We were there on December 12th, 2024 - as in the previous two years. Unfortunately we didn't think it was as nice there as it used to be. The service seemed completely overwhelmed (it was also packed) and the food (I had cheese spaetzle, my friends had venison goulash) was of below average quality - everything had to be "produced" quickly and in large portions - that's what I'll call it. Tyrolean hospitality and cosiness is something different. Please either accept fewer reservations - or expand the restaurant + increase staff.

There is no security check at the door entrance, all my money was stolen here today.. There are a lot of middle easterners wandering around, it's very unsafe, and Unter den Linden street is full of robbers.

Not surprising, but quite overpriced for what you get for Berlin standards. Schnitzel was more like canteen level for just under €30. You pay for the Christmas period and extra for every use of the toilet - outside the table in Kasermandls and 8.50 for a carafe of still water (probably very, very decent for tap water)

I was really looking forward to the Wiener Schnitzel, but this time it had less to do with it. It was dark and a bit harsh and not like what we're used to there. The lime with it was a bit strange too. In addition, the portions have shrunk slightly compared to last year.

The food was good value for money, service was quick and very nice, absolute recommendation!

If you expect an American tip, then you should be providing American service. Waitress snatched the receipt and pen out of my hand once she saw we didn’t tip. After her reaction, we were happy we didn’t. I cannot imagine she would act the same to a German.

Super great, very tasty food..great ambience and real hut feeling with nice, subtle unplugged live music

Food is alright, nothing extraordinary since the place is quite small and we shared the table with other customers. They will be nice to you until they're asking to pay and will urge to give a high percentage tip. Waiter became extremly rude when he saw what we pressed on tipping and asked us to redo the payment with another tip percentage. Touched our arms way too much while we were eating. Food was already quite expensive, we paid 60euros for 2 meals only, but service was just awlful and overwhelming. Felt like customers are milk cows to them. Our Christmas market time was wasted with this awlful experience. Save your money and go to another place where they won't try to robb you.

If you stop off at the inviting Kasermandl hut after strolling through the Christmas market, you can look forward to delicious Tyrolean cuisine. Friendly staff and warm nice atmosphere. You enjoy sitting at large tables and getting to know new people. The absolute highlight for me was “Sven”, an amazing singer and guitar player with heart. What you shouldn't forget, however, is to reserve a table, the hut is literally in high demand. Thank you for the lovely evening with you! See you next year.😉

Delicious food, very good wines, but what is really remarkable is the super friendly staff Felitz+Team and your warm colleague. Amazing with the full hut! A huge compliment to the performance of the kitchen and service. The furnishings are super comfortable - like a ski hut. There is also live music. Highly recommended.

The original tarte flambée was delicious, the prices for drinks are fair and the service exceeds all expectations. Gladly again.

So I'm not a Christmas market fan per se. But it was really great here. Kaiserschman was delicious 😍 and so was the service! And the prices are clear for a Christmas market!

Really great Weihnachtsmarkt restaurant. There is a minimum per person for reservations, but it's easy to hit that when everything tastes so great! We got the goose and the schnitzel and both were delicious. The schnitzel came with a lime which was odd, but actually pretty good! After our entrees we got the Kaiserschmarrn, which I felt could have been better (or crisped up a little more), but it was Kaiserschmarrn so I enjoyed it. The service was super friendly and they offer restroom tokens so you don't have to pay after you run across the Platz. All in all, a very nice Christmas meal and we left in a great mood, so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy holiday meal while you're at the Markt.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Roland took excellent care of us. We followed his advice and shared many specialties. Special mentions for the cheese soup, flamenkuches and dessert. The place is cozy. It was recommended to us by Berliners and we were won over. We recommend without hesitation. thanks again

The food terrible. 3 people wanted to eat the deer goulash. Service: Venison goulash is out. Guest: but the evening menu has just opened. Service grins: Venison goulash has been out since yesterday. Of course Berlin is at the end of the world and when the deer goulash is over, it's over. So I switched to the Wiener Schnitzel, which came pretty quickly. There were 2 hand-sized pieces on the plate. When we looked underneath we also discovered a spoonful of potato salad and a dollop of cranberries. The eye didn't eat it. The schnitzel itself was totally dry. The meat was firmly attached to the breading. Taste 0. Salt and pepper were free. The beer was subject to the German Purity Law, so nothing could happen! Price for the food is just ridiculous. The guitar player was good, relaxed and friendly. Still not recommended!

Nice xmas market with little animations like live music and circus acts. It’s a 2€ entry fee.

We ate there a year ago and were actually satisfied. That's why we wanted to go there this year too. With reservation. But, surprise, apparently there was no reservation. We were offered a table for an hour. It was very crowded and very loud, but that's probably how it was. Some music would have been nice. The food wasn't good. The Wiener Schnitzel was already cold. The goose leg, which cost a whopping EUR 35!, was old and tasted rancid. “Disgusting,” said a lady at the next table. For that kind of money you can certainly eat much better elsewhere.

Netter Service und schönes Zelt aber beim Essen sollte man bei den simplen Gerichten wie Flammkuchen bleiben. Schnitzel ist zäh. Die Gans ist wirklich ungenießbar zäh und das Gulasch schmeckt wie aus der Tiefkühltruhe. Außerdem ist es sehr teuer.

