Das Essen war fantastisch und der herzliche Empfang der Besitzer ist immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Die Bedienung war überaus nett und freundlich.

Ein perfekter Ort mit einem sehr guten Smash Burger und einer super Atmosphäre.

Absolut bester Smash Burger! Unglaublich lecker mit den karamellisierten Zwiebeln!!!

Find's eigentlich witzig und cool gemacht vom Konzept aber vorbei fahren ist eine ganz dumme Idee. So konnte ich den Betreiber und seinen wenigen Gästen noch beim feiern auf der freifläche zuschauen und hungrig nach Hause. Wenn ausverkauft dann vielleicht auf vorübergehend geschlossen setzen, dann fährt man nicht umsonst! Wird mir dann bei Maps auch nicht angezeigt 😉 Leider gibt's hier in der Gegend aber auch kaum Alternativen... Zu so vielen Dingen, Schade.

Bester Smash Burger meines Lebens , Empfehlung!

Tischplatte nicht abgewischt; Zewa als Servierten; Papierteller; Alte Einweghandschuhe unter dem Tisch; Hinterlassenschaften (Kippen usw.) vom Vorabend auf dem Nachbartisch; Nur ein einziges Gericht zur Auswahl: Kleiner Cheeseburger + Getränk = 10 Euro; Der Cheeseburger war zumindest geschmacklich gut. Nach dem Menü brauchte es aber eine Speckstange von Kutzer für den verbleibenden Hunger. Ich schreib normal keine negativen Bewertungen aber dieses Mittagessen sorgt dafür, dass ich nicht gleich wieder hingehe. Vielleicht haben wir es auch einfach nur schlecht erwischt.

Absolut sensationelles Essen! Die besten Mac & Cheese, die ich je gegessen habe! ‼️ Nachtrag (Ende 2024): 1 Stern Abzug, da keine Kartenzahlung mehr möglich ist. ‼️ Nachtrag (Mitte 2025): Nochmals 1 Stern Abzug wegen der unzuverlässigen und ständig wechselnden Öffnungszeiten. ‼️ Nachtrag (Anfang 2026): Ich gebe auf! Das ist jetzt schon das dritte Mal, dass ich 30 Minuten gefahren bin und das Restaurant geschlossen vorgefunden habe, obwohl Google Maps geöffnet anzeigt und sie es am selben Tag noch auf Instagram gepostet haben.

Sehr leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service. Preislich passt es auch. Wir kommen immer sehr gerne.

Es fühlt sich an wie ein amerikanisches BBQ-Restaurant. Das Essen ist köstlich. Die Portionen sind groß und die Preise angemessen. Ich komme sehr gerne zum Mittag- oder Abendessen hierher.

Sehr schön dort es gibt im "Club Haus"(ein Wintergarten mit schiebetür und Glas Wänden) einen Kamin der für wohlige Wärme sorgt, gedimmtes Licht für romantische Atmosphäre, und weichen xxl Kissen für die Bänke. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend was es nurnoch besser macht. Ich persönlich komme gerne wieder und kann es sehr weitergeben.

Extrem leckeres und typisches amerikanisches BBQ

Brisket bestellt es kam zügig. Allerdings war die menge überschaubar 4 hauchdünn geschnittene Scheibchen Brisket lauwarm. Die Bohnen waren meiner Meinung nach übergart eher matachig ohne jeglichen biss.Coleslaw war gut auch eine schöne Portion. Der Preis für 20€ vieleicht etwas hoch angesetzt. Habe in anderen Lokalitäten gut es wirde nicht im smoker zubereitet, aber es war Warm es gab ne ordentliche Portion an Fleisch ca 2,5x mehr für dem selben Preis. Also mich hat es nicht überzeugt nochmal zu kommen...oder auf der Durchreise dort einen stop einzulegen...

Incredibly delicious food. The two of us had a platter with everything. It was plentiful and very good. You should definitely try the mac and cheese!

Absolutely sensational food. Best mac & cheese I’ve ever had! Edit (Late 2024): 1 star deduction because they don’t accept card payments anymore. Edit (Mid 2025): Another 1 star deduction due to inconsistent and constantly changing opening times.

