Kikko in Berlin

We were there for dinner and ate the mixed plate (miso soup, sushi and roast duck with rice and vegetables) for two. It was very tasty, we didn't quite make it. Great value for money. The service lady was nice, atmosphere is simple but OK. There are many pick-ups.

Getting old. Some of the male waiters are very bad-tempered. Once we ordered out of the house and had wire in the food (duck dish) .The tiny restaurant hasn't been renovated in years. The coziness is missing, among other things, because there are always pick-up people walking through the store. Door after door closed. Total unrest.

I know the restaurant from before and thought it was great. In December 2024, my friend and I went back after a very long time and were very disappointed with the service. Even though the restaurant was empty, we always had to wait a long time for the waiter. But the sushi was good. So we went back recently, hoping the bad service was just a one-off. Unfortunately no. This time it wasn't full either. The waiter saw us and talked and laughed with the chef for ages, so my friend got up and asked him about the menu. The waiter reacted defiantly and also said that the debit card machine wasn't working. My friend then went to the savings bank to get cash. The food was again very tasty, that cannot be denied. The icing on the cake, however, was when we paid and were about to leave, another couple paid with a card. We were told that it couldn't be done. That left a very bad taste and we haven't gone back since. Everyone deserves a second chance, but this would be the third and we don't want to be annoyed again. If you don't care about the service, you can have a delicious meal there.

Great sushi and it is not expensive. They also offer takeout but no delivery. Reserve for peak times.

Simply great!! We were here for lunch and were thrilled. Great food and very cheap. Nice service... what more could you want. Absolutely recommended

The food always tastes very good, whether it's sushi, rice or noodle dishes. The ambience is relatively simple and narrow. The service is perfectly fine but it could be a bit more relaxed. I prefer it to take away. Would go again and again.

When my friend and I arrived at the establishment, the waiter offered us a menu with a dissatisfied look and ignored us for a long time in order to take our order. He accepted the calculation with the same look. For some reason, he didn’t allow himself to do this with other visitors. When communicating with us, negativity and neglect were clearly visible. 👺

Small restaurant, you have to be lucky if you get a place with more people. Good dishes, prices. The first time I made a mistake when it came to the sauce for my shrimp. But I wanted to know exactly and we went there a second time. The dish was then kindly prepared for me with the other sauce. Top👍So next time you're at Kikko, try the grilled shrimp with garlic sauce, spicy 😉

Delicious sushi. We sat at the sushi line and it was a great experience, everyone was full and there was something for everyone.

The sushi is good, the service not so much. After ordering over the phone, the assistant asked what was ordered. When I named three distinctive dishes, he interrupted me and said he didn't want to list them!? As a tip for the future, either write down the name when ordering, assign a number or assign any freely chosen name to the order, as is common practice elsewhere. Then the restaurant saves a lot of time and the customer doesn't have to be annoyed by the strange employee...

Here you get 8 maki instead of the usual 6 everywhere else. You can also order the food to take away. Unfortunately, I'm no longer as happy with the service as I used to be.

One of the best sushi in Berlin, mmn. Still good prices, large sushi rolls. Everything tastes very, very tasty. The pasta dishes are also highly recommended. Small fine shop. Card payment possible. There's always plum wine at the end, but I didn't get it for you the last two times. Well, there were still fortune cookies.

One service man is so arrogant and self-important. His facial expression has ruined the positive impression of the employees in this stor.

The sushi was ok. The warm food was bad. The service was catastrophic. The waiter was absolutely rude and was not on a good mood. At the end he brought us the bill for the whole table and threw it in front of us and wanted cash, without asking whether we wanted to pay in cash, or whether we wanted to pay individually. No empathy or compassion. We had a feeling that he was better to other tables. At least he asked them whether the food was ok. I will never go back there again!

The waiter man. He was really aggressive and unfriendly. I can’t believe that many people in the comments complained about him but his behavior didn’t changed. Today he throws the bill in front of us. I will never go there again.

The sushi was just okay, nothing remarkable. However, the waiter's behavior was unacceptable—rude and unwelcoming, as if customers weren’t wanted. It was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Absolute disaster! The service staff is extremely unfriendly and when you ask about food and drinks you are rudely snapped at. The tables next to us were of the same opinion. The Chardonnay tasted like it had been diluted with water. They couldn't show us the bottle, which gives rise to further speculation. The portion sizes are quite decent, but the taste is a straight 6. Chicken fried to death in ready-made breading. Italian pasta, probably from a discount store. Kimchi was mistakenly marinated in Sriracha chili sauce, a shame. Dead insects and spider webs in the wall decoration, toilet smeared from top to bottom. There's a lot wrong with this business. Nobody there is a restaurateur with heart and soul.

Delicious food, ambience is also OK. Service came quickly and was friendly (contrary to other reviews).

The food is served carelessly - on chipped plates. It looks dingy, the walls are worn, the large red ceiling lamps are full of moths and dust, and the leather on the chairs is torn. Once very good, now the ambience and the food leave more than to be desired.

Very aggressive and unfriendly Chinese waiter. He doesn't fit in a restaurant at all. Some of the dishes are frozen, sauces are ready-made. The toilets are completely disgusting.

