderschöne Geste, die man heute kaum noch findet. ​Ein riesiger Pluspunkt sind auch die extrem langen Öffnungszeiten bis 4 Uhr morgens – der perfekte Rettungsanker, wenn man nachts noch richtig gutes, frisches Essen sucht. Absolut empfehlenswert, ich komme definitiv wieder!

Erst mit Handschuhen den Salat geschnitten, dann mit den selben Handschuhen abkassiert und dann damit wieder das Essen zubereitet. Das Personal darauf angesprochen, doch es wurde nur gelacht und gemeint, er hätte dafür keine Zeit. Auch das putzen mit Glasreiniger während das Essen in der Auslage liegt kann ich nur bestätigen. Zum letzten Mal dort gewesen und dass obwohl der köfte einer der besten ist. Schade

Ich hatte den Adana-Kebab. Das Essen war nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes. Service war freundlich und schnell, obwohl es recht voll war. Man kriegt einen gratis Ayran für eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung, ich glaube daher kommen die vielen guten Bewertungen.

Das Fleisch ist gut, aber bestellt bloß kein Fladenbrot, das ist fertig. Sie haben eine Gratis-Ayran-Aktion für alle, die 5 Sterne vergeben; die Bewertung des Ladens ist also nicht authentisch. Angesichts der Bewertung hatte ich ein fantastisches Restaurant erwartet, wurde aber leider enttäuscht.

Das Essen ist köstlich und frisch.

Das Restaurantpersonal ist zuvorkommend und der Service sehr gut. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen ❤️

There were two of us. The lentil soup was watery and tasteless, as if it were days old and had been topped up with water. The köfte baguette looked delicious at first, although we checked several times to make sure the meat was cooked through. The portion was large, but the taste was just so-so – I've felt a bit nauseous ever since. The service was very uninterested and the staff seemed to be in a bad mood. This was reflected in the food. You're better off going west for a decent köfte baguette.

Great Linsensuppe served with pickled pepper, ruccola and radish, great Adana, free tea, home made ayran - all perfect!

I placed an order: a mixed plate with rice, but I received it with potatoes. When I called the restaurant, they told me there was nothing they could do for me, and the employee simply hung up, even though I'm a regular customer. That was the last time – I'll never order from there again. 👎🏻

I ordered the mixed grill tonight. The guy taking the order didn't do anything I asked him to do. They just said, "Okay, okay," and brushed it off. This has been the last time this has happened, and I will definitely never order anything from here again. They charge 22 Euros for a mixed grill, and the service is zero. And this time, they even forgot to add meatballs to the mixed grill. Some Adana chicken, two chicken wings, some shish kebab... This price for this service, this plate, is disgraceful.

Excellent food, but very long wait time

The day shift guy is rude, the drink prices are wrong, and they overcharge at the cash register. There's absolutely no friendly chef. Definitely a place only people who are drunk and don't remember anything the next morning should go to.

Super delicious. I've always been looking for something like this. This place is truly a dream.

Very tasty and, above all, incredibly friendly. I was there 10 minutes ago. Because I was in a hurry, I accidentally spilled a whole cup of ayran. It spilled all over two tables and onto the floor. The employee/owner cleaned it all up himself, even though I kept saying I could do it myself, and he wasn't at all annoyed. And then he even refilled the delicious fresh ayran. It's rare, especially in Berlin :)

I've been a regular customer at this place for a very long time and haven't been there for two months. I decided to eat there again, which was a mistake. The food itself was delicious as always, but the prices are outrageous. I got a lamb skewer plate and asked for a single Adana skewer to go with it. In the end, I was charged €6 for the single skewer. When I left, I realized that I didn't even get any sauce for the €24 I paid. Mistakes are human, but at such a high price, this shouldn't happen, and to top it off, the staff is always rude and unfriendly!!! I'll be avoiding this place in the future.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this shop. We ordered from here today via Wolt and weren't satisfied. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio isn't good. We had Adana and kofte in bread with fries. The bread and fries were soggy and not to my taste. I don't think the price is justified for this quality.

I ordered fries today because I work in a bar and was extremely hungry. Unfortunately, the fries maker mixed them with cold, old fries. It didn't taste good and I won't go there anymore.

I ordered yesterday via Uber Eats and was initially satisfied. It wasn't cooked all the way through, but I cooked it again. At first, it didn't taste bad—in fact, it was quite delicious. Last night, I discovered I had food poisoning, and I'm pregnant on top of that. I rarely write bad reviews—maybe I was just unlucky, but this was incredibly unfortunate. It's a real shame...

Because they were out of döner kebab and I didn't want to eat bread, I ordered a meatball box. The order took ages to prepare. The meatballs were delicious, but the salad was lacking in variety, with only one tomato in the filling.

