Classic KFC, as you'd expect. You get what you expect. However, the prices have become alarmingly high. Otherwise, it's reasonably clean and hygienic.

If you visit from the UK any KFC in Germany probably you gonna miss the beans and the chips as it doesn't come with the meal

Really it was a worst experience

Terrible. Over half of the order was missing. The place is also a bit dingy. Almost nothing happens here. Portions like fries or mashed potatoes are significantly smaller here than in all other branches. Wasted money...

Unfortunately, this visit was anything but great! Unfriendly staff, half of the order was incomplete, and then you get very little for your money. The mashed potatoes were almost empty (much room for improvement), as were our cheese fries. Very sad!

It's no longer worth the money. For the price of a L bucket for 1, you can get more in the store. I know myself, you have to factor in staff and other expenses. Still too expensive. It's not organic, after all. Even the little bit of cole slaw for €3.99 gets shredded by the machine. Too expensive. The bucket didn't have many fries. The burger is the crowning glory. A measly nugget. They have more at McDonald's. Never again.

The drinks station is broken and spraying everywhere. 👎 The food was decent, but the service staff weren't exactly motivated.

Ate at KFC again after a very long time. I was hoping for more in terms of crispiness and flavor. I wasn't impressed here.

The food is okay, if you overlook the hefty prices. But at prices like these, I expect impeccable restrooms. And here, the restrooms are a complete disaster. Cheaper than all Kentucky fries in the Netherlands and just as tasty.

Incredibly chaotic, even though it wasn't that busy. Initially, items were missing from our orders, which were then forgotten, but we received them after asking. Half of the drinks station was broken. One of the men's restrooms was broken; only one sink worked. The accessible restroom was also broken. The faucet in the women's restroom was also broken. I wouldn't go here again.

Had a combo box! The fries and chicken pieces were terrible. Old and dry! Only the coleslaw salad was okay. I won't be visiting this place again!

This branch poses a serious health risk and is the worst I've ever been to. The health department should take a closer look. The food was lukewarm to cold. The tablets weren't cleaned. The drinks station was a hotbed of bacteria. The entire store was filthy and had broken equipment. The restrooms were a disaster. The floor was sticky, everything was covered in urine, and there was no way to dry your hands. I don't even want to start on the service. Unfriendly, disinterested, and unkempt. We won't be visiting this branch again. Never again!

We went there before closing, a lot of free places to sit, the service was very good. There is a refill available for drinks.

Very good wings. There's a lack of staff to clean the tables. It wasn't pleasant to have to sit at dirty tables.

This KFC completely redefines the word "fast" in the word "fast food". I have rarely waited so long for my fast food meal. It took 20 minutes in total and the restaurant was only 1/3 full. There were three employees waiting in front of the kitchen for the food to never be ready. Luckily, I practiced lying down with my dog out of sight with his owner outside the restaurant for the assistance dog test. He can definitely do that now after such a long wait. By the way, while I was waiting I was also able to write this review. The food was OK. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed, unlike other fast food chains.

There was blood in every piece. I didn't eat half of it.

A friendly employee took my order, and my food was ready in five minutes. The first faux pas was at the drink dispenser: both the Pepsi and Pepsi Zero were out of stock. There was another (presumably reserve) tap labeled Pepsi, but no one knows whether that one was serving regular or zero. The carts where the trays are stored were completely overflowing. Where should I put the tray? In the men's restroom, one of the two toilets was broken, but the urinals were fine. Even when washing my hands afterward, the man had to stand in a very small space in the queue because the second hand basin was also unusable: the faucet was broken. I've never experienced such a disappointment at a KFC before. I hope this was an isolated incident and never happens again!

Absolutely disappointing! The food tasted awful and was way too expensive. A few hours later, I got severe stomach cramps and vomited several times – I've never experienced anything like that after a restaurant visit. For me, that was definitely my last visit to KFC.

We went in and ordered from the digital ordering board. After paying, the machine malfunctioned. The money was debited, and the order wasn't placed. After resolving this issue, which apparently turned out to be "normal" for this machine, we received our food fairly quickly. However, the food was expensive, the chicken nuggets were dry, and the refund for the overpayment wasn't refunded for five days.

Recommend yes, except that I only had 1 leg in a 8-piece bucket

We went to KFC as a family and were unfortunately very dissatisfied. Our order was taken incorrectly – we ordered a set meal, but it wasn't billed as a set meal. The chicken pieces were dry, and the chicken thighs were very small. The final price was almost the same as a restaurant meal, but the quality was not. Additionally, the fries were cold and soggy when we received them. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience for us. P.S.: The restrooms are just as disgusting as the food.

