Homeless guy was sleeping in the restaurant, toilets were dirty and it took 20 minutes for our small simple order to come out

Unfortunately, every complaint at KFC is ignored. Whether by email or, as you can see, here! I picked up food at the drive-thru and opened it at home, only to experience a nasty surprise. See photo. A few cold fries and three measly crispies. Of course, I paid full price. I find that extremely outrageous and also unappealing. But it doesn't seem to matter to KFC as long as someone comes along who they can rip off!

We didn't get any serviettes and waited too long for the food. But the food tasted okay.

First time going there - not a good impression. It looks really nice inside but we waited for about 20 minutes for our food in the drive thru. Not sure if they know the meaning of "fast food" 🤔

I was here for the first time. I didn't like it very much: I ordered French fries - a large portion - the portion was very small (compared to other places - the portion is three times smaller!). Moreover, it was prepared in advance, not crispy, soft. Some wings were stale, sticky. About the drink: I ordered Pepsi - the machine poured Pepsi half with water. In short, it was not tasty for me.

Well, speaking German in Germany is a challenge, I think. I've ordered twice and received the wrong thing twice. I wouldn't recommend going there a second time. I just ordered three hot wings and waited 40 minutes. It's a disgrace. I'll never go to that place again. Not a word of German, and I've had to wait even longer. Can you have a free lunch break?

Unfortunately, the wait for food takes forever. Everything seems quite chaotic. Furthermore, the benches, in particular, could have been cleaner.

Of course, the ambiance and food were standard. 6 euros for two crispy cheeses, fries, and a 0.5 drink was perfectly fine. A huge plus point was the very friendly and polite service. It was super fast, and they even gave our dog free water in a bowl without any hassle. Thanks, I highly recommend it.

I think the products at KFC have always been delicious. But I also think the prices are simply too high these days. That's just my opinion. Of course, everything gets more expensive at some point. But it's pretty steep to have to pay between €17 and €20 for a few fillets in a bucket. Sorry, I feel the same way about other fast food chains. But the food itself is delicious, and the location is clean and modern. It just often takes too long for the menu to be ready at OG. Otherwise, it's great.

I’ve been to KFC Offenburg twice and both times were a disappointment. The first time, I ordered the Squid Game Burger, which was supposed to have the pink bun, but it came with a regular bun. The second time, I ordered two separate buckets, and they combined them into one, even though it was clearly meant to be separate. One order was also missing the ketchup I requested. The cleanliness is terrible. There was a puddle of water before entering the bathroom, and inside the bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floor. It looked like no one was taking care of it. Most of the staff (aside from the cashier girl) seemed unprofessional, with stained clothing and a not very welcoming attitude. Overall, both visits felt careless and left a really negative impression. Definitely would not recommend this location.

The food tastes great, but whether you feel better afterward is a miracle. I had a terrible gastrointestinal infection with internal bleeding. Hygiene regulations are simply taken lightly there!

The place is very clean and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is lovely. The staff were all very friendly, too. Especially Arslan at the cashier, who helped me with everything in a very friendly and competent manner. I'd be happy to come back anytime!

Unbelievable, I've never seen a KFC like this. Stay away! Incompetent employees. Throws the receipt in my face and tells me straight out: I thought it was the drive-thru!!!! I've seen it all.

The food is very delicious, in my opinion. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be thinking at all about their little guests, the big (paying) guests of tomorrow. Inside, there's nothing for children except a high chair that was so dirty you had to carry it to wipe it down. And outside, it's even worse: no play options at all and the gate to the parking lot is permanently open. The icing on the cake, however, is that they've opened up the fenced area facing the main road by several meters, meaning the fence elements have been dismantled. Not recommended for families with small children.

I like ordering at the terminal because I can take my time choosing. Preparation is quick and the food arrives hot.

We were there for the first time and the service was pitiful. They don't have ice cubes, they never have ice cubes on top of that, he blows in our faces and spits watermelon seeds on top of that, he wanted to charge us €9.82 for a sandwich without fries or a drink, a total rip-off! This is the second time we've gone back and the last time to run away!

Definitely one of the better KFCs I've visited. Clean and tidy in the restaurant, as well as toilets. The food came quickly considering there were quite a few customers. Their Squid game burger is definitely recommended, and should become part of the regular range🦑

Every time I let myself be persuaded to eat there – and every time I end up with stomach pain or other discomfort. This really can't be a coincidence. I don't understand why the health department hasn't intervened long ago. The restrooms were unsanitary, and there was no toilet paper. I also saw an employee outside wearing sandals. The entire condition of the restaurant seems extremely questionable and dubious.

