There are two employees who are still not friendly. Lots of waiting time

I took a huge detour, off the highway, because the rating was better than others, and then it's just a small stand in a shopping center and there aren't even chicken parts, just lousy "Original Chicken Bites", as if that would ever have been original. Luckily, there's plenty to choose from next door

The clerk at the counter takes the level of good service to whole new levels. Super friendly, well informed about the product and the cheerfulness rubs off. To eat: the wings are nice and juicy, the breading is crispy, that's how KFC has to be. The seating is good, you can always find a nice spot, but it's still a food court.

The boy who went to the checkout today at 3:30 p.m. He didn't want to let me pay, even though I was there first, so he took other people first, maybe people he knew, and then when they had already paid, he left because Another customer asked something, so I threw Bonn away and went away, I'm very dissatisfied!

Bottled drinks are only available for delivery services. But not self-collectors. How can you easily transport several drink cups in the car? Bottles are not available even upon request and for an additional charge. This is not very customer friendly. So I had to have the drinks disposed of at the store.

I just got 1 kl. French fries and a small... Brought coffee. The fries were cold and honestly a mini mini portion. Took photos. I complained that I got a few potato strips for 3.40 euros.. and the answer was... that they don't set the prices.. Everyone is walking around with a smile on their face, as if they were working for me.. unbelievable.. disgusting. I would post this everywhere

I don't know of any restaurant chain that cultivates its image as stubbornly as Kentucky Fried Chicken...poor service, nasty cold drinks, interesting chicken pieces, apparently very attractive to pubescents, despite the high prices...

Dirt. Simply a shame for the entire KFC chain. I ordered through Lieferando, the time was corrected three times and then canceled after an hour of waiting... Zero stars would actually be appropriate.

I've just been to "KFC" and I'm very positively surprised. The food isn't rubbish like MC and BK... the meat is top notch in its preparation, I can't complain, fries could be more and more crispy but it's ok, everyone likes it I like the drink, as always, cola from the tap, not the original but still ok.... I think KFC is my new go-to when it comes to quick food and.... priced at 12-15% and it would be PERFECT for me Fed up

Had an order on December 24th, 23 but unfortunately the app showed it was still open and when I arrived it was closed. That means I was able to pick up my order but the money had already been deducted. I have already sent several messages about my problem and so far there has been no response. This is bad service KFC app is worst app you can use. Too many errors in the app give incorrect information about opening times

They didn't put my burger in and I still had to pay for it
