Kentucky Fried Chicken in Geiselwind

Very crowded, few staff, everything goes hard, the preparations below average, cleanliness to zero. I noticed that in all Fast food in Europe, the cleanliness, products and service are on the ground.

Super nice service, food was great, coleslaw too! Unfortunately, the music is way too loud.

Waiting over 30 minutes for food with children??? Sorry, incompetent staff at their best, some of them stood around and did nothing. Not even a sorry. This branch never again.

Drink station didn't work 3 out of 8. The 4 people who were there were already overwhelmed with just one order. Completely disorganized.

In the past, a visit to KFC was always a good thing. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case, the staff hardly speaks German. For a job where you have to deal with customers all day long, I think it's important to have at least a rudimentary knowledge of German. The other is the quality and price of the food offered. It feels like KFC is getting more and more expensive and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The quality is hardly there anymore, there was hardly any meat on the chicken parts, the things were made up of 75% bones and cartilage and the twister was even bigger. Not like that KFC, you won't be seeing me again any time soon.

We were in the Geiselwind leisure area yesterday (October 26th, 2024) and thought we could pick up something from KFC before driving home. We ordered an 18 piece hot wings bucket. Unfortunately, I trusted that everything was correct and didn't check the bucket. When we got home we discovered that there were no hot wings in the bucket. Instead we were served Crispies, which I can't stand to death. I cannot recommend this KFC. Once and never again.

Ordered online to get the food home faster. Unfortunately I forgot to select the sauces in the app. When I asked if I could still have the sauces, I was told only if I paid extra for them. It would be my own fault if I didn't choose one. Chicken pieces and wrap were ok, fries very salty and soggy.

The lady with the headset was clearly visible, but only had time to chat with her colleague. Then we went inside. There is only Zero soft drink. Not everyone likes it, not everyone can tolerate it. And what happened to the food? Cole slaw looked like it was 4 days old, no marinade. Chicken parts bone dry, dark brown, as if fried in old oil. Breading not crunchy chrispy. Headset lady super unfriendly, difficult to understand and better that she wasn't at the drive in. KFC Geiselwind no longer sees my family and me.

The beverage dispenser was only cleaned when they discovered that it was no longer running properly. The previous one was left in the cup and just filled up. Hygienically a smooth 6. They don't forbid pepper. Every kfc does that so they have to offer it too. They have sugar, salt and sweetener but no pepper. That's crazy.

Three pieces of chicken, large fries, 2 sauces and a 0.5 liter cola for just under 20 euros. Everything to go. Truck parking with several KFC services very good

We used to love going to KFC Essen. Now it doesn't taste the same anymore. Very dry and no sauces automatically included. The front door was broken and made noise with every customer. In terms of taste, it's really no longer a highlight.

Great KFC eats my fast food when I treat myself and there is very individual decoration based on the region and always clean no matter how crowded it is.

Today we were traveling from Nuremberg towards Hanover again and spontaneously stopped at Kfc. We were very positively surprised by the good atmosphere and the friendly staff. I couldn't decide and was given very loving and calm advice at the checkout. When I saw how effectively and harmoniously the team had put together the masses of food in a very short time, I was totally thrilled and communicated this verbally. It tastes times as good when the food is served with love 😁. When I later got myself a coffee (again at the checkout), the condition topped it all when she lovingly took care of the concerns of a little girl. It's nice that there are still such employees in the Service Desert Germany. Kind regards to the team