In dieser Lokalität erlebte ich einen exquisiten kulinarischen Genuss, der durch Küchenchef Scottys meisterhafte Kreationen geprägt ist. Jeder Bissen war eine Geschmacksexplosion, die meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Die Kombination von Aromen und die Präsentation der Gerichte waren herausragend. Die Bar wurde durch die kreative Expertise von Barkeeper Phillip zu einem echten Highlight. Seine besonderen Drinks waren geschmacklich ein Volltreffer. Die Aufmerksamkeit und das Know-how beider Profis haben meinen Abend zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Ein absolutes Muss für Feinschmecker und Genießer!

super Ambiente, klasse Essen, tolle Stimmung, schöne Gitarrenmitsingsongs mit dem Chef herzlichen, freundlich, sympathisch Getränke gab's auch. Gut für kurze Weihnachtsfeiern, da der Aufenthalt leider getaktet ist

Tolle Location auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt Bebelplatz. Ein Hoch auf den Küchenchef Scotty und Barchef Philipp. Das Team ist absolut kundenorientiert - keine langen Wartezeiten bei Getränken und Essen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich. Das Ambiente lädt zum Verweilen ein. Livemusik macht Stimmung.

Ein angenehmer Weihnachtsmarkt mit leckerem Essen und vielen Überraschungen, aber viel Geld einstecken.

Während unserer vorweihnachtlichen Reise von der Türkei nach Berlin stießen wir auf dem luxuriösesten Weihnachtsmarkt der Stadt auf diese Konditorei, und der Apfelkuchen und das österreichische Tiramisu, die wir aßen, waren sagenhaft lecker. Es war das erste Mal in meinem Leben, dass ich diese Art von Apfelkuchen und Tiramisu gegessen habe. Diese Desserts, die sie selbst erfunden haben, waren wirklich köstlich. Außerdem war der auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt eingerichtete Laden sehr stilvoll und gemütlich. Hier gab es Außenheizungen, was ich noch in keinem Restaurant in Berlin gesehen habe. Die Sitzgelegenheiten waren sehr elegant, und der Kaffee war köstlich. Es ist offensichtlich eines der besten Lokale in Berlin. Ich denke, das liegt an dem türkischen Besitzer Sinan und seinem Weitblick. Er kümmert sich persönlich um die Kunden auf die freundlichste Art und Weise. Es ist ein perfekter Ort für einen Besuch. Ich möchte mich bei Herrn Sinan für seine wertvolle Präsentation, seine Freundlichkeit und sein Interesse bedanken.

Es war ein echt toller Abend. Ein Musiker hat den Abend abgerundet! Lange genug verbuchen.

Begrenzte Aufenthalt Zeit und nur mit Reservierung. Essen gut bis auf den Kloß und die "Spätzle" Nachspeise war dafür super Menü Preis liegt bei 68 € im oberen Bereich und das entspricht nicht der Qualität. Hirschgulasch und Gänsekeulen waren gut 😊

Cozy atmosphere. Very good Ballet performance. It was worth standing in the cold to get tickets for 2€ each.

Bei unserem Besuch an diesem Abend wohl zu 100% ausgebucht. Aber dennoch trotz der vielen Gäste schneller aufmerksamer und fröhlicher Service. Es ist gut geheizt und urig gemütlich. Dazu live Musik von Gitarristen. Das Essen kam flott und war zudem lecker. Tipp: Unbedingt vorher schon Plätze reservieren!

Wir waren heute Abend auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt in Berlin am Bebelplatz und haben im Kasermandl gegessen. Ambiente ist ganz nett, aber auch nicht übermäßig gut...man sitzt trotz allem auf Bierzeltgarnituren. Der Service war bemüht, der Küchenchef weniger. Berliner Schnauze hin oder her, gästeorientiert war das nicht. Der Wunsch das Klöße durch Rosenkohl ersetzt werden, wurde vom Service aufgenommen, aber durch die Küche nicht umgesetzt. Klöße gab es keine, aber auch keinen Rosenkohl. Auf Nachfrage erklärte mir der Küchenchef, dass der Rosenkohl zusammen mit dem Grünkohl püriert worden sei. Später wurde dann noch ein Dessert vergessen, auf Nachfrage gab es vom Küchenchef nur eine blöde Antwort. Das hat mich schon sehr geärgert, da das Essen bei der Portionsgröße dort auch kein Schnäppchen ist. Der Musiker war allerdings super. Also dafür gerne 5 Sterne. Auf Grund der anderen Erfahrung nur 2 Sterne, also definitiv keine Weiterempfehlung.

Wundervolle Atmosphäre, leckeres Essen und freundliche Bewirtung. Von der Reservierung an bis zum Zahlen und Heimweg, war alles sehr weihnachtlich, stimmungsvoll und professionell.

Das Zelt war von dem platzt sehr angenehm. Die Kellner waren aufmerksam und haben sehr höflich und offen mit einem kommuniziert. Das Essen war aber natürlich das Highlight die ganz war schön durch kein Stück zäh.

Es waren mal wieder schöne Stunden. Super viel Spaß gemacht mit Sven Oliver Puch. Wir kommen sicher in nächstes Jahr wieder und singen wieder mit!