Food is ok, but sadly - as many have mentioned before - the service is pretty bad and has gotten even worse recently. The male waiter in particular is very unfriendly. On our recent lunch time visit he refused to clean our table that was still dirty from previous guests. Says it all, really.

Doch leider gibt es auch Punkte die diesen Laden zu einem nicht so schönem Erlebnis bringen. 1. wurde eine Bestellung falsch serviert, 2. ist das person extrem unfreundlich gewesen nach nach frage auf Plätze gab es keine Antwort außer ja, nicht mal ein Hallo Und nach weiteren ähnlichen Situationen wurde das Personal immer unfreundlicher!!! The Sushi is great, never had any complaints. Where I do have a complaint, however, is with the waiter. The man, in particular, is rude and very passive aggressive. Often pretends not to understand what we're saying and always tries to make everyone pay together, even if we want to pay separately. Highly unpleasant personnel, makes me not want to return there. Recommend the food though, so take away is your best bet if anything Edit: came back another time and the waiter was even more disagreeable than usual. I decided never to come back here again

The sushi was OK. The noodles with the duck were very tasty. The price-performance ratio is definitely right. I would go again.

The prices are not low, but the food is tasty. The rooms and dishes would have to be renovated or repaired or bought new.

Had mix menu and everything was very delicious and worth the price. Nice ice cold cola and friendly service. 1* deduction because payment can only be made in cash.

Sushi was quite good. There weren't enough vegetables in the main courses with rice/meat/vegetables. But the quality was otherwise very good. Waiter lazy and not very energetic. Otherwise everything was very clean, including the toilets

Incredibly long wait. No matter what you order. Whether spring rolls or a maki. It takes forever for someone to even come to take the order! I don't understand something like that. You only get the menu after waiting at least 15 minutes. The employees have looked at you at least 5 times. It takes just as long if you take the food home.

Food, drink, everything was great. Well visited. The Radler somehow had an aftertaste but otherwise a nice shop and nice service. Upper middle priced. Gladly again.

The waiter (middle-aged) unfortunately doesn't fit into the whole great team! Not friendly, slow, has no overview, leaves empty plates on the table. The only one who doesn't fit into the team. But this isn't the first time. Very unpleasant guy. Nevertheless, service gives 5 stars because all the other service employees are great and do their work with a lot of joy and then everything runs perfectly!!!!!! früher gerne und oft hergekommen aber seit geraumer zeit massive verschlechterung im service sehr unfreundliches und genervtes personal lange wartezeiten sehen fehler nicht ein einfach nur schlecht! genauso wie das essen ekelhaft schlecht.

Mega leckeres Essen und nettes Personal. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen.

Klein, gemütlich und super lecker

Meine Frau liebt das Sushi dort. Ich selber favorisiere eher die gebratenen Nudeln. Essenstechnisch ist das Kikko uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Die Preise stimmen auch. Nur die Einrichtung könnte mal überarbeitet werden. Update: Das Sushi ist immer noch ohne Konkurrenz in der Gegend, aber leider ist der Kellner der absolut unsympathischste Kellner in der Gegend. Sowas von unfreundlich. Eigentlich ein Grund dort nicht mehr hinzugehen.

Wir haben selten so gutes Sushi gegessen wie hier. War seit 1 Jahr nicht mehr da ,schmeckt immer noch super frisch.

Das Restaurant sieht von Außen und Innen nicht besonders einladend und toll aus, aber das Sushi und die anderen Speisen und Getränke sind großartig. Es schmeckt immer sehr gut, ist frisch zubereitet, kein Gedöns drumrum. Immer wieder und schon seit Jahren das beste Sushi hier in der Gegend. Das Stammpublikum wird mir zustimmen. Preislich unschlagbar.

Nach wie vor das beste Sushi in Köpenick! Tagsüber muss man nicht reservieren und das essen zum Mitnehmen ist oft schon nach 15 Minuten fertig. Weil es Abends oft voll ist, ist es dann auch recht laut.

Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut. Authentisch und frisch zubereitet. Freundlicher, familiärer Service. Zu den Hauptzeiten besser reservieren.

Super Essen, lecker, reichlich und vor allem frisch gemacht. Dazu noch preiswert und auch auf spezielle Wünsche wird eingegangen. Das Ambiente ist einfach und schlicht was aber keinesfalls den sehr guten Gesamteindruck schmälert. Jederzeit wieder und demnächst auch öfters.

Kann man gut und günstig essen gehen, alles wird frisch zubereitet.

i've just left there, i ordered takeaway and it all came out wrong, not even half of what i actually ordered, i lost almost 25 euros. i live far away and it's not worth going back to complain, plus there was no receipt to check.

Super Sushi zu angenehmen Preisen

Habe kein Sushi gegessen, sondern gebratene Hühnerbrust. Sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war nicht so nett und freundlich. Uns wurde einfach die Sauce vom Tisch genommen ohne zu fragen ob wir sie brauchen. Auch gab es kein nettes Wort also recht unpersönlich. Er war sehr überfordert.
