The roast meats are not "crispy" and the prices are expensive!

Ordered online to get the food home faster. Unfortunately I forgot to select the sauces in the app. When I asked if I could still have the sauces, I was told only if I paid extra for them. It would be my own fault if I didn't choose one. Chicken pieces and wrap were ok, fries very salty and soggy.

It's not my kind of food, but we were on the go, so it's the first time I've been to a KFC in about 25 years... if you like it, it's ok... the price is on the higher side... you have to say one thing. The ladies really keep everything clean held 👌👍

There were four of us and we didn't have a bucket but the menus Fries were tepid and old. The crisoy chicken. which we had ordered because we were hungry was almost impossible to find Not recommended

The store makes a clean impression. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the drinks machine was leaking. Wet fingers pouring Sprite.

I haven't eaten at KFC in a while and I'm disappointed at how much the quality has declined. The chicken tenders were quite good, but the burger bun was almost inedible.

THERE WERE hostage winds shortly before the end of the shift. Food was left in the warming area for too long. BUT IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT THE CHAIN!

Service above all else. You still have to pay to wash your hands even though you've eaten there. If you're not Dutch, you can't get the deposit for the cup back. The beverage dispenser was only cleaned when they discovered that it was no longer running properly. The previous one was left in the cup and just filled up. Hygienically a smooth 6. We definitely won't be coming back.

Chicken was not to the usual standard of kentucky it was poor

Employees apparently overwhelmed by a simple order. Food completely over-seasoned, just barely edible. Luckily it was just a quick stop on the highway and no repeating was necessary.

For me, KFC is no longer what it used to be

Everything stayed in the grease for far too long. Sure, it wasn't healthy anyway, but you almost couldn't eat it anymore. And waiting almost 20 minutes for a burger is a long time in a shop that was almost empty.

Always a delicious meal there. Always happy to come there.

I think that a coleslaw costs €3.29 extra is far too expensive.

Strips and wings significantly drier than I'm used to from KFC.

I have eaten here many times. So far there have been no mistakes worth mentioning. The food was always as expected. All in all, the preparation was always very quick and the employees are friendly. What more do you want :) Lg

Rarely eaten as disgustingly as today. Fillet bites and fries cold and dry. Once and never again!!!!

Food was cold, bland and dry. There are only zero sugar drinks, there are guests who are allergic to it. Burgers were lukewarm, if the mayo hadn't been on it it would have tasted just as sticky as the rest. What happened to you? So much money for sooo bad quality. You can really save yourself the trip, any frozen pizza would have been better

The food was completely carelessly prepared, we had a burger that was totally over salted and had extremely salty nuggets as a replacement. Drinks only zero and iced tea that tastes like water. Service totally unfriendly. Otherwise it was always very tasty but today it was really bad. I won't be back any time soon... Just disappointed

They don't forbid pepper. Every kfc does that so they have to offer it too. They have sugar, salt and sweetener but no pepper. That's crazy.

Too bad you don't have delivery in any area

Three pieces of chicken, large fries, 2 sauces and a 0.5 liter cola for just under 20 euros. Everything to go. The chicken pieces (2 legs and 1 breast) were small, dry and had been in the warming cabinet for God knows how long. Taste zero. More like burned. Both sauces were missing. Unfortunately I left the receipt at the counter so a complaint was pointless. Overall, I'm used to much, much better from KFC and was definitely disappointed with this visit. Please spare me your pseudo-apology or the reprimand to contact a homepage. I am a customer and have paid good money to you. You can see what I got for it in the picture. There's nothing more to say.

Truck parking with several KFC services very good

We used to love going to KFC Essen. Now it doesn't taste the same anymore. Very dry and no sauces automatically included. The front door was broken and made noise with every customer. In terms of taste, it's really no longer a highlight.

Food is good, but it's not possible to ONLY have drinks without sugar! Only Zero Pepsi, Zero 7 up...

Really extremely clean for a rest stop restaurant. The toilets are also very clean. The food was good and the interior looked well-kept and invited you to stay.

I can only give 1 star, the only positive thing was that you get a refund for the drinks. •Food was lukewarm. •The burgers were dusty, there was nothing in the burger apart from cheese and chicken. •The fact that you have to pay extra for the sauces for a menu is an absolute "no go", there were no sauces for the chicken strips nor were there any sauces for the fries, which is absolutely to be criticized. (It's good that I paid for the salt on the fries didn't have to pay extra...) •Something was missing from my order, at first they claimed everything was there until I showed my receipt (always keep the receipt).

Horrible food. Absolutely cold and dry. I don't know if the "original" pieces are so small because they are dried up or due to economical reasons, but they are also very expensive now - 3-er box is not sufficient even as a light snack while it costs as a complex lunch :( KFC was always the best of all the fast food, but now it is simply too expensive with too bad food :( Hopefully once KFC regains its good name. But for now I'd strongly recommend avoiding eating there...

Great KFC eats my fast food when I treat myself and there is very individual decoration based on the region and always clean no matter how crowded it is.

Today we were traveling from Nuremberg towards Hanover again and spontaneously stopped at Kfc. We were very positively surprised by the good atmosphere and the friendly staff. I couldn't decide and was given very loving and calm advice at the checkout. When I saw how effectively and harmoniously the team had put together the masses of food in a very short time, I was totally thrilled and communicated this verbally. It tastes times as good when the food is served with love 😁. When I later got myself a coffee (again at the checkout), the condition topped it all when she lovingly took care of the concerns of a little girl. It's nice that there are still such employees in the Service Desert Germany. Kind regards to the team

Everyone had diarrhea afterwards. Hygiene should be checked here.

