Nice amusement park. The separate entrance for regular customers is a great solution. Be sure to read the fine print very carefully when ordering online, otherwise you won't be able to return the ticket. (This is especially important if you enter something incorrectly during checkout, or if you mistakenly buy four children's tickets instead of two children and two adults.) So be careful! Unfortunately, the food and drinks are far too expensive and the quality isn't great. The fries are delicious, but the burgers taste like cheap processed meat. It's a shame that the entrance to the dinosaur exhibit is blocked by the tunnel. We're really looking forward to the new indoor playground. The Halloween decorations were fantastic!

We went to the Halloween special at Geiselwind amusement park – and what awaited us there was simply appalling. Just two hours after the park opened, the restrooms were completely filthy, disgusting, and reeked of pure ammonia. I've never experienced anything like it in an amusement park. It's revolting and disrespectful to the visitors who pay good money for admission. The entire park gives a neglected and unloved impression. Everything is crumbling, much of it looks old, unkempt, and simply run-down. It's clear: no one is investing or maintaining anything here – the main thing is making money. The chaos continued with the attractions: constant breakdowns! Several times we stood in line for 20 minutes, only to be told that the roller coaster had "technical problems." This didn't just happen once, but multiple times! An absolute disgrace and extremely frustrating. And then the so-called Halloween event – ​​frankly, a complete disaster. Not a trace of fear or scares! Instead of starting at 7 p.m. as announced, the performers leisurely strolled into position at 7:15 p.m., while the visitors were already milling about. No excitement, no atmosphere, no concept. Simply unplanned, chaotic, and embarrassing. The whole thing might have been somewhat bearable if the price weren't so outrageous: €45 admission per person – and then they brazenly charge €5 for parking! For this service, it's nothing short of a rip-off. In short: Geiselwind is no longer an amusement park, but a disappointment with an entrance fee. Anyone who values ​​cleanliness, organization, or even a modicum of attention to detail should avoid this place. Never again!

A huge disappointment – ​​never again Geiselwind! I visited the Geiselwind amusement park on November 1, 2025, and I have to say that the experience was anything but pleasant. It was clear shortly after arrival that the day wouldn't go as planned. Just two hours after the park opened, the toilets were clogged, the flushes weren't working, and there was feces everywhere – the men's toilets had a very strong ammonia smell – absolutely unhygienic and disgusting. The staff was also very unfriendly, and most of them spoke little to no German, which made communication difficult. I found the prices for food, drinks, and admission completely exorbitant, especially considering how little the park offers. Several roller coasters broke down multiple times throughout the day, so you often had to wait in line for 20 minutes only to be turned away because the ride suddenly had a technical problem. The Halloween event was also a huge disappointment. It had nothing to do with Halloween; practically nothing of what was promised on the website was there. The opening was supposed to be at 7 p.m., but even half an hour later, many employees weren't even at their posts. There was no trace of spooky or scary moments – it was simply a careless attempt. Furthermore, the entire park seemed run-down. It's obvious that no one really cares and there's no attention to detail. Even the rides had questionable rules: one ride had a weight limit of 80 kg, but even those weighing 79.5 kg were turned away – completely unreasonable. To top it all off, there was a €5 parking fee, which I find outrageous given the overall state of the place. In conclusion: The park is in poor condition, the staff is unfriendly, and the value for money is terrible. I will definitely not be visiting Geiselwind again and unfortunately cannot recommend the park.

We were there today. The Halloween theme was great. The toilets were all extremely dirty. Some of the rides were very run-down. There was hardly any music or anything like that. Everything was rather dreary. If there hadn't been any other people there, it would have been no different from a lost place. And the food and drinks were completely overpriced. The tickets cost the same as for Heide Park, etc. But the rides and everything else looked like they were just ordered from Temu.

