We had dinner here. The price for a €9 menu for fries, a kebab with a drink is very good. The kebab was dry - hardly any meat on it - the sauce only at the bottom, so you basically have a salad with you Ate bread. The fries were unsalted. The tables and chairs are also past their best.

Always friendly staff. The portions are always huge and the kebab tastes great every time. Plus the kebab only costs a fiver! In my opinion, Aachen’s best kebab and my to go when I get hungry again in the evening!

DANGER! This is no longer Kaya's kebab!!!!! The name is the same, the food is a cheap kebab with little and low quality meat and dry. Homemade is still on the door, but it's a blatant lie! The bread was always homemade, but now it's bad store-bought. Service was friendly. Kaya was wonderful, probably sold the place because it was a brand... Edit to the answer: The WARNING was a warning to every citizen not to buy this inferior kebab that bears the name of Kaya. The €5.50 was neither the problem nor the relativization of an inferior and bad meal that advertises itself as "homemade", which it is no longer. Aside from the name, this meal has nothing left of Kaya's kebab.

The staff was actually friendly, but that was it. The kebab was absolutely inedible. The meat tasted sour and I had to throw away the entire kebab after two bites that I couldn't even eat.

We got a kebab around 11:30 and unfortunately it was inedible... the meat has a strangely dark color and tastes strangely like sauerbraten... there are better alternatives in Aachen. Or alternatives where you at least finish the kebab. A disappointment because it was the first time I've eaten half of a kebab because it's really inedible.

I tried kayas for the second time because the local kebab shop opposite was on vacation, but unfortunately it was subpar again. Even though I ordered a large kebab, I got a small one. Unfortunately there was no Dürum. The meat was completely hard and dry and the sauces were absolutely tasteless. I just can't understand the good reviews here.

Absolute impudence! The kebab was spicy (without request), a kebab box with the wrong sauce, a Fanta instead of a cola, onions and tomatoes in it even though we explicitly wrote in without these ingredients. Too little sauce and ordered extra tzatziki twice but only got one. Won't answer the phone, would like to ask for my money back, but unfortunately that's not possible with a service like this where they don't even answer the phone. Not recommended!!!!!

Our kebab consisted almost exclusively of bread and salad. Totally dry, almost no meat and, above all, the content was very little. For the price it's outrageous... What a shame.

Ordered 2 kebabs and 2 normal fries to take away, all well and good, but when I got home and looked at the fries it was impossible to have 10-11 pieces in a package. He also entered more money into the ec device than was actually discussed

4/5 stars: This kebab shop has been my favorite in Aachen so far. It is still very good, the meat is tasty and the sauces are very good. Unfortunately, recently some things are no longer the same as they were back then. The bread, whether Dürüm or kebab, was better. Edit: Had diarrhea after the kebab 1/5 stars

Kayas used to always be my favorite kebab, but unfortunately it has declined significantly now. The kebab consisted more of flatbread than content and the pommdöner was also super small! I really can't recommend it more.

I was at Kaya's for the first time today and it couldn't have been better. The atmosphere was very good. The service was very friendly and helpful. The food was also very tasty. To be honest, it couldn't have been better.

Kayas had my (bad) review deleted... so again with a different account! ;)Personally, I was very dissatisfied with the hygiene and the unfriendly manner of the employees... if you delete the bad reviews, you will of course get a nice overall rating of 4.7 stars. My rating was confirmed by several users with a thumbs up. It's unclear to me why Google still allows deletion. You can't even trust Google reviews anymore

New colleague gave me the driest and emptyest dürum I've ever had... 6€ not worth. I'm disappointed :(( (The kebabs were actually good…)

The food there is actually very good. However, I walked past there at lunchtime and the two employees were taking a smoke break and still had their gloves on, put out their cigarettes and went back inside. I won't buy anything there again, it's a real shame...

Unfortunately, the kebab was not at all tasty and at €8, very expensive for the quality and quantity. Very little sauce, meat didn't taste good and the salad was very roughly cut.

Update April 29, 2024: I have been a long-time customer of Kayas and have always been impressed with the kebab by Aachen standards. However, on my last visits I noticed again and again that the quality has become significantly worse than it was a few years ago, which is a shame! I had both veal and chicken kebabs as well as lahmacun. UPDATE: In addition, attempts are made to delete bad reviews, which is just ridiculous. The argument is that I am not in any “customer file”. I should be shown the kebab shop that keeps a customer list with real names. Anyone who tries to compensate for bad reviews with legal means instead of simply with first-class service and quality can no longer be helped.

Went there for the first time today (to take away) and was immediately impressed. The two gentlemen who serve you there are incredibly nice and friendly. In addition, the food is great in terms of taste and price. Not to forget the extremely delicious baklava which was on the house <3 I'll definitely be back

It used to be my favorite kebab in Aachen, but since the change of ownership the quality has continued to decline and the price has continued to rise. A price increase to a certain extent is currently normal, but I think that's going too far now - considering that the quality hasn't improved or has actually worsened. From now on I'd rather go to the competition opposite, as the real Kayas in Würselen is unfortunately too far for me... Addendum April 26, 2024: The owner is taking action against the reviews through a lawyer, claiming I was never a customer and trying to delete them.

