From the menu card field half directed, long wait time

We've been going to Mr. Straub for quite some time now and I can highly recommend him 👍

We ordered one doner kebab with just green salad, cucumber, and tomato, and NO sauce, plus one doner pizza and a mixed salad. It arrived after over 40 minutes: the doner kebab was completely cold and had sauce on it, even though we ordered it without! The doner pizza was lukewarm. When we called, we were snapped at and told that it was normal for the doner kebab to be cold because the salad and sauce were cold! He refused to bring us a replacement and told us to come and pick one up ourselves. What he hadn't counted on was that we went there and demanded our money back, which he only gave us after we threatened to call the police. Furthermore, he (the owner himself) told us never to order from them again. Absolutely never. We got our money back, and I advise everyone to do the same if something like this happens to them so they realize they can't get away with this kind of behavior. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars... Actually, I should give -10 stars for such terrible and unfriendly service. What he didn't expect: we went back and demanded our money back, which he only gave us after we threatened to call the police. P.S.: He calls himself a kebab master!!!

We had a truly perfect evening at this Greek restaurant. Even the appetizer was a highlight – fresh, aromatic, and beautifully presented. We were particularly impressed by the finely balanced spices, the high-quality olive oil, and the freshness of the ingredients; you can immediately taste the passion that goes into the cooking. The main course surpassed even this level. The meat was incredibly tender and perfectly grilled, the side dishes were superbly seasoned and authentically Greek. Everything arrived piping hot, appetizing, and in just the right portion size. The whole experience was rounded off by very friendly, attentive, and warm service, with our smiles on every face, making the evening even more enjoyable. Add to that the cozy atmosphere, and you immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. We will definitely be back!
