Very disappointing! We had made a reservation for 25 people for New Year's Eve and called again at lunchtime to make sure everything was okay. We were told that there was no reservation and the store was full. The employee treated us like we were lying even though we had definitely made the reservation. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We definitely won't recommend this store.

This is where I ate the best lahmacun in the last seven years. Great recommendation!

We were very happy with the food and it arrived quite quickly. In addition, the staff is very friendly and helpful! It's clear that this won't be the last time we come here!

The food was extremely tasty. I've never had such a good falafel roll before. The roll with chicken tasted very good. The starter Haydari, which we ate for the first time, was super tasty. Service was quick, polite and just very nice. The meat counter also looks very good. The ambience is quite ok so far, you sit close to the neighboring table but it's ok. You could easily imagine a room divider. The lighting is very bright in the room, but unfortunately you have to deduct a star for that, it takes away from the cozy atmosphere. Paid for 3 drinks, 1x starter/bread, 2x rolls €31, tea was provided from the house. So good value for money! Payment by cash or card (no credit card)Payment at the counter, uncomplicated and possible immediately. Nice shop, highly recommended!! It was full today on Saturday evening, every table was occupied. Maybe make a reservation 👍🏼 On the second visit everything was very good again. Salad is also very tasty. This time there was no tea offer, maybe that's not standard.

Ordered a lentil soup and a lahmacun. Was very tasty. Lahmacun was freshly made and was crispy. I really liked it. The waiter was very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend the restaurant.

Was only there briefly to order a lahmacun to take away. Would be received very nicely. A great atmosphere and the Lahmacun was great!

Finally a Turkish restaurant in Hanover city center where you can eat clean and relaxed. I have become a regular customer. The food was TOP, the staff was super friendly and pleasant + very accommodating.

Kebapci Musa is a well-known shop in Hanover that has now moved. I was really excited about the new concept and especially about the food. The lamb chops were really tasty but the bread with them was cold and the adana dürüm was unfortunately very bad. It was completely cold and therefore inedible. They also didn't ask what kind of salad you would like with it or let alone any sauce... I think that's generally the case the shop still has a lot of room for improvement. The interior design is very well done and gives a pleasant vibe.

My Adana Kebab minced lamb was very tasty and my special request (for health reasons) was kindly accepted and implemented :-) It looked very cozy in the restaurant, but unfortunately I can only get to-go food for home.

A really great restaurant! The food was incredibly tasty, with a large selection of different salads and side dishes. I would particularly like to highlight the waiter “Ali Osman”, he was extremely attentive, nice, friendly and helpful. The price-performance ratio is excellent. This restaurant is highly recommended for anyone traveling in the city center! We'll definitely be back. Keep it up!👏

Although the waiters and staff are very attentive, polite, caring and friendly, unfortunately the food quality is poor. While the grilled meats are hard and tasteless, even tasted bland, the bulgur pilaf served with it is likely to be leftover from the previous days because the bulgur is served swollen like wheat. Even though we were behind the consulate, we would go there when we were very hungry because there was no alternative. Although we went there with the expectation that they would improve their food quality after taking over the place of Eski Han Restaurant, unfortunately the food quality has not changed. The management of the Han restaurant was bad. However, the cooks were very good. I wish they had included the old cooks of that place here.

The food is great. Customers at Musa are often delicious, but the service is a complete disaster. Before the main course comes to the table, you should clear away the starter dishes at the tables so that you can enjoy the food in peace. It's a shame! Service staff should also be well trained. The waiter was very helpful, patient and understanding towards the children. They have delicious food that you won't regret. I ate in Adana and the appetizers were also delicious.

I had dinner with my family today and everything was really delicious. The Adana was simply incredibly delicate, after Adana I treated myself to a Künefe and it was definitely worth the calories.

Your bread is always old kebab wasn't quite through acik ayran I drank way too warm next to adana kebab salad also just dry. It's a shame you made the shop so nice but your food only gets 1 star

I recently went to Kebapci Musa and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. But the highlight was of course the food: the Adana Kebap in particular is an absolute insider tip! Perfectly seasoned, wonderfully juicy and grilled to perfection – a real culinary delight. There are also fresh side dishes and homemade flatbread, which rounds everything off wonderfully. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality and authentic taste here. If you want to enjoy real kebab, you should definitely try the Adana. Absolute recommendation!

The service is early, there is a rush to collect some food and the tea is served, the young people are good waiters, the food comes without waiting. The only problem is that the water glasses and tea glasses were very stained and did not look clean at all. If a little more attention was paid to hygiene, it would be better. Otherwise, it is a very nice atmosphere.