We visited the park on November 1st, 2025 for the Halloween special. I have to say, the park has really gone downhill. Some rides weren't running at all, or they kept needing repairs. This meant that after waiting in line for 15 to 20 minutes, you could just leave. And this happened more than once. The restrooms were awful. They were filthy shortly after opening, and one of them didn't even drain. The fireworks, promised on the website, weren't set off because of the holiday. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website. The live DJ didn't start until an hour late, and the cocktail bar was nowhere to be found. The Halloween attractions in the various houses weren't anything special either. They clearly tried, but it didn't really come across as scary.

Broken attractions, a very neglected park, some attractions closed or only open for a few hours, filthy restrooms, poor, overpriced food, and clearly demotivated staff, to name just a few issues. Rides with a maximum weight limit of 80 kg, and I weighed 79.5 kg and was turned away because I was too heavy, as the scales were already calibrated to 0.5 kg – something is definitely wrong. My conclusion and rating for the park is 0.0 stars because the promised Halloween special wasn't even remotely as advertised, and the promised fireworks didn't happen due to a public holiday, and this wasn't communicated properly. The Halloween special didn't even start at 7 pm, but 30 minutes later, because there was absolutely no organization. Nobody knew where to go. The clown was standing by the pyramids, not at the clown location.

Unfortunately, we repeatedly found that some rides weren't even operating, which is frustrating considering the entrance fee! What annoyed me most personally were the arcades, especially the machines selling stuffed animals. We spent a total of €8 on stuffed animals, and €5 of that was swallowed up by the machines. There wasn't a single employee in sight! We saw a total of eight machines displaying error messages. There were very few employees to be seen in general, and unfortunately, none in the arcades either. We then went to the administration office to inquire about the 2-for-1 ticket offer available at the entrance. It would be very helpful to provide information about this offer at the ticket counter, as I personally never take my ID or wallet into the park. Your staff in the administration office then kindly asked to see my email address, which I didn't quite understand, as it doesn't really serve as proof of identity and can easily be falsified. After a brief back and forth, we mentioned that your machines weren't working and our money was gone. The employee then suggested we complain here (administration) or go to the arcade, as there's an employee there who repairs the machines. I'd had enough of the discussion by then; I don't even want to know how much money went into those broken machines that evening! Where were your walking acts last night? Not a single one! If we had known, we would have gone to Schloss Thurn, because they actually offer walking acts and you can have a really good scare there, which was a complete flop with you last night. A big shout-out to your "Clowns and Monsters" at Ramses; the wait there was definitely worth it! It was fantastic! Where were your walking acts last night? Flub Street was incredibly boring. We went before 7 pm with my 6-year-old nephew, which was perfectly fine for children. After 7 pm, based on your recommendation, we decided not to take him in. It was incredibly dull, and the staff were chatting with the guests. There was absolutely nothing scary about it. Why do so many rides operate in the dark? Some of the lights were badly broken. Breakdance was in complete darkness, and some rides only had five bulbs lit. Signage was barely visible, or not visible at all. It was generally very dark! The Doggy Dog employee didn't even check who was getting on. My husband, who is 1.87m tall, insisted on squeezing in, and their employee didn't notice that his leg was sticking out by at least 10cm. Perhaps they should consider closing the animal enclosures to visitors at 6 pm or as soon as it gets dark during events like this! Drunken guests repeatedly tried to scare your llamas. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. We looked for an employee, but of course, we couldn't find one! I'd love to report this to the veterinary authorities! The Halloween animatronics are great, but not everyone speaks English, and not a single one was in German—very disappointing! Why is that? Regarding the restrooms: what an absolute scumbag! It smelled worse than our chicken coop! I don't even want to know what diseases you could catch there. What kind of standards is this? Who's inspecting this place? This is a case for the health department! Where are mothers supposed to change their children's diapers? My sister-in-law had to change my niece's diaper on a bench in the rain—wonderful! Overall, we found the park very run-down. We've been coming on and off for 40 years, but yesterday was the last time! I am very annoyed about the loss of my money for this day; instead of having fun, I experienced something like this.

We went there for the Halloween event for the first time. We were really lucky for the first few hours and hardly had to wait for the rides, but it got increasingly crowded as the evening wore on. The rides are really great, and there's something for everyone. We'd love to come back!

