Am Sonntag 19.07.26 zwischen 14:00 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr gut besucht. War genau zur richtigen Zeit dort. Essen war heiß und lecker ^^

Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – und ganz besonders an Tanja Hein! Meine Mutter hatte ihr Handy versehentlich auf der Toilette liegen lassen. Eine ehrliche Dame hat es gefunden und abgegeben, und Tanja hat sich anschließend unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit um alles gekümmert. Sie geht sogar so weit, das Handy meiner Mutter in den Urlaub nachzuschicken. So viel Einsatz und Freundlichkeit erlebt man wirklich nicht jeden Tag! Außerdem haben wir zwei Cappuccinos getrunken, die sehr lecker waren. Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!

Es gab keine Schlange, und unsere Bestellung wurde schnell serviert. Die Bedienung wischte die Tische mehrmals ab, während wir da waren, sodass das Lokal sehr sauber war. Auch die Toilette war sauber.

Habe mir Hähnchenteile geholt , war 1 zu wenig drin!

Das Personal hat uns Ketchup ins Gesicht geschüttet. Und war dabei total unhöflich! Ein Franchise-Unternehmen wie dieses sollte zumindest seine Mitarbeiter in Sachen Gastfreundschaft schulen.

Essen gut. Bedingung meidet kundenkontakt und benimmt sich einfach nur assozial. Schön klimatisiert

Immer wieder gut und gerne wieder.

Ein KFC wie viele. Ich mag das Refill und die parierten Hähnchenstücke sowie den Krautsalat, die Burger könnten mehr Sauce vertragen. Ein fehlendes Teil wurde unkompliziert ergänzt, draußen im Schatten war angenehm. WERMUTSTROPFEN: Hunde sind nicht erlaubt ... die nächste Autobahnrast aus diesem Grund wohl wieder bei der üblichen Konkurrenz- schade...

27.06.26 das minion Menü ist eine Frechheit. Am Ende habe ich mein Menü gegessen und meinem Stiefsohn eine minionfigur für 19€ gekauft ohne das er etwas außer die Pommes essen konnte. Es hat einfach nicht geschmeckt. Allein deswegen werde ich keinen Fuß mehr in einen KFC setzen.

Das ist die Raststätte Geiselwind, die meisten sind durchreisende, LKW Fahrer, eigentlich nur ein Raststätte fürs leibliche wohl, tanken ⛽️ und viel Auswahl an Anbietern zum essen,.... Wir hielten da nur zum essen an.

Am Salzstein lutschen ist günstiger.

Sehr freundliches Personal , mit mit dem Motorrad unterwegs gewesen und es war kein Problem mir im Lokal das Regenzeug anzuziehen ohne konsumation ! Danke noch mals !

Absolut professionell. Jedes Menü war einzeln verpackt und es fehlte nie etwas in der Bestellung.

Man muss am Automaten bestellen, was ich sowieso nicht mag, genauso wie SB Kassen. Da wird Personal eingespart und Service gleich Null. Ich habe mir also am Automaten ein Baguette Chicken Teriyaki bestellt. Bei der Abholung würde ich gefragt welche Soße. Und ich dachte immer Teriyaki ist eine Soße... Alles in allem passt das Konzept noch nicht.

Restaurant sauber, aber um 15.30Uhr war der Coleslaw aus, unsere Pommes bekamen wir nachgeliefert als wir den, schon bei Ausgabe nicht mehr sonderlich warmen, Bucketinhalt schon verspeist hatten. Sorry, das geht viel besser

nicht besonders schnelle angestellte und die geräuschkulisse ist nicht sonderlich gut gelunden. setzt man sich in bestimmte nieschen kommt man sich vor als würde der gesammte schall auf einen herabfallen. essen jedoch wie vom kfc gewohnt.

Nichts, wenn man mal schnell etwas auf der Fahrt essen will. Über 20 Minuten auf einen einfachen Bürger zu warten finde ich echt unterirdisch...

Das unhöflichste Personal, das ich je erlebt habe. Da ist dieser dunkelhäutige Typ, ein absoluter Kotzbrocken, dessen Einstellung mindestens genauso schlimm ist wie die seines Vorgesetzten. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Reinigung: 3

Chicken war sehr trocken und der Burger auch nicht besonders gut. Da bekomme ich bessere Burger auch Chickenburger bei der Konkurrenz gegenüber! Am schlimmsten war der super unfreundliche Mitarbeiter! Lokal war sauber und gegen das Ambiente kann man nix sagen, ist halt ein Fastfood Restaurant.