Just had a hair in the food and got spoiled Ayran

The sandwiches were okay, but the ingredients were old and we felt sick the whole day after eating the köfte sandwiches. Also, the meat was dry and the ratio of meat to veggies to source to ban was unequal

You order and you don't get any sauce. You have to order bread separately and everything is careless and there is no number where you can call. Everything is done with the utmost carelessness.

To put it briefly, the shop has everything. From kunefe to ayran to kofte sandwiches – everything is top-notch. The prices are completely fair, and the taste is definitely one of my favorite spots.

My favorite place for fast food. Adana and kofte are crazy delicious. I ate and ordered more than 100 times from here.

I would say this is the best köfte shop in the area. The food is very tasty, be it ardana, cig köfte or the regular köfte, plus they have homemade ayran and the staff is also very friendly.

The place is sour and everything is in order. But my dürüm didn't have enough sauce, and when I said no tomatoes or onions, the man didn't give me any more salad, and the halloumi wasn't cooked properly. Sincerely

The kofta sandwich was to die for! The meat is perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection - juicy, aromatic and with a great smoky note. The bread was fresh, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the side dishes (onions, lettuce, tomatoes & the homemade sauce) rounded it off perfectly. You can taste that the work here is done with love and quality. Clear recommendation – I’ll definitely be back!

Really nice guys there, and the Köfte and Adana are upper Kreuzberg/Wedding/Moabit quality. It's really good that there's something like that in Friedrichshain now, too.

I had a problem with uber eats, so I went to this shop to explain the situation. Everybody there was so understanding and helpful. After the resolution of the problem caused by uber eats, I have eaten a delicious Köfte im Brot accompanied by a friendly conversation with the employees. Great food, great service and even better people. Definitely suggest it. Thank you all.

It is a very nice place, the food is incredible, they serve customers very well. The employees work very well. The prices are very affordable, I recommend it to everyone.

Food is fresh and the portions are big. Price value is top. lots of variety (vegetarien options can be found). Comfortable seating area both inside and outside for eating. The team works hard and always helpful.

This restaurant/snack bar was recommended to me by my friend and I have to say, wow ➡️ 10/10!🙌🏻 Starting with the super nice, friendly service, the super fluffy bread, to the juicy and absolutely tasty Köfteci, a dream! From the outside the store looks a bit inconspicuous, but the reviews speak for themselves. You simply have to try it when you are in Berlin. The prices are fair and portions are good. If you don't eat here, you're missing out.

Dinner was excellent, and quite cheap. Chef Abdullah, who worked at night, helped me a lot. Thank you 💫💫💫💫💫

Delicious sheep's head soup, good vegan kebab

My God…. How good are these kofta please?! Incredibly airy, delicate and soft kofta. Perfectly seasoned! The bread is also nicely toasted over the grill and absorbs the intense flavors again. This kofta sandwich is really a short vacation to Turkey. Super delicious! And there is delicious tea while you wait. New regular restaurant

Very authentic Turkish cuisine. Taste 10/10 Prices are not cheap, but still fair. Free Cay makes up for it. I can only recommend it!

I ordered an adana with just onions. An adana with salad arrived complete. When I called there, they didn't understand German at first. I was passed on to a man who introduced himself as “hi there.” When I explained the problem to him he simply hung up. So disrespectful and unreasonable. They don't deserve guests. I'll never order here again!

I was hungry, so I just popped in and was surprised. It's not your typical kebab shop. There are specialties here. Every meal is prepared straight away, so please allow 10 minutes. The Köfte Sandwish was very good. Was served great grilled.

I ordered two kebabs (in the app), when I arrived, I asked about my order, then I was told that they didn't have an order in the cash register, and they didn't give us any money back, so we left. And what's more interesting that in 2 HOURS they sent message that my order is already to be picked up

I recently visited this Restaurant and was disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, lacking basic communication skills. They didn't make an effort to be polite or helpful, making the dining experience unpleasant.

I don't understand how this store can have 4.4 stars. I ordered a Köfte Dürüm and it was average at best. The bread used for the Dürüm feels like some kind of wheat tortilla from Edeka/Kaufland. Taste and authenticity equal to 0. People who have no idea about Turkish kofta or are simply drunk and need something quick to eat would go there and give the place 4+ stars. So guys, don't get me wrong, props for your effort, but please put 2-3€ more into the bread and get yourself a decent Lavaş or any Dürüm bread from the wholesaler. 10€ for Dürüm and Ayran really hurt.

Great kofta! And that in Friedrichshain! Everything is fresh, clean, the guys are very nice and make really tasty koftas. The rest of the display also looked very good. Recommendation! As a 10245er you can now save yourself the trip to Kreuzberg if you are hungry for kofta or Adana. But I would eat falafel somewhere else. 😉 PS: there is also lamb's head soup here. We will be back!

The Dürüm was lean. The taste is ok, but as soon as you can grab it with one hand, you'll know.
