Good food, just a pity that chicken often still has those muscles in it, and that on a burger you get pieces of chicken in between instead of 1 whole.

Really delicious food, prices were also okay, I haven't eaten fast food this well in a long time. On the other hand, Mäckes and BKing can leave their deep fryers cold.......ate something again today. The food was good as always, I received great advice and a good recommendation beforehand. Very nice and friendly employee

The service is absolutely subpar. We were there on October 17th at 3:30 p.m. The employee thought she had to address all customers verbally. Ma found it extremely important to make sure the fries were completely over-salted and to check her fingernails. Never again!

Food is as you know it from all KFC, unfortunately the orders are given incorrectly far too often.

This was the first and last thing! The KFC is never used in the Netherlands. That's 1, the saus op de broodjes is different and totally not tasty. Ten 2nd de stuk kip on my zinger was zodanig small dat ik meer brood at dan kip. Ten 3 de hotwings were droog and te hard baked! You don't have to start over the patty/friet you want that was 1 en slap en vol met frituur olie! This was the 1st time and the last time! It's not the KFC you're used to in the Netherlands. That's 1, the sauce on the sandwiches is very different and not tasty at all. Second, the piece of chicken on my Zinger was so small that I ate more bread than chicken. Third, the hot wings were dry and overcooked! And don't start with the fries/chips right away because they were 1 and limp and full of frying oil!

Tried again today after the bad experience last time. After first having problems with the ordering column, we went to the counter. Waited 10 minutes, only 2 customers in front of you. Non-German speaking people and then being told that the FRIET is not available due to delivery problems. How is it possible that such a beautiful business is run like this? No wonder it is not busy at this location. Too bad, we drove on to Burger King Kleve, we also had to wait 10 minutes, but that was because it was busy!!!!!

International fast food chain with chicken as the basis for the dishes. You will be given a cup to help you get your own soft drink. Children's menu is okay, no separate toys but a handy cup for home use.

We were there on a Wednesday evening, around 7pm. It was nice and quiet, we could immediately place the order via the column. And within 2 minutes the food was ready. Everything was warm (even hot), the chicken was nice and tender and the fries were delicious. It was disappointing that there were only sugar-free drinks; Certain sweeteners give me a stomach ache. So I just took some water. Unfortunately, the prices are a lot higher than in the Netherlands. But we had a nice meal!

Expensive, hardly anyone in KFC, yet food not hot. Only sugarless drinks. Super strange that you don't have your own choice and then you can't take a menu because I don't like sugarless lemonade. Then, out of necessity, something with coffee and sugar. This was KFC's last time here.

Unfortunately, food prices have reached rough levels. For two adults basket with 15 pieces of chicken, three hamburgers, mashed potatoes, two drinks 50 €. We were hungry so we agreed to pay, unfortunately not so quickly. I love KFC, but unfortunately my budget can't handle it...

WORST RESTAURANT EVER! You can never find a fresh food there.

Today we ate at KFC in Kleve again after a long time. I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes until I was helped. I had to ask myself if I could be helped. I saw an employee (with dark curly hair, of non-Western origin) standing very close to the cash register, she kept seeing that I was standing in front of the cash register, and yet she didn't bother to take my order. In fact, she very rudely tells me that if I can't wait, I can order from a vending machine. I have never experienced such behavior, very unprofessional / unsuitable. I also reported this behavior to my (sub) manager. I don't think he fully understood me, but hopefully he will do something about that. In addition, we received lukewarm food and incomplete food too. Super bad! Because of the above, I don't plan on going there again anytime soon. Then to another case, unfortunately!

So after 72 years you should be able to cook fries and wings. Add to that the exorbitant prices, a bottle of water, a handful of half-baked fries and 6 mini nuggets for €10.50. Ridiculous for this poor preparation and quantity. The wings were not fully baked and had a soaked fat breading. Definitely the worst fast food I've ever eaten. Never again.

😭 After a long time, I bought a Twister Wrap and a bucket at the drive-thru at KFC in Kleve. Twister and side dishes were ok. The bucket was "under all s.." The breading was totally hard and dark brown, the meat was dry. The contents of the bucket were probably heated several times. According to the motto “I have to go, heat it up again, go to the drive-in”. Gone is gone, the customer doesn't come back to complain." And all for €34.68. Next time, if I'm feeling hungry, I'll drive one street further to the Chinese buffet.

First of all: I LOVE KFC, but this one????? There is still a lot of room for improvement!!!!!!!! When I think of Essen, Bad Oeynhausen or CentrO. In the last three: food warm, staff friendly. Here in Kleve? You can guess that the fries and burgers were once warm. Staff mushy because you can't think of the name of the burger straight away and you order a crispy chicken. Answer: THEY ARE ALL WITH CHICKEN. Oh????? Real????? I wouldn't have expected that name. Chili cheese fries are on the board. It's no longer there, it was an action. Again in the fall. Maybe cross it out?????? If you don't feel like working in the catering industry, then look for another job. I've been doing it myself long enough. Gastro thrives on friendliness. There will be another chance at some point. If it gets so underground again, I'd rather drive to Oberhausen.

Staff was slow, floor slippery, greasy because of food leftovers, missing part of order, but it was pretty tasty.

I'll be honest, this was my first time at KFC and went with friends. I'm quite surprised with the quantity, it's really quite alright. I will say though, the fries were quite bland. With more salt they're alright, but sadly not as good as I hoped. Apart from that it was very easy to order, see what would be the best value, and refilling drinks is always helpful. Overall a good experience, but not quite what I was told a KFC would be.