Katastrophe die Bedingung hat keine Ahnung von gar nichts ich wollte bestellen und bar bezahlen und wurde einfach zurück gewiesen weil sie keine Zeit haben meine Bezahlung anzunehmen Soße hat auch gefehlt und die Bedienung kann nicht Mahl wirklich deutsch sprechen

Der langsamste KFC den ich jemals besucht habe von der Bestellung bis zur Abholung 13 Minuten Wartezeit, an der Autobahn ist es einfach nicht akzeptabel

Unfreundlich und nicht englischsprachig. Ich konnte die Soßenauswahl an den Selbstbedienungsautomaten nicht finden, also bestellte ich sie stattdessen am Tresen. Der junge Angestellte reagierte, als wäre es eine Beleidigung, und sagte mir in einem aggressiven, arroganten und unhöflichen Ton, ich hätte die Soßen am Automaten bestellen sollen – alles auf Deutsch, obwohl ich deutlich gesagt hatte, dass ich kein Deutsch spreche. Einer dieser unglücklichen Menschen, denen man manchmal begegnet und die scheinbar Freude daran haben, unfreundlich zu sein.

Das beste Restaurant in ganz Deutschland. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind super. Chefs, Lucille verdient eine Gehaltserhöhung.

The food is good, but unfortunately the price is now very high.

The staff was just annoyed. My son wanted a different toy and was devastated. They said they didn't have any more in a very rude tone. The food was absolutely disgusting—cold and overly greasy. We will never go there again. This restaurant deserves zero stars.

Everything was clean and very pleasant.

My regular stop on the A3 motorway from Frankfurt or Fulda. The Super Deal Bucket is always worth it, even for two or three people. You can also order in person at the counter.

12/10/2025 12:35 pm a very rude blonde woman was working at the distribution point. When I ordered takeout, she threw everything on the tray and turned away after I pointed out that the order was for takeout, carelessly threw the paper bag on the table and refused to pack the order.

They had delicious cheese sauce! And... very special mashed potatoes with gravy! Delicious

Delicious, but not cheap, fast food. But I also love KFC.

Unfortunately, it's not like it used to be. These days, the price-performance ratio is no longer acceptable. Sometimes, products that were ordered are missing.

Unfortunately, it's a bit further from Würzburg, but easily accessible via the motorway.

Completely overwhelmed! I waited 20 minutes for a small order even though it wasn't busy. And then an item was missing. Absolutely not recommended.

I've been waiting for our order for 30 minutes and we're still waiting. Oddly enough, the others who arrived after us are already getting their food while we're still waiting. I find this system strange.

Very long waiting times and unfortunately the service was not friendly. The food was almost cold by the end.

It's definitely worth getting off the A3 and taking a short break here.

Food as it should be, unfortunately not very clean

Any Würzburg resident craving Colonel's Chicken will find a newly renovated restaurant here with a harem of chicken legs. The chicken is very juicy and tastes just as you'd expect. For every Würzburg resident, besides Schweinfurt, this is the only place nearby to get KFC. Whenever the opportunity arises, one indulges in the delicious Colonel's Chicken here. It's probably better that there's still no KFC in Würzburg…

Extremely unfriendly staff at the drive-thru

After the renovation, the dining room feels cooler... a real shame. But as always, it's clean, and the staff are very nice and friendly ☺️

Classic KFC, as you'd expect. You get what you expect. However, the prices have become alarmingly high. Otherwise, it's reasonably clean and hygienic.

If you visit from the UK any KFC in Germany probably you gonna miss the beans and the chips as it doesn't come with the meal

Terrible. Over half of the order was missing. The place is also a bit dingy. Almost nothing happens here. Portions like fries or mashed potatoes are significantly smaller here than in all other branches. Wasted money...

Unfortunately, this visit was anything but great! Unfriendly staff, half of the order was incomplete, and then you get very little for your money. The mashed potatoes were almost empty (much room for improvement), as were our cheese fries. Very sad!

It's no longer worth the money. For the price of a L bucket for 1, you can get more in the store. I know myself, you have to factor in staff and other expenses. Still too expensive. It's not organic, after all. Even the little bit of cole slaw for €3.99 gets shredded by the machine. Too expensive. The bucket didn't have many fries. The burger is the crowning glory. A measly nugget. They have more at McDonald's. Never again.

Ate at KFC again after a very long time. I was hoping for more in terms of crispiness and flavor. I wasn't impressed here.

The food is okay, if you overlook the hefty prices. But at prices like these, I expect impeccable restrooms. And here, the restrooms are a complete disaster. Cheaper than all Kentucky fries in the Netherlands and just as tasty.

Incredibly chaotic, even though it wasn't that busy. Initially, items were missing from our orders, which were then forgotten, but we received them after asking. Half of the drinks station was broken. One of the men's restrooms was broken; only one sink worked. The accessible restroom was also broken. The faucet in the women's restroom was also broken. I wouldn't go here again.