I only went along out of politeness. I'm from the Kitzingen district, and everyone knows what people say about Geiselwind, so I went in without any expectations and was still disappointed. The park itself is in really bad shape, the toilets stink and are partially clogged, so they start gurgling when the women's toilet is flushed, and the men's toilet gurgles too. By 12:30 pm, they were out of pizza. The Asian restaurant was closed without any explanation. The rides could also use some TLC. At normal prices, it's really not worth going there. They promised Halloween fun, but all we got was Christmas decorations mixed in. That's definitely not what professionalism looks like. I know why I haven't been there for 30 years, and I won't be going back. I'd rather drive the extra time and go to other parks for the same price, or even a little more, and get nicer parks.

The atmosphere at night is simply beautiful.

Very nice park. The food is great. Prices are reasonable. Lots of rides for both young and old. There's also a petting zoo. You can buy special food for the animals. It was a very quiet day. The best part was that the park was open until 10:00 PM on Halloween. Overall, a nice family amusement park with lots of playgrounds, animals, roller coasters, and more.

We had a really lovely day at the weekend with no waiting times. The staff were super friendly, and it's a fantastic holiday park for children and teenagers.

The park isn't as huge as others, but that's exactly what we liked – everything was easily doable in one day.

Basically, it's a decent park where you can definitely have fun. We were there on Thursday, and around 11:30 a.m. not all the rides were running, the food and drink areas were completely closed, and overall the whole park is showing its age. At this entrance fee, it's almost an outrage. Something urgently needs to be done about it.

Great family theme park. There's something for everyone. Most rides are suitable for children 120 cm tall and up. There's even a special area for toddlers. We visited on a Friday outside of school holidays, and it wasn't very busy. We even had to wait a few minutes at times until a few more people gathered to ride. Currently, there's a 2-for-1 offer where you can visit for free a second time until January 5th, 2026. We were there for the Halloween special, which was beautifully decorated with great extra shows (fireworks, a fire show, and a laser show). It could all start a bit earlier, as it gets dark early now, and 11 pm is too late for our kids. All in all, a great family theme park. I'm deducting one star because it can't quite compete with the big parks like Europa-Park, Heide Park, etc. However, "Mjörlnir Saga" and "Merlin and the Magic Circle" still provide plenty of adrenaline.

The amusement park itself could easily get a perfect score, and rightly so! Unfortunately, the staff there are almost universally unmotivated, listless, and not at all focused on sales. There are a few exceptions (the pizza and burger stands), but, for example, the service at the Anker restaurant was so awful, I've never experienced anything like it. Even the cleanliness of the restrooms is mediocre—basically everything related to staff. In short, I would have liked to visit again, but only with better service.

Spooky Nights was a total flop. I was there on Friday; according to the information, it was open until 11 p.m. At 10:15 p.m., everything was shut down and all the lights were off. No people in costumes, no *undead*, just a few figures standing around. The descriptions of the Halloween days online were completely exaggerated. None of that was there. Once and never again

An extraordinary experience. A very large park where you have something to do all day. I was there in October and everything is decorated for Halloween and in the evening with shows, fireworks and… things that scare you.

Very expensive, very unfriendly cashier. She charged two 9-year-olds as adults. The adults paid the full amount and the highest price because they were obligated to accompany the child. Very outdated scenes and adventures. Be careful with the opening hours; many don't open until 11:00 AM, and the exit is at 6:00 PM. Not recommended! P.S. Be careful at the end, too; it's extremely dangerous because the park has an exit. All the drivers are pushing to avoid the queues, and collisions are inevitable!

A cool and underrated park, I'd say. We were there in October, and they did a great job with the Halloween theme. We loved the spooky music coming from the jukeboxes everywhere. The attractions look a bit dated, but the activities for kids (playgrounds, petting zoo, etc.) were really cool! There isn't much for children under 120cm to ride, though. But once they reach that height, it's really great. One star deducted because it's quite expensive, considering some of the rides are less attractive.