Ordered 6 hotwings menu. € 10+ Look at the hotwings size. I think they just cooked newborn or underfed chicken.. Why doesnt this kfc has quality control on the size of the wings they sell. Its € 10+ for a meal..

Visited this fast Food Restaurant today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The Fried Chicken was absolutely Delicious— crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. One of the best I’ve had in a long time! Even In the Great Britain its not this kind of Quality. What really made my visit even better was the amazing service. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially one guy at the counter who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was polite, fast, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving great fried chicken and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming on my way back to England Again!

We were greeted at the drive-thru by an incredibly friendly, helpful, and at the same time witty employee. It almost seemed like his own restaurant – the passion and conviction with which he explained the food and specials was truly impressive! He accompanied our order with such patience and good humor that we immediately felt welcome. This man lives KFC as if it were his personal mission. Hats off to him – you rarely find employees like him these days. And then the food: fresh, hot, aromatic – simply perfect. As soon as we opened the package, we were greeted by a wonderful aroma. It was a true taste experience! This visit brightened our day – not only with the delicious food, but above all with the exceptional service. We'll definitely be back. A truly great experience!

I'm absolutely thrilled with the KFC in Offenburg today! It seems like a lot has changed – from the food to the staff to the service – everything was simply perfect! I've never experienced anything like this before: An employee literally came over to us every 10 minutes to ask if everything was okay. This wasn't superficial service, but genuine attention and friendliness. It was great that he even explained to us how to get free hot wings – simply fantastic! I felt like part of the family, not least because the staff even spoke my language. I'd love to come back.

When we come here to KFC and want something to eat, the food always tastes better. The employees are always friendly and helpful. If you don't know something, they come and ask if you need help, and then you get support. What with an order? If there's not something available, you're asked if you want something else, or they do something different the next week, of course. You can't complain. The place is very nice in here, you can get everything for children, there are even chairs. I think it's great that they also have drinks that you can always refill. That's also very nice, you don't find that everywhere, and we're always satisfied because we come with food, and you also get presents for the children. If you don't have something, you just get fries or something else if they don't have a present. So we are very satisfied and we're waiting for everyone here to come and eat.

The drive-thru went smoothly, and I also received good advice at the counter because I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to eat at first. 🙈 The employee, Ali, served us very courteously. Thank you very much.

Hello dear reader, I visited the KFC at the Offenburg Exhibition Center on January 13, 2017. Ordering went smoothly, the staff was friendly and attentive – a positive aspect is that I felt understood and welcome as a guest. Unfortunately, the guest area was a real downside: the tables and floor were very dirty, which made eating there much more uncomfortable. More attention should be paid to cleanliness here. As for the food itself – it's typical KFC: you know what you're getting. Overall, a mixed visit with both ups and downs. Three stars. The restaurant in the guest area was very dirty, especially the tables and the floor were truly abysmal. That's why the restaurant only gets three stars. The look is like an old tavern from years ago and the customer service is tragic, despite the fact that the order was available and I paid by card it turned out that there were no ingredients and if you want you can eat something else and the refund is only in cash. I do not recommend.

The food is delicious, but a bit more expensive than its well-known competitors. There are eight Tesla fast-charging stations in the parking lot. The dining area and outdoor area are clean.

It took an hour until the food arrived and not everything was there. Afterwards I called and the driver was not informed that something was missing. We were told they would bring it tomorrow. They didn't bring it. The employee on the phone was very unfriendly.

When I ate here last week I had severe stomach pain and nausea for two days. My cousin also expressed similar complaints. Old chickens are probably reheated and served several times. We can be lucky that we weren't poisoned and died. One star is already too much for this restaurant.

After 11 p.m. there was still nothing. So complained to Lieferando. At some point after midnight my cell phone rings all the time (we were asleep because there are people who have to get up in the morning), so at that time you can actually let it go instead of terrorizing the phone. It looks like my money is gone because as of today I have nothing.

The entire communication process was rife with deception. After waiting for an hour and a half, I made my first call. The staff said they couldn't find my order. After checking the email to confirm that the store had accepted the order, I made my second call. They said it would be delivered within twenty minutes, but I still hadn't received it after waiting for thirty minutes. In fact, I never received my order, but this damn software showed that I had already received it.