The best kebab in the west of Aachen for years! Doner tastes very tasty and the guys in the shop are super friendly. I once broke two Ayran, but the Usta said it wasn't a problem and didn't charge me for them, even though the floor was speckled white. Then I bought another one. Always happy!

For me the best kebab shop in all of Aachen! I eat there regularly and am more than satisfied every time. Why do I think this is the best kebab shop? 1. The quality is always consistently great. All customer requests are taken into account. Compared to other kebab shops, you get a large portion here and not a “flat kebab bag” without content. In addition, the price-performance ratio is simply very good. You won't find a better lunch offer (döner kebab for €4) anywhere in Aachen. 2. The shop is very nicely decorated and the operators always try very hard to make the shop nicer. 3. I have never met such nice employees as the ones at Kaya's. I just have to highlight this because it's important to me to mention. They always make an effort, keep the shop open very late and are just nice and accommodating at all times and have a friendly chat with everyone. I can really recommend the shop and the kebab to everyone!

I just ordered a vegetable bag and fries through Wolt, but unfortunately my special requests to prepare the bag without zucchini and tomatoes were not taken into account. Nevertheless, the food was very tasty and the portion size was perfect. However, the fries were soggy, probably because they came in aluminum foil. The delivery was still very quick and good.

For me the best kebab in town. Always in a good mood, always with a joke. The boss is still helping himself. Was here very often and never had any problems with the kebabs and dürüms. On the contrary: always top!

Ordered food, delivery was not complete, could not be reached by phone. After calling 10 times, I barely understood anything on the phone. Just hung up without a solution! Doner bag was normal. Finished burger and fries. Doner pizza never arrived.

The food there is incredibly delicious! So far the best kebab I have eaten in Aachen and in my home country. On the one hand, this is due to the sauces and, on the other hand, the friendly and friendly service. In addition, the food is honestly price-performance. Fladenbrot irgendwie pappig, Dürüm hat leider sehr fad geschmeckt. Warum auch immer mehr Rotkohl als alles andere. Der Kayas-Laden in Würselen ist extrem gut, ich hatte gehofft die gehören zusammen…

I tried this hamburger recently and I am not so impressed. It was on the deal and deal contains one small fries packet, one drink and one hamburger. The shop provides food which is all halal. However, for an English-speaking person, it is very difficult here, as the staff don't speak English at all, so you need to use translator if you want to explain your choice for everything. It is an average restaurant. It costed me 7€ for this.

Früher mit Abstand der beste Döner Aachens… Leider hat sich die Qualität in den letzten Monaten stark verschlechtert. Das Brot ist nichtmehr selbst gemacht und der Döner schmeckt nach nichts…

Ich hatte ein Döner im Dürümbrot, daß war wirklich sehr lecker. Ich habe mir beide Fleischsorten mischen lassen und extra Knusprigkeit beim Fleisch bestellt. Gesagt, getan. War so lecker das ich erst in der Mitte das Foto machen konnte. Das Salat zu Fleisch Verhältnis war wirklich perfekt, die Soße war sehr angenehm und genau richtig in Menge und Geschmack. So kam der Fleischgeschmack deutlich zur Geltung. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen hier mal was essen zu gehen. Danke an Azad und sein Team.

Wir haben uns entschieden, hier zu essen, weil wir im Internet gesehen haben, dass dieser Laden Yapral-Kebab anbietet. Auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir jedoch, dass es keinen Yaprak-Kebab gibt! Das Essen war ganz normal und hat nicht besondere geschmeckt! Service war gut und freundlich

Kaya's ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Kaya ist ein toller Mensch, immer freundlich, fröhlich und hilfsbereit. Der Döner schmeckt vielseitig und frisch; eben nicht nur nach Fleisch! Top!

Das war heute bei weitem das schlechteste Lahmacun seit Jahren in Aachen. Lauwarm, komplett matschig und auch noch teilweise gammeliger Weißkohl. War mal empfehlenswert der Laden, aber mittlerweile klar nicht mehr. Am besten direkt gegenüber (vom Netto) schauen und sich nicht von der guten Vergangenheit Kaya’s hinreißen lassen…

Das Personal ist sehr nett aber leider war das Döner nicht so lecker.

Früher habe ich hier immer gern gegessen, besonders die Dönerteller waren ein Traum. Mittlerweile für mich enttäuschend. Der letzte Dürüm war bestenfalls lauwarm, fast komplett mit Salat gefüllt und fad. Das Wechselgeld wurde wie selbstverständlich und ohne ein Wort als Trinkgeld einkassiert, trotz Abholung im Laden. Ich werde hier nicht mehr essen gehen.
