Kimchi Heim in Berlin

War diese Woche spät um 21:00 Uhr nach der Fahrt noch essen, war kein Problem. Die sehr sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter haben mich gleich auf den ausgegangenen Reis hingewiesen und mir kulante Alternativen vorgeschlagen. Das Gericht, das ich hatte, war der absolute Hammer. Wenn ich in Berlin bin, möchte ich sehr gerne wieder dort essen gehen! Top!

Ich liebe das Kimchi Heim einfach. Jedes Mal, wenn ich dort bin, fühle ich mich ein bisschen wie zu Hause. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass ich selbst in einem Restaurant aufgewachsen bin. Als Kind war das nicht immer einfach, aber heute verbinde ich damit viele schöne Erinnerungen an die Gespräche und die Begegnungen mit den Gästen. Es ist fast so, als würde ich im Kimchi Heim für einen Moment in meine Kindheit zurückreisen. Obwohl ich dort nur ein Gast bin wie jeder andere, fühle ich mich immer willkommen und sehr wohl. Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker, das Restaurant ist mit charmant eingerichtet und selbst die Speisekarte mit ihren kleinen, liebenswerten Rechtschreib- und Grammatikfehlern trägt zu dieser besonderen Atmosphäre bei. Besonders liebe ich auch die verschiedenen Teesorten. Es gibt u.a. Quittentee, Pflaumentee und Yuzutee. Nochmal zusätzliches Comfort Food in Getränkeform! Das Kimchi Heim gehört definitiv zu meinen Lieblingsrestaurants. Mein einziges kleines Manko ist die Lage: Ich brauche fast eine Stunde, um dorthin zu kommen. Natürlich wäre es schön, wenn es etwas zentraler liegen würde, aber der Weg lohnt sich jedes Mal. Umso mehr freue ich mich, dass das Kimchi Heim die schwierige Corona-Zeit überstanden hat. Ich wünsche der Familie und dem gesamten Team von Herzen, dass sie weiterhin erfolgreich sind, trotz des vielen Stresses, den ein Restaurantbetrieb mit sich bringen kann. Ich hoffe, dass es dieses wunderbare Restaurant noch sehr lange geben wird, nicht nur für mich, sondern auch für die vielen Stammgäste, die es genauso schätzen wie ich 🤍 Vielen Dank 🤍

Dieses kleine koreanische Restaurant haben wir eher zufällig entdeckt und seitdem kommen wir immer wieder gerne hierher. Das Essen ist authentisch, frisch und unglaublich lecker. Auch der Service ist stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Absolute Empfehlung, wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal! 😋

Super sympathischer kleiner Laden mit authentischer koreanischer Küche und absolut fairen Preisen. Wer koreanisch mag, macht hier garantiert nichts falsch. Ich habe das Buldak probiert und extra scharf bestellt - war es dann auch, aber nicht durch eine größere Menge Gochugaru (koreanisches Chilipulver, das im Übermaß das Aroma eines Gerichts arg beeinflussen kann), sondern gekonnt mit abgefahrenen (vielleicht eingelegten?) Chilis "enhanced". Anbei gab's Gamja Jorim und Kimchi als Banchan (kor. Beilage), einen Tee aufs Haus und ich war satt und zufrieden. Ehrliche, schöne, simple Küche auf den Punkt. Top. Komme wieder.

Es war ein fantastisches Erlebnis.

Drei Besuche in den letzten sechs Wochen haben sich wirklich gelohnt. Wir kennen jetzt einiges aus der Speisekarte, und alles war sehr lecker zubereitet. Der Service in diesem kleinen Familienrestaurant ist hervorragend, aufmerksam und unaufdringlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Speisekarten, die sollten mal erneuert werden. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Extrawünsche werden mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Das Ambiente ist vielleicht nicht für Jeden was, erinnert mich aber sehr an diese typischen, kleinen Restaurants in Busan. Etwas schlicht, aber gemütlich. Die Vorspeisen machen Appetit auf mehr. Das Bibimbap schmeckt wirklich authentisch. Dazu dann ein paar Side Dishes und für mich ein Milki-Getränk und ich fühlte mich zurückversetzt in meine kurze, aber intensive Zeit in Busan & Seoul. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder! Gomapseumnida! 🥰

Ein tolles Restaurant! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war heiß und köstlich. Das Kimchi war hervorragend, weder zu salzig noch zu scharf. Perfekt ausbalanciert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir hatten Kimchi, Buldak und Suppe.

Meine Freunde und ich sind hier spontan essen gegangen und wir fanden es super. Es war ruhig und das Essen super frisch und warm. An sich hab ich erwartet, dass es lange dauert bis das Essen kommt, aber die waren super schnell! An sich habe ich auch nichts schlechtes zu sagen also würde ich fünf Sterne geben.

Koreanische Küche in sehr freundlicher Atmosphäre. Frische Zutaten, herzhafte Zubereitung, hübsch angerichtet, und es gibt sinnvolle Tipps, wie man die leckeren Speisen am besten genießt. Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung ist absolut fair. Die Varianten im heißen Topf sind ein besonders empfehlenswertes Erlebnis.