Very friendly personnel, opened the outside gate for me to bring my dog into the outdoor seating area. The good boy got a small share of my chicken, which made his day!

When I think about the past, all I can say is: very bad!!! Poor quality, very small chicken pieces, very expensive, Mirinda only has a hint of orange and has hardly any taste, and much more... pointless to write. 5 years ago KFC was actually still a highlight when it came to fast food, but has now landed in last place by far! 😕 It couldn't be worse.

War ganz okay...aber aufgrund eines Systemfehlers in der App habe ich 2x versucht auf dem Weg dorthin vorzubestellen und es hat nicht geklappt. Vor Ort musste ich dann normal bestellen und natürlich länger warten. Trotzdem hat KFC dann die beiden abgebrochenen Bestellungen von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht....ich hoffe ich bekomme endlich mein Geld zurück.

Personal äußerst unfreundlich, essen war kalt und kam noch anders als bestellt. Nie wieder, dass ist mir mal eine 1-Sterne Bewertung wert. Schade…

Das Essen war gut - man hat das bekommen, was man erwartet hat. Die Dame an der Kasse war leider maximal unfreundlich!

Das Essen war viel zu fettig der Getränke Automat hat aus allen löchern gesifft das Personal schaut einen nur giftig an . Es wird zu wenig gereinigt. Wir kommen nie wieder

Possibly the worst chicken ever, very very dry over cooked. French fries that are fry and lifeless, not in phase with the UK where the fries are thicker and have KFC seasoning. If you're after a KFC DO NOT come here. Disappointed 😞.

Bestellterminals sind eine Katastrophe. Musste meine Bestellung ein zweites Mal eingeben, da die Bezahlung nicht auf Anhieb geklappt hat. Über 20 Minuten aufs Essen gewartet. Musik im Lokal viel zu laut. Die Schwingtüre am Eingang schlägt so weit zurück, dass sie beinahe erschlagen hätte. Wasserhahn auf der Herrentoilette funktioniert nicht richtig.

Viel zu wenig Mitarbeiter im Kassenbereich. Dadurch eine sehr lange Wartezeit. KFC - Gutschein Wirrwarr. Gutscheine wurden nicht akzeptiert bzw. angepasst. Ein Mystery-Shopper hätte seine Freude gehabt.

Sauber, freundlich und schöne Dekos. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sauberen Toiletten. Top!

Waren zu einer Stoßzeit da und der Service war in diesem Fall etwas unterbesetzt. Aber nach etwa 30 Minuten hatte das Personal alles abgefertigt und war schon wieder mit Tische räumen und putzen zu Gange. Die Zinger und die Boxen waren von gewohnter Qualität und schmackhaft.

Clean toilets for free. Vegan and veggy options for a reasonable price. Good coffee, about two euro cheaper than at a raststatte at the highway. And no problem to get your own cup filled. Friendly staff. Atmosphere just like any other fastfood place.

Hat mir leider nicht geschmeckt. Dann war auch die bewusst bestellte Majo eine spezielle Pommes-Soße. Dann muss man diese auch als solche bei der Online-Bestellung deklarieren ... und nicht als Majo. War schnell fertig. Musste nicht lange warten.

Stühle waren laut beim verschieben. Und viele Tische waren unsauber

Gutes Essen, freundliches Personal und schöne Location. Sauber ist es auch, sogar die Toiletten. Stimmt etwas nicht, reagiert das Personal sofort. Nur die Musik war zu laut und nervig.

Da wir zum Laden vom Auto gern ein schönen Rastplatz suchen haben wir endlich diesen tollen Ort gefunden und dann mit den Lieblings Fast Food verbinden können. Noch nie so ein sauberen ordentlichen und leckeren KFC erlebt. Danke wirklich Das Personal ist freundlich es wird überall sauber gehalten und das ständig. Wirklich Respekt grosse Klasse. Macht einfach weiter so das ist wohlfühlen bei euch zum Pause machen Danke

Normalerweise ist es ganz gut vom Essen her. Gestern hatte ich (meiner Meinung nach) Crispies die nicht ganz durch waren, eins war auch noch leicht rosa. Ich hab zwar mein Geld zurück bekommen allerdings ist mir mein Appetit auch vergangen. Mir wurde gesagt, dass die immer so sind. Kenne ich aber anders. Hoffentlich nächstes mal wieder besser.

Super sauber, Servicekraft sorgt regelmäßig für Sauberkeit. Man könnte sogar vom Boden essen so sauber ist es. Typisches KFC Essen. Nette freundliche und schnelle Bedienung.

Auf der Durchreise von Frankfurt haben wir uns spontan für KFC entschieden. Der Service am Drive in (heute Abend ca.19Uhr) war eine ältere Dame, die so herzlich war sodass wir Sie am liebsten mit heimgenommen hätten. (Schwiegermama -Potential 😅) Egal Wer diese Frau ist, Sie verdient eine Gehaltserhöhung! So nett wurden wir noch nie in einem "Fastfood Restaurant" bedient. Vielen Dank dafür!

Alles so wie es sein sollte, einmal im Jahr gerne.