Plenty of attractions for all ages, even a 2-year-old can ride a few. The restroom facilities are a bit dated. Food prices are reasonable, but admission is rather expensive for what's on offer.

Halloween 🎃 is the most beautiful place

I had a really fun time, it has a good combination of roller coasters, "fun houses", random festival games and children rides. Everyone can find something to do! The food is okay, there are many many food places so you can probably find something you'd enjoy

I've never experienced anything like this in Geiselwind before! We were there as usual and actually had a great time – with our two children (7 and 4 years old). Then we came to the children's area, where the children wanted to ride the horse-drawn tram. They both went once, and everything was fine. Then they wanted to go again – but suddenly the employee there started shouting and cursing at us. He spoke very poor German; you could hardly understand anything except "I don't care" and "I don't care." He was so aggressive that I really thought he was going to hit us. My children were completely scared and cried because they didn't understand what was going on. This is absolutely unacceptable – especially in a children's area! Before that, the same employee had been flirting with teenagers – and shortly after, he behaved like this towards small children. Incredibly disappointing.

Even though the park has gotten a bit bigger, it only has outdated rides!!! Aside from the food station, the sales staff who don't even understand German and have no teeth left in their mouths, that makes the food more appealing and truly delicious. And friendliness isn't the staff's strongest suit either. We won't be coming back anytime soon...

There are no accessible parking spaces, and you have to pay for parking! Even the free companion costs admission to the park! At every other park, the companion is free! Otherwise, the park already has a lot to offer and has great attractions. There's something for all ages, but something definitely needs to be done regarding the issue of severe disabilities!

There's a wide variety of things to do for everyone, from children to adults. It's smaller than you might think, but it's still fun and enjoyable.

A great experience, especially during Halloween 🎃 time

The park itself is good, and we enjoy going there. But it's a bit lackluster in places. Some corners are definitely more beautifully designed than they used to be, but they're still not ideal.

One star for the sausage roast. Cleanliness and speed could easily be improved. Otherwise, I'm surprised every year by how many great things there are. Keep it up.

It's quite dated. On the day we visited, several rides were late or didn't open at all. The kids still enjoyed it. There are nicer parks in Bavaria.

This was my second time at Geiselwind Amusement Park in my adult years. Unfortunately, I have many reasons why I wouldn't recommend Geiselwind, but I'll still give it another chance. Negatives - Unfortunately, not everyone at the food stalls understands German. I wanted a langos with garlic; I got a thick layer of sour cream with paprika, which tasted like paprika ajvar. When I complained, I asked for langos with Nutella instead. The langos wasn't cooked through and was still very doughy. On our second visit, we opted for the pirate bag (doner kebab). Unfortunately, the bread was so hard, the onions were soggy and didn't taste like a good kebab; everything flew out, and the fries were cold. I have to say, the young guy was all alone and was serving a long line. The churros are delicious, but even then, I got cold churros. - When we wanted to eat our kebab, we wanted to sit in the hut, but unfortunately there was no light, and the kebab vendor couldn't understand us. So we waited until there was space to eat our kebab at a table where there was light. - The restrooms look terrible, no matter which one I used. I visited four different restrooms, all of them were dirty. - Many rides were out of service, and when they were open, some of the gondolas were broken. The wave slide also needs an upgrade; the carpets are falling apart, and the slide is so worn that you can't really enjoy the ride. - We were there on the evening of October 11, 2025, because we wanted to experience the Halloween special. Unfortunately, so many rides had already closed by 8:30 p.m., as did the food stalls. You had to go all the way to the main entrance to get something to drink. I was also a bit disappointed with the decorations; only the main entrance was decorated; otherwise, there were just pumpkins on every corner. - There seemed to be only one baby changing station. We had to change our children's diapers on the park bench. Positives: -We had two-for-one tickets, so we had the chance to visit the park a second time within 50 days. -The park also has many other things to experience besides just rides. Various animals that you can see up close, a petting zoo, and an enclosure where you can walk through them. There are playgrounds, jumping pillows, a water play area, and a ball pit. -Plenty of seating -Plenty of trash cans where you can dispose of your trash. -Overall, there's hardly any trash on the ground. I would come back and give the park another chance in about two years when my child can ride more rides.

