King shawarma in Leipzig

We have stayed at Felix repeatedly. Nice hotel, spacious XL suite, central location. Breakfast great, very good coffee, great selection of food. Unfortunately, the egg dishes were repeatedly too cold, and the dining room was very full and therefore noisy. However, there are alternative rooms, which are only furnished in a spartan manner. Unfortunately, what was very negative was that we, as external overnight guests, had no access to the bar on one evening, nor were we able to take drinks with us due to a closed event. You should receive information about booking or at the latest when checking in!

Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell in the restaurant. The service wasn't very friendly, so we felt slightly uncomfortable after ordering. The quality of the food was simply not good. You could eat it, but the vegetables were barely cooked through and were still very hard. The sauce was rather tasteless. The entire dish looked as if it had been unkindly dumped onto one of the old, scratched plates. It left us full, but next time I would definitely go to another snack bar.

A really, really good restaurant with really, really good food! There's little to complain about! The waiter was super nice and friendly, and the welcome from the boss was also really nice. The food and drinks were great. I only imagined the goat cheese to be different (but that's a matter of taste)! I would recommend it to everyone!

👎👎👎We have eaten at Sushi Huyli or ordered takeaway several times in the last 3 years because we were completely satisfied. What I got on the table there today honestly shocked me. Ramen was a cloudy broth with no distinct taste. Meat dishes are now only available with chicken, otherwise the menu says vegan duck and other I WANT meat dishes... the menu, by the way, is written in such bad German that it hurts your eyes. The chicken meat in the pictures on the menu is shown beautifully crispy and breaded. On the plate (max. 4 pieces) we found a few cooked slices of chicken breast. Bad. The vegetables were even worse - not fresh, as we are used to, but a frozen mixture made warm in the sauce. Conclusion: We should have noticed that something was wrong, as all the restaurants around were full and all the tables at Sushi Huyli were empty. It was probably our last visit there. 👎

After an Easter walk, a table and additional chairs were easily set up, service was warm and friendly. Thank you, we'll be back!!