We tried KFC in Kleve today, I didn't feel like cooking and my husband didn't know KFC yet. Of course I read the reviews beforehand and I have to admit that I went there with great skepticism. I didn't know how to order Deshbord, it wasn't a problem for the one person, then I didn't know what to do and when I asked, I was immediately helped in a friendly manner. The same applies to the drinks vending machine, which was also explained here immediately. It took 5 minutes from the dashboard until my number was called, so my food was hot and delicious. It's best to form your own opinion and, like me, be pleasantly surprised. deserves a 5* thank you for your helpfulness

Food was delicious. But very long waiting time. Almost 20 minutes for 1 menu with an extra burger. But I was offered free fries as an apology. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Parking spaces are plentiful.

There is also hot food, cold burgers, cold cold meat, cold bacon, oversalted potatoes, all in all 🤮🤮 a lot of money for garbage. Not recommended

Ordered food at the terminal. Large menu and large drinks with additional charge. We only got small cups. When we asked, we were told that they only give out 0.5 cups to take away. That is not how it works. FRIES WERE TOO SALTY.

I have eaten many times in my life and at many different KFC branches. I almost always eat fillet bites and therefore know the taste and the breading. However, at this location, these were completely different than any other filet bites I've been served before. The filet bites were rubbery. No crunch, no juicy chicken and the taste is completely poor. When I then asked politely whether there had been any recent changes to the recipes because they were so different, I was told that this wasn't the case. The employee said he had been working here for some time and nothing had changed. I then had to take the initiative and there was no offer/solution from the employee. It was the language of hot wings or crispies as compensation. I then said that I would take the crispies. The “boss” came over and I had to explain the situation to him again. He confirmed the employee's statement that there had been no change in the recipe. I then asked the employee again what the compensation was and he replied "no, sorry, that's not possible". So I went back to the table, confused. A few minutes later the words "Didn't you just check that? My boss was standing next to me." I brought some hot wings as compensation, even though I didn't want hot wings and don't like them at all. To this day I still don't understand what sense the situation and actions made. In any case, the filet bites tasted schaise and the fries were also soggy and poorly salted. I then gave the hot wings away. Never again KFC Kleve. The visits to other branches since then have confirmed to me that the fillet bites are still normal everywhere else.

Was there yesterday. The waiting time was probably almost an hour. Although there was almost nothing going on. Then you had to wait even longer because the fillet bites weren't ready yet. But I was able to replace it with a crispy. Not normal anymore. They were quicker... Food was otherwise very good. Then I go to another KFC.

I don't recommend it, only the ignorant people who work there are happy, but they got my orders wrong and there were no sauces, the waiting time was 25 minutes (I ordered first, they didn't have my orders when I got to the cash register, but before they moved). I visited Africa for the first and last time.

Since there has been new management, the store has been really great. Food quality and cleanliness are now very good 👍. I can only recommend this KFC to everyone.

Quality of food is not the best, only 1 kiosk working out of 4, and team of habibis always have time, but not to prepare my order. 10min waiting for kiosk to order a food, and than 25min waiting for food (basic things).. not recommending this place

I have been a KFC fan for years and am pleased that there has been a branch in Kleve for some time now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always really enjoy being there.

Big parking place, unlimited drinks but the chicken was not the best and a little too hot.

Ich war früher schon öfter hier und ich muss sagen, es ist eine deutliche Verbesserung erkennbar. Das Personal ist freundlicher, die Bestellungen bekommt man schneller und es ist auch sauberer. Weiter so!

Es ging sehr schnell. Weiß nicht, ob das gut oder schlecht ist.. Für Menschen, die auf gutes Fleisch wert legen bzw. Vegetarier gibt es hier nur Notnahrung. Lieber die paar Meter weiter zu BK fahren und gute Burger genießen. Ist aber natürlich Geschmackssache.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfinde ich als sehr….“verwirrend“… Meine Portion die ich mir für 10 Euro bestellt habe hätte (bewiesenermaßen) nicht mal für ein Kind gereicht… Aktionstage werden ausgeschrieben, wo man für das gleiche Geld DEUTLICH mehr bekommt… Schade. Das einzige was ich absolut loben muss ist, das die aktuelle Managerin Frau Reinert sehr freundlich war und uns kompetent erklärt hat wieso. Das war leider das beste an dem Besuch, da der Frust über die Situation mit dem Essen überwiegt. Solche Menschen wie sie an der richtigen Stelle, sind das Beste was einem Standort wie diesem passieren kann. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal! Lg aus Trier

Sehr freundlich und nett, wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben kann, hätte ich gemacht. Das Essen war richtig lecker, ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

27.70€ für drei Mini Portionen Nuggets oder wie die ungenießbaren Dinger da heißen. Kalte Pommes, fehlende Saucen, nur Kiosk Bestellung. Wirklich, egal wo auf der Welt, es schmeckt überall nicht.

Juni 2022: Mein Chilicheese Burger bestand gefühlt nur aus Brot, dadrauf zu finden waren übrigens ein Tröpfchen Sauce und ein Cornflake - hatte reichlich wenig mit Chicken zu tun. Update auf 3 Sterne Oktober 2022: Kaum Betrieb im Restaurant, trotzdem lange Wartezeiten. Filet bites lecker und frisch, Buckets kann man hier bestellen. Burger gehen gar nicht - Käse schon alt und außen hart, Burger sehr trocken und geschmacklos. Toiletten sind ziemlich dreckig, genau wie das Restaurant an sich.