It was our first time there. Clearly, some of the rides need a fresh coat of paint. But that doesn't matter to me personally. What's important to us is that everyone had fun. There were a lot of rides. You should find out beforehand what you want to ride. Some rides have limited capacity, so you end up waiting in line a bit longer. I can only recommend visiting such rides as soon as they open. There were also a few animals. There was even a petting zoo. You could feed some of the animals with extra food. We will definitely visit the park again. Lots of things for the kids to play with. The staff, for example, were very friendly. It was a lovely day.

A lovely park for roller coaster enthusiasts and small children. Unfortunately, only a few refreshment points were open, but it wasn't very busy either.

Great in rainy weather because you don't have to wait in line. The pizza was very bland and lacked seasoning. The 4D cinema is great for all ages. You can spend the whole day there and always see something new. Some parts, however, are in need of renovation and are showing their age.

We come here as a family of four at least twice a year. This year, we even came as a group (kickboxing club) with several cars and families. Everything went smoothly, and the rides are great. Unfortunately, the Asian food was out of rice. It's sold out every time, which is a shame. Maybe we'll come again for Halloween. We always use the 2-for-1 ticket from the special offer.

It's ridiculous to charge €44 for this. The rides look old and unsafe, the wait times are far too long, and the food and drinks are far too expensive.

Very disappointing – never again! Our visit to Freizeitland Geiselwind was, unfortunately, a complete disaster. We rode the water ride in three cars, one behind the other, and collided! Only after we shouted and waved loudly did the employee even react. Instead of offering immediate assistance, he left us sitting in the car on a slope for five minutes until we finally got out and walked along the ride ourselves. The employee sat in his hut the whole time and did nothing. Completely irresponsible and dangerous! The food is also a disgrace: • The staff at the Langos hut were incredibly unfriendly. The first time, despite the park being empty, we had to wait an hour for a Langos, and later it was still 30 minutes – and that was at a price starting at €8 per piece, more expensive than at any Christmas market. • When we wanted to order a slushie, the employee grabbed a cigarette in the middle of our order, disappeared for 10 minutes, and then simply served other people. We left frustrated. • The noodles at the Chinese restaurant were completely tasteless and overpriced. • The pizza tasted like frozen food – also not recommended. Added to that is the exorbitant entrance fee for a park that seems run-down overall, and where much of it seems unloved and old. Conclusion: Overpriced, unsafe, unfriendly, not recommended!

Three snack bars, no more fries, and warm drinks were standing in front of the fridge. Staff completely overwhelmed. Observation tower closed. Many small vending machines broken. Everything is doable if you want it, but for the price, it's insanely simple.

So, we were back after three years. Hmm, what can I say? The restrooms were still so dirty at 10:00 a.m. (probably from the day before) that we wanted to leave right away. Unfortunately, the staff in the shops didn't do anything either. Totally unfriendly and unenthusiastic. The family outing cost us about €300 in total, including food. We would have preferred to go to another park.

There are a lot of rides, mostly with short routes between them. The paths are mostly very easy to navigate. Food and drink are available on almost every corner, and there are plenty of shady parking spaces directly across from the entrance.

Positive: • As a pregnant woman, I received a discount, which I found very accommodating. • The park is beautifully situated in the forest, and the surroundings are truly idyllic. Negative: • Many rides seem old and worn; they urgently need a facelift. • Unfortunately, some attractions were out of service. • The staff seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic – especially in a park for families and children, I expect friendly, motivated staff. Conclusion: Thanks to a special offer, we got double admission, so the price was reasonable. Overall, however, there's still room for improvement.

Nice park. It's been transformed from a zoo to an amusement park. Not quite as modern as the big ones, but with plenty of shade. It wasn't too busy when we were there either. Therefore, highly recommended.

