The best kebab shop in Göttingen, always nice big kebab plates, the owner knows exactly how hungry I am, I kiss your Afghan eyebrows habibi, very tasty and big for a price of 9€ and a cold drink with it.

We ordered an hour ago via Lieferando. The delivery time keeps getting pushed back. Currently, it's 7:35 p.m. (so in three hours). No one is available by phone. Unfortunately, I already paid by debit card. Absolutely outrageous!

The meat was extremely fatty and covered in gristle. The fries smelled like they'd already been fried once or fried in old grease. After a few bites, we couldn't finish our food; no one was available by phone. The safari company listed the wrong number, and when we called, a private person answered. Absolutely disgusting.

The negative reviews can't possibly be true; they sound wildly exaggerated, like jealous competition. I've eaten there often and was only disappointed once, because they didn't serve coleslaw. In my family, everyone always wants their kebabs exclusively here. That says it all.

We ordered food from them. It took 90 minutes instead of 60. The food was, of course, completely cold. Half the pizza was stuck to the box, there was no sauce, and the kebab came with the wrong meat.

By far the fairest prices in Göttingen, cheaper than the competition, and certainly not inferior in terms of portion size. Friendly staff, too.

We stopped by before we were going on the Flixbus and thought we could pay with card. He wanted cash and ended up giving us two doner kebabs for free. He was also really nice and interested in our bike ride. HIGHLY recommend this place!!! If I come by again I'll remember to bring cash😊

I had lahmacun with doner kebab. And I was at your shop around 8:45 PM. It seems like you skimped on the meat because there wasn't enough left. Unfortunately, there was too little veal in the lahmacun. That's a shame, and not worth the €6. I don't think it's a good idea to skimp on the meat because there isn't enough.

I specifically told the pizza maker not to put thick meat on the pizza. What feels like 5 cm thick meat ends up on the pizza that you can't even eat. Unfortunately, they don't respond to your wishes, so I wouldn't recommend it

I'm on vacation here in Göttingen. By chance I noticed this kebab shop a few days ago because of the selection of food and cheap prices. But then I couldn't remember the name or the street where I saw the shop. Then today I checked out all the kebab shops throughout the city center until I finally arrived at Kebab King. The halloumi kebab that I then ordered was very tasty. The salad was nice and crunchy and the sauce was well seasoned.

Seems to be the place for guaranteed food poisoning - I wish I had read the other reviews before eating. I only knew the shop from before, so it was acceptable... Thank you for the lovely weekend... you eat kebab once a year and then lie flat for the weekend... thank you very much! Report to the health department to follow!

I ordered doner kebab The kebab was so disgusting, the meat was soggy, the sauce was disgusting, the bread was soggy and soft due to the meat, the salad didn't taste good. After the kebab I had the most terrible stomach ache and simply got food poisoning If I eat a kebab at this shop again, I will give everyone who sees this review permission to call me a dog. That would be the last store I would go to, even I would rather eat out of a garbage can. Going to Döner King in Göttingen is 10,000 times better

Do you feel like getting food poisoning? Then you are exactly right here. I first ate a calzone there 2 months ago. Afterwards I had severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and had to vomit for a day. I thought it could happen, so I gave the store another chance today. This time I ordered a normal kebab. Again stomach cramps, diarrhea and it only got better when I threw up. I've never experienced anything like this before. I usually eat everything and have no food intolerances. In my opinion, a case for the health department.

Kebab is juicy and sufficient in quantity, the ratio of meat and salad is balanced despite general inflation and the price is moderate. The service here is always extremely friendly and polite. The store is clean, but I personally find the atmosphere very simple and unfashionable. I would find a contemporary renovation/modernization very pleasant as I like to eat locally. Therefore a star deduction. Due to the location in the middle of the city, the parking situation is difficult. There are understandably no dedicated parking spaces, but if you're lucky you can find a paid one on the street around the corner.

One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten. Absolutely not recommended. Bread was wobbly and everything was cold, so it may taste better on other days. From this experience I can only say that I wouldn't even eat it for free.

War essbar und bekam keine Bauchschmerzen. Würde zu einem anderen Laden gehen. Dürüm wird mit fertig Fladenbrot zubereitet, Fleisch war sehr hart .

Leider ist der Döner nicht mehr das was es mal war. Oder ich hatte einfach Pech es war aufjedenfall der Spies vom Vortag.Preise für diese Qualität machen wenig Sinn, Qualitäts unterschied wie Tag und Nacht Nachdem nichtmehr der ältere Mann dort Arbeitet leider... War mal einer mit der besten aus der Innenstadt.

Wenn ich beim Kebab King bin esse ich sehr gerne den Halloumiteller. Meist mit Reis aber mit Pommes ist das Gericht aus sehr lecker 😋

Nettes Personal, Preise sind okay, alles in allem nichts besonderes, aber aufgrund der extrem niedrigen Standards in Göttingen schon einer der besseren Dönerläden.

Einen so günstig, aber dennoch schmackhaften Döner fand ich in Göttingen auf meinen Reisen bislang nicht! Sauberkeit ist adäquat, eine Dönerbude muss ja aber kein Edelrestaurant sein. Zutaten scheinen mir alle frisch und das Fleisch war nicht zu fettig. Diesen Döner kann man sich gerne reinpfeiffen 😮‍💨, wenn man mal durch die Stadt wandert.

Essen ist super, aber der neue Mitarbeiter schließt auch gerne mal eine halbe Stunde bis Stunde früher.