Irgendwie hatte ich mir mehr erhofft, bei den guten Bewertungen. Der Service war unbeholfen, das Fleisch vom Bibimbap Bulgogi krümelig unf geschmacklos und die Schüssel trotz Aufpreis nicht wirklich heiß, sodass nicht die typische Reiskruste entstehen konnte. Schade.

Top. Eines der besten koreanischen restaurants von Berlin. Service ist freundlich, das Essen lecker und vielseitig und das Ambiente charmant.

Es ist gemütlich und das Essen ist super! 👍 Tische und Geschirr waren sauber, und auch die Toilette war sauber, was sehr angenehm war! Es gibt eine Kinderkarte und Hochstühle. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

My wife and I have been going to this restaurant for many years. We've always been very satisfied, and tonight was no exception! My wife ordered an octopus dish, and I opted for Sabce (number 27) again. We also ordered Kim Chi, which is always delicious and spicy. We're already looking forward to our next visits!

We ate at Kimchi Heim today, and it was simply unbelievably delicious! The restaurant may look unassuming from the outside, but the food is impressive across the board. The kimchi, in particular, was a real highlight. The bibimbap and side dishes were also excellent. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Korean food or wants to try it.

Easily one of - if not - the best Korean restaurant in Berlin! The restaurant is run by a Korean family with the mother in the kitchen, and the father and the daughter taking care of the customers. They offer comfort home-style cooking, with high quality ingredients. Absolutely recommended!

I last ate there about two weeks ago. The food was absolutely delicious. The prices were reasonable, too. We were treated very nicely and courteously. Great and friendly service. The street is a bit noisy, but that's not the place's fault. I'm always happy to come back.

Quite tasty, but they close at 10 p.m. Prices are on the higher end. Quran fans are sure to enjoy themselves there. Try it and judge for yourself. ;)

small, homey and, as far as I know, entirely family-owned and run Korean restaurant every single time I've come here over the years the food has been consistently delicious, and high quality. I don't have much of a pedigree in terms of judging how authentically Korean it may taste but I will say it always seems like everything is served with love and their homemade Kimchi is by far my favourite variety I have had so far (also the rice is top-notch). They also offer a fair amount of vegetarian/vegan options given the small menu they have and the service is polite, very kind and considerate

Keep it up :) A note regarding portion size: In my opinion, the portions are not too small, and the side dishes (which can be reordered), such as kimchi or gamja jorim, are also completely sufficient. If you don't get enough here, you probably have other problems...

Very good authentic Korean. The food is really very good, my recommendations go to the Buldak dish and many other things are also recommended. You are welcomed very politely and the service, which is not a given, is wonderful. I experienced Korean hospitality in Korea myself and I have to say that it felt like Korea to me. Have already spent some great evenings here - super friendly service, great selection of authentic Korean food, super tasty and dog friendly too. In warmer temperatures you can also sit comfortably outside. Be sure to try: Ssansek-Kkosi, bibimbap and makkoli (rice wine)!

An absolute top recommendation! If you want to eat authentic Korean cuisine, this small and fine restaurant is the right place for you. You can expect extremely friendly and attentive service staff, as well as typical local specialties. Be sure, if it says sharp, it is! It was also great, I had my first cola in years in a small glass bottle, just like it used to be. And it's still just as delicious. The food is lovingly prepared and everything is very clean. We had a good time here and can highly recommend both the starters and the main courses. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.

I have never eaten such delicious bulgogi! According to my family, the other dishes we ordered were also very tasty. We went there twice in less than 24 hours because you enjoyed it so much. In terms of cuisine, this is definitely the best Korean restaurant I have visited in my 11 years in Berlin. Also relatively inexpensive and run with great enthusiasm. The restaurant catapulted itself to number 1 for me.

A small restaurant with a somewhat reduced ambience, but that's the only thing you can complain about. The food tasted very good, although it should be noted that everything is a bit strongly seasoned, that's something you should know. The boss also serves himself and you can tell how happy he is when the guests enjoy it. Here we cook with passion. I will definitely go there again, soon.

The Bulgogi Sejuk is my absolute favorite food and I would love to dip into the marinade. Every time I leave the store I feel like I've had a full body massage.

A nice Korean restaurant that offers great service and good food. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel welcome and comfortable. The food was very tasty and recommended. We once got the tofu bibimbap and japchae. To drink there was the yuzu & lemon iced tea. Also highly recommended and refreshing. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, a great shop with a wonderful retro atmosphere. Therefore 5/5 stars.

Small but mighty! This little culinary pearl is hidden far away from any tourist corner. The discreet furnishings make it all the more rich for the taste buds. What shouldn't be missing: The starter - kimchi with tomato. Thank you for the good service and the excellent food.

Null sauer. Leicht bitter. Frau fand ihr Bulgogi auch schwach. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene. Keiner war mit dem Essen richtig zufrieden. Der Yuzu Zitronen Eistee war sehr lecker 😋