I was at the amusement park recently [September 28, 2025] and, to be honest, I'm quite disappointed. The park seemed very unkempt overall, and it was dirty in many places. The worst, however, was the 'Cobra' roller coaster. The safety belt was broken, and when I pointed this out to an employee, I was treated very rudely. On top of that, the entrance fee was completely overpriced for what was on offer. Some rides were out of service, and the slot machines simply swallowed the money or didn't work at all. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this park."

Still a very nice park. Great rides and truly huge. We spent the whole day there with our little 6-year-old. She had a blast. Highly recommended. We'll be back. The seal show was one of our favorites. 👍🏼

Waiting forever and then being rejected. Uncool

I often came here with my family as a child and really enjoyed it, but now that I'm older, I have a few points to criticize. 1. Value for money The attractions are all old, and there are only a handful of roller coasters for adults. Really steep for the price. There are also raffle booths everywhere. The price of the food is reasonable. 2. Representation of different "cultures" There are areas that are supposed to represent different cultures, whatever that has to do with roller coasters. In any case, I think it conveys a false impression to children and has absolutely nothing to do with the respective cultures. Especially when it comes to the food! Why do I find hot dogs at the indigenous peoples' restaurants and churros at the East Asian (mixed Chinese and Japanese) restaurants? 3. Staff Most of the staff are unmotivated, don't smile, and sometimes have no idea what they're selling. 4. The horror house and the fun house are both not worth it. 5. The animals and their treatment. The animals have absolutely no appropriate space, exhibit behavioral problems, and are constantly exposed to the noise of the roller coasters. I'm very sorry to see this. But what can you say about an amusement park that doesn't officially offer vegan dishes? I think it's unfortunately more worthwhile to visit your nearest fair, and I say that even though I'm Team Amusement Park. Overall, I think it's a real shame what the amusement park has become.

Where do you even begin? It's almost entirely made up of old, decommissioned rides from the fairgrounds. Of course, the new operator is trying very hard, but they're not keeping up. The rides are old, and the water on many of the attractions smells and is dirty—you definitely don't want to ride them. The restrooms are dirty, smelly, and aren't cleaned all day. The staff are completely disinterested, play with their phones, and are downright unfriendly. We're giving it two stars because Geiselwind was our number one park during our childhood, and we really appreciate that the operator is maintaining the old "charm."

Unfortunately, there aren't enough rides for children under 1 meter tall. The park is beautiful and the fashions are well-arranged. The restrooms were unfortunately in terrible condition.

From a parent's perspective: This is an aging and relatively expensive amusement park with the unfriendly staff I've ever experienced. And that's true at every single attraction! From a child's perspective (6), there are a few nice things.

Went there for the first time with friends. A very beautiful and spacious park for all ages. We had perfect weather that day, so the park was quite busy. It seemed a bit like the staff were getting tired of the end of the season. The wait times at the attractions and food stations were quite long! What somewhat dampened the good impression was the lack of Wi-Fi in the park and the 2-for-1 ticket policy at the administration office. We'd love to come back!

Wednesday, September 24, 2025 I specifically called a few days in advance to see if the park was actually open. The answer was "Yes." No information about the possibility of closure in bad weather. So, after almost two hours of driving, the barrier to the parking lot went up, and then came the disappointment. A sign so large you almost needed a magnifying glass read: Closed due to the forecast of persistent rain. Okay, we didn't see the rain, but we did see the closed barrier (which only opens if you enter a ticket, which we didn't get) at the exit, where we had to wait a good 10 minutes. After several calls and attempts to get out of the parking lot, an employee finally took pity on us and let us out.

All in all, a beautiful and diverse park. I thought it was a shame that the restrooms were so dirty. We were there Saturday and Sunday because we were staying at the Seaside Resort. Apparently, the restrooms weren't cleaned between Saturday evening and opening on Sunday. That shouldn't be the case. Unfortunately, soap was mostly missing, too. We attended a show where, according to my watch, the volume was almost 85 dB and also had a very bass-heavy sound. Is that really necessary for a show with lots of (young) children? In my opinion, there needs to be a rethink.