During my visit to the KFC in Geiselwind, there were unfortunately several unsatisfactory aspects. Pepsi Zero and another drink were unavailable. Schwip Schwap was only available in an orange version without cola. Additionally, you ended up with more drink on your arm than in the cup. The promotion advertised at the entrance was only available via the search function at the order terminal, not in the normal overview. The accessible restroom was out of service. The faucets in the men's and women's restrooms weren't working, making regular handwashing impossible.

One of the worst places I've ever eaten for a meal worth over €100, but it seemed like the staff were under pressure to use the restroom, and we had to take turns using the restroom... it was really bad. . .The manager of this place should remember that I'm going to tell my friends to go to McDonald's for dinner.

I've been to this KFC several times, just a standard KFC. The food is usually okay: hot, spicy, and filling. Sometimes the fries are fresh, sometimes rather soft. Nothing special, but solid. What's been bothering me for a while, however, is the cleanliness. The tables are often sticky, trays are left unattended for ages, and the restroom area could definitely use more frequent checks. This isn't an isolated incident—unfortunately, it's been going on over several visits. The staff is usually friendly, but often seems stressed or understaffed. When it's busy, you can expect to wait, even if it doesn't seem busy. Overall: If you know what you're getting into, you can eat here—but with a little more attention to detail (especially in terms of hygiene), it could be much better.

Bright lights, purely functional furnishings, no outdoor dining, and a mass-processing atmosphere. At least the food was delicious and the service friendly.

Please take care of the restrooms. This is a disgrace! The door to one of the men's restroom stalls was ripped off and was hanging at 7:30. That doesn't make a good impression.

It's a shame the service here is so awful. I wanted to change my little daughter's diaper after dinner, but the changing room was locked due to a broken toilet. My request to have the changing room open just for changing was denied, claiming there wasn't enough staff. When my husband expressed his opinion, he was met with loud grumbling and "kicked." We were then sent to McDonald's or "somewhere else." We'll be going there soon. Thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately, this branch is in an almost dilapidated state - it's obvious in the dining room. Ice machine broken, sink, hand dryer and one toilet broken in the toilets. Such defects rarely occur together, but rather one after the other. Management doesn't seem to be able to fix these defects. You can imagine what it looks like in non-visible areas. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the products were not particularly fresh, almost dry. This branch is not recommended.

These chickens are weak. We were late but they didn't have half the menu.

Disgusting - french fries tasted like dry cookies, chicken tasted old and crispy chicken didnt taste at all. Drinks were mislabeled - instead of Schwip Schwap we got Mirinda. Sauces have to be paid for, drinking machine sprays out drinks instead of dispensing them (watch out for your clothes), bathroom was dirty and partially broken (one sink doesn't work at all, toilet seats misaligned) ....

We weren't thrilled with the food. It wasn't to our taste and way too expensive for the amount of food. The breading goes like this and sometimes you get the feeling that it was more breading than meat. But the restaurant was clean and nicely furnished. All drinks are zero sugar. It's okay, for those who like it.

Everything was as expected. The chicken was delicious. Ordering hassle-free. The lady at the counter was friendly. When I was there it wasn't busy, so everything was relaxed.

I find the prices absolutely too expensive. The store itself is clean and service is quick. But I think the portions are just too small compared to the price. You can do it, I don't need it.

With Schlemmerblock, without it I wouldn't have ordered and paid for it.

For a fast food restaurant, the cleanliness was very good. The employees were also very nice and accommodating.

Pretty good experience at this KFC. Food was on par and prepared quickly. Place was quiet and the staff was friendly. Toilets not very clean.

We pick up something here every now and then (drive in). Unfortunately, we always notice at home that some things are missing. The quality is no longer what it used to be. I mourn the rice box. Why don't they exist anymore?

Been here for the third time in a year and this time too there was no more butter for the corn on the cob! How can you not have butter?

During our meal today, official employee discussions, management staff (apparently across branches) and employees took place at the next table (restaurant area). Here the employee was insulted and put down. Very unpleasant atmosphere. Personally, it's a no go that employees don't get a protected space.

We just left, two employees who were really overwhelmed, a cook in the back and 35 customers standing in line, the employees can't do anything about it but to the store manager, make sure you're doing your job right or close the store!!

In the past, a visit to KFC was always a good thing. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case, the staff hardly speaks German. For a job where you have to deal with customers all day long, I think it's important to have at least a rudimentary knowledge of German. The other is the quality and price of the food offered. It feels like KFC is getting more and more expensive and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The quality is hardly there anymore, there was hardly any meat on the chicken parts, the things were made up of 75% bones and cartilage and the twister was even bigger. Not like that KFC, you won't be seeing me again any time soon.