Had a combo box! The fries and chicken pieces were terrible. Old and dry! Only the coleslaw salad was okay. I won't be visiting this place again!

This branch poses a serious health risk and is the worst I've ever been to. The health department should take a closer look. The food was lukewarm to cold. The tablets weren't cleaned. The drinks station was a hotbed of bacteria. The entire store was filthy and had broken equipment. The restrooms were a disaster. The floor was sticky, everything was covered in urine, and there was no way to dry your hands. I don't even want to start on the service. Unfriendly, disinterested, and unkempt. We won't be visiting this branch again. Never again!

We went there before closing, a lot of free places to sit, the service was very good. There is a refill available for drinks.

Very good wings. There's a lack of staff to clean the tables. It wasn't pleasant to have to sit at dirty tables.

This KFC completely redefines the word "fast" in the word "fast food". I have rarely waited so long for my fast food meal. It took 20 minutes in total and the restaurant was only 1/3 full. There were three employees waiting in front of the kitchen for the food to never be ready. Luckily, I practiced lying down with my dog out of sight with his owner outside the restaurant for the assistance dog test. He can definitely do that now after such a long wait. By the way, while I was waiting I was also able to write this review. The food was OK. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed, unlike other fast food chains.

A friendly employee took my order, and my food was ready in five minutes. The first faux pas was at the drink dispenser: both the Pepsi and Pepsi Zero were out of stock. There was another (presumably reserve) tap labeled Pepsi, but no one knows whether that one was serving regular or zero. The carts where the trays are stored were completely overflowing. Where should I put the tray? In the men's restroom, one of the two toilets was broken, but the urinals were fine. Even when washing my hands afterward, the man had to stand in a very small space in the queue because the second hand basin was also unusable: the faucet was broken. I've never experienced such a disappointment at a KFC before. I hope this was an isolated incident and never happens again!

There was blood in every piece. I didn't eat half of it.

Absolutely disappointing! The food tasted awful and was way too expensive. A few hours later, I got severe stomach cramps and vomited several times – I've never experienced anything like that after a restaurant visit. For me, that was definitely my last visit to KFC.

Recommend yes, except that I only had 1 leg in a 8-piece bucket

We went in and ordered from the digital ordering board. After paying, the machine malfunctioned. The money was debited, and the order wasn't placed. After resolving this issue, which apparently turned out to be "normal" for this machine, we received our food fairly quickly. However, the food was expensive, the chicken nuggets were dry, and the refund for the overpayment wasn't refunded for five days.

During my visit to the KFC in Geiselwind, there were unfortunately several unsatisfactory aspects. Pepsi Zero and another drink were unavailable. Schwip Schwap was only available in an orange version without cola. Additionally, you ended up with more drink on your arm than in the cup. The promotion advertised at the entrance was only available via the search function at the order terminal, not in the normal overview. The accessible restroom was out of service. The faucets in the men's and women's restrooms weren't working, making regular handwashing impossible.

We went to KFC as a family and were unfortunately very dissatisfied. Our order was taken incorrectly – we ordered a set meal, but it wasn't billed as a set meal. The chicken pieces were dry, and the chicken thighs were very small. The final price was almost the same as a restaurant meal, but the quality was not. Additionally, the fries were cold and soggy when we received them. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience for us. P.S.: The restrooms are just as disgusting as the food.

One of the worst places I've ever eaten for a meal worth over €100, but it seemed like the staff were under pressure to use the restroom, and we had to take turns using the restroom... it was really bad. . .The manager of this place should remember that I'm going to tell my friends to go to McDonald's for dinner.

I've been to this KFC several times, just a standard KFC. The food is usually okay: hot, spicy, and filling. Sometimes the fries are fresh, sometimes rather soft. Nothing special, but solid. What's been bothering me for a while, however, is the cleanliness. The tables are often sticky, trays are left unattended for ages, and the restroom area could definitely use more frequent checks. This isn't an isolated incident—unfortunately, it's been going on over several visits. The staff is usually friendly, but often seems stressed or understaffed. When it's busy, you can expect to wait, even if it doesn't seem busy. Overall: If you know what you're getting into, you can eat here—but with a little more attention to detail (especially in terms of hygiene), it could be much better.

Bright lights, purely functional furnishings, no outdoor dining, and a mass-processing atmosphere. At least the food was delicious and the service friendly.

Please take care of the restrooms. This is a disgrace! The door to one of the men's restroom stalls was ripped off and was hanging at 7:30. That doesn't make a good impression.

Unfriendly staff, cleanliness left much to be desired. Flypaper strips hung at the cash register, which was very unappetizing. Almost all of the restrooms were broken.

The food is a joke and a nightmare. I didn't expect that even a basic bucket could be ruined. Better in Poland.