I was there today very poorly organized and we waited 45 minutes for food Strangely enough, those who arrive after us have already eaten beforehand. I honestly didn't like it there. Since my daughter invited us, I stayed very calm.

New Kebapçı Musa is more decent and comfortable. Food is delicious as always. In my opinion, the best kebab restaurant in Hannover is undoubtedly Kebapçı Musa. This issue is not up for debate. My only criticism is that there is a bit of chaos among the waiters. I think it has to do with the size of the new place and the extreme customer density. But this will improve over time, as long as the quality of the food does not decrease. 👍

The food was very good and pretty good value for money. While the food came very quickly (hence 2 stars), we waited a long time after eating. When we were obviously finished (they looked at us) we still waited 15-20 minutes without our plates being cleared away, which I didn't have a big problem with. Since I had to catch a train, I went into the restaurant and asked the slightly older waiter to bring us the bill. After about 5-10 minutes, the colleague in question had done everything else except bring us the bill (now things were getting really tight with my train), so I went back into the restaurant. I stood provocatively in front of the cash register (to finally pay) and the older waiter was engaged in a conversation with guests, looked at me and continued his conversation. I then had to stand there and be settled by another young waiter. That's really disrespectful. You cannot pay with credit card, only with debit card.

We ended up visiting Hanover and went to eat there based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the waitress probably got up on the wrong foot, the colleague was inattentive, forgot a drink, despite writing it down, and rolled his eyes after pointing it out. Our food order came relatively quickly, even there you had the feeling that the waiter didn't know the menu himself. The tomato sauce for the casserole and the tube noodles was reminiscent of pizza sauce from a can without much taste, my son's kebab roll was too spicy even for me (no mention of this on the menu) and the stuffed grape leaves didn't feel like it was fresh from the can anymore , were hard and the filling slimy. It's a shame, I really expected more, just the way I deal with customers. We all work in the catering industry ourselves and it all starts with the service, regardless of nationality👎

But overall a great place for Turkish cuisine lovers. Highly recommended!

We have eaten in the shop several times. They really know their stuff, but the service is pretty old-fashioned and drags the store down. On Wednesday we had a mixed grill plate to take away for two people! Ate at home and there was a cockroach in the bulgur!!! Something so disgusting!!! When I brought this up the next day, there was only one answer: it can't be! Guys, I'm now of the opinion that kitchens in southern Europe (Asia) simply suffer from hygiene!!! Many will agree!!! People go to the toilet without washing their hands, putting plasters in their food, etc.

Sehr frisch, sehr geschmackvoll zubereitete Kebabs, Salate und Suppen. Schmeckt natürlich, nicht überwürzt, authentisch! Vorab gibt es eine Auswahl an hausgemachten vegetarischen Dips und Fladenbrot. Der hausgemachte Ayran dort ist auch sehr lecker!

Der beste Kebabci in ganz Hannover! Musa Abi ist legendär für sein Kebab, selbst Ibrahim Tatlises hat bei ihm gegessen ;)

Wir waren gestern mit der ganzen Familie dort essen. Ein kleines, nettes Restaurant mit freundlichen Bedienung sowie Service. Die bestellen Essen wurden frisch vorbereitet ( Lahmacun&Adana Kebab) und warm serviert. Davor hatten wir auf Hauskosten eine Vorspeise erhalten. Wir waren mit allen sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Wir können das Restaurant sehr gerne weiter empfehlen. Dankeschön an das Kebapçı Musa Team

Habe dort richtig gut gegessen. Sehr freundlicher Service, ein leckerer Vorteller mit Brot, dann ein spitzen Hauptgericht. Das Lokal wird von Landsleuten stark besucht, immer ein gutes Zeichen für mich etwas Tolles zu essen zu bekommen. War sehr zufrieden. Lage nahe der🚏Christuskirche Ubahn 6.

Uns hat es hier nicht gefallen und wir würden das Essen nicht empfehlen.

Der beste Kebap Laden in Wahrscheinlich ganz Hannover!! War da des öfteren jetzt und es ist immer wieder bestes Essen. Der Service ist sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und wirklich vom Herzen. Das Essen, egal was ist köstlich. Was soll ich noch schreiben..alles perfekt. Totale Empfehlung

Erstmal das positive. Die Bedienung ist bemüht und freundlich. Geschmacklich war mein Beyti kebap nicht so toll. Eingewickelt in einem TK Teigmantel lieblos zubereitet und geschmacksarm. Da hilft auch die heiße Butter nicht mit dem es sparsam übergossen war. Und der Grillteller war auch nicht der Kracher. Schnell schnell zubereitet und ohne liebe. Preislich etwas zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Sehr verbesserungsbedürftig.

War kein gelungener Besuch. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.
