great sushi, good food for what you pay

It was busy, the sushi was delicious, and quite reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly, and card payments were accepted. The restroom was clean. It wasn't a sophisticated restaurant with subtle music, but it was reasonably priced and good, and the food came quickly. The fact that it was packed speaks for itself.

The sushi tastes fantastic and is highly recommended. We usually order it in advance and pick it up, as we don't live far away, or eat there after shopping on Schloßstraße in Steglitz. While the service is very good, the atmosphere doesn't exactly invite you to spend a long evening there. Otherwise, the food is very tasty.

Everyone else is too good in service and the quality food but there is one young person who don't have sense to talk with anyone. He's too arrogant and I never saw him working quietly or being calm.

I’ve been to Akiko Sushi and was happy to see they offer gluten-free sushi – a great option for people with celiac disease. The sushi was actually quite decent, fresh, and satisfying. It’s not always easy to find places that take gluten-free seriously, so this was a nice surprise. I’d definitely suggest giving it a try.

My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time. We ordered the following: - Seaweed salad and miso soup - four steamed dumplings - then there was sushi for both of us We enjoyed it very much. The price-performance ratio is great. We would love to come back.

It's just because of restaurant cause they send delivery boy to outside when they not able to make the food.. Please recommend order elsewhere if you're ordering online food for your time

A great shop! It is incredibly fresh and delicious. The selection is diverse and large. The shop is quite small and you should reserve in advance. Don't be alarmed, there is often a long queue in front of the shop because many people pick up the sushi directly from the shop and take it with them (there are discounts for those who pick it up themselves). Simply ask if you are waiting in line to pick it up and if so, just walk past the line into the store and ask the waiter 😉. The price-performance ratio is great and the staff is very nice. Definitely always worth a visit!

It's ok, but it has little to do with real sushi.

A small but fine restaurant. It's always very busy here, so it's worth making a reservation. The ambience doesn't win any awards here, but the food is really very good and the service is quick and friendly. There is also an outdoor area which is well heated in winter. We'd love to come back.

A wonderful sushi place. Very good quality sushi and sashimi at reasonable prices. It's a bit tight but perfect for a quick snack sufficient. The snack bar was very busy because it also offers “sushi to go”. Despite the rush, we were served quickly and friendly. We'll come by again.

Hello, I eat there often. Ordering home is very rare. Something like that really needs to be eaten. The crispy T9 taste so great. All varieties are freshly prepared and it tastes really intense. Service is also super nice. But maybe a new ambience wouldn't be bad...

It’s not a fence place but probably the cheapest sushi I’ve seen in Berlin. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Steglitz - for both, dine in and delivery.

The sushi here is okay. Price-performance is actually very good, you get all the standard variants, especially fish and seafood (but, for example, no rolls with cooked fish or meat, not rolled in chives or sesame). The ginger is fresh. Of course, wasabi isn't real. It's certainly not the highest quality catches or MSC or anything like that that are used here, or at least there's no information about it.

Sushi was delicious, conditions were nice too, just a bit unpleasant as there was constant smoking.

Unfortunately often very crowded, only cash payment (but this is bearable as banks are nearby), Delivery service could have better conditions (at that time I gave 4 stars) Edit 03/02/18: the service has become catastrophic, the staff is completely overwhelmed by the rush. Reservations by telephone are not implemented correctly (despite repeated repetition). That evening we wanted to order dessert. The card came, the waiter left, the waiter came back and quickly took the card and walked away. Didn't come back either. On another visit we were literally ignored and guests who arrived after us were served earlier, even though we had wanted to order for a long time. Little by little I tipped less and hoped that this was just an exception. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. My recommendation: order by phone (say the number clearly) and pick it up to avoid this bad service!

Very cheap sushi, especially to take away. I thought it tasted okay, but unfortunately the avocado was still a bit hard. I would eat sushi here if you want to be full and don't want to spend a lot of money if you have a craving for sushi.

Anyone who comes from Steglitz or the surrounding area should know Akiko. If you want to eat on site, you can count on excellent service and very tasty sushi at outrageously good prices. The store has been there for decades and, with a few exceptions, has always impressed. The only point of criticism is the extremely long delivery time for orders, which is due to the constant capacity of the restaurant. Especially at peak times, you have to expect a wait for a seat, despite there being plenty of seating. Nevertheless, in my opinion the best sushi shop in the area.

Very good sushi restaurant. Always delicious here and in all these years there have never been any deficiencies in service or quality. The special sushi variants marked with a T followed by a number are particularly recommended. My favorites are T3 and T4.

A friend said that we definitely had to eat here because the shop had an excellent price/performance ratio. What can I say? For the price it is very, very tasty sushi. We spent 1.5-2 hours there and the restaurant had an enormous number of pickups and orders. That's always a good sign! The ambience in the store wasn't my cup of tea. The service was attentive and quick. Bottom line: If you want to eat sushi at a great price in Steglitz, then come here. Price performance banger!

Tolles Sushi zum wirklich kleinen Preis

Ich bin früher gerne hingegangen, da die Speisen sehr lecker und die Preise fair waren. Das Akiko war damals auch sehr beliebt und gut besucht. Irgendwann wurde es dann immer schlechter. Hatte jetzt ein paar Jahre woanders gegessen und es nur wegen eines Freundes noch einmal ausprobiert. Die Sushi-Rollen enthalten viel Reis und wenig Fisch. Dazu eine lieblose Aufmachung (als "Deko" diente ein kleines Stück Eisbergsalat). Calpis war auch nicht vorrätig. Das Ambiente empfinde ich als sehr kühl. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Werde aber wieder woanders mein Sushi essen gehen.

Ein ganz kleines Lokal. Aber die Qualität und der Geschmack macht alles wett. Ich empfehle eine Reservierung oder Abholung
