Well, that could be much better. The chicken pieces were lukewarm. That could be better...

I don't recommend this option, I think it's the first one. It looks good, but the pieces are very small.

Hygiene isn't a priority here! The ordering tray seems to have not been cleaned in a long time! The counter and kitchen look messy.

We were at the RRZ Mülheim yesterday and ordered from KFC. The service was super friendly, and the food was attractively presented. Since the tables in the back were also regularly and thoroughly cleaned, and the tray cart was continuously emptied, the ambiance was perfect for this type of dining experience. KFC is definitely recommended.

Exceptionally good. We even fulfilled his wish. Instead of 2 chicken wings, 2 bytes were packed in the bag.

I ordered takeout from KFC today and I'm very disappointed. Half of my three different orders were forgotten, and of course, you only notice this at home after you've already paid. On top of that, the food was cold. The employees seemed stressed, but it wasn't busy, and better training is urgently needed. I've made it clear I won't be ordering from here again.

It's simply a disgrace. I ordered from this KFC, and only part of my order was delivered – the hot wings arrived, but my burger was completely missing. I first called the driver, who told me to contact the restaurant. No sooner said than done – but there I was treated rudely and almost condescendingly. They claimed the driver had taken everything. So I called the driver again – and lo and behold: He clearly stated that he only received part of the order. Why on earth don't they just put two items in a single bag??????????? Instead, something is split up and then forgotten. Simply zero customer service. I didn't even have an appetite afterward. An experience like that is simply annoying, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Never again.

Staff overwhelmed and too few, a family orders 20 minutes with the waiter and there are 30 people waiting for food

The machine had an error. The money was deducted from my account but I didn't get anything. The employees didn't know what to do even though the receipt said I should contact an employee. Absolutely not recommended.

(I don't know what part of chicken they even gave me, and it doesn't look safe to eat) Didn't give 2 dips. I didn't check, but I'm damn sure I only got 2/3 of what I ordered, if not half Read Saani Khan's review. He is right, the staff is fraud! The fries were good

Shitty just shitty I felt sick after that. I ordered 20 boxes and didn't even eat half of them, it was simply terrible. The fries were cold and just not appetizing and the mashed potatoes tasted like they had expired. Unfortunately I can't give less than 1 star. I would have done otherwise. Horrible

I took a huge detour, off the highway, because the rating was better than others, and then it's just a small stand in a shopping center and there aren't even chicken parts, just lousy "Original Chicken Bites", as if that would ever have been original. Luckily, there's plenty to choose from next door

The clerk at the counter takes the level of good service to whole new levels. Super friendly, well informed about the product and the cheerfulness rubs off. To eat: the wings are nice and juicy, the breading is crispy, that's how KFC has to be. The seating is good, you can always find a nice spot, but it's still a food court.

The boy who went to the checkout today at 3:30 p.m. He didn't want to let me pay, even though I was there first, so he took other people first, maybe people he knew, and then when they had already paid, he left because Another customer asked something, so I threw Bonn away and went away, I'm very dissatisfied!

Good food, clear recommendation

Bottled drinks are only available for delivery services. But not self-collectors. How can you easily transport several drink cups in the car? Bottles are not available even upon request and for an additional charge. This is not very customer friendly. So I had to have the drinks disposed of at the store.

I just got 1 kl. French fries and a small... Brought coffee. The fries were cold and honestly a mini mini portion. Took photos. I complained that I got a few potato strips for 3.40 euros.. and the answer was... that they don't set the prices.. Everyone is walking around with a smile on their face, as if they were working for me.. unbelievable.. disgusting. I would post this everywhere

I don't know of any restaurant chain that cultivates its image as stubbornly as Kentucky Fried Chicken...poor service, nasty cold drinks, interesting chicken pieces, apparently very attractive to pubescents, despite the high prices...