Before we left, we specifically checked to see if the park was open. Yep, let's go. Since we got there a bit early, we treated ourselves to a coffee. There were no signs at the park saying it was closed at 9:15. Just before 10:00 a.m. there was a small sign saying "Closed due to rain!" Maybe they should have told the rain. It wasn't there. At 10:38 a.m. the park was still listed as open on the internet. And on the website too!! Then around 12:00 p.m. suddenly there was a note, as if they had written it on the 23rd, saying the park was closed. So many people went there for nothing. What annoys me most is the outrageous fact of being ripped off like this on the internet.

Despite the annual schedule, the park was closed due to rain. Apparently, they forgot to tell the rain, because it wasn't there.

Unfortunately, this park is unreliable. Forget the annual schedule. The park won't even open if there's even the slightest drizzle. Extremely disappointing. We will avoid the park in the future due to its unreliability. Update: It didn't rain a drop on the day in question.

It should have been communicated more clearly at the entrance what each queue was for.

In short, the attractions are good, and the grounds are much larger than you'd initially think or think at the entrance. If you take your time and wander around the park, you'll find a lot. Things are well hidden or obvious, not so obvious. The prices are great. Thanks to the operators at Geiselwind.

A top amusement park for children, teenagers and adults for decades.

One star is actually too much. The entrance fee of €45 is completely excessive for what's on offer here. Many attractions seem outdated and anything but safe – you don't get the feeling that any real attention is paid to maintenance and safety. Overall, it's absolutely disappointing and definitely not recommended.

A very nice park, but hopelessly understaffed. Extreme wait times because only one employee operates each piece of equipment, and they constantly have to repair/help/push things along. You have to factor in a 45-60 minute wait for almost every attraction. The monkeys have a large area, but all the other animals are very cramped. The food is okay, and the staffing here is a bit better, but still not optimal.

Something for everyone! But very expensive!

All the toilets are absolutely disgusting and hidden, even at 9:15 in the morning! The waiting times were unreasonable. We were there with three children (9, 8, 5, and 2 years old) and couldn't even ride the roller coaster together because each child would have needed an accompanying adult, even in the same car. So with two adults, even smaller roller coasters were impossible... It was the first and last time we were here... So Plohn and Thurn Castle were 100 times nicer and better.

I was there yesterday. I'd never go back; I remembered the park differently. At 1 p.m. we lined up to buy fries, and when it was our turn, they were all gone. The 🍨 had run out of chocolate; they'd run out. The same thing happened at a drinks stand. The staff went downstairs to be friendly. The restrooms were sloppy and dirty, and so on. Never again. What a shame about the park.

In my opinion, the price/performance ratio here isn't right. The rides are very old, so you often see that a technician needs to get involved. One of the rides braked so abruptly that my glasses simply flew off. I don't think that's normal.

Geiselwind offers a pleasant family atmosphere, a beautiful, green environment, and a good mix of rides (unfortunately, some rides are showing their age). However, there are also charming highlights that are fun! At times, the staff seems unmotivated, and in some cases, the restrooms should be checked more closely shortly before the park closes to ensure everything stays clean. Overall, Geiselwind is a family-friendly place. Suggestions for improvement: "Updates" to the attractions, "smiling staff," and better cleanliness at night.

No soap in the toilets, the entire park has been reorganized and follows no recognizable structure. You get the feeling they tried to do something with little money, but then stopped halfway through. It's a real shame, we probably won't be back.

One of the most amazing theme parks in Germany. We've been here a few times and are always impressed. We highly recommend it.

Unfortunately not. 1. Initially, there was a lot of confusion at the ticket counter. 2. Some rides weren't working or were shut down early. 3. Unmotivated and sometimes unfriendly employees. I won't be going there again anytime soon. But it doesn't matter, because the money keeps rolling in anyway.
