We visited the restaurant on June 29, 2013 in the evening with 4 people. The service was very attentive - although only two other tables were occupied. About the dishes: The fish soup (Soupe de Poisson) was finely balanced and kept light. The ladies really enjoyed the bruschettas. However, the homemade crab salad suffered from being served far too cold. Of the main courses, only the well-crisp fried pike-perch fillet was praised. With the leaf salad with turkey breast, two pieces of hard-boiled chicken egg were served without comment instead of the promised quail eggs. When ordering, no one asked about the dressing, there was simply balsamic vinegar, which didn't bother the guest at this point because he would have ordered balsamic anyway. However, the pasta with salmon and truffles seems to come from a “fat over everything” cuisine that was long thought to have been overcome. The fat served here doesn't have much in common with Mediterranean lightness. In short, something still needs to be done to live up to the self-imposed slogan “simply eat better”. If I ticked "good" at this point, that means: but it can be much better if you want to have regular customers and not just overnight customers.