Sensational! Super-tender and juicy brisket and spare ribs, the meat falling right off the bone. Very tasty, as are the side dishes. The location in an old gas station is very original. Very friendly service. I would never have thought I'd find something like this in Marktredwitz. Definitely recommend it.

We look forward to Wednesdays for days, based on repeated recommendations. My friend works extra hours, and we drive over an hour together to your place, only to find the doors closed... While Google happily announces "open now." This really doesn't have to happen. You can simply enter temporarily changed opening hours here. Even on Instagram, there's no information about the holiday, just a lovely post about being open on Wednesdays. Thank you so much for that. Until a successful visit, I'll unfortunately have to give this one one-star rating.

This is hands down the best BBQ I have had! Stateside or where ever nothing has come even close! Brisket 5+ Stars! Chopped Chicken 5+ Stars, Sides are perfectly seasoned and my guy CJ is truly talented. 25 minutes from Graf and well worth the drive!!! Do NOT MISS OUT!

Got the Mississippi plate with Mac n cheese and garlic carrots The pulled pork and Mac n cheese were a banger, sadly the brisket was a little dry but still good All in all I’d give em a 9/10, def will come back !

There were five of us for dinner. The diner is a converted gas station and looks pretty cool. It could be a bit cozier inside. We all ordered the ribs and shared three burgers. The food was very good. The meat was super tender, and all the sides were delicious. Highly recommended for BBQ.

It was my first time there. So if you're looking for polished marble tables and the same chair at every table, you've come to the wrong place. The ambiance is simple, homey, and appealing—perfect for me. I ordered chopped chicken—they weren't available anymore. The alternative was smoked ribs—it was damn delicious. I don't mind at all that some dishes are sold out in the evening. People, be flexible and remember that less food will be thrown away because they're paying attention! Everyone who works there was attentive, respectful, and kind, which you don't see everywhere anymore. I can only say thank you for taking my son there. People, keep up the good work 👍🏼

The Kennedy's are an incredible family who provide outstanding service. We've been there multiple times, and they never disappoint! Classic American barbecue that gives a taste of the USA in Germany! Recommendations: Georgia plate, coleslaw, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, brisket, ribs, and hamburgers.

Best spare ribs & burgers in a long time, it's a shame that there isn't a snack bar near us as good as here!

Food was delicious and service was great. Unfortunately, you couldn't take much of anything from the map because a lot of it wasn't available. People are all standing around in the room and it's pretty loud. Door after door was quite tiring and quite cold as a result. A tip would be to reserve a table. Traveled specifically from Berlin and returned with mixed feelings.

This is something incredible! The taste of the burger is a cannon rocket 🤤🤤🤤🤤. Very tasty! I recommend! And in the summer it is very atmospheric to sit outside. You need to make more soft chairs)

A pleasure every time. The pulled pork and chopped chicken are particularly recommended. The portions are more than enough and you go home feeling full afterwards. On top of that, the service here is top notch. There's nothing wrong here. Update: Unfortunately there is no information about changed opening times. I've driven here so many times in vain. No note on the door, no message in the mailbox about what's going on. Very, very unfortunate. This urgently needs to be improved!

We had reserved a table weeks ago especially for our wedding day, but no one was there at the time we reserved and the shop was closed. There were notes on the door saying that there are only burgers and no card payment is possible. So we wouldn't have even gotten what we went there for. So we made the 40-minute journey to the store for free.

We had a Mississippi Plate with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The meat was super tender and juicy, the sauce was a dream and the side dishes also hit the mark. All in all. We will be back. And that’s saying something 😎

The sweetest owners bringing that piece of American BBQ to Germany. Definitely call ahead because only so much of each meat is prepared every day. I got lucky because I showed up right as they opened and there was some left. Literally amazing quality and amazing flavors.

Cool location with authentic American food. 😎 I liked it a lot. The prices are reasonable for what is on offer. The restaurant is in a former gas station and does not have its own parking lot. What you should note: Most of the time you sit outside under the gas station roof. At lunch there is only 1 dish. In our case it was a burger. But we will definitely come back, even though we have to travel almost 100km. I don't think there's anything more that needs to be said.

Lange Wartezeiten, statt zwei Tacos nur einen erhalten, keine Getränke und Restgeld würde ebenfalls vergessen. Gegen das Essen kann ich nichts sagen, durchschnittlich at best. Alleine schon wegen dem Service kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen.
